Well, he, using the terminology of Hitler's time, announced that he would make Nuremberg his competitors. His party organized a campus where it was sung that millions of people with whom he disagreed should be destroyed and expelled from the country. It was fortified by institutions that had terms of office guaranteeing their independence. He arrests opposition MPs without respecting international immunities. That was the last time Putin did it. He sent police with guns to inconvenient judges and now threatens to imprison the president of the Supreme Court. He does not execute the judgments of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, and he has made it quite clear that he has broken the law and will continue to do so. He does exactly what the boss of every criminal group does, who feels the impunity, the impunity that you guarantee him. And to be clear, I do not expect you to do anything about it, because you have no competence in this matter. On the other hand, I would like the whole world to hear about these double standards and the filth for which you share responsibility.

First, you threw out the provisions on readmission, i.e. the detention of migrants in their places of residence. Then you cut down on the records of the fight against human traffickers. Then you entered forced relocation to countries such as Poland or paying migration tax, 20,000 euros from an immigrant. What did you really do? In fact, you sent a love letter to human traffickers to push as many people into the sea as possible, because you know that they will be accepted anyway without any criteria. What will be the effects? First of all, you will stuff money into smugglers, people will drown, you will create problems in Europe, you will get money out of countries like Poland, and you will not solve any problem. None of them. So it's time for a radical change in the next election. Do not vote for the centre-left, vote for the traditional Europe. We will take back these documents and the Green Deal.

Mr President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. We have another report on breaches of the rule of law. And you have tabled amendments to it about positive changes in Poland. And I would like you all to hear now what positive changes are being introduced in Poland, because in the future they may affect all of you. Public media authorities in Poland had a legally guaranteed term of office. Tusk, however, did not want to wait and forcibly seized the public media without any legal basis and expelled almost all employees, including a pregnant and disabled woman. And he had the buildings surrounded by police. For the whole action, his minister used forged notarial deeds, and the prosecutor who detected it was demoted. Meanwhile, the illegality of Tusk's actions was confirmed by the courts and the Constitutional Tribunal. Tusk and his people did not comply with any of the judgments, and his minister considered the Court’s decision to be – I quote – ‘non-existent’, because – I quote – ‘does not meet the criteria of relevance’. So the real lawyers and those people who shouted about the independence of the courts must have a bit of a gamble when they hear that the minister's message of significance is higher than the laws and the constitution. In addition, Justice Minister Bodnar fires almost one judge every day. And the question is, did you really want that independence? In addition, Tusk's people a moment later took on the role of a national prosecutor. They can't dismiss him without the president's permission, so they took his cabinet by force. And he and his deputies turned off the cards and did not let them into the buildings. And you're probably wondering why he's doing all this? A moment later it turned out. His men twisted the case of the Speaker of the Senate from Tusk, to whom 250 people testified that he demanded a bribe from them. 250 people. Do you know of a similar case in the history of the European Union? And you think that these changes are good and law-abiding. Politics is perverse. I want to tell you all. And be careful that someone doesn't do this to you here in the European Parliament one day. The buildings were occupied by force. He turned the cards off. He said the press releases were higher than the law. And one more thing. I don't expect any intervention from you. You don't have that right now. You haven't had one before. However, Muslims are often preferred by you, brought to Europe, given social benefits and given housing, and there are cases where Europeans are expelled. Recently, a 77-year-old Würzburg resident experienced this, her apartment was given to immigrants. Why are you talking again about Muslims and not about the most persecuted religion in the world, namely Christianity? According to the Global Persecution Index, 360 million Christians are currently victims of persecution around the world. Most often they are persecuted by followers of Islam, and somehow it is difficult to find such a situation in reverse. And it will be the same if they become the majority in Europe. The key question is this: Why, then, do you care more about the militant religion of Sharia than about your own religion of love, which has created the strength and uniqueness of this continent? You often talk about women's rights. Compare the rights of women in Islam and the rights of women in civilizations built on the Christian religion. Compare these rights. Therefore, the fact that you consciously speak of persecution again, point to Muslims and ignore Christianity, is also symbolic. And it's time to put an end to it.

