Mr. President, no homeland, no car, no house. In 1990, homeless bureaucrats usurped the power of democratic governments and subordinated their decisions to the agendas of the UN and third countries. We created 28% of the world's product and China did not reach 2%. We are now evenly matched and have a trade deficit of $460 billion. Forty years in Brussels, they have been more concerned with gaining power and planning the lives of businesses and families than with promoting prosperity, property, freedom and economic independence. Without demographics, military capability, energy and raw materials there is no relevant power. We import 57% of energy, but lobbies have criminalised coal, nuclear power, oil and gas. The emissions allowance system has put an end to heavy industry and we now buy European cars produced in Morocco. Their unfair trade agreement policies condemn our producers and immigration subsidies have destroyed stable employment and living wages. Red, green and blue social democracy has devastated Europe. The future is about changing everything.

Madam President, I refer to Rules 38, 173 and 207 of the Rules of Procedure. Yesterday the dwindling majority of this Parliament perpetrated a fraud to turn this House into an assembly hall to hand over to Angela Merkel, one of the great leaders of Europe's current weakness, a European Order of Merit that has been pulled out of its sleeve. They suspended the sitting in breach of the Rules of Procedure without a vote in plenary. They did a political act with the plenary half empty and, in order not to be noticed, they began to fill with figures and occupy the seats of our political groups. The dozens of Members who were not here yesterday did so because we wanted to show our rejection, because that was the expression of the popular will, because that is what our voters asked us to do, and not respecting reality is to cover up democracy. Madam President, a European market in which European products systematically compete at a disadvantage with those outside is not a market, it is a condemnation. An internal market altered from Brussels every day by the massive influx of people, goods, services and foreign capital, without control and without complying with what we impose on ours, is not a market, it is the law of the jungle. An internal market where companies devote more resources to complying with absurd regulations and directives to circumvent sanctions instead of innovating, producing and creating jobs is not a market, it is a programmed suicide. A market is exchange, it is cooperation, not creating European champions from above. The methodical market planning promoted by the European Commission, for ideological reasons, such as climate fanaticism, or for economic reasons, such as pressure from powerful groups, has placed the European economy in a state of prostration: the car industry, steel, aluminium, nuclear power or the primary sector devastated by its policies. Free trade agreements such as Mercosur, agreed by popular and socialists, are unfair, distort the principle of fair competition, force businesses to close and send our people to the streets. These agreements make us dependent on third countries that today are allies and tomorrow will be adversaries. And if you don't ask Merkel, she left the European economy dependent on Russian gas. Europe needs work, savings, investment and production and that requires protecting the strategic, securing the essential and concluding trade agreements only where we have real advantages. European nations demand sovereignty, security and prosperity and workers stability, living wages and housing.

The dwindling majority in this Parliament calls it a 'gentlemen's pact' - something that smells rotten in the Brussels swamp. You can't talk about democracy without condemning amnesties and pardons from politicians to politicians for a handful of votes. You cannot talk about freedom of expression and ask to apply the Digital Services Act to censor political discourse on social networks with sanctions and repression. You can't talk about equality and hide racism against white people, attacks on the Christian faith or growing insecurity on the streets of Europe. We cannot talk about justice and regularize hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants, putting the security and financial stability of Spain and all of Europe at risk. You can't talk about good management and use direct funding from Brussels in media and NGOs to compromise editorial independence. Of course, families are drowned in the shopping basket, housing, car, energy. Public employment, public spending, public debt, public deficit and immigration have grown. And all that is paid for by the self-employed, the employer or the worker, who, on the other hand, cannot buy a flat while you keep talking about climate neutral houses. With immigration they lie because all you want is cheap labor that lowers wages. Most immigrants are studying in public schools, doubling the dropout rate, doubling the unemployment rate and, of course, collapsing and taking over welfare and sheltered housing. But we have a plan, which is very simple: repeal the Green Deal, dismantle the welfare state of politicians, lower taxes, massively deport and deregulate as if there were no tomorrow.
