I am the president of the SOS Romania party and, according to real polls, I held the first place for the presidency of Romania, which will take place on November 24. The Constitutional Court, for the first time in history, annulled my candidacy for the presidency of Romania not on the grounds of constitutionality, because all forms were fulfilled, but because I fought against mandatory vaccination, because I fought against the pandemic muzzle, because I was fined by a policeman for exceeding speed, although I am in trial with that policeman, because I made political statements in the Romanian Parliament as a senator, in violation of Article 72 of the Romanian Constitution and Article 9 and 10 ECHR, through which the political statements of a parliamentarian have immunity. Mr. President, Romania has been a member of the European Union for about 17-18 years. Of course, we should have had access to the Schengen area as well. We don't have any. If we have met the conditions to be members of the European Union, do we not meet the conditions to be members of the Schengen area? Are Russians in the Third World? Or are our transport drivers third world? Or are Romanians the slaves of the European Union? I would like to ask you, do we still have the right to free speech? Do we still have the right to be respected because we are citizens, people, and to respect the fundamental right to life, to citizens' rights and freedoms, to the right to movement? Do you know that our Romanians wait 40-50 hours in line to cross with trucks from one country to another? Do you know how much mockery, how food is spoiled, how all goods are spoiled, because our right to be a member of Schengen is not respected? It is unacceptable, only for the interest of countries such as Austria or Germany that opposed Romania's entry into Schengen non-stop.

Madam President, as Senator of Romania, last year I attended a secret sitting in the Romanian Parliament, in which we were brought on a screen details about what happened on October 7th. May God rest all those who died then and who have died ever since and die everywhere in all wars! But in those movies, we saw how the Mossad knew three hours before the attack, knew who was going to attack, where, time, and where. Mossad, the largest secret service in the world, and then I ask you: Has anyone paid for the Israeli government allowing its own citizens to be killed consciously? And why do innocent people now pay for a terrorist attack in the Gaza Strip, in Palestine, 20,000 children killed and do nothing to stop it? Moreover, Israel is now attacking Lebanon, an independent, sovereign country that is recognized by the United Nations. Stop these people because it's not anti-Semitism, it's peace, it's respect for fundamental human rights, the right to life.

Mr. President, it seems that you have not had enough of the Covid plandemia that never existed. Now you start with another pandemic and go to Africa, where you have no competence. I was one of the fiercest voices against the violation of citizens' rights and freedoms, both as a lawyer in civic life and as a senator of Romania, in the Romanian Parliament, where I stopped you, including the green passport that reminded of Nazism, because it is a dictatorship. You tried to kill as many old people as you could. Italy was an experiment in which you killed as many old people as you could. In Romania 65,000 Romanians were thrown into black plastic bags and shout from there, from the pit: The "Truth"! They want justice! You tried to stop us from entering the churches. You stopped us at Easter to enter all the churches and we opposed and fought with the gendarmes to enter. You tried to destroy Christianity and you tried to humiliate Djokovic, who this year gave you the biggest slap and avenged the entire mess that was made. We will not allow you, because God is not vaccinated, and in Romania 88% of Romanians are not vaccinated. Stop this dicta...

Mr President, you have spoken here of prohibitions, of rights, you have also spoken here of dictatorship. You have spoken here of going back in time, and we in the ex-communist countries are tired of dictatorship. We have signed the Treaty of Accession to the European Union as independent and sovereign countries, and we will never allow the European Union to trample on us with its double measure, in which the powerful countries of the European Union mock us, the smaller and medium-sized countries, which were part of that communist front and from which you take all your resources. It is unacceptable how you behave with Orbán! It is unacceptable how you behave with Russian citizens, Belarusians, and so on, who have no fault because you argue with Putin's government, after which, in years and years, you will kiss and share world politics again! It is unacceptable that you are going directly into dictatorship!

You speak of these citizens of Belarus and Russia as if they had ever been declared persona non grata in Europe or undesirable citizens. So far I see that you are confusing the government with everything that the citizens of these states mean. I want to ask you: you are not interested in border security when Ukrainians, who are not stopped at all and are able to step, drink behind the wheel - as is the case in Romania - and kill people on the streets, and are not controlled by any of their transports, this does not interest you when it comes to Europe's security ...

You were talking about respect for the State of Israel and respect for the territory. In 1946, all of the land that Israel now occupies belonged to Palestine. In 1947, half of Palestine's territory became Israel because of the United Nations plan. Between 1949 and 1967, more than 80% of Palestine's territory became Israel. In 2012, 10 % or less of the territory of Palestine remains. So, who are we defending and whose territory are we defending? (The Chair interrupted the speaker) Yes, I said the question.

Mr President, we have a big problem with energy and I think the truth should be told with regard to Romanian citizens. In Romania, the government, citing the obligations imposed by the European Commission, has banned wood heating with stoves since the year. He also banned gas-fired apartment plants in a few years, although Romania, attention, has the most resources in the European Union, resources that at this time no longer belong to Romania, but to various powers in the European Union or the United States of America. We helped Ukraine and provided free energy. Ukraine does not respect any rules on carbon emissions, nor the other four continents, let's be serious, so I do not know how you will be able to have renewable energy when the other four continents do not give a damn about it. So it is a policy in the wind that only destroys the economy of all European countries, and now we import from Ukraine energy produced from coal from Ukraine, so we should think about tradition, history and respect the citizens of the European Union with all the tradition and with what they know best to do.

Mr. Nica, we're both from Romania. However, indeed, we have terrible floods now and so many dead and so many injured people, dead animals. We are in a situation where the European Union must help us. I would like to ask you why Romanians are not given now, in this situation, aid as they were given to Ukrainians, because for Ukrainians Romania paid free rents, paid all their purchases, paid absolutely nothing, free school, everything they needed, including free fuel, free cars. Their children received 800 euros per month, while Romanian children received 50 euros per month as an allowance. Why isn't it done the same way?

Mr President, we have heard you here talking about ISIS and terrorists, but I think we should remember who set them up and who funded them. The United States of America and NATO, NATO which you consider the army of the European Union. If NATO did not attack the states, because it is no longer a defensive organization, but an offensive one, then we would not have migration either. Unfortunately, migration was also encouraged by Angela Merkel, Macron and Ursula von der Leyen, but we also need to talk about migration from Ukraine, because in Romania we were invaded by Ukrainians, and by 2022 all of Europe was talking about Ukraine as a terrorist state, with drugs, prostitution and all the related problems. You should know that in Romania were killed people by Ukrainian racketeers who received 500 euros to kill a man. These are facts that have been going on in Romania for over 20 years and no one is talking about them. So stop financing terrorism and you won't have any more migration.

Madam President, as Senator of Romania, a position I have held since 2020 in the Romanian Parliament, in February 2022 I made my first international memoir, ‘Neutrality for Romania – Bucharest Peace’. I sent it to all the embassies involved, including the European Parliament, the European Commission, located in Bucharest. The only part that wanted to talk about peace, amazingly, was the Russian Federation, at which point, together with other parliamentarians, we discussed with them: Peace is not made by sending weapons. You have destroyed Russia. All roads are destroyed, Romanians are impoverished, helping Ukrainians non-stop. I don't know if you know, but in Ukraine Romanians don't have the right to speak Romanian. We have over a million Romanians there. They were mistreated, out of 220 schools there are only eight in Romanian, where Romanian is not spoken. They are forbidden to speak, to pray. So please, for peace, make peace negotiations, do not send weapons with which you kill people.
