Implementation and delivery of the Sustainable Development Goals (debate)

Whenever they talk about banning expulsions, they encourage the operations of NGOs; Every time they talk about social aid, they are making travel more attractive and taking responsibility for the deaths in the Mediterranean. This is not solidarity, it is fostering slavery and the decomposition of Europe. The real solidarity is to support governments like Italy, which do their job, defend our borders and fight the mafias. Declare the emergency situation in an emergency situation? That's right. To put an end to fraudulent asylum claims by those seeking special protection after having illegally entered European territory? That's right. Increase penalties against migrant smugglers, new slavers and all their accomplices? That's right. We agree with the Commission when it asks Sanchez to guarantee the independence of the Attorney General, not to interfere in the appointment of the General Council of the Judiciary or to guarantee the independence of the media. But they have forgotten that Sanchez has banned the exploration of geological resources that the Commission now demands. The crime of sedition to get the coup vote has been repealed. Misappropriation for thieving politicians has been reduced. Laws are passed that free rapists of women and children. Genital mutilation of minors or desecration of graves is permitted. We can agree on the analysis, but we will never agree that the solution is to strip the Spaniards of their sovereignty. On the contrary. It will be this year, at the polls, where we Spaniards will undo the deception and put an end to the worst government in our history.

Availability of fertilisers in the EU (debate)
Madam President, Commissioner, the agricultural situation in 2022 was dramatic and is not improving in early 2023. The EU's green policies are co-responsible for this crisis, inciting rural abandonment and exodus. Our food security and sovereignty are at stake. The problem of access to fertilisers and their costs is still more alive than ever, so the Spanish government or the European Commission have already put in place effective short-term solutions. Since the end of 2021, the price has risen by 200%. However, the European Commission's Communication does not provide any response to improve access to fertilisers and prevent European farmers from paying for the world's most expensive fertilisers. The rules, especially the Nitrates Directive, need to be changed, transparency improved and import tariffs on nitrogen fertilisers temporarily suspended. The European Commission's proposals for state aid are few and symbolic. Strong action is needed to increase European fertiliser production, ensure competition and ensure availability to our farmers. EU funding allocated to NGOs incriminated in the recent corruption revelations and the protection of EU financial interests (debate)
Madam President, Commissioner, the Qatargate scandal has had to happen, that is, they have had to steal in broad daylight, in order for this Parliament to pretend that it is doing something and admit that, perhaps, these entities should be investigated a little. We've been warning the entire legislature: all Community legislation on the financing of NGOs needs to be reviewed and the indentation of public funds curbed. If NGOs were a country, they would be the 5th economy in the world, an opaque power that manages billions of public euros without control by voters, capable of influencing elections and destabilizing governments. They operate freely in the corridors of this Parliament and the Commission and, when they are not paid by Qatar, Morocco or China, they work in the service of multinationals and oligarchs, such as Soros, or directly at the orders of abject mafias such as those involved in the trafficking of human beings in the Mediterranean, or promoting the Islamization of Europe and the subjugation of women, such as FEMYSO, linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. Every European company is audited every last public euro it receives. But NGOs live in the paradise of impunity. Perhaps it is time for national parliaments to start asking for missions to Brussels to find out how and what money is being spent here.

It is not sustainable to offer jobs to illegals when there are millions of unemployed Europeans. It is not sustainable that, of the 682 000 illegal immigrants that Eurostat said existed in 2021, only half have an expulsion order and 10% of these orders are executed. Order of business
Madam President, on 25 January, as you know, a terrorist with an unexecuted expulsion order machetically murdered a sacristan and wounded a priest and several parishioners in a church in Algeciras (Spain). On January 24, another terrorist killed two people and left multiple injured on a train in Germany. On January 30, in Brussels, there was another knife attack, with at least three seriously injured. According to Article 3 of the Treaty on European Union, the Union must provide Europeans with an area of freedom, security and justice in which freedom of movement is guaranteed in the field of external border control, asylum, immigration, the prevention of and the fight against crime. Terrorist attacks are spreading throughout Europe's cities and our compatriots are demanding at least a serious, in-depth and data-driven debate. We therefore propose that a declaration on public security and the terrorist threat in Europe be made at this part-session in the light of the recent knife attacks in Spain and Germany.
Criminalisation of humanitarian assistance, including search and rescue (debate)

Protecting the Rule of Law against impunity in Spain (topical debate)

The need for a European solution on asylum and migration including search and rescue (debate)
Mr President, Commissioners, as Frontex warns that more than 280 000 people have entered the territory of the Union illegally, you look the other way. While every day we hear of a new assault, rape, shooting or murder at the hands of illegal immigrants, you look the other way. You all know that the solution is to shield the external borders and put an end to the business model of human trafficking mafias, but you look the other way.
