This is madness. And this madness will be stopped after these elections. We’re going to make Europe great again. We’re going to change the numbers. And your laugh will not change the fact that you are going to lose these elections. You know that, and you know that, Madam President. You know why? Because there is no freedoms you mention. We can read in the conclusions that Europe must be safe for European citizens. It’s your fault, Madam President, that it’s not safe. Illegal migration, and your policy, Mr Weber, German policy, ‘Willkommen’, is the reason why Europe is not safe. Ukrainian cereals on the European market (debate)
Dear President, Dear Commissioner, I always make my speeches in English, but today I decided to speak in my mother tongue, because it is a great pride that the Commissioner for Agriculture is a Pole. Today it is a special pride. Why is that? I would like to present some data, facts and not political opinions, on the example of Poland. Why was the decision to extend this liberalisation a good one? Poland has 4 billion surpluses in trade with Ukraine. 4 billion euros. The European Union has 2 billion in the negative. The whole European Union has minus 2 billion, and Poland has 4 billion, and thanks to Poland, the whole European Union has plus 2 billion euros. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Poland earns 4 billion euros. Thanks to this decision, EUR 4 billion goes to Polish families, it goes to 500+. The opposition knows well, especially in Poland, what 500+ is – although it knows it only from newspapers, it did not know how to introduce itself. So, with this money, projects are carried out to support families. What if we didn't support liberalisation? There would be no legal basis for this agreement, which now prohibits the sale of four types of cereals in Poland. Thanks to Commissioner Wojciechowski, it was possible to reach an agreement that Ukrainian grain in Poland is banned. If we had not extended the regulation, which – note – was introduced by your minister in 2014 and was now only extended, there would have been no legal basis to ban sales. We have banned sales, and we earn 4 billion for Poland. You'd be losing that money. Not to mention Spain, which was threatened by starvation due to a great drought and begged for this grain to reach Spain. We are saving Spain, the European Union and supporting Poland. 4 billion, and for that 4 billion, Commissioner, I want to thank you.

Madam President, I'm sorry. This is the biggest corruption scandal in the history of the European Parliament. This is not a scandal only of Morocco, it is not a scandal only of Qatar, because the accused and arrested people dealt with artificial intelligence, dealt with cryptocurrencies and dealt with Poland. The humanitarian situation in Ukraine due to Russia’s attacks against critical infrastructure and civilian areas (debate)
Mr President, Madam Commissioner, it’s been 10 months – 10 months of this genocide. And Poland from day one was a leader. Over 7 million people crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border. Can you imagine that? Not even one person, Madam Commissioner, not even one family never found any other different place than a Polish home. We don’t have camps for refugees in Poland, because we are so open. But in Europe we still have hypocrites who are making money with Russia on diamonds. Why is Belgium selling diamonds? Why is Antwerp protesting to get diamonds into the embargo? Why is there no embargo on diamonds? Why do we hear from Mr Macron that we cannot isolate a leader like Putin? Why can we hear from Mr Schulz that after war we have to go back to the normal relations with Putin? This is hypocrisy. And if this hypocrisy will not stop, Putin will knock on Berlin’s door, Paris’ door and other doors in Europe. But Poland was first to react, and we are leaders. So be like Poland.