Herbert Marcuse, your favorite ideologue, wrote directly in Repressive Tolerance about what you are hiding in this document. Let's quote him now: A liberating tolerance would therefore mean intolerance towards the right and tolerance for left-wing movements. So you want to intimidate, terrorise everyone – not for freedom, but because you hate freedom and want censorship. And there will never be an agreement. Namely, a European state is to be created, because, as we read there, Germany must take greater responsibility for Europe. Previous catastrophes always began with the ideology of fighting against Christianity, nation states and the family. Data from your countries: in 2021, one in two perpetrators of sexual aggression in Spain is a foreigner, and one in five comes from Africa. In Germany, an immigrant from Afghanistan and Pakistan is eight times more likely to be involved in the murder than a native German. In Germany twenty times, in Italy seventeen times, and in Spain fourteen times more likely to be suspected of a crime is an Algerian than a native of these countries. According to a 2016 survey, 72% of French Muslims want Sharia. And you are now proposing even more with Tusk and the PSL, even though the people of Europe do not want it. They just want to stop illegal migration. So you have to ask yourself: Why are you pushing this project? Because it is an ideological project aimed at destroying our civilization, Christianity, nation states and gaining certain votes for the left and liberals. All the people of Europe are to pay for your obsession with security. I have one last message for you: The Poles in the referendum will stop your migration pact!

You've invited millions of illegal migrants here. As it turned out, the German government finances boats with these illegal immigrants, and the partner of one of the Bundestag MPs earns from it. What are the effects of both methods? The results of our method – here you go: According to your statistics, Poland is one of the safest countries in the European Union. And your effects? The effects of your method? Hundreds of dead people, exploding bombs, assassinations, gang wars, an unprecedented number of rapes, including on little girls, trauma for women for life. And that's your responsibility. The army is needed on the streets of France and Sweden, because the usual ways no longer cope with immigration gangs. And you dare to accuse Poland. You just feel the contrast. Poland is your remorse, a monument, proof that it can be safe. And proof of how you betrayed your own people. And that's why you need Tusk. He's supposed to blur that contrast. But we will not allow it. Poland will lead a rational Europe and in a referendum will overthrow your migration system, and other countries will follow.
So I just would like to ask you, Tineke, because you said that there is an issue in Poland with the National Judicial Council, do you know what exactly Poland changed in Judicial National Council?
Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. You have prepared a report that is proof of the lack of the rule of law, the corruption of the Union, going beyond the Treaties, the abuse of power to change disliked governments, that is, the destruction of democracy. You do not brag here about the funding of organizations involved in the Qatar scandal or the lack of independence of the CJEU, blocking the debate about joint events and hunting of judges and politicians. According to you, the rule of law is the Netherlands, where the hypocrite government was shooting at its own farmers. The rule of law is France, which has just censored the Internet and sent services to an old woman who wrote something bad for the president. Finally, the rule of law is Germany, where you have just repeated elections because of abuse. Anti-Semitism is on the rise, and politicians choose their own judges and become judges themselves. And now you want to resettle immigrants to Poland against their will, even though you invited them. They're the only ones who don't want to be in Poland. So within the framework of the rule of law, we're supposed to keep them here and set up camps for them. So let's just say to ourselves: The Germans have not yet paid Poland for the previous camps, and now they are ordering us to build new camps. And that is the rule of law. This is the observance of human rights. This is the way to nowhere.

Mr President, thank you very much. I question the entire migration pact. In all official resolutions, statements, you write that welcoming migrants is great, that this policy enriches. Is that right? Then why do you want to get rid of them now, these great people, and push them into countries that don't want to? The answer is simple: Because you're lying about this from morning to night. You know that's not great at all? But more rape, more crime, more security spending, more unemployment. You talk about human rights – and we hear you. And you want to forcibly take people, e.g. from Germany, and transport them to Poland, where they do not want to be. And we have to build some prisons for them so that they don't run back to Germany. And these are the human rights – keeping people by force against their will? In addition, if Poland does not accept a migrant, you have to pay about PLN 100,000 for every migrant from Africa, and you have paid about EUR 100 for real refugees from Ukraine. Then how did you value Ukrainians, real war refugees, less than African migrants? What is it if not racism? I call for repentance.

