In 2023, when we asked for a debate after the Commission statement on hate, Muslims and Jews were mentioned but not Christians: rejected. So let's talk about hypocrisy and intolerance in here. In the same time, when I've been warning again about Muslim and Islamist floods coming with illegal migrants, I've been called 'Islamophobe'. I don't have a phobia. I'm not afraid of them. Europe is a Christian continent by its faith and by its culture. That is why I'm going to fight for the Christian Europe until the final victory. So help me God.

That was a very good question. Thank you for that. We already built the infrastructure, protecting flood infrastructure. But Mr Weber was obviously happy to say that he’s going to continue with Donald Tusk. What kind of achievements? One of the highest unemployment rates in Poland during the Tusk term. This is what you want to continue? Madam President, you’re smiling, I’m happy you’re happy, but let’s talk about the facts. Export from China: over EUR 500 billion. Exports from European Union to China: EUR 230 billion. In the same time, Madam President, you are forcing European citizens with the Green Deal when Europe is responsible for 7 % of pollution of the globe, and you want to save Europe with our pockets. This is madness. And this madness will be stopped after these elections. We’re going to make Europe great again. We’re going to change the numbers. And your laugh will not change the fact that you are going to lose these elections. You know that, and you know that, Madam President. You know why? Because there is no freedoms you mention. We can read in the conclusions that Europe must be safe for European citizens. It’s your fault, Madam President, that it’s not safe. Illegal migration, and your policy, Mr Weber, German policy, ‘Willkommen’, is the reason why Europe is not safe. Let’s talk about the report about safety in Germany: 6 million crimes raised, the highest rise in the history of Germany, and you want to continue that? This madness about illegal migration will be stopped after these elections, this madness about the Green Deal, Madam President, will be stopped about this madness. And your smiles and good humour will not change the fact that Conservatives will make Europe great again.

I cannot believe that Mr Halicki from the ruling party, Civic Platform, is talking about democracy and the free media. Thirty-eight journalists were spied on during the Donald Tusk party government. Recently. Thirty-eight people. Mr Michał Karnowski, well-known journalist, was spied on. Piotr Nisztor, well-known journalist, was spied on. Public state media were took over overnight – just now when Tusk took over in Poland – using private security company. And Ms Adamowicz is laughing. Halicki’s not here. He just ran away. Mr President, another debate about Pegasus, about spyware and – let me help you, Mr President, and Mr Commissioner – let’s count the present in here: one, two, three, four, five – well done to you! Five. Six! There you go. Six MEPs here during the debate which is used to attack conservative governments. We spend taxpayers’ money on the debates when nobody cares, apart from the left. Only leftists using these debates to attack conservative governments. So, first of all, before you will decide about the debates, think about it. Is it worth it? Spend taxpayers’ money on this? No one’s here – it’s empty – and obviously no one wants to talk about the spyware in general, that Germany was the one to produce FinFisher and sell it to Morocco and use it against French President. Nobody wants to talk about this problem of spyware around Europe, but wants to talk about Pegasus attacking conservative governments. So, please, stop this show. Stop wasting taxpayers’ money. If you want to get rid of spyware, start with the Germany. But you, Madam in 't Veld, you didn’t want me to go to Germany during the PEGA Committee works. You didn’t want to go to Germany as a mission and ask them why they produce even more stronger and more aggressive spyware and sell it outside the EU. So, do not be a hypocrite. I do believe that courts should be free and judges should be free. The difference is that not many people from Tusk’s government want to listen to the judges, independent judges. There were so many judges who were ready to answer his call, like Judge Milewski – Google his name. He thought there was a provocation from the journalist. He thought that he’s receiving a phone call from Tusk’s office. He answered the phone and he says he’s ready to do what he’s asked to do. This is the kind of judge we have in Poland and this is judiciary? This is the rule of law? This is hypocrisy. You are happy to criticise Poland. You’ve been happy to do it for eight years. Is there anyone in this Chamber who’s ready to raise your voice in the name of those who are political prisoners on hunger strike? Raise your hands. I can’t see any on the left side of this Chamber. That is the real face of you.

Madam President, dear leftists, another debate about the rule of law, another debate about Greece, as we heard, but we never heard any debate about rule of law in Germany, dear Commissioner. Dear Commissioner, we never had any debate when Donald Tusk was a prime minister eight years ago, and we never had any debate since he became prime minister now. And what is happening? Thirty days of Donald Tusk government in Poland and we have a night raid on the state media with a private security company, we have raids on the prosecutor’s office, and we have political prisoners. Two of our colleagues, two MPs, were arrested and they are on hunger strike at the moment. And Donald Tusk is a Euro golden boy, Mr Commissioner, it’s your golden boy, leftists, and you will be responsible if someone will die in Poland. And please God, there is an election very soon, European elections, and please God, European nations will wipe you out from the political scene and we are going to make Poland and Europe great again. Mr President, Madam President, I would like to say thank you, dear leftists, for not being here – because I haven’t seen any leftists when Dutch farmers protested, I haven’t seen any leftists when German farmers are protesting and I can’t see any in this Chamber, not many right now. I’d like to say thank you and I’d like to say that I’m very proud today for being Polish, because Poland saved European farmers.

