You talked about the MiCA regulation. Here we have a rule stating that bidders or persons seeking admission to trading in crypto-assets other than asset reference tokens and e-money tokens must be legal persons, publish a white paper, and the following rule is: Act honestly, fairly and professionally. Can you kindly tell me - and as a lawyer, I ask you - how you will come to the conclusion that the person is acting honestly, fairly and professionally, before being in their capacity as bidders or persons seeking admission to trading?

No, Romania will never be able to recover the losses we had for 17 years when we were not admitted to Schengen. We know very well that Schengen has been blackmailed by Austria, by the European Commission, with the laws of justice. I was a senator when I was told very clearly by the President of the Chamber of Deputies and the President of the Senate that if we adopt the laws of justice, by which we renounce the sovereignty of Romanian justice in favor of European law, only then will we receive access to Schengen. It was in December 2023. All charges are the subject of criminal proceedings. There are investigations, there are cases already tried, so you better research what you have in the European Union, because I know very well.

Madam President, the problem of illegal immigration started from the so-called legal immigration brought by Mrs Merkel. She wanted a lot of immigrants to Europe. Obviously, not having so many jobs for our citizens, they don't have jobs either and then they have to blow their heads, rape and so on. It is not highly educated people who immigrate, but those who have lived in poor educational conditions. On the other hand, as a lawyer, I tell you that this whole matter of organized crime and illegal immigration is related to all state institutions, at least in Romania: prosecutors, lawyers, judges, policemen, politicians – from the highest level in government and parliament to the President of Romania – are involved in organised crime linked to both migrants and the sale of children, the sale of girls, as well as drug trafficking. When you intervene in the state institutions and I tell you as president of the Commission for the investigation of abuses in the Romanian Senate, then you will have a stop or a normalization of this situation. Mr President, I stood by and listened to you talk about things that you don't know and haven't seen. Maybe you don't know - I'll let you know now - I participated in Mr Maduro's inauguration as president. I was specially invited, I was with an official delegation, 125 countries participated. From all the countries of the European Union, there were delegations, including parliamentary ones. From all over Europe, there were delegates. Stop lying that there were only three countries. I personally was, I was on stage, I was at the inauguration, I was everywhere. So if you want to know what's going on in Venezuela, you should go, so you understand. It is about sanctions imposed by the United States of America, because Venezuela does not want to give its resources, as Romania has given them if it has nothing. Mr President, listening to you, I wondered if Belarus is in the European Union, because I don't remember ever having entered the EU. Instead, the EU enters any country with its feet, whether it is in the European Union or not. It seems unacceptable to me, both as a lawyer, as an MEP, and as a former parliamentarian, senator, in Romania, to see how a conglomerate of countries, an organization that seems more of a private type, allows itself to enter each country and to arrogate its right to make order. Where did you get this right? You don't like Putin, you don't like Trump, you don't like Lukashenko. We also don't like Ursula von der Leyen, who orders, together with the entire European Commission, to get involved in the Romanian elections. So you accuse Belarus of what you did in Romania and cancel the elections, and you forbid me to run because you don't like what I'm talking about? Be careful, with what measure you judge, with the same you will be judged!

Mr President, I would have liked to see here an investigation against Ursula von der Leyen and those vaccines with which you killed people in the pandemic. I would like to see here an investigation by Commissioner Kyriakides, who was caught with about 4 million euros in the house. I would have liked to see here the investigations for the frauds that the bodies of the European Union have done in Romania, from where you stole all the resources and removed all the Romanians. Half of Romania is driven away by you. For 17 years we have been in the European Union and you have made us impoverished! You butchered us! You killed 65,000 Romanians and threw them into black plastic sacks in the plandemic! We have no more hospitals, we have no more food, we have nothing but poverty! And you accuse Orban of secret services, when the European Union's secret services record us, the parliamentarians and all the employees around the clock and we are filmed around the clock? You're not ashamed, honestly!

As a lawyer, I would like to ask you: Do you have any studies by which you have the right to assert that a man is not in the fullness of his mental faculties? What is your scientific basis on which you base such an assertion? Do you not think that censorship should be imposed on you, on those who point the finger, because you have no arguments and you have nothing left but the offense of bringing it against a man who has done nothing to you, but pursues the interests of his own country? It is unacceptable to witness such a thing in the plenary of the European Parliament, with all due respect!

Madam President, I want to tell you that renewable energies cannot exist on their own, but as an auxiliary to conservative energy. In Romania, you have effectively abolished – because the order came from here, and for the elections to stop it came from here – you have stopped everything that means mines, coal mines, while we import energy from Ukraine, which produces energy on coal. You told us to shut down the reactors at Cernavoda, not to have any atomic energy. You told us to give all the resources to all the powers of Europe, and then the Americans came, who are leading you, and they took everything from us. I want to ask you, do you remember Chernobyl? It's still on the territory of Ukraine. We, the Romanians, have suffered enormously there and I would not like to suffer again. Perhaps other countries have suffered and should remember. Before you ask us to give up certain energies, you'd better talk to the scientists and learn how to use them all.