After the attack on Ukraine in 2014 and the annexation of Crimea, when Ursula von der Leyen was still Germany's defence minister, you continued doing business with Russia, selling weapons to Putin, building Nord Stream. Putin has corrupted your politicians. The Kremlin's payroll includes, among others, the former German Chancellor, the prime ministers of France and Austria. In addition, Russia has paid 20 million euros to the foundation of the Prime Minister of Germany Mecklenburg, and now another billion are coming to light, with which Putin has subsidized your favorite environmental organizations. You know that your support for Putin is the biggest scandal in Europe. That is why you are trying to hide it and defend Tusk so that people will not hear why he has written off debts to Gazprom, sent members of the Polish election commission to training in Moscow, wanted to sell them key Polish companies and did briefings for Polish ambassadors for Lavrov. In addition, he separated visits to Smolensk, and as it ended, we all remember very well. You would like your people not to be held accountable for Russian rudeness, and all of them to fall ill with collective amnesia.

Mr President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. I am opposed to Hungary's cooperation with Russia. However, if you were to judge for this, many of you would get the highest sentences, with the German and French governments at the forefront. So what's really going on? You say Orban is taking over the media, the universities, the culture, the justice system, and that's wrong. And why? Because it takes over from you, from what is left of left-wing governments and is common in most left-liberal states in Europe. So you're banning him from practices that you're painfully using yourself. Anything that is not your idea is a violation of the rule of law. Other views are hate speech. Defending children in schools from the practices that your journalist Abigail Shrier has so perfectly studied and described in her book is ideologically contrary to European values. That is to say, the defence of children is contrary to European values. And finally, we have to ask ourselves a question. What kind of democracy is this at all, where you can impose everything against their will, not on Orban, but on Hungary. Because you know very well that the majority of Hungarian society supports Orban's policy. Do you want to be the commissars who will do everything you can for Hungarians? This is not a democracy, this is a dictatorship.

Well, there are a lot of necessary provisions in the Convention, and if only they remained, the document could be adopted unanimously and probably would have a chance to be effective. On the other hand, no. You have to put into every document, even the most needed one, you have to push the ideology. It is, of course, about forcing everyone to recognise gender. There's no such thing. There is no gender, only biological sex. Encouraging children to change sex has already ended in many irreversible tragedies, like David, who committed suicide, when the forerunner of this trend, Dr. Money, encouraged him to change sex with exactly the same justification as you, that it is not biology, and culture that determines who is a boy and who is a girl. For women, too, this ideology ends in tragedy. It destroys their efforts in sports, depriving them of the chances of well-deserved medals in unequal competition with men. In addition, it becomes a tool for smart people entering intimate places for women and girls in this way. The push for this ideology is intended to destroy traditional oases of identity: from gender, patriotism, the Church to the nation-state. Oases, which, as your data shows, are the most effective defense against violence in the countries where they are the strongest. And where there are no longer traditional communities, violence rages.

Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, Commissioner! President Macron signed an agreement in China and spoke about Europe's strategic autonomy. Meanwhile, you have been building Europe's strategic autonomy for years with Russia against Poland. And at the time of the crisis and the outbreak of war, you left Europe helpless, helpless militarily, energetically and economically weaker. And today President Macron goes to China and says more of the same and about pushing the United States out of Europe. I wonder what Europe, and Ukraine in particular, would do without the United States and without Poland. It would have fallen a long time ago and would have stayed with your pathetic helmets and energy-saving light bulbs, which the Ukrainians could at most throw at the Russians. And, of course, with long tables with Putin. And I no longer count on the reflection of Germany or France, on their ideas and selfishness of autonomy. Ideas for Europe's autonomy have already cost the continent too much on many occasions. I appeal to you, leaders of Central and Eastern Europe: If you do not wake up, the Chinese and Russians will soon organize autonomy for you.