Mr President, dear leftists, dear so-called rule of law lovers, it’s been 365 days since Qatargate exploded. And what have you done? Nothing. What have you done about vaccination scandal in European Commission? Nothing. Oh, sorry, you’ve done a lot. You’ve been attacking Polish Government for eight years. For eight years you tried to lecture us. You tried to lecture us about the rule of law. Rule of what? Rule of corruption! That’s what it is. It’s your people who were arrested. You are trying to lecture Mr Trump, Mr Bolsonaro, Mr Milei, you’re trying to lecture the whole world, conservative world, about the rule of law, and your people are arrested for corruption. So let me give you some example of very major democracy in Poland, over 1 000 years of tradition of Polish nation. Polish nation rejected you, dear leftists, eight times. Eight times in a row you have lost elections in Poland. So get used to it, because you’re going to lose again. That’s number one. Let me give you some data about Poland and Polish democracy. The lowest unemployment in European Union is: Poland. The highest GDP after COVID in European Union is: Poland. One of the lowest debts in European Union is: Poland. So don’t give us this rubbish about the need of educated immigration, as we heard yesterday. We don’t need your doctors. We don’t need your engineers. Take them all and pay for them. We don’t need them. You know why? Because there are zero terrorist attacks in Poland. Why? Because there is no illegal migration in Poland. So don’t give me this look. Don’t give me these arguments about the populism, because this is a fact. This is your data, from Eurostat! So we don’t need your engineers. We don’t need your doctors. Take them. Do not teach us. Do not teach us about democracy, because we know what the democracy is. So learn from Poland. Be like Poland.

And what's going on? FinFisher – I recommend you a software called FinFisher. Where was it produced and by whom? Through Germany, near Munich. And watch out! My request for a mission to Germany is rejected by the Commission. But the mission goes where? To Poland. Poland did not produce such software. Poland, like Germany, did not sell such software to Morocco. Morocco has been eavesdropping on the French president, and we're being accused. You know why? Dear President, Dear Commissioner, I always make my speeches in English, but today I decided to speak in my mother tongue, because it is a great pride that the Commissioner for Agriculture is a Pole. Today it is a special pride. Why is that? I would like to present some data, facts and not political opinions, on the example of Poland. Why was the decision to extend this liberalisation a good one? Poland has 4 billion surpluses in trade with Ukraine. 4 billion euros. The European Union has 2 billion in the negative. The whole European Union has minus 2 billion, and Poland has 4 billion, and thanks to Poland, the whole European Union has plus 2 billion euros. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Poland earns 4 billion euros. Thanks to this decision, EUR 4 billion goes to Polish families, it goes to 500+. The opposition knows well, especially in Poland, what 500+ is – although it knows it only from newspapers, it did not know how to introduce itself. So, with this money, projects are carried out to support families. What if we didn't support liberalisation? There would be no legal basis for this agreement, which now prohibits the sale of four types of cereals in Poland. Thanks to Commissioner Wojciechowski, it was possible to reach an agreement that Ukrainian grain in Poland is banned. If we had not extended the regulation, which – note – was introduced by your minister in 2014 and was now only extended, there would have been no legal basis to ban sales. We have banned sales, and we earn 4 billion for Poland. You'd be losing that money. Not to mention Spain, which was threatened by starvation due to a great drought and begged for this grain to reach Spain. We are saving Spain, the European Union and supporting Poland. 4 billion, and for that 4 billion, Commissioner, I want to thank you.

Madam President, this is a very important debate about the future of Europe. This is a very important debate and I cannot hear the answer for the very fundamental question: what kind of future do you want for Europe? Do you want to build on the foundation of the European history, on Greek philosophers, Roman law, Christian culture, or do you want to continue with your politics, which led us to no-go zones in Sweden, burning suburbs in Paris, terrorist attacks in Germany and Spain? So maybe you should focus on the legacy of John Paul II, Copernicus, Chopin. Maybe you should go back to the roots before we’re going to discuss the future. So maybe you should be like Poland – with the lowest unemployment in European Union. Maybe you would like to be number one as the safest place in Europe. So if you want to have a future for Europe, be like Poland, because Poland is the future.

Madam President, I'm sorry. This is the biggest corruption scandal in the history of the European Parliament. This is not a scandal only of Morocco, it is not a scandal only of Qatar, because the accused and arrested people dealt with artificial intelligence, dealt with cryptocurrencies and dealt with Poland. In the report by Fight Impunity, Panzeri's organization, which is now in prison, we could read that white supremacists, fanatical Catholics rule Poland. On the basis of these reports, Poland was attacked in this House. We were even called fascists just because we didn't like the society the government in Poland was elected to. All amendments that have been tabled by persons arrested or accused in the Committee of Inquiry, in which I sit, in the Committee for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, have been tabled by the Court of Justice of the European Union. Pegasus, they should be thrown out. We will never allow Poland to be spit on by anyone. Never, never, never!

Mr President, Madam Commissioner, it’s been 10 months – 10 months of this genocide. And Poland from day one was a leader. Over 7 million people crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border. Can you imagine that? Not even one person, Madam Commissioner, not even one family never found any other different place than a Polish home. We don’t have camps for refugees in Poland, because we are so open. But in Europe we still have hypocrites who are making money with Russia on diamonds. Why is Belgium selling diamonds? Why is Antwerp protesting to get diamonds into the embargo? Why is there no embargo on diamonds? Why do we hear from Mr Macron that we cannot isolate a leader like Putin? Why can we hear from Mr Schulz that after war we have to go back to the normal relations with Putin? This is hypocrisy. And if this hypocrisy will not stop, Putin will knock on Berlin’s door, Paris’ door and other doors in Europe. But Poland was first to react, and we are leaders. So be like Poland.
