This act stands for the failure of German migration policy. A failure for which the CDU also bears political responsibility. And what an irony that this debate is being held today under the title ‘Re-establishing control over migration’. Let's be honest: It's no longer about control, it's about limiting damage. They will only believe you, especially the citizens, if really binding measures follow. This means: Pressure on countries of origin via development aid and visas and trade. Anyone who refuses to repatriate must no longer receive an advantage. Secondly, we need application centres and procedural centres outside the EU to end the incentive to migrate illegally and, above all, to die in the Mediterranean. Third, returns must be practically possible. This includes talks with the Taliban to enforce withdrawals and direct returns – this could have already prevented a lot of suffering. And just like the murderer of Liana K. or the assassin of Solingen, they are all classic Dublin cases. People who would never have been allowed to enter German soil. And finally, in the direction of the European Christian Democrats: You will succeed in making a real change in migration policy, especially here only with the ESN and in the federal government only with the AfD – everything else is self-deception and a continued deception of your voters.

The urgent need to combat discrimination in the EU through the horizontal anti-discrimination directive (topical debate)

This is how the so-called Anti-Discrimination Directive works. It is promoted with the protection of people with disabilities. In fact, however, it intervenes deeply in areas that are clearly a matter for the nation states, such as housing, education and social benefits. This is done above all by reversing the burden of proof and with the foreseeable consequence of waves of lawsuits. A concrete example: A volunteer-run sports club has separate changing rooms for women and men for reasons of privacy and, of course, protection. And in the future, exactly this regulation can become legally challengeable if someone wants to have access to the women's changing room just because he feels like a woman. The club is suddenly under suspicion of discrimination. Volunteers risk lawsuits, not because of wrongdoing, but because of politically charged legal concepts. And we should be honest: This Directive has long gone beyond the protection of persons with disabilities. It is used to make socio-political ideas, especially around sexual identity and lifestyle, binding throughout the EU, past democratic majorities. At the same time, real problems are being eliminated. In Germany, attacks on students are on the rise simply because they are simply Germans. Where is the outcry here when even such experiences no longer have a place in the concept of discrimination? Then we don't talk about equal treatment, anti-discrimination...

And all of this is supported by the CDU, especially in Germany. But abuse begins, above all, far before abuse and also pornography on the Internet. We must not allow our children to become victims of sick ideologies. A world without God, without family, without values – in this world everything is allowed, and we strictly reject this world. Madam President, What would the AfD be without social media? A party without any contact with the sovereign, with the citizens. Millions of people are happy about the freedom to get their own picture because they no longer have confidence in the established media. TikTok has become the platform of freedom of expression in Europe. Opposition parties in particular find a way to disseminate their critical content without being affected by censorship. Especially on TikTok – you probably don’t find that nice up here – patriotic and conservative content attracts millions of viewers. Right-wing parties are becoming the strongest force among young voters. New trends are emerging and the mainstream is losing its grip – as here before. TikTok has thus become an enemy image for all those who prefer to suppress unwelcome opinions about the preservation of their own power. Let us think only of dealing with the German government and, above all, with the AfD, the largest opposition party. It is therefore not surprising that TikTok is once again being pilloried in isolation. Yes, the risk of TikTok sharing data with China is real. But just as real is the threat that governments, in the name of national security, censor platforms on which unwelcome opinions and criticism of the establishment are spread. You're losing confidence, we're gaining traction. Therefore, the digital space is censored under the guise of data protection.
