Electrification Action Plan (debate)
Colleague, very interesting question. Too bad that this energy independence, which you evoke, is not with renewable energy, because if it is true that the wind and the sun are renewable, the rare earths that are used to transform the energy of the wind and the sun into electricity are not renewable. And these rare earths and materials and metals that we need, do you know who we import them from? From China. So, do you prefer to shift dependency to another sector? So let's invest, for example, in biomass, which is the real autarkic fuel. We invest in nuclear energy and exploit and continue to exploit those energy sources that are affordable, no matter how much they come from abroad, diversifying our energy portfolio and not switching from one dependency to another.
