In Romania during communism we were registered, spied on, and as a lawyer I tell you that all lawyers in Romania are spied on and registered. Former President Basescu paid about 500,000 euros for non-stop recording equipment for lawyers in Romania. Absolutely everything that happens in Romania in politics and here it's not just about defending journalists, most journalists are bought by the government and the governing parties. Here we are talking about lawyers, politicians, and I am being stalked and spied on, my countless messages are public, but in Romania it is legal and even if it is illegal, in court judges are being stalked, spied on, threatened, blackmailed, just like politicians. And yes, Mrs. Grapini, she is right, people no longer want to come into politics, including because of these criminal cases with blackmail.

Madam President, yes, we are talking about research. It's very nice, you have very good intentions, you think about money, you think about bringing the best researchers from the United States of America, those that America no longer needs, but you don't look at researchers from Europe and, of course, being Romanian, I want to praise my researchers from Romania: researchers who laid the foundations of the Magurele Institute of Atomic Physics, which you are leaving in disrepair; researchers who set up the most important institute, ‘Cantacuzino’ – thanks to which we would no longer need COVID vaccines with research that I do not know for whom you did it, maybe for Auschwitz, because they killed and kill and now I do not know what researchers they were – ‘Cantacuzino’ Institute that no longer exists and researchers have been put to go gathering vegetables through your countries; ‘Ana Aslan’ Institute of Geriatrics, which invented the elixir of youth. You are doing absolutely nothing for Europe. You're mocking! Bring only vaccines that have side effects and kill people. Gender ideologies, that's European research. When you learn to respect Europe and European researchers, then you will have excellence.

Mr President, you have spoken here of rights, freedoms, fundamental rights and respect for states, but also for European Union law. However, you were also involved in this election in Romania. You have made this election null and void. Mr. Macron was involved in this election. The French ambassador was openly involved, went directly to the Constitutional Court and had a discussion with the President of the Constitutional Court before the elections. The Republic of Moldova has brought people from Moldova and taken them everywhere and voted three times – the biggest electoral fraud I have ever seen in the elections, which you here were willing to cancel in December and once again are being rigged last Sunday. You stole everything that could be stolen from Romanians, from resources to the right to vote. The coup d'état of October 5th, when you banned me from running, has now turned into a coup d'état.

Mr President, you're talking about mental health at work, you're talking about a recreation program. Do you know that no employer lets you work just eight hours? I'm a lawyer and I've had a lot of litigation. You're forced to stay 14, 15, 16 hours of work. Don't you want to stay? No problem, you kick out and come in your place Asians, Africans, who you allowed to bring. In Romania there are several hundred thousand Asians and Africans who have taken the place of many Romanians: 10 million Romanians thrown outside the country's borders, who work in your countries not 8 hours and many are kept 12, 15, 16 hours each. We also had people in Italy held as slaves, because that's what you do: You are provoking problems and you want to make programs. Who will check the recreation program? Do you think an employer has an interest in seeing a man recreate himself...

Mr President, we have heard here that you are worried that a new pipeline from Russia will go to Hungary and Serbia. Honestly, I sincerely hope that it will also pass through Romania, so that we can have gas as cheap as possible, because our gas has been stolen from us, you, the great powers in the European Union, who have taken all our resources, Romania being the country with the most resources in the European Union, but which we cannot get our hands on. We have the highest prices, the lowest wages, the lowest pensions. A pension is 200 euros. You live like this! In addition, you said you would help the countries of Eastern Europe. How will you help? For 18 years, since we have been in the European Union, we have nothing. You have destroyed our industry, you have destroyed our agriculture, all our land belongs to foreigners, to Italy, to Spain, to the Israelis, to the Austrians, oil and gas belong to the Austrians...

Mr President, I have the impression that you live in a different world and since you like green ideology so much, I propose that you take the whole European Commission and go to an island of Robinson Crusoe. You will feel very good and no one will pollute you there, because the only ones who pollute are you, who do not have knowledge of chemistry, physics, geography; In fact, you have no knowledge of anything and pollute everyone. If you want to do something, retrain your intellectuals and go back to school, because, in fact, you are talking about pollution, but we are importing energy from Ukraine without taxes – that is, Ukraine does not have to pay any tax – an energy made of coal, mines that you have closed in Romania, you have killed hundreds of thousands of people and left them without work, and Germany is opening new mines. That's your policy, and you want what, to force the Chinese or the Americans to listen to you? You who know nothing about how the world works?

