2025 Commission report on Türkiye (debate)

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. Are we serious? Do we sit down and discuss Turkey's alleged progress? Islamic Turkey is very, very specific things. The murderer-invader state illegally detaining half of Cyprus. The state that is the Trojan horse of fanatical Islam in Europe, the state – a denier of genocides such as the Pontians, Armenians and Assyrians, the state – a partner of the terrorists – killers of Hamas, the state that shamelessly threatens Greece with casus belli and systematically violates our airspace. The state that wants to change the borders of Europe with the non-existent annexation of the Aegean and the crap about the blue homeland. The state that is at the bottom of the world ranking on issues of freedom and democracy. Yet, with this invader-murderer state, Spain, France and of course Germany are doing jobs, billions of euros in jobs and they are not ashamed at all. All but all on the altar of money, not realizing that this is how they murder Europe, but also peace. Because with collaborations they continuously equip and strengthen the killer-invader state. However, no matter how much you feed and caress the snake, it is certain that as soon as it finds the right time it will bite you. So stop playing with fire, or you'll burn us all. And finally, I want to say a big thank you to the biggest conservative force in the European Parliament, the Patriots for Europe, and especially to our President Jordan Bardella, for making a tough statement against Turkey. Turkey must not only stay out of Europe, but lock the door and throw the keys to its integration into the sea once and for all.

Commemoration of the genocide of Armenians and Greeks in Pontos and Asia Minor (debate)

Mr President, today, on this black anniversary of 19 May, the day of remembrance of the Pontic Greek Genocide, I am once again tabling a resolution in the European Parliament and rest assured that I will table it every year until the just request is heard. So I ask all the Member States to do what they did for the Armenians, to recognize the genocide of the Pontians by the Turks, now. 353 000 souls are seeking justice. It wasn't just a tragedy. It was pure genocide. An organized extermination of the Pontians by the Ottoman state. Rivers with blood· children, women, elders· villages lost· voices that were never heard. Of course, it wasn't just the Pontians: over 1 200 000 Armenians, 250 000 Assyrians and 600 000 Greeks from Asia Minor were exterminated by the same regime. Three genocides, a common hand, a butcher, and today the European Union itself, which speaks of rights and European values, is still discussing Turkey's accession to it. If possible, we can include the murderous nation state that denies the genocides it committed, the butcher state, the Trojan horse that threatens the Christian character of the European Union. Because Turkey not only does not stop falsifying history, insulting our memory, but continues to threaten us and blackmail us today with the so-called blue homeland of the Aegean. The European Union not only pretends not to see but also cooperates normally with Islam through Turkey, Qatar and other countries hostile to our existence. Not any more. The Pontians do not seek vengeance. They seek recognition, justice, honor and, above all, historical truth. May the souls of the hundreds of thousands of their dead rest in peace. Make sure they have it. As long as we exist, their voice will not be extinguished. We do not forgive, we do not forget. Because no matter what Romania has gone through, it's booming and it's bringing more. He'll never die.

Mr President, the rule of law is not an abstract concept. It is the very guarantee that every citizen, regardless of power or position, stands equal before the law. It is clear, however, that the rule of law does not exist in Greece or in the European Union today. For there to be a rule of law, there must be institutions everywhere that are independent of the state, justice, meritocracy, transparency and accountability above all else. Of course, in the European Union we have come to say that there is no rule of law. If a business does not hire two trans and two LGBTIQ people, if it does not subsidise in a thousand ways the invaders who invade our homelands, if – Listen! Listen!— it does not unite them with their families unless it subsidises billions of gypsies to integrate. Well, I have news for you. This is not the rule of law. These are the obsessions of the Left and you are imposing them on us. And it is certainly not the rule of law for a European Union that is blackmailing its Member States, as happened recently in Hungary, into accepting illegal immigrants, or else cutting off its funding. Nor is it the rule of law to hunt down internet users who react to illegal immigration and Islamic invasion. It is time, therefore, to have the rule of law, but of true law, the law of the citizens and not that of the Brussels elites.

Daily rapes, robberies, murders by the so-called "poor" refugees. So we pay for our own extermination. Again, here the culprit is one: The left and its sensitivities. Countries where the Left and its positions are exiled from public debate, and especially from positions of power, such as Poland and Hungary, do not have the slightest problem of illegal immigration. These countries must be our guide. They've shown the way. Zero tolerance for illegal immigration. No benefits to the intruders. No family reunion. Broom companies all over Europe. Escalation of the war and the humanitarian catastrophe in Sudan (debate)

