Mr President! This report on fundamental rights is in fact a roadmap for more control, more power for Brussels, more control over opinion, more migration and more gender ideology. Under the pretext of disinformation, it is becoming increasingly clear what can be said. But I ask you: Where was your fundamental rights zeal in the Corona era? Lockdowns, bans on gatherings, massive vaccination pressure on millions of citizens? And where is a single sentence in this report on how to deal with Member States that simply change the Basic Law with a parliament that has been voted out, as in Germany? You're silent about that. And now sell us your left-ideological report as democracy, as protection for citizens. Let me tell you something: Citizens do not want censorship through the back door. The citizens also do not want mass immigration and the citizens do not want green fantasy gender politics. This report does not protect fundamental rights, it abuses them. That is why we reject this report.

Madam President, Correctiv has received at least EUR 400 000 from the EU, allegedly to fight disinformation. What did Correctiv do? These funds were used to spread disinformation themselves. Because the so-called Potsdam affair, this supposed secret meeting, was a political campaign. The central claim that the AfD wanted to deport Germans with a migrant background was simply a lie. And this lie has damaged existences. People were hit professionally, financially and socially. That is why we call for an immediate stop to funding Correctiv, for the full repayment of all funds received and for compensation to the victims of this campaign. And I promise you: Sooner or later there will be a committee of inquiry. Then we'll talk about every penny this leaf of lies put into left-wing activism under the guise of alleged fact-checks.

Mr President! Tomorrow, a year ago, the bloody deed of Aschaffenburg happened. A rejected asylum seeker from Afghanistan stabbed a kindergarten group with a knife – the 2-year-old died Yannis and a passerby who wanted to help. This act stands for the failure of German migration policy. A failure for which the CDU also bears political responsibility. And what an irony that this debate is being held today under the title ‘Re-establishing control over migration’. Let's be honest: It's no longer about control, it's about limiting damage. They will only believe you, especially the citizens, if really binding measures follow. This means: Pressure on countries of origin via development aid and visas and trade. Anyone who refuses to repatriate must no longer receive an advantage. Secondly, we need application centres and procedural centres outside the EU to end the incentive to migrate illegally and, above all, to die in the Mediterranean. Third, returns must be practically possible. This includes talks with the Taliban to enforce withdrawals and direct returns – this could have already prevented a lot of suffering. And just like the murderer of Liana K. or the assassin of Solingen, they are all classic Dublin cases. People who would never have been allowed to enter German soil. And finally, in the direction of the European Christian Democrats: You will succeed in making a real change in migration policy, especially here only with the ESN and in the federal government only with the AfD – everything else is self-deception and a continued deception of your voters.

Mr President! Yes, anti-discrimination here, anti-discrimination there. Whenever factual arguments are missing or no longer supported, this word is used – not to solve problems, but to morally stifle criticism and enforce political projects. This is how the so-called Anti-Discrimination Directive works. It is promoted with the protection of people with disabilities. In fact, however, it intervenes deeply in areas that are clearly a matter for the nation states, such as housing, education and social benefits. This is done above all by reversing the burden of proof and with the foreseeable consequence of waves of lawsuits. A concrete example: A volunteer-run sports club has separate changing rooms for women and men for reasons of privacy and, of course, protection. And in the future, exactly this regulation can become legally challengeable if someone wants to have access to the women's changing room just because he feels like a woman. The club is suddenly under suspicion of discrimination. Volunteers risk lawsuits, not because of wrongdoing, but because of politically charged legal concepts. And we should be honest: This Directive has long gone beyond the protection of persons with disabilities. It is used to make socio-political ideas, especially around sexual identity and lifestyle, binding throughout the EU, past democratic majorities. At the same time, real problems are being eliminated. In Germany, attacks on students are on the rise simply because they are simply Germans. Where is the outcry here when even such experiences no longer have a place in the concept of discrimination? Then we don't talk about equal treatment, anti-discrimination...

Madam President, Yes, Christmas markets are already being cancelled in German cities today. Not because people don't want it, but because the cost of counter-terrorism is exploding. This is the result of years of uncontrolled mass immigration. And with the new EU migration pact, Germany is forced to participate in the solidarity pool. In plain language, this means: If you don't want to take in migrants, you have to pay. This is not solidarity, this is a coercive system that cements migration instead of stopping it, and punishes the countries that protect their borders and their citizens. While our municipalities groan and people lack security, Brussels only shifts responsibility and the bill ends up with the German taxpayer again. Europe does not need artificial solidarity based on political failure, but the rule of law and the courage to finally protect its borders.

