Madam President, I agree with Mrs Grapini and, moreover, we should say that Romania is the most misogynistic country in the European Union. It is very difficult for women to have access not only to employment, but also to European funds. There is a huge rural-urban divide. The Romanian village is neglected ‑ bad infrastructure, the lack of doctors and schools make any attempt at female entrepreneurship an act of heroism, not a simple business. Moreover, we have the EU bureaucracy. Many small producers complain that European rules, labelling standards, processing conditions are designed for large industrialists and are almost impossible to achieve by small entrepreneurs. Competition is uneven. We have supermarkets that actually take absolutely nothing from small entrepreneurs. We bring only imported things, we don't export anything and we don't produce anymore, because we have a government that mocks entrepreneurship and especially women.

Madam President, yes, do you want to do financial training in schools? Who's doing it? I would like to know how many Members of the European Parliament have financial training? How many Commissioners in the European Commission have financial training? How many parliamentarians in national parliaments have financial training and how many ministers have financial training? Now you want to censor influencers. As far as finance is concerned, as far as politics is concerned, you never like the opinions of anyone other than yourself, because you have created a dictatorship in the European Union. In fact, it is about total control, as you want to put your fist in the mouth, Finfluencers, because you are not able to have economic and financial policies that allow the development of people and families. This is what you have done with us MEPs, who raise immunities over and above the immunities for freedom of expression and opinion every month. Honestly, aren't you ashamed? Where do you stop with this dictatorship? What to teach people: how to finance their income when you have destroyed an entire economy and impoverished an entire European Union?

But in Romania, the liberals, with the socialists and the so-called opposition, are now filing no-confidence motions and collaborating. This is normal in Russia. Corruption! Are you talking about corruption? Well, let's talk in Romania about how much corruption there is with European funds, but no one is investigating. As no one is investigating Mrs. Ursula von der Leyen for the SMS, the money she gave on the vaccines and the ties in her family. Mr President, I am horrified to see that there are men who do not understand what a woman is going through in the event of rape. I am a lawyer and I have defended many women and girls who have been raped. Because the problem, yes, comes from education, I tell you, in Romania one of the most misogynistic countries in the European Union. Politicians have the greatest power here. I defended 9-, 10-, 11-year-old girls raped by politicians. It was never possible to conduct a proper investigation, because political relations and political pressures intervened in court. There are court decisions in which, amazingly, a judge considered that a 9-year-old girl was not raped, but at 9 years old she had discernment and then the classification in sexual intercourse with a minor changed. When a woman says no, she's no, when she doesn't say yes, she doesn't touch you. It is unacceptable what a woman can go through, especially in Romania, when she is anathematized by the entire population if she says she was raped. Because it's being walled up by both justice and the police and the population.

Madam President, you have discriminated against Romanian farmers and destroyed all Romanian agriculture, you have destroyed livestock farming, you have sold us, you have taken our resources, but do you think that all the members of the European Union are equal? No, they're not equal. It is a hypocrisy and a double measure that exists in the European Union. The measures now show that the European Union must be disbanded. Most of the Romanians are asking to leave the European Union, and here I will tell the truth: Roexit! Because you're talking about corruption, you're talking about putting those who are corrupt in jail, and you're saying you're defending those who are telling the truth? You're lying! Because you're looking at my case: you're threatening me and blackmailing me into waiving my parliamentary immunity if I tell the truth. Truth doesn't need immunity. The truth is not under arrest. Long live free Romania, out of the EU!

Madam President, I will continue what my colleague, Mr Terheș, was saying. We should all be condemned, because we each promise our voters that we will try to solve their problems in the European Parliament. Moreover, as a lawyer and senator of Romania, I made over 1,600 criminal complaints against Romania's leadership, against the parliamentarians from the Socialists and Liberals. As you can see, no prosecutor has responded to any complaint, because they too are corrupt because of politics. Who did you negotiate this directive with? With those who lead corruption in Romania and who are then sent here, in the European Parliament, by the socialists and liberals, after they stole Romania? Are you talking about institutions that control corruption? We have it! We have the National Anticorruption Department, which destroyed all Romanian entrepreneurship, because it received orders from the European Union...

Madam President, I do not know if you know, but Romania has 25% of the European Union's hydrographic network and 40% of the European Union's mineral water network. And yet, they bankrupted everything that meant mineral water and drinking water in Romania. I don't know if you know, but for several months now, the towns of Curtea de Arges and Câmpina in Romania no longer have water, and the smart leaders of Romania, supported by the leadership of the European Union, have put fecal water on all people's facilities, so there is a great danger of serious illnesses. Nobody says anything. As far as medicines are concerned, I would like to ask you why you do not resort to natural medicine, to natural medicine, so that we also have natural treatments here? Indeed, it does not cost much and would bankrupt the entire pharmaceutical industry. With regard to these medicines, I would like to know why people who lost in the pandemic due to experimental vaccination in humans are not compensated.

Mr President, I don't know if you know, but Romania is the richest resource-rich country in the entire European Union. Russia is the richest resource-rich country in Europe and the top three in the world. I understand that at this moment there are wars, but these wars are also provoked. In Ukraine it was provoked by the United States in 2014 by the so-called Maidan revolution, supported by the European Union. Now we have reached the country with the most resources in the European Union, Romania, to be the poorest. We have the largest production of oil and gas, but it no longer belongs to us, because it is taken over by the United States of America, Austria, Israel and so on. We don't have anything. More than half of Romania's population has gone abroad. The Neptun Deep project, if you know about it, will be able to deliver the first gas molecules to the European network starting in 2027, so it will be mandatory for the Commission to integrate these resources into the price stability strategy across the bloc and to operationally support the area of the Black Sea maritime security hub, which is now also affected by the war with Iran, because there we have an American military base, Kogalniceanu, which, if bombed, including the Cernavoda nuclear power plant, will explode.