Mr President, the European Union has given over EUR 1 billion in aid to Sudan since 2012. This year alone, he gave $307 million to a predominantly Muslim North African country with few Christians. In the countries of Africa we are giving a lot of money for humanitarian aid that in a huge proportion ends up in the wrong hands of criminals and putschists. The only concern of the European Union should be to save exclusively the Christian element in Africa. Nothing else. And that doesn't do it, unfortunately. In Congo alone this year, over 7 000 Christians have been murdered and no one here is sweating their ears. The same is true in Nigeria, Mali, Niger and many other countries. In the last decade alone, tens of thousands of Christians have been murdered, thousands of Christian churches have been looted and destroyed, and more than 16 million Christians have been forcibly evacuated from their homes and areas. So it is time to stop throwing the billions of European citizens into the thunder and do only two things: Firstly, to help everywhere exclusively the Christian element that is being persecuted mercilessly and secondly to build walls in Europe inaccessible to all Muslims who are illegally immigrating, just as all Muslim states in the Middle East have done. But they know what they're doing. We don't know what's happening to us. And all this because we have been seduced by the Islamo-left, which unfortunately has still got the majority covered here and with their supposed humanism Islamize Europe and throw the money of the Europeans in Kaiada. No Euros in Sudan.

Detention of EU citizens in the occupied areas of Cyprus

Mr President, on 19 July five Greek Cypriot European citizens were illegally arrested in the occupied territories. Two elderly couples went to see their homes stolen from the Turkish invasion of '74. Turkey is holding them hostage on fabricated charges. We demand their immediate release. Just think about what would happen if we held Turkish hostages. This is the Turkey you want to put in the European Union. But, as the wise proverb says, "the wolf, though he grew old and whitened his hair, changed neither his mind nor his head." And while we have a resolution, Left, Renew, S&D, Greens, PPE and ECR have ruled out Patriots for Europe, the most rising European power to which I belong, so as not to show our name. 51 years after the Turkish invasion of the Republic of Cyprus: condemning the continued Turkish occupation and supporting the resumption of negotiations for a comprehensive solution in line with international law, the UNSC resolutions, EU principles and acquis (debate)

Mr President, this is my last speech this year and I have a sacred duty to dedicate it to Hellenism and our Cyprus. It was July 20, 1974 when Turkey invaded Cyprus, uprooted families, raped women, killed children, flattened churches and cities. And 51 years later, not only are they not ashamed, but they continue to threaten Greece and Cyprus. They continue to blackmail Europe with illegal immigrants and war threats. And you, many of you here, as good yousoufakia, are talking to the massacrers, giving them money, weapons, energy agreements and turning a blind eye to the occupation of half of Cyprus and the threat of war against Greece. But I'm not here to beg or just ask you to remember. I'm here to demand punishment. I demand sanctions, an arms embargo, a freeze on accession processes, no participation in European armament programmes. We will not make the rapist of Cyprus an equal interlocutor. 2023 and 2024 reports on North Macedonia (debate)

Madam President, today I am going to speak to you as a Macedonian woman, because I am a proud Macedonian woman, real, and not mussadine, as the inhabitants of Skopje are being sold today without being ashamed. What was Skopje? A piece of land that centuries after the unique, huge, Greek Macedonia of Philip and Alexander the Great of Greece, went some Slavs and, centuries later, arbitrarily demanded to be called V. Mac. I'm sorry, but I'll never say that name. But this is a falsification of history and reality. Yet this unacceptable demand was made by the Greek government of Tsipras-Kammenos. An act of national minority that essentially gave language, ethnicity and history to a Slavic gender that came to the region centuries after the golden pages of Macedonia which was and is essentially Greek. Unfortunately, even the current government of New Democracy, while saying that, if given the opportunity, it will denounce this concession agreement, insists not to do so, while consciously Skopje even this despicable agreement is circumvented daily. The honour of true Macedonia and Greece has come to the point of being defended by the Bulgarians who react, and rightly so, because they know that the current language of Skopje is a Bulgarian dialect, just as their ethnicity is Bulgarian. So if we want peace and good relations in the Balkans, the truth must be restored. Otherwise, their accession to the European Union will not be seen even in their sleep. Macedonia is one and it is Greek. Conjure it up.

Situation in the Middle East (debate)

Madam President, as long as the European Union continues to sleep deeply, Islam is emboldened. One must be completely blind or take it, to tell the truth, not to see the coordinated attack on Christianity throughout the Middle East orchestrated by Erdogan's Turkey. In the beginning were the world heritage churches, symbols of Orthodoxy, Hagia Sophia and the Holy Monastery of Chora, which barely made them mosques. Today, Egypt strikes the Holy Monastery of St. Catherine on Mount Sinai, the oldest Christian temple in the world. Without shame, they try to steal the monastery's property. Why is it? They have the courage to be Christians. In Syria, in the church of Prophet Elijah, dozens of believers were murdered. Their crime? They were Christians. Ladies and gentlemen, the Islamists have declared war on Christianity. We must fight back. Strict sanctions against any state that attacks the Christian element. At the same time, the closure of all illegal mosques in the European Union and deportation to those Islamists who support Sharia law. We're at war. Tolerance, that's it.