Mr President, you are talking about the common market. Who are you, who is the European Commission, to legislate for our countries? You're up to nothing, just words, just discussions, votes, and the other countries are taking it in front of you. What economy are you talking about? Where more than 52% of Europe's gas is imported from Russia, but you sanction Russia? What economy are we talking about and what European Union, the one where you want to sanction Hungary and Viktor Orbán and accuse him of Russism, when Austria, 80% of its economy is Russian? What economy are you talking about? About yours, the great powers that were empires, while in Romania you destroy our agriculture, you kill our animals, you give us swine and sheep plague, avian influenza, which does not exist in any other country, and you forbid livestock farmers to grow and export? That's not fair, that's mockery of us.

Mr. President, you're talking about Hungary. Do you allow yourself to observe a state? But why don't you kick us out of the European Union? Can you afford it? Why don't you throw Hungary and Romania out of the European Union, no longer have a Black Sea exit, no longer have NATO military bases in Romania and leave us alone? But why do you allow yourself to override the sovereignty and independence of a state? All treaties are signed as independent and sovereign states. Who are you, who have established censorship and dictatorship worse than the fascists, to observe Orbán? Bravo to him for forbidding all these parades of promiscuity and mockery of our children! God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Adam and Eve and Eve. Learn to respect traditions and history! Bravo to him for doing what he does in his country! He makes order and discipline exactly according to the tradition and history of Hungary. You don't like it? Throw us out, but we do not allow you to punish us when you are the first to violate European law.

Madam President, in fact, what is happening here is complicity in the genocide in the Gaza Strip, because Israel is committing crimes against humanity. While you have been talking and doing nothing for two years and supporting the Israeli Empire, China has been breaking the blockade for a week, that nobody is talking about it, and China is the only state in the world that carries aid to Palestine and helps the Palestinians with food and medicine. He gave Netanyahu an ultimatum to withdraw his forces from the Gaza Strip, because Palestine owns the territory of the Gaza Strip. Moreover, you are afraid of the Israeli Empire, an empire that in Romania interfered in the elections in Romania, which are struck by absolute nullity. In Romania, the history of the Jews is mandatory, while the history of the Romanians no longer exists, and yesterday we had a national holiday of Israel's independence, which the Romanians will never allow, because at this moment Israel is committing a holocaust against Palestine. Free Palestine!

Madam President, yes, you accuse others of being mentally ill but you don't go looking for yourself. It is inexcusable that you allow here the insult of a colleague, given that only if you are a doctor and only if you have been consulted you have the opportunity to express your point of view. From my point of view, as a lawyer, I would put the gentleman who spoke before Mazurek directly in jail. It is inexcusable what you accept, these insults. Two, you're talking about prevention. You will never do prevention, because you have relationships with Big Pharma. And this came out very clearly in the case of the COVID vaccination, an experimental vaccine. If you were interested, according to Article 5 of the Oviedo Convention, all vaccines were experimental. I myself took the information from the Pfizer and Modena website and all the other producers. I want to tell you that as much as you accuse Cuba of dictatorship, Cuba has managed to eradicate measles, while in Europe there is an explosion of measles. Very interesting. Yes, you throw the cane, because you forbid us, and you leave yours. It's shameful what you do with the vaccine business.

Madam President, yes, the Commission must understand that it is not elected by Europeans, it is appointed by Parliament, and you should respect Parliament more. As a lawyer, I can't even accept that, and in terms of attacking people's lives with these genetically modified organisms, know that we can also file criminal complaints and criminal charges against you for attacking people's lives in Europe. Moreover, I think we should discuss what the European Commission and Parliament have done through a grain defence policy in Ukraine, and I tell you that in Romania, farmers have a big problem with Ukrainian grain, which is all genetically modified. We have many diseases, most of which led to the death of Romanians, to the disease of animals and, of course, from an economic point of view, they also led to the bankruptcy of Romanian farmers. So you should, first of all, not only not authorise these genetically modified organisms, but also impose customs duties on Ukraine and ban it from bringing any more grain to Europe.

