Mr President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Friends and colleagues! Citizenship is not a commodity. Citizenship of the European Union is not a commodity. The CJEU's ruling against Malta closes the era in which an EU passport could be purchased for six hundred thousand euros, the purchase of real estate and a symbolic fee. It's not just moral abuse. It's a real threat. Gold passport programs opened the door to money laundering, tax avoidance and corruption. They were used by sanctioned Russian oligarchs and mafia members from around the world. They bought themselves a prosperous and safe life in Europe. It is good that the Court has responded to the calls of the European Parliament, because a secure Europe is a Europe that protects its borders and values. And now it is time for the European Commission to investigate who has benefited from these programmes and what risks they pose. And finally, let's eliminate golden visas once and for all.

Madam President, dear colleagues, Mr Commissioner, the upcoming first EU-United Kingdom summit after Brexit is an opportunity to open a new chapter in rebuilding our relationship. The most important issue to be addressed is, above all, cooperation in the field of defence. European defence policy is not possible without the United Kingdom. In the face of global threats, we need a joint response to hybrid challenges, cybersecurity and the protection of our borders. Our key topics include a mobility programme for young people, trade issues, as well as the fight against illegal immigration. One of the most troubling consequences of Brexit for young people was the UK's withdrawal from the Erasmus+ programme. I therefore welcome plans for new solutions regarding youth mobility. Brexit has changed the formal framework of our relationship, but it has not broken the bonds between us. We must do everything we can to make everyday life easier – we cannot allow political or bureaucratic obstacles to make it harder. We need cooperation based on trust and concrete solutions, cooperation with a response to take needs of people on both sides of the English Channel.

Madam President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I would like to thank you. The steel industry is the backbone of the economy. The European Commission's Steel and Metals Plan does not sufficiently address the high energy prices for energy-intensive industries that are a consequence of the EU's harmful ideological climate policy. Without an immediate suspension of the ETS, the Commission's announcements of an inexpensive and secure energy supply are empty slogans. I repeat: the suspension of the ETS is necessary. Without this, the industry will not survive and Europe will lose a key sector so important for building European defence. It is high time you understood this. What will you build tanks from, build the defense industry, when the steel industry will collapse?

I would like to ask you about this - because you are a supporter of climate policy, zero-emissions - how do you view the situation related to the fact that people are increasingly unable to afford heating bills? How do you see that the tightening of climate policy, i.e. the imposition of ETS2 on transport and construction, will translate into increased poverty in the European Union? After all, the Lord knows perfectly well that the whole world does nothing to make our climate assumptions and we are not able to protect the whole world.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, According to Article 18 of the Polish Constitution, marriage is a union between a man and a woman, which means that same-sex marriage and same-sex parenthood are not recognised and surrogacy is illegal in most Member States. Meanwhile, the European Commission, like a communist executive, imposes a rainbow ideology. He is once again looking for a way to push for more privileges for same-sex couples, this time cynically exploiting the welfare of children. But let's not be fooled. Reciprocal recognition of parenthood is not about defending children's rights, it's about pushing a rainbow ideology. According to Polish law, the mother is the woman who gave birth to them, and the father is a man. In turn, surrogacy is nothing more than building a system in which the child becomes the subject of a transaction. Do we really want a Europe where a child is treated like a product to order? Brussels will not dictate to us what a family is. It's time to say firmly: Enough rainbow ideology... (The Chair took the floor)

Madam President, Commissioner, Ladies and Gentlemen, Angela Merkel's German open-door policy and the lack of an effective return policy have taken a bloody toll. Knife attacks in Bavaria, Solingen or Arras, in which people were killed at the hands of people who were to be deported, are a telling example of this. We are in a deep migration crisis. According to Frontex, the number of irregular migrants exceeded one million two hundred thousand. In fact, it is unfortunately much larger. Today, deportations are fiction. According to Eurostat, only one in four deportation decisions are executed. We therefore urgently need effective solutions when it comes to return policy. So we need the immediate return of illegal migrants, because without that, we will not solve the security crisis. EU trade and visa cooperation with third countries must depend on their recognition of deportation decisions. We need to create return hubs outside the Union. And those who are illegally staying in the European Union should be expelled immediately.

It is clear from your statement that you care about the situation of car manufacturers. So I have a question: Do you want to trade the health security of Europeans for the profits of German car manufacturers? Do you want to trade the situation of running farms, which will lose competitiveness after the adoption of this law, for profits of German car manufacturers? Please answer this question clearly. And who counted the profits for Germany, for Poland, for European agriculture after the Mercosur agreement, because I don't see them.

I would like to ask how do you assess the Mercosur agreement in the context of the regulation adopted by us in the last term regarding the shortening of the supply chain from farm to fork? Do you know the calculations related to the implementation of this agreement and how they will translate into the situation of farmers in the European Union, Polish and German farmers, in all Member States? Will it not cause a domino effect, i.e. that farms will collapse en masse due to the fact that they will not be able to cope with price competition?