Madam President, With the so-called Green Deal Ursula von der Leyen has decided on the decline of our European economy, and the Omnibus Regulation would have offered the opportunity to limit at least some of the damage. But instead of relieving our companies, the European Christian Democrats have, as so often, opted for the firewall instead of our industry. Now you have the opportunity to do something good again. Free thousands, thousands of companies from the green supply chain bureaucracy – so they can simply survive. Vote against the negotiating mandate today so that new requests can be tabled to create real discharge. And above all addressed to the CDU: You have the chance to relieve even more companies. And you don't do that for a majority here. This is what you are doing for the citizens you have elected and, above all, for the future of our country.

Madam President, So, Mrs. von der Leyen has unfortunately left the room. But nevertheless, we must never forget that in the middle of the coronavirus era, she presented her first draft on EU chat control, the entry into the mass surveillance of every single citizen. At that time, social media gave many the opportunity to freely share their thoughts – away from the mainstream media. But it is precisely this freedom that is a thorn in the side of this woman and this EU. Chat control, Digital Services Act, AI Act and the digital euro – all of which are building blocks of their anti-freedom agenda. And this week, in addition to the green transition, you want to talk about the digital transformation. Under the pretext of protecting citizens, you want to monitor content, evaluate data, and censor platforms. Today, almost half of Germans no longer dare to express their opinion freely. This is the result of your policy. We don't want a supervised internet and digital guardianship. We want freedom, and it will only exist with the AfD.

Mr President! In Germany alone, 109 000 attacks on police officers were registered in 2024. That's more than 300 a day, an attack on a police officer every five minutes. A third of the perpetrators did not have a German passport. The figures above all show how much migration and violence have long since threatened the security of our forces. The conflicts, especially with us in Germany, are becoming more and more foreign, and the support of our police is becoming thinner and thinner, especially through left-wing ideology. In Berlin, after the Hamas attacks, there were more than 600 attacks on police officers. At the same time, however, extreme left-wing violence is also on the rise. And what happens? Left-wing politicians relativize, the CDU is silent, and the Greens try to use sayings like All Cops are bastards Make it socially acceptable. This EU speaks of internal security, but it allows for open borders, imported conflicts and hatred of the uniformed. A European security strategy must finally start where security really starts – at our borders. We have all the infrastructure for it. Our officials do not need political slogans. They need clear laws, backing and, above all, respect. We need to give our police a sense of strength and support so that they can carry out their missions without fear. Because in the end: Protect those who protect us.

Madam President, So, you're talking about morality. But where was your morale this morning when you covered up a far-left criminal? Okay, let's talk about morality. Let's talk about why anti-Semitism is growing in Europe. And, oh wonder, it has something to do with uncontrolled mass immigration. Today, a man with a kippah can walk through the streets more safely in Budapest than in Berlin or Paris. And it is not only anti-Semitism that is growing, but also misogyny, homophobia and religious intolerance – all of the value contempt that has been imported has been imported by you. This hatred is directed against Europeans, against our culture, against our identity. Today, we already have German children being bullied and beaten up in schools because they are simply Germans. But you cannot pronounce this phenomenon. Nothing will change with you – only when the AfD comes to the government and when a conservative right-wing majority finally works together here in the European Parliament.

Mr President! So, maybe to the previous speaker: The AfD said ten years ago: "We can't do it". And that is why I joined this party, because it had already foreseen at that time that we will not be able to open the door for everyone. And she was right about that, too. Because today, ten years later, we have the bloody numbers: Every 30 minutes a foreigner commits a knife attack in Germany, two gang rapes every day and countless Islamist attacks. The blood of these victims sticks exactly to your hands. And the disgusting thing is: No regrets, no apologies, no resignation. Instead, they want to continue. But why? You're driving your company car. Your children don't have to go to hotspot schools, and you can move at any time when a refugee camp is placed in your neighborhood. The victims, especially with me in Germany, are the weakest in society: the mother who cannot send her child to a private school; The girl who can't be picked up by her parents. And I'll promise you, we'll be the ones responsible...

Madam President, A strong Europe in a changing world. Under this motto, Denmark takes over the Presidency of the Council. For me, a strong Europe means a Europe of the fatherlands, a Europe that is built on security, sovereignty and traditions, not on open borders, foreign determination or ideology. But it is no coincidence that Denmark can take this special path in terms of migration. It is not part of the Common European Asylum System. And that is precisely why Denmark has room for manoeuvre that we in Germany can only dream of. While Berlin is bound by Brussels quotas, Copenhagen can protect its borders, consistently implement returns and negotiate asylum centres in third countries. Germany, on the other hand, is paying billions for a system that has long since lost control. Overwhelmed communities, rising crime and frustration among their own populations – all this is the reality of open borders. Migration is not a destiny, it is a question of political will. That is why we are also calling on the AfD to withdraw from the common European asylum system. And maybe you can do that in your time also Friedrich Merz ...