Mr President, I want to tell you that volcanoes produce 0.3 gigatons of carbon dioxide annually, while human activities have released 37 gigatons of carbon. On that note, I'm going to ask you nicely to put out the volcanoes. Moreover, you have to turn off the lights in the European Parliament, give us cold here to live green, while Schweighofer in Vienna, Austria, cuts down all our forests in Romania and steals all our wood. During this time, Europe has about 7% of the carbon dioxide produced on a planetary level and we are the only ones who have an activity of this kind to reduce everything that is more human. Mr President, I listened to all of you and I was amazed that when you accuse Israel it is called anti-Semitism. No, no, no. It's justice. When a state is wrong, it has to pay. I want to tell you that my honourable colleague from Romania, Mrs Grapini, I think she does not remember that Romania has recognized the State of Palestine, and Palestine exists as a state and must exist. If it does not exist, it means that any state in this world, anyone who attacks it and is a greater power and especially supported by other greater powers, will be able to disappear at the will of some and others. No offense, there are 40,000 children and women who have been killed by Israel for a year or so. I understand Hamas’ attack, but I want to know who paid for Hamas entering Israel as it wanted, even though Israel has extraordinary security – no one can enter without being killed in that country if they do not have the agreement to enter Israel. Where is justice? Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu has an international mandate from the International Criminal Court and no one is reacting to arrest him. I am a lawyer, I am a lawyer, I want justice and such things to never exist again, so I call on the European Parliament to do justice for all. Yes, to respond to Hamas, but also to Israel and especially to Benjamin Netanyahu.

Mr President, Commissioner, as well as Mrs Ursula von der Leyen, the entire European Commission has managed to introduce us to Kafka's theory of the absurd. I never thought I'd hear animals pollute too. On the same principle, it means that we have to exterminate people because they pollute. You have done nothing but destroy Europe and deindustrialise it, because the biggest consortia are leaving. In Romania, you have done nothing but kill people. The Jiu Valley and the Oltenia Energy Complex, where you closed all the mines, caused hundreds of thousands of people to lose jobs, and millions of people, because we are talking about their families, had to take the road of emigration. Half of Romania is abroad. You have canceled our entire industry, we have nothing, and a pension is 200 euros for those who have a pension, a disability pension, 50 euros. This is how we live in Romania because of a European Commission that, forgive me, pollutes with such stupidity and inculture. Because I have the impression that no one has learned either biology or anatomy, and you don't even realize that you have brought us into dictatorship.

Mr Ştefănuță, before you took part in the European Parliament elections, you were an illustrious unknown in Romania, no one knew who you were. You have used TikTok and LGBT to promote yourself, promoting LGBT culture. You arrived at the European Parliament independently using the TikTok platform with which you filled millions of views to enter the European Parliament. And two in hand, if Mrs. Kövesi is so important, why not investigate Ursula von der Leyen with the purchase of vaccines that have killed people?

I'd like to ask you why you're only talking about TikTok and you're not talking about Facebook because it's the biggest manipulation on Facebook? Why don't you talk about everything? social media which the European Parliament also uses? But why don't you talk about Ursula von der Leyen's influence in Romania's internal politics, where she is the one who ordered the annulment of the elections and Laura Codruta Kövesi, the European prosecutor, the one who destroyed the Romanian entrepreneurship and who blackmailed the politicians with files made fake? Why aren't you telling the truth?

Mr. Nica, I was also a TikTok candidate and before Mr. Georgescu came, I had the record of over 1 billion views on TikTok. It is thanks to me that nationalism has revived in Romania. Three days before the first round of the presidential election, you said on a television show that I would no longer present myself as a presidential candidate, that I would retire. After three days, you withdrew me by order from the Constitutional Court and it was the first act of coup d'état from the Social Democrats and Liberals, because you have been defrauding the elections in Romania for 35 years and this is known to a whole world. How did you know that I would no longer run for President, when half of the Constitutional Court belongs to you?

Mr President, at the age of 35, Romania is once again in a dictatorship. The coup d’état did not take place on 6 December, but began on 5 October when, for the first time in history, a presidential candidate – in this case, the undersigned – was banned from participating because I would have won in the first round, being convicted by a Constitutional Court which does not have such powers, for opinions and political statements expressed as a senator of Romania, covered by parliamentary immunity. I was considered Eurosceptic, NATO-sceptic and anti-Semitic for shouting “Free Palestine!’. On December 6, the coup d'état was completed by cancelling the elections. Now, the power wants to cancel the mandates of the MEP of the SOS Romania Party that I lead, that is, of me and Luis Lazarus, and we are threatened to cancel our mandates in the national Parliament of the SOS Romania Party. For a week now, my children have been terrorized by masked men and men, and I almost got picked up by the police yesterday. We need help, and everything...