Mr President, I do not know how you think you are negotiating with someone you offended before and after being elected. I don't know why no one invites you. I was invited by the Republicans and the Presidential Administration to the Washington CPAC, and three weeks ago to Mar-a-Lago, and I'm telling you that I spoke directly to them. You can talk about it, but we're talking about the economy here. When you hire people or put them on the list, ask them what their sexual options are instead of asking what their economic options are and what training they have. With all due respect, but you are destroying Europe. Trump is defending his people and his country. You destroyed Europe. Are you talking about dictatorship in the United States? Were you socialists there? Well, more dictatorship than in Europe, I don't think it's in North Korea either and you destroyed democracy in Romania, where you interfered in our elections, because we have fraudulent, illegal, unconstitutional elections and you banned candidates led by me! That's what you should think, how to make Europe democratic and Romania great again!

Mr. President, I will speak in Romanian. If 8% of diseases in Europe are rare diseases, it means that they are no longer rare diseases, which means that they are starting to generalise. Most of the rare diseases are on the cancer spectrum. A week ago, the S.O.S. Romania party I lead gave a conference in the Romanian Parliament on cancer. According to research, by 2050, 75% of the world's population will have cancer. That's what we need to worry about. In Romania, cancer treatments are not free. The sick die on their heads. Ninety-five percent of the sick die within days. The Minister of Health, Rafila, says that he is not interested, that it is not his problem, that it is not his problem to deal with cancer patients. If you need tests, they'll schedule you in six months. In cancer, six months is death. We don't have hospitals, we don't have money, we don't have doctors, we don't have medicine. This is Romania from the European Union. So, please, make a strategy here so that the minister of Romania can listen to you.

You said that everyone has the right to do what they want and that's what it's like in a democracy. Well, Hungary has the right to do whatever it wants and the Hungarians have the right to do whatever they want, just like the Romanians. Romanians and Hungarians, even if they have had problems throughout history, know that in this problem, we support Viktor Orbán and we no longer have any problems. As with the other interlocutor, I tell you that we too will do only what we want and we want a Christian society in which you respect our right to be a couple made up of man and woman, not man and man, and woman and woman.

Madam President, when I was a child, I also listened with my grandparents to Free Europe. My grandfather, because of me, was also taken to security, and so was I, because I said I was listening to Free Europe. I know what censorship means, I know what dictatorship means, I know what security beating means. Later I found out that security guards, a lot of security guards, were in Free Europe and they were manipulating, and they were lying. Unfortunately, today's free Europe is no longer yesterday's free Europe. If they don't manage to finance themselves, then let's make a history museum for what was Free Europe. Because Free Europe, as a post and as a continental entity, is no longer free. "Freedom has no value unless it includes the freedom to err," said Mahatma Gandhi. I ask you: Who can choose what is truth and what is false? What is true for me is a lie for you. Your truth is a lie to me. In the pandemic, you destroyed us, including with Free Europe, lawyers, and doctors who had a different opinion, even though we had studies and we could afford to have those opinions.

Mr President, cohesion policy: What a globalist word. Indeed, we also need to see what is happening in the countries where we have this money. In Romania we have in power for 35 years the same people who steal, even European money. That's why we have a lot of bureaucracy. I don't know if you know, but the European funds are given in Romania, only if you are from socialist-democrats or from liberals. Besides, they're stealing. Mrs Kövesi from the European Public Prosecutor's Office should investigate these things. But what to see? Today you voted in the Court of Accounts for a person who is accused of theft and is part of the socialist-democratic government, which you helped to cancel my candidacy, to try to destroy the party I lead. Do you know that we have schools that do not have toilets, and school toilets in Romania are in the yard? Do you know that we have children who have drowned in toilets? You don't know that? I'll tell you what.

Mr President, as a lawyer, I cannot help but warn the whole European world that under the roof of this security strategy, you are implementing the worst dictatorship and reinventing the inquisition. I now expect to hear Galileo Galilei say: It's pure and muove!'Cause here we are. The Inquisition lasted 600 years and destroyed all of humanity. You no longer accuse us of being the extreme right, because you are the extremists of the world and you have killed the European project. You have stripped us of our right to have an opinion, to express ourselves, to think. If we don't think like you, officially, we are the pariah of society. You won't get anywhere this way. We have fundamental rights and freedoms that you must respect, for which millions of people have died to earn. You're just a dictatorship to be taken down.