Mr President, thank you very much. Do you want to increase funding for raising awareness of the values of the European Union? I support this claim because people should know what values you really profess. Value number one – double standards. Well, you want to punish Poland with sanctions, because it supposedly has a politicized way of choosing judges. Meanwhile, judges are elected in Poland the same way as in Spain or Germany. But there you can, there you can't. Value number two – racism. Well, you explain this way of proceeding (you can see even in this resolution) the famous opinion of the Venice Commission, according to which the same solutions exist in different countries, but there are countries that can and those that can not, especially those countries where there is a higher culture and traditions. Does Germany have a higher culture than Poland? This is the classic definition of racism. Value number three – contempt for citizens. You are not interested in the opinion of the majority, because most Poles have already said what they think eight times. But you don't care, because you despise them and despise their opinion. Value number four – censorship. How is the rule of law in culture? It is in Europe that you censor the books of Agatha Christie, Roald Dahl or even Charles May. Value number five – reversal of concepts. In your opinion, the most important are the rights of minorities, which you understand as LGBTIQ, etc. Meanwhile, the representatives of this option in this House have long been the majority and do not respect the rights of the real minority: a minority that adheres to traditional family values, the right to life or political rights to perform various functions. So double standards, racism, censorship are not European values, it is communism, and you profess communism.
Madam President, I'm sorry. Well, in recent years you have been telling everyone that you need to bet on gas and it will be cheaper, greener and safer. And what? It is less environmentally friendly, more expensive and less safe. And then, instead of drawing conclusions, you show that ideological shoe of yours. And now, as of 2027, everyone in the European Union is to pay the ETS tax on buildings, i.e. an artificial ideological tax, the costs of buying housing and maintaining it will increase. And your ideological hump will be paid for by the poorest people who cannot afford super modern real estate, such as the Poles, who, of course, would live at your level if the Germans paid us war reparations. In addition, today you want to ban boilers consuming fossil fuels for new homes until 2028, and then for everyone, including gas furnaces, which you just ordered to be installed as ecological, because there was Nord Stream and the Germans made a lot of money from it. Poles have already installed over a million such furnaces and now they are to switch to heat pumps, because you just stopped running gas in Nord Stream. The cost of installing a heat pump is greater than the annual earnings of most Poles. In addition, the climate here is different and we will pay much more than you, plus, of course, the cost of bureaucracy, these certificates. This is madness, this is madness what you want to do. It's insane.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. You say that the fact that, as a Union, you have funded an organisation that is a money launderer for Qatari corruption is just a case from which you draw conclusions. Well, no, it's not. It's just a natural consequence of the world you've created. A world in which you cultivate your own adoration on the one hand and hatred of people and democracy on the other. You steal people's sovereignty and their rights quietly and ruthlessly. Because when you put the changes to the treaties to a referendum, you lost to the creed. Remember the Constitution for Europe? Instead of listening to people, do you want to change governments by force? Professor Józef Gerliński wrote in his book Auschwitz the Fighter: To survive this hell, you had to have two things. A strong faith in God and the love of someone close to us awaiting our return. You want to kill God, but you only love yourself. Definitely not your neighbor, since you are introducing euthanasia and abortion on demand. You want to kill people against their will, depriving them of their dignity, because they can disturb the supposed comfort of your life. You support social media censorship and ostracism for those who think differently. You hate Europe and its traditions, so you are happy to let in people who want to destroy it, and you are attacking freedom, Christianity, the traditional family and all the states that support it. And it was enough for the organization to come and tell you that the most important thing for it is the fight for the rule of law in Poland, and you have already given it millions, without seeing how it destroyed the rule of law itself. So there is no case in what happened, because corruption, Russia, war or the destruction of the rule of law do not bother you as much as tradition and its defenders.
