But, as in international politics, the Europe of technocracy and this House apply double standards. The time has come to change this Europe. So, let's throw the Green Deal, we reopen the oil, gas and fertilizer taps with Russia and we do our own interests, because the interests of others are already well served by those who started and led this war and with whom you do not speak.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, Commissioner Lahbib, it is a pleasure to see you again. She is an expert in survival. And from his backpack, which was supposed to save us from the invasion of the Russians, today he would have to pull out a defibrillator to revive this proposal for an anti-discrimination directive, which has been dead for decades. It is since 2008, in fact, that the Council does not approve of it, because it is useless and does not serve to protect those known minorities who claim more whims than rights. Instead, another directive would be needed, the one to protect the publishing houses that are ostracized from participating in book fairs because they are accused of spreading right-wing ideas, or to defend people, such as that retired colonel and military analyst, Jacques Baud, who yesterday was sanctioned, without a trial and without a court, by the European Commission, which blocked his accounts, frozen his assets and prohibited access to the European Union only for his opinions, because they were arbitrarily considered propaganda by the Kremlin. Going on like this, Mrs. Lahbib, when the burning of heretics with Mrs. Kaja Kallas lighting the bonfire? So, since you invented the backpack, put a powerful fire extinguisher in it.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, this Commission is striving to present to us today a programme which is emblematic of its failure over the last six years. This is the only way to save this Europe, which is already sinking into the sea of poverty, authoritarianism and bureaucracy.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, Prime Minister, you have offered us your vision of Europe, but the image you have given us appears to be somewhat blurred and distorted. I advise you to change ophthalmologist, because the Europe that the citizens of the old continent suffer every day is the Europe of total failure. First, the failure of the Social Democratic leadership, which has filled us with illegal immigrants who delinquent and erode our welfare state. It is the Europe of the progressive Islamization of our cities. It is the Europe of energy, which costs more expensive than anywhere else in the world. It is the Europe of Green Deal, It has desertified our industrial fabric and made us poorer. It is the Europe of insignificance in international relations, as evidenced by the outcome of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and this great tragedy that is taking place in the Middle East. Precisely because of this reality, Prime Minister, we Patriots must change this Europe and with you we will see each other again when the fog has dissipated from this vision of yours.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, in my life I never thought I would have to agree with one of the pasionaria socialism, the green deal and the transfer of national sovereignty to the Brussels technocracy. But one right thing in his life, Commissioner Teresa Ribera said it: This European Union has failed. It failed on tariffs, so brilliantly negotiated by "Frau von der Leyen"; failed on immigration, filling Europe with the desperate on Earth; failed on energy, which we used to buy economically from the Russians, and today we spend 700 billion euros to buy it from Washington; failed on the weapons, which we now buy from the United States to give and give to the Ukrainians; He failed on the war, thinking he could win it with economic sanctions, with thunderous statements and with so much propaganda. Today it continues to fail on peace, renouncing the possible and just peace, the one that can be obtained immediately, and drunken the peoples of Europe with the concept of "just peace", which has never existed in the history of humanity. And it also fails on security guarantees, because there is no guarantee without the risk of having to go to fight if necessary. And I say this to you as a convinced patriot and sovereignist: Not a drop of Italian blood will be shed for this war that does not defend our homeland and does not defend our national interests.

You see, increasing military spending to 5% or 3.5% in these conditions of economic and energy non-competitiveness makes no sense. But these conditions have not fallen from the sky, but are the daughters of the wicked policies of this social democratic Europe of the last twenty years, which you, Mrs Kallas, support and which your President and your Commission continue to support. Mrs Kallas, go to the supermarket every now and then and look at the prices, as do all the European citizens, who 250 years ago did not want to know about eating croissants instead of bread and who today do not want to hear about those who want to give them cannons instead of bread.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, there is an old saying: If you're not at the table, then you're on the menu. Today in this House we should have talked about peace, but the only words I have heard in this House are: weapons, ammunition, sanctions and wars. Yes, because peace, before discussing it, must be wanted. But it does not appear to me that any member of this Commission, let alone of this Council, wanted to sit at that peace table. On the contrary, you have lashed out fiercely against the President-in-Office, Mr Orban, who was the only member of this European Union who tried to restore dialogue between the parties to the conflict. And while Trump talks to Putin, signs rare earth agreements and discusses with Zelensky in St. Peter's Basilica, the European Union thinks about cannons. Well, if you really want peace, you have to sit at that table and not be like Mrs. von der Leyen who prefers to leave. Because if you're not at the table, then you're on the menu. And the only thing we have left to discuss in this House, if you do not sit at that table, is whether to be part of the appetizer or the dessert.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, there is a German, a Frenchman, a Belgian and an Italian. It sounds like the beginning of a joke, but it's not. Von der Leyen, Macron, Lahbib and Draghi – the same people who plunged us into a very acute crisis – tell us today what we should do to get out of it. And, on the other hand, they gave us the electric machines, they gave us the war to the bitter end, they gave us the sanctions that would have broken the kidneys in the Kremlin and today they pull out of the cylinder the weapons and the backpack for survival, which should save us from the Cossacks. The backpack weighs, Commissioner Lahbib, you can see that he has never carried one on his shoulders. And that's why the only thing we can do to save ourselves is to train. Train us to run away from thieves, rapists, harassers, mostly illegal immigrants, who because of you have started to raid Europe again. Train us to withstand the cold, because because because of you energy costs more and more expensive. And also train us to live in hiding, because because because of you Greek, Roman and Christian Europe is persecuted everywhere and is dying. So keep your weapons and your backpack for survival, because we don't know what to do with them. If you want to do something good for this Europe, disappear! Because you might even start training to run, it might come in handy.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, today Mrs von der Leyen is Polyphemus and my name is Nobody and I can tell you with absolute certainty that the White Paper is a Trojan horse. Why, who is the enemy? And what are the strategic scenarios? Because if the enemy is Russia, Russia spends in absolute terms, in defense, two and a half times less than the European Union spends and has a GDP lower than Italy and is a ninth of that of the European Union and has a population that is a third of that of the European Union and has an industrial capacity that is ridiculous in the face of the industrial capacity of the Old Continent. But how: In the last three years, have you painted us a Russia that is in the Donbass and loses in front of a modest adversary like Ukraine, and today you want to paint it as the enemy of the entire European Union? Make peace with your brain. The reality is that Brussels wants to swallow national sovereignty under the excuse and pretext of common defence. What we need are strong nations with armies.