I don't know if I understood correctly, but did you say that Serbia should stop asking for Kosovo? My paternal grandparents are from Serbia and Macedonia, my grandfather even born near Kosovo. Do you have any idea about the history of Serbia? Do you know that Kosovo is Serbia? Do you know that such a move can also lead to problems in Spain, Italy and Romania, with Transylvania, which has always been Romania's and Hungary wants it?

Madam President, what happened today in France, with Marine Le Pen's conviction and her condemnation of not being able to run for president, is a natural follow-up to my ban of 5 October 2024, made by the Constitutional Court, only that I was not condemned by anyone and for nothing, but only on newspaper articles. If you had had an interest in reacting then, we would no longer be in a situation where Europe has established a dictatorship and I say it to you as a lawyer: there is no such possibility for a Constitutional Court to do so. You have trampled on fundamental human rights and freedoms, you have trampled on the principle: Freedom, fraternity, equality, they are dead! So there is no freedom, no equality, no fraternity. You've destroyed the whole of Europe and you're arguing with everyone, including Trump. Either you revise your attitude, or we will have to take back all our fundamental rights and freedoms, no matter how we can.

I think you do not realize what accusations you are making, given that the World Health Organization is an organized criminal group for crimes against humanity and this was clearly demonstrated in the plandemic, when the World Health Organization ordered the wearing of a mask that did not protect us from anything, except doing business, and mandatory vaccination, with a vaccine that killed people and made Ursula make a huge amount of money. How can you blame Trump when Trump is actually punishing the WHO for killing people? It is unacceptable what you are doing, also violating the Oviedo Convention, violating the rights of the patient. Unacceptable!

Madam President, you never talk about Romania and you never thank Romania for all its contribution. You're done with the Ukrainians! Why should I help Ukrainians when my Romanians are not helped? After two and a half years we give them free rent, free shopping, free cars. Their children receive 800 euros per month, while Romanian children receive 50 euros per month allowances. They defy us with cars worth 100,000 euros, they spit at our children, they spit at our women, they destroy the apartments they live in. These are the Ukrainians, and the men, instead of going to Ukraine to defend it, come to Romania and sit around and flee all over Europe, while my country has territories in Ukraine, held under the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, which has been abolished. There is no help for Ukraine. We've had enough! You are at war in Ukraine. I want justice for my Romanians and my country and I want my territories back.

Forgive me, but you're from the Socialists, you've ruled all of Europe for decades. It is high time that you complain about exactly the problems you have created. I listen to you and I realize that you have no idea what people are living. People are out of money, wages are low, companies are leaving Europe and you blame nationalism? It is your lack of nationalism, your love for nations and people that has brought you here. How will you do it [...]

Madam President, my paternal grandparents are from Serbia and Macedonia, so I know very well what they are talking about. You don't know the Serbs, you don't know anything about them. They are perhaps the bravest in all of Europe. Most Serbs do not want the European Union. They saw what happened to Romania and how you destroyed Romania. Most of the Serbs are friends with the Russians. That doesn't suit you. What is happening there now is a kind of maidan from Ukraine. That's what you're doing! You were not interested in the fact that in 1999 NATO troops entered Serbia, Yugoslavia, bombed churches with Serbs, women and children, and killed them on Easter night with bombs that read ‘Happy Easter!’ In fact, this is what the European Union, like those in NATO, are doing, they are destroying absolutely everything. Europe is corrupt from the top and you are talking about cleanliness in Serbia? The thief cries out to the thieves! And I'll tell you one more thing: You want Serbia free, but you're shouting about Kosovo? Kosovo is Serbia. Don't you ever dare talk about independent Kosovo again!

Mr President, you are talking here, I am seeing, for the first time, Christians. When I raised your icon in the plenary of the European Parliament, you sanctioned me. When I spoke and accused Ursula von der Leyen of actions that led to planned murders, you sanctioned me. Speak now to defend the Christians! How to defend Christians in Arab countries, when you accuse all Arab countries? You don't respect them, you don't know them, you don't know the Persians, you don't know the Arabs, you discredit Trump, you discredit Putin, you're at war with everyone. Do you want strategies? Let me give you some advice: Look at Nicolae Ceausescu's politics. No one has ever matched him. Dictator, dictator, but he had the best foreign policy. He managed to put Israel and Palestine on the same table and brought peace to the region. That is why the European Commission does not seem to be ready, Mrs Ursula von der Leyen is only putting us at war with everyone and from here, in the plenary of the European Parliament, I am calling for the resignation of Ursula von der Leyen.
