If NGOs were a country, they would be the 5th economy in the world, an opaque power that manages billions of public euros without control by voters, capable of influencing elections and destabilizing governments. They operate freely in the corridors of this Parliament and the Commission and, when they are not paid by Qatar, Morocco or China, they work in the service of multinationals and oligarchs, such as Soros, or directly at the orders of abject mafias such as those involved in the trafficking of human beings in the Mediterranean, or promoting the Islamization of Europe and the subjugation of women, such as FEMYSO, linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. Every European company is audited every last public euro it receives. But NGOs live in the paradise of impunity. Perhaps it is time for national parliaments to start asking for missions to Brussels to find out how and what money is being spent here.

Preparation of the Special European Council meeting of February, in particular the need to develop sustainable solutions in the area of asylum and migration (debate)

Mr President, Madam Minister, sustainable solutions in the area of asylum and migration. What we know is what is not sustainable. It is not sustainable to confuse refugee and immigrant. It is not sustainable to define as irregular the one who enters illegally, when the weight of the States falls on any European when he presents his taxes a day later. It is not sustainable to offer jobs to illegals when there are millions of unemployed Europeans. It is not sustainable for a Moroccan citizen, with an expulsion order not executed by the Sanchez government, to murder a sacristan and injure a priest and several parishioners in a church in Algeciras. It is not sustainable that, of the 682 000 illegal immigrants that Eurostat said existed in 2021, only half have an expulsion order and 10% of these orders are executed. In Spain, even worse: over 30,000 illegals, only 7,000 removal orders and we don't even know how many have been executed. Which one of you will tell the relatives of those killed that you continue with your open borders policy? The only solution is to protect borders. Zero tolerance. Tell everyone: Those of you who obey the law have hope. Those of you who do not obey the law will have no hope. Strengthening borders with European money, fighting terror, fighting mafias and, of course, disembarkation platforms in the countries of origin, as requested by our political group. And, it seems, now the European People's Party has joined this idea.

Order of business

Madam President, on 25 January, as you know, a terrorist with an unexecuted expulsion order machetically murdered a sacristan and wounded a priest and several parishioners in a church in Algeciras (Spain). On January 24, another terrorist killed two people and left multiple injured on a train in Germany. On January 30, in Brussels, there was another knife attack, with at least three seriously injured. According to Article 3 of the Treaty on European Union, the Union must provide Europeans with an area of freedom, security and justice in which freedom of movement is guaranteed in the field of external border control, asylum, immigration, the prevention of and the fight against crime. Terrorist attacks are spreading throughout Europe's cities and our compatriots are demanding at least a serious, in-depth and data-driven debate. We therefore propose that a declaration on public security and the terrorist threat in Europe be made at this part-session in the light of the recent knife attacks in Spain and Germany.

Criminalisation of humanitarian assistance, including search and rescue (debate)

Mr President, Commissioner, it is amazing that we have to repeat it again. Taking a person in distress to a safe port at sea is a situation of necessity regulated by maritime law, but to arrange at source with a group of people in a previously determined place the transhipment to the place that the master of the ship unilaterally decides is not to rescue shipwrecked people, but to deal with human beings, a lucrative business in which lives do not matter to them. They're not refugees. You know it, the mafias know it, the NGOs know it and I know it, but the only one who says it is me; because you have a clear political interest: promote failed multiculturalism. It is Europeans who suffer in the streets an unprecedented wave of herd rapes, shootings and murders, not counting the high risk of jihadist terrorism, especially on the Algerian route. European values? European value is to comply with the law and for our young people, women and adults to walk quietly through the streets. I give you the recipe again: secure borders, endlessly repeating "if you comply with the law, accepted; If you do not comply with the law, lose all hope", trial and jail for traffickers, immediate repatriation of the illegal and, to NGOs that break the law, sanctions. If you don't know or don't want to, leave it. We are prepared and willing.

Protecting the Rule of Law against impunity in Spain (topical debate)

Madam President, George Orwell, at: If the leader says of such an event this did not happen, this did not happen. If the leader says two and two is five, two and two is five. This is the situation of the rule of law, democracy and freedom in Spain. Under the guise of grandiloquent phrases, the will to put an end to the principle of legality is hidden. Big Brother is Pedro Sanchez. The rule of law requires respect for procedure, minorities and constitutional consultation bodies. Sanchez has been systematically passing laws fraudulently, using parliamentary groups to avoid reports from the Council of State, the General Council of the Judiciary and the Fiscal Council. Spain is the only Member State whose judiciary has been unable to make appointments since 2021 because Big Brother has banned it. Big Brother continues to place his judicial pawns with the complicity of all parties except VOX. In order to ensure judicial independence, procedural rules should avoid giving rise to legitimate doubts as to the neutrality of judges. However, Sánchez has appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court who until a year ago was his Minister of Justice, and a judge who until six months ago worked in his Office of the Presidency. But what appeals are they going to settle on the laws they've drafted? Big Brother has decided to corrupt the institutions. Before storming the Court, Sanchez accused the magistrates of running over democracy. Sanchez has turned Spain into a space of impunity where the offender receives reward and the victim, humiliation. Yesterday it was the victims of ETA terrorism, today it is the women or minors who are victims of rape and sexual abuse who see how their aggressors are released or their sentences reduced. Strikers, politicians, thieves and rapists are the beneficiaries of Sanchez. This is the truth that no propaganda can hide. Big Brother Sanchez dictates what Spaniards can think of their history by rewriting the past to control the future: requisitions and seizures of books, desecrations of graves and cancellation of the name of streets and monuments. I end by quoting Chesterton: Dead things can be swept away by the current, only something alive can go against the current. Do not worry, we are still very much alive, against the tide, to recover in Spain the unity, freedom, security, prosperity of the Spaniards and the principle of legality.