Mr President! This motion shows how international cooperation can work even without Brussels' patronage. Britain is no longer part of the EU. We owe this to the patience and assertiveness of a free people; The British can be proud of that. Nevertheless, it is possible to create legal certainty on an equal footing. A sovereign state, an international treaty, clear rules, without a multi-billion-dollar bureaucratic apparatus, without ideology – that is precisely our path. We need to reduce European cooperation to the essentials: Internal market, protection of external borders and voluntary bilateral treaties between sovereign nation states. Instead, we are witnessing an EU that is inflating into a political superstate that costs billions and is increasingly interfering in national decisions. We agree because it shows what real partnership looks like: the rule of law, voluntary and sovereign.

Madam President, Yes, what we are talking about here today is really inconceivable, because this report seriously calls for abortion to be enshrined as a human right in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. And this commission will tacitly support this, because it is also part of a political deal to re-election Ursula von der Leyen. The Greens have demanded it, and Brussels should deliver: This is how power politics works in the European Union. And this report is called the Serious Rule of Law Report – in fact, it is an ideological weapon of war. If you don't feel it when it comes to migration, media or family politics, you will be put under pressure with EU funds. This report calls it quite friendly conditionality, but in reality it is a political attack on countries such as Hungary and Poland. And while an entire army of tax-funded NGOs is courted as a civil society, dissenters are silenced with terms like disinformation and hate speech. I would like to tell you how we define the rule of law as freedom of expression, sovereignty and genuine democracy; That is why we reject this report.

Madam President, Thank you very much, rapporteur. My group has also voted in favour of this report. But for us personally, the problem lies much deeper, especially with us in Germany, in society, because there are doctoral games in kindergartens, programs such as Original play in Berlin, where foreign men are invited to cuddle with children, so to speak, teenagers who believe they live in the wrong body, and undergo irreversible interventions. All this is also done under the guise of tolerance, diversity and progress, but let me make it clear: This is not progress, this is an attack on the innocence of our children and the values that hold our society together. And in many European countries, and especially in Germany, children today are flooded with sexualized content long before they even have the maturity to understand it. School propaganda, so-called educational brochures and workshops of left-wing NGOs who want to re-educate minors under the pretext of education and diversity: However, they pervert the natural development of our children and, above all, blur the boundaries of normality. And all of this is supported by the CDU, especially in Germany. But abuse begins, above all, far before abuse and also pornography on the Internet. It begins where their apron organizations and party friends want to institutionalize and propagate the sexual re-education of our children. We must not allow our children to become victims of sick ideologies. A world without God, without family, without values – in this world everything is allowed, and we strictly reject this world. Children need protection, love and boundaries, not early sexualization.

Mr President! We all remember the joyful Syrians who roamed our German Christmas markets last winter, shouting Allahu Akbar, not to celebrate the Feast of Love, but to celebrate the overthrow of the Assad regime in their home country, in the middle of Germany. And what followed? No return, no suitcases, no journey home. Now what? Now the EU is lifting sanctions. Syria is described as on the path to stability – investment is possible again, billions are to flow. And I tell you, if money flows again, if Syria is investable again, it is habitable again. Because one thing is clear: The ground for protection and asylum has ceased to exist. Our cities are not permanent refuges and our Christmas markets are not political rallying grounds for foreign parties to the conflict. The lifting of sanctions must not be a gift to the Syrian rulers, it must be the starting signal for international remigration treaties. We need to leave, and we need to do so on a massive scale.

Madam President, What would the AfD be without social media? A party without any contact with the sovereign, with the citizens. Millions of people are happy about the freedom to get their own picture because they no longer have confidence in the established media. TikTok has become the platform of freedom of expression in Europe. Opposition parties in particular find a way to disseminate their critical content without being affected by censorship. Especially on TikTok – you probably don’t find that nice up here – patriotic and conservative content attracts millions of viewers. Right-wing parties are becoming the strongest force among young voters. New trends are emerging and the mainstream is losing its grip – as here before. TikTok has thus become an enemy image for all those who prefer to suppress unwelcome opinions about the preservation of their own power. Let us think only of dealing with the German government and, above all, with the AfD, the largest opposition party. It is therefore not surprising that TikTok is once again being pilloried in isolation. Yes, the risk of TikTok sharing data with China is real. But just as real is the threat that governments, in the name of national security, censor platforms on which unwelcome opinions and criticism of the establishment are spread. You're losing confidence, we're gaining traction. Therefore, the digital space is censored under the guise of data protection.

I do not think much of the fact that the media should now be financed by a European Parliament. Just as I think it is wrong that we have the most expensive radio in the world in Germany – we pay 8 billion euros a year in compulsory fees. 8 billion euros to a medium that ultimately only serves to serve this government, especially those as a buffalo.
