Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, it is not that we can allow that, when there is a debate on migrants - respect for human lives is a serious matter - there must always be an attack or even condemnation by people living in Member States where they do not see a disembarkation at all, where they do not even know what it means to go and save lives at sea. Should they attack Italy and Greece? If there were no Italy there would be 100 % of deaths at sea and this document, this resolution, is of no use, they are words. Because it has been said, the only right thing is this: They don't have to go to sea because they die. They die because there are these boats, because as soon as they see a boat, whether it is an NGO, whether it is the Coast Guard, they all throw themselves on one side and overturn and fall into the water because they do not know how to swim. Then this document is made for NGOs, it is written by several hands, because since we Italians have inserted a law that puts again a control on disembarkations and safe ports, NGOs, on the other hand, want to go where they believe. So we are talking again in this resolution about "closer port", but no "closer port", because they must be ports that decide the Member States, where there will be a whole series of aid, food, even medical aid for these people. They even made an amendment that in Italy would not have been admitted, it is inadmissible, it must be thrown out, because it is not true that the Italian government blocked Mayor Sala who today came to do this script overlooking the balcony. It was a judgment of the Court of Cassation, therefore the judges, in joined chambers, who said, in the absence of a law, that births cannot be directly registered. I strongly agree with the Council Regulation on certification, recognition and mutual acceptance between the States of parenthood. In my opinion, those of the left, Benifei and the others, have not even read it. They just want to speak out against Italy. So let's protect the children, everyone, everyone, but let's stop, have at least pity in front of this. (IT) Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, to draw the House's attention to the very serious events that took place yesterday in the city of Naples, where numerous groups of violent German organisations set the city on fire, destroying shops, intimidating citizens and it is thanks to the police, the Italian organisation, that there were no deaths. How is it possible that the German Socialist Government has been able to allow a well-known and widely-announced trip on all social media and that there was no formal and substantial apology from the German authorities, but above all the payment of substantial damages to the city of Naples.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, what a shame! What a shame to hear even Italian exponents instrumentalizing the dead in order to go against a government. The tragedy of Cutro is a non-Italian tragedy, it is a European tragedy. And the solutions must be European. But why don't we also talk about the children who disappear, about what is happening in Italy? But you don't know how complicated it is. Italy leaves no one alone and no one has to afford in Europe, and it does not, to leave Italy alone: 60,000 migrants were rescued by the Coast Guard and the Guardia di Finanza. Who did? In the face of an increase in migratory flows of 250% from Tunisia, Libya, from the trafficking of Turkey. So let's talk about this. We do not throw poison at a Member State that must be helped by everyone because we are Europe, it is not that there is Italy and Europe is elsewhere. So what I've heard, look, is really shameful. Because they do not honor and respect the many victims, the sacrifices of human lives that belong to everyone and we must respect them all. But you don't, you leftists don't! It is as if I were saying that NGOs collect bribes and exploit human lives and migrants and work with smugglers. Isn't that right, darling?