Yet the Russian tanks are not in Warsaw, not even in Budapest and not even in Prague. And Paris doesn't burn under a jar of blows. What burns in France are the Christian churches. These are the real emergencies Mrs von der Leyen! It is the European families who do not arrive at the end of the month and who do not have the money to pay their gas bills, which the wicked policies of your Commission have increased exponentially. The real emergencies are autarky and dictatorship and the suspension of democracy, as happened a few days ago in Romania, which the technocrats of Brussels support and support. The real emergencies are attacks and crime and acts of crime, which almost daily illegal immigrants carry out at the expense and to the detriment of European citizens in European nations. These are the real emergencies, Mrs. von der Leyen, not the fear of seeing a Russian soldier pounding his head on the doorstep. And come to Parliament, and do not be afraid, because here is not a platoon of Cossacks with sabres waiting for you, but the representatives of the European people who want to have their say on their future.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, about two years ago President Draghi, the author of the well-known report, told us: Do you want peace or the air conditioner? Here, today we have neither one nor the other, because in Ukraine the cannons thunder and the air conditioner we can not turn on for the great cost of energy. Increasing defense spending, with an increasing cost of energy and raw materials, will reduce us, as in the Draghi case, to having neither butter nor cannons. If we want to have both - butter and cannons - we need to bring down the cost of energy and raw materials, which would be the only measure that would revive the whole economy in the European area. But to do this we need to talk to the Commission, which would seem to put other interests ahead of those of European countries. And we need to talk to those who closed the gas valves that flowed from Ukraine into Europe and caused the immediate increase in prices and bills, which we European citizens then pay. But above all, we should want peace, at all costs, not to be afraid of it, as you, gentlemen of the Commission, and you, gentlemen of the Council, seem to be.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, Commissioner Ribera, I am here, you look me in the eye. We all had to die; We had to be wiped out by climate armageddon. But we're all here, alive and well. The planet is advancing, prospering, and the world's population is growing at the rate of 75 million a year. It has taken 32 years since the Rio conference to realise that the European Union's insane, drastic and draconian climate measures have brought nothing but poverty, unemployment and recession. On the other hand, however, the emissions of greenhouse gases in these 32 years have only increased, and we know that they will grow for the next 30 years, transforming what could have been a utopian goal into something totally nonsensical. Madness, Commissioner Ribera! Albert Einstein said that madness is always doing the same thing expecting different results. Then that's enough! There is no need for an impact assessment in the face of the evidence. Your useless environmentalism has proudly shown its true face, that of an allotropic manifestation of the most blatant global communism which, as it has done in all the places where it has tried to take root, will reduce Europe to poverty, obstruction and constraint. Then that's enough! Let's throw this Green Deal overboard and take back progress! We need answers from our citizens who...

There, Mr Dombrovskis, in that direction, to the east, about 2 400 kilometres from this Parliament, you promise us a war to the bitter end in order to seek a victory that you have been careful not to define. And, since victory does not come, it puts constant pressure on states like Italy, which has rightly decided to surrender its weapons to guarantee legitimate defense to an attacked state, but which does not want these same weapons to become an instrument that could lead us to the abyss of thermonuclear destruction. So what does High Representative Borrell do? He boards a plane and flies to the Middle East, calling for an immediate ceasefire between Israel and Gaza. On the one hand he asks for peace, without conditions, on the other he promises us war, missiles, grenades and drones. And he criticizes and condemns President Orbán, the only European representative who seeks a negotiated solution to this conflict, but then these days he applauds Chancellor Scholz, who rightly wants Russia to participate in the next peace conference. It is time to end this double standard, Mr Dombrovskis. Also because these two and a half years of war have not led to any tangible result, but weigh terrifyingly on the shoulders of Ukraine and create nefarious economic and social consequences that all European citizens are required to pay. Shut down the guns, Mr Dombrovskis, in the Middle East, as well as in Ukraine, and let us put to work those who really want peace and those who want to save the European Union and the values on which it is founded – which you, probably, and Commissioner Borrell have forgotten.