Mr President, as a lawyer, I am astonished to see how the European Union wants to intervene in a contract between two parties. I find it unacceptable, given that you are also involved in all disputes in other countries, especially in small and underdeveloped countries like Romania, where you get all the resources, and the Romanian state has absolutely nothing and you would take all our resources without giving us anything. We also have the strategic partner who deceived the Romanian state. I don't even wonder why you want to intervene. It is the law of the parties, the contract, each one chooses where to judge in arbitration. The problem is another: Why do you no longer respect human rights? Why are you trying to destroy the fossil fuel economy by inventing climate problems? Because they do not exist, these are only discussions that make you earn money, you, the great powers, who, of course, then rush on the small countries that no longer have either resources or human resources and that you actually mock...

I have listened to your speech and I wonder if what you are doing seems democratic to you, to get involved in the internal affairs of another state and to condemn the American people for having elected democratically – not like in the majority of the European Union, where all elections are ordered from here, from the centre, right? – and condemn the American people for choosing Trump. We on the right, who love God, are happy that Trump has been elected. "In God we trust’. How do you feel about being involved in the internal affairs of the United States?

Madam President, thank you very much, and I wish you all "Happy Birthday" and a pious tribute to the victims in Spain! In Spain, we also have Romanian victims. I find it unacceptable that when we talk about all these citizens, about these people who have lost their lives, who are injured, who have lost all their lives, we see from the left side that they are always pointing to us, to the right. The right, the only one who speaks of God, the right hand of the Father. We are God's people, and you are not telling the truth, globalists, because you should recognize that everything that happens has nothing to do with the climate from God, but with the climate through the technologies you support, called HAARP, the HAARP that made the earthquake in Turkey last year, because people had to die and it's not over yet. Madam President, I want to bring to your attention an extremely serious case that has been going on for three days in Romania. I am the president of the SOS Romania party and, according to real polls, I held the first place for the presidency of Romania, which will take place on November 24. The Constitutional Court, for the first time in history, annulled my candidacy for the presidency of Romania not on the grounds of constitutionality, because all forms were fulfilled, but because I fought against mandatory vaccination, because I fought against the pandemic muzzle, because I was fined by a policeman for exceeding speed, although I am in trial with that policeman, because I made political statements in the Romanian Parliament as a senator, in violation of Article 72 of the Romanian Constitution and Article 9 and 10 ECHR, through which the political statements of a parliamentarian have immunity. Mr. President, Romania has been a member of the European Union for about 17-18 years. Of course, we should have had access to the Schengen area as well. We don't have any. If we have met the conditions to be members of the European Union, do we not meet the conditions to be members of the Schengen area? Are Russians in the Third World? Or are our transport drivers third world? Or are Romanians the slaves of the European Union? I would like to ask you, do we still have the right to free speech? Do we still have the right to be respected because we are citizens, people, and to respect the fundamental right to life, to citizens' rights and freedoms, to the right to movement? Do you know that our Romanians wait 40-50 hours in line to cross with trucks from one country to another? Do you know how much mockery, how food is spoiled, how all goods are spoiled, because our right to be a member of Schengen is not respected? It is unacceptable, only for the interest of countries such as Austria or Germany that opposed Romania's entry into Schengen non-stop.

Madam President, as Senator of Romania, last year I attended a secret sitting in the Romanian Parliament, in which we were brought on a screen details about what happened on October 7th. May God rest all those who died then and who have died ever since and die everywhere in all wars! But in those movies, we saw how the Mossad knew three hours before the attack, knew who was going to attack, where, time, and where. Mossad, the largest secret service in the world, and then I ask you: Has anyone paid for the Israeli government allowing its own citizens to be killed consciously? And why do innocent people now pay for a terrorist attack in the Gaza Strip, in Palestine, 20,000 children killed and do nothing to stop it? Moreover, Israel is now attacking Lebanon, an independent, sovereign country that is recognized by the United Nations. Stop these people because it's not anti-Semitism, it's peace, it's respect for fundamental human rights, the right to life.

Mr. President, it seems that you have not had enough of the Covid plandemia that never existed. Now you start with another pandemic and go to Africa, where you have no competence. I was one of the fiercest voices against the violation of citizens' rights and freedoms, both as a lawyer in civic life and as a senator of Romania, in the Romanian Parliament, where I stopped you, including the green passport that reminded of Nazism, because it is a dictatorship. You tried to kill as many old people as you could. Italy was an experiment in which you killed as many old people as you could. In Romania 65,000 Romanians were thrown into black plastic bags and shout from there, from the pit: The "Truth"! They want justice! You tried to stop us from entering the churches.