Madam President, yes, it is very interesting that we are leaning on the elections in Honduras. I understand that it is a very serious situation there and it is a state with great problems, including a mafia system that is implemented at the level of the government and that you are involved in the sovereignty of Honduras, and I wonder why you did not apply the same law and the same method in the case of Romania, where not only the elections were cancelled, but before the elections, the Constitutional Court annulled a candidacy, in this case of the undersigned, because I drove at speed the car or for newspaper articles written by the mainstream media of the Romanian Government. Neither did you care that the elections were rigged in Romania, nor did you care that the people do not recognize Nicusor Dan, the President of Romania, an unconstitutional and illegal president, but who makes all your desires. You don't care that we have a corrupt Mafia government. You're not interested, but you're interested in Honduras, at Mama Ana's. Don't you want to be interested in the countries of Europe?

Mr President, first of all, I want to let you know that that person, that fellow Member who always offends us and complains to us, I want to let you know, Mr President, that I myself have notified the leadership of the European Parliament of the incident against protesters, of the gassing, because I am also a victim and I want someone to pay me compensation. So, I will ask you nicely, as in his case, to repeat the count, just as it was in his case, because you always give him more time than you should. Regarding this issue now, I want to tell you that the piracy you are talking about, you will eradicate it when you will also eradicate corruption at the level of the European Union and corruption at the level of the Romanian leadership. It's a matter that comes naturally when you impoverish the population, and subscriptions cost enormously. You are talking about 300 million euros in damage in Italy, but you are not talking about all the illegalities done behind sports contracts, behind television contracts and the mafia that is related to all the sport and the money that gets out of sport behind the backs of athletes and at the expense of their work. Before you talk about eradicating piracy, look in your own backyard, clean up, clean up politics, first and foremost European. In Romania, everything is actually sold behind the backs of athletes. The Romanian sport has become dusty, and you are talking about piracy. It's natural that they want to see as cheap or free as possible, when they actually have no money, and sport was a pleasure, not a matter of money. Please come back to your senses.

Mr. President, yes, it seems to me that it is a double measure, because no one reacted and I would have liked to see such a discussion when Moldova shut down over 15 TV stations, closed down dozens of radio stations and dozens of websites over two or three years. Similarly, I would have liked to see you react in Romania, where all television stations, from the national to the mainstream, are under the order of the Romanian Government and the parliamentary groups that run Romania and have a majority. Similarly, I would have liked you to have reacted when yesterday you stopped the press, even though orders were given by the European Parliament and Ursula von der Leyen that farm protesters, including myself, be attacked with gas and shot at. I was there, paralyzed from that gas. Shame on you for acting and throwing gunfire and bullets at farmers.

Mr President, first of all, I would like to mention what Mr Stefanuta said, that there has never been violence in Romania against immigrants. It's a lie. Given what is happening around the world, the chaos we have been embroiled in and the war in Ukraine, in which the European Union has been involved, has become dust and cheap gas from Russia. Now, the problem of the United States attacking Greenland's sovereignty. The dust is gone and all the deals we have with America for liquefied gas, which is enormously expensive. You destroyed everything that was still important in Romania, the country that had more than 25% water reserves in the European network. You destroyed the dams, you destroyed the reservoirs, you shut down the hydropower plants, you sell the Iron Gates hydropower plant, you no longer sell it to the Serbs, you sell it to the Americans, and Romania has absolutely nothing left. Tomorrow, over 200 farmers come here in front of you in Strasbourg, because you destroyed them with the Mercosur agreement. Destroy Europe! It's time to back off.

Mr President, today we have witnessed the release of hostages in Belarus, the intervention of President Trump and the lifting of sanctions against Belarus, Belarus - a friendly state of the Russian Federation. While Trump is trying to bring peace, the European Union is arming itself and sending weapons to Ukraine, which means this war will not end. You don't care if the states oppose it. The states are not you, the states are the citizens, and you seem to have forgotten that you were voted by some citizens to bring them well-being, not to kill people. When you ask who is victorious in this war, know one thing: That victory in a war where people are killed and killed is Satan's. You are not God's people and you do not care about European citizens. In Romania, you asked us to borrow, over loans we have no place to give the money back. People are starving, they don't have access to health. People with disabilities have 50 euros per month of help, and you make us borrow. How do we give the money back? In November I was unable to pay salaries and pensions. Instead of joining Trump's peace plan, you are actually creating the worst war there. And yes, I am interested, because Romania has the longest border with Ukraine and we are dying people, we are dying not only in war, but (...)

Mr President, I want to tell you, that Mehdi's death will not be in vain, that we will have to understand how this organised crime works. The 2023 and 2024 United Nations report states that the most important route of access to drugs after the start of the war in Ukraine is the Port of Constanta in Romania. This is where the largest quantities of drugs hidden in Ukrainian grain-covered shipments enter, because, according to the European Commission's provisions, no shipments coming from Ukraine are allowed to be controlled or stopped. Romania, from a drug transit country, has become, in two years, a country of consumption. The youngest age of a child who uses drugs is 8 years old. It is unimaginable, and if I also tell you that because of the influence in justice and politics, which are all involved in drug trafficking and take money from there, for this reason, this drug trafficking cannot be eradicated.
