The abduction, forced conversion and child marriage of Maria Shahbaz and the protection of girls in Pakistan
Madam President, we all stand by every girl who is forced to marry an adult or old man while she is still a child. Especially when it comes to a young Christian boy who is barely converting. But we don't have to go to Pakistan or Afghanistan to see it, because we see it in Europe. Thanks to your left and center-left policies, you brought sharia, burqa, FGM and child marriage here in Europe. Islami…

The impact of the 1974 Turkish invasion on Cypriot women and girls, and the crimes committed by Turkish forces and consequences on gender equality (debate)
Madam President, "The dead stink from a mile away. It was ruthless last summer. He pierced the shades of the trees, the roofs of the houses. Terrible summer for people. They took the dead from the back door to Ai Yiannis · He said they couldn't fit the coffins. And the little boy, he thickened the blood on his clothes, he opened pits, the sun hit him mercilessly on the temples, in memory deep into…

2025 Commission report on Türkiye (debate)
Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. Are we serious? Do we sit down and discuss Turkey's alleged progress? Islamic Turkey is very, very specific things. The murderer-invader state illegally detaining half of Cyprus. The state that is the Trojan horse of fanatical Islam in Europe, the state – a denier of genocides such as the Pontians, Armenians and Assyrians, the state – a partner of the terrori…

Commemoration of the genocide of Armenians and Greeks in Pontos and Asia Minor (debate)
Mr President, today, on this black anniversary of 19 May, the day of remembrance of the Pontic Greek Genocide, I am once again tabling a resolution in the European Parliament and rest assured that I will table it every year until the just request is heard. So I ask all the Member States to do what they did for the Armenians, to recognize the genocide of the Pontians by the Turks, now. 353 000 soul…

The Commission’s 2025 Rule of Law report (debate)
Mr President, the rule of law is not an abstract concept. It is the very guarantee that every citizen, regardless of power or position, stands equal before the law. It is clear, however, that the rule of law does not exist in Greece or in the European Union today. For there to be a rule of law, there must be institutions everywhere that are independent of the state, justice, meritocracy, transpare…

Situation of fundamental rights in the European Union in 2024 and 2025 (debate)
Mr President, in just 100 years, the Christian population in the Middle East has fallen from 20 % to a dramatic 3 %. On the contrary, in the same years, the number of Muslims in Europe is growing rapidly due to the disastrous choices of the Islamophile left. Do Christians really have human rights for you? But, of course, it is not in your interest to say half a word about mass anti-Christianity, b…

Gender pay and pension gap in the EU: state of play, challenges and the way forward, and developing guidelines for the better evaluation and fairer remuneration of work in female-dominated sectors (debate)
First of all, the "caramel" of the extreme right has melted, so next time think again about why this issue has come back. Secondly, there in the Communist Bible, you have obviously been taught that one must impose woman. As a woman I tell you that our worth and how much our strength is, we measure it and ask her to have it. No one is coming to impose it on us. But in any case, yo…

Gender pay and pension gap in the EU: state of play, challenges and the way forward, and developing guidelines for the better evaluation and fairer remuneration of work in female-dominated sectors (debate)
Madam President, today we are talking about the difference in wages between men and women. In Greece we have a proverb that perfectly expresses our meeting today: "ships are lost here, boats are sailing", which means that we are literally "somewhere else". There's a war going on in the Middle East, and we here are literally talking nonsense about the agenda of the extreme obsessive left.…

Restoring control of migration: returns, visa policy and third-country cooperation (topical debate)
Mr President, let us finally start saying things by name. There is no question of illegal immigration. There is an Islamic invasion of Europe with the blessings of the Left. And what do we do? Unfortunately, on the one hand we sleep deeply and on the other hand we waste billions of euros of taxpayers to fund and subsidize this crime at the expense of ourselves, our children, our grandchildren, our…

Brutal repression against protesters in Iran (debate)
Mr President, the Muslim theocratic regime in Iran imprisons, tortures and executes anyone who disagrees with it. Thousands of victims, women, journalists. Everyone with a different opinion is at risk. Democracy and freedom are also at risk. Yet Europe is silent. Where are the marches for beatings and killings of women who don't wear burqas and headscarves? Where are the organized protests outside…

Escalation of the war and the humanitarian catastrophe in Sudan (debate)
Mr President, the European Union has given over EUR 1 billion in aid to Sudan since 2012. This year alone, he gave $307 million to a predominantly Muslim North African country with few Christians. In the countries of Africa we are giving a lot of money for humanitarian aid that in a huge proportion ends up in the wrong hands of criminals and putschists. The only concern of the European Union shoul…

Condemning the illegal unilateral declaration of the secessionist entity created by Türkiye in Cyprus and the continued Turkish military occupation (debate)
Mr President, 51 years have passed since the Turkish invasion, 42 since the proclamation of the pseudo-state. Half a century full of tears, rage and pain for every Greek, for every Cypriot. A country divided in half by the Turkish invaders. In the holy Greek soils of Kyrenia, Famagusta, Nicosia and Larnaca we hear the souls of the dead who are still seeking justice. We hear the heartbreaking cries…

Changing security landscape and the role of police at the heart of the EU’s internal security strategy (debate)
Mr President, every country's police is its pillar of stability. Now that almost all the Member States of the European Union have been filled with illegal immigrants and criminals, we must finally untie its hands. Enough with the castrated police. The police must have cameras, equipment, permission to have tazers, to fire plastic bullets when foreseen, without the police officer being found accuse…

Rising antisemitism in Europe (debate)
Mr President, today was the horrific crime committed by Hamas, which murdered, kidnapped and abused thousands of Israeli citizens. And who opened the borders and brought the Islamists into our house? The leftists. Who is targeting Israel? The left souls. Random? - Yeah. I don't think so. Today, left-wing propaganda targets Israel, which is fighting for survival against Hamas terrorists. And media …

Common agricultural policy (joint debate)
Mr President, I do not know what harm farmers and stockbreeders have done to you, but all of you here - and I am obviously talking about those who make the decisions and have the majority - are set on destroying them. You do not respect the pain, sweat and tears of the farmer. You do not respect the toil and self-denial of the farmer whose animals are his family. Above all, however, you do not res…

Detention of EU citizens in the occupied areas of Cyprus
Mr President, on 19 July five Greek Cypriot European citizens were illegally arrested in the occupied territories. Two elderly couples went to see their homes stolen from the Turkish invasion of '74. Turkey is holding them hostage on fabricated charges. We demand their immediate release. Just think about what would happen if we held Turkish hostages. This is the Turkey you want to put in the Europ…

After 10 years, time to end mass migration now - protect our women and children (topical debate)
Mr President, ten years ago Angela Merkel, speaking about illegal immigration, said 'We will succeed'. He was absolutely right. She and her co-workers almost succeeded. They smashed the European Union with fanatical Islamists. They ghettoized half the countries of Europe, including Greece. They increased God's rapes, violence, murders and robberies. But rest assured that the historians of the futu…