I would like to ask you because you referred to the American economy, you certainly know that energy costs in the European Union are three times higher than in the United States, and gas prices are five times higher. I do not know if you have also been informed that this week the largest steel producer in Europe has announced that it will move production outside the European Union, because the costs of the green policy are unbearable. Do you think, therefore, that the competitiveness compass will not in any way solve the problem of a decline in the competitiveness of production in the European Union? (President took the floor)

Mr President, thank you very much. The subject of this debate should be left-liberal majority cooperation as a threat to Europe's competitiveness. How can you not be ashamed to place responsibility for the consequences of the Green Deal on the right side of the political scene? We were the ones who warned about the consequences of the Green Deal. The EPP called itself a Green Deal party and compared the Green Deal to the Copernican revolution. You didn't care that companies from Europe move outside the European Union because they are not able to bear the costs of climate policy. What you didn't care about was that energy poverty, poverty is on the rise, you have been implementing and you want to continue to implement the Green Deal at all costs, and this is really the way to nowhere. As if that were not enough, you are adding to this an agreement with Mercosur, a migration pact. So you are preparing an even deeper destruction of the European Union. It's time to stop the Green Deal. This is a green madness that is destroying the competitiveness of European industry.

Madam President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I would like to thank you. Ladies and Gentlemen, The European Union remains helpless against violent smuggling gangs, which are responsible for 90% of irregular migration, and human smuggling generates high profits and carries a low risk of detection. It is also a part of hybrid warfare. And this is the situation on the Polish-Belarusian border, where organized smuggling networks supported by the Lukashenka and Putin regimes are moving people. I wanted to address the Polish Presidency, but unfortunately there is no representative, because I wanted to remind you that it was Tusk's political environment that opposed the construction of the barrier at the border and attacked the defenders of the borders. And today, unfortunately, the illegally seized prosecutor's office in Poland, instead of fully focusing on the fight against people smugglers, is pursuing border defenders. The motto of the current Presidency is security. Unfortunately, Commissioner, you cannot count on the Polish Presidency, because the empty chair says a lot. She is not interested in this topic. As ECR, we are ready to work together.

Mr President, thank you very much. Farmers work hard, under constant stress. Natural disasters, bureaucratic burdens, a tangle of regulations in which even experts get lost. Loans they are unable to repay, fluctuations in agricultural markets, delays in grant payments, pressure from banks and the need for significant investments. It is not surprising that the suicide rate is high. Farmers cannot withstand the pressure. During the election campaign, you maimed farmers, announcing a correction of the Green Deal. Today, instead of alleviating the burden, you are announcing accelerating and exacerbating the ‘green madness’. And the nail in the coffin of European agriculture is the signing by von der Leyen of an agreement with Mercosur, in which the interests of farmers and the health security of citizens were traded for the profits of German car manufacturers. I therefore have one message for the Commission: Stop pretending to care about farmers, because it is your policy that brings them to the brink of mental endurance and it is through it that they take their own lives out of desperation. Courage, Commissioner! It's time to change that.

Madam President, thank you very much. The child has the right to education. Therefore, our common challenge should be to care for valuable education, for an education that not only educates, but also shapes characters, strengthens and builds self-esteem, prepares for adult life. Unfortunately, more and more LGBT ideology is being sent to schools, which is confusing. I'll tell you more: Rainbow educators are watering children's brains by denying the obvious facts of the two sexes. Children are told that they can easily and freely choose their gender identity as if it were fun. Promoting transition in children is insane, which is why I say a strong 'no' to the depravity and sexualisation of children. I say a strong yes to quality education. Let us remember: investing in quality education is an investment in the best future of Europe and the world.

Mr President, thank you very much. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, Another International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and our subsequent ritual performances here in this House. We can wear orange blouses and strongly oppose violence. And what's that gonna change? What effects does it have? We read the statistics, we are all touched by them. Look at this room: It's almost empty. Where are our colleagues? Where are the men? What's the reaction? What kind of support do we have? How often do we keep quiet and pretend that everything is okay? Look at the composition of the women's commission and how many men there are. If today we are talking about the fact that violence must be fought, then we should think about how and how to effectively raise girls so that as adult women they never allow themselves to be beaten. How effectively can they defend themselves? How to change stereotypes and views and how to show that violence is an absolute evil? And we must do everything so that girls have a sense of pride, independence and dignity. And even when a colleague accidentally hit us in the aisle, and we are embarrassed not to react so as not to make a fuss. So you have to react. And I think that the issue of upbringing and courageous opposition to violence makes deep sense. Violence in silence. Recently, a Polish woman and her two children were murdered in Brussels, Belgium. Are we talking about this today? Also, the veil of silence on this issue falls. So let's yell all of them. When we see violence, let's react! Let us not be indifferent. And let us rethink the curricula and education in our Member States so that they also take into account the issues of self-defence.

Madam President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, The steel industry is in a very deep crisis, and yet the steel industry is a key area of the economy. The reason for this is the repressive climate policy, which kills the competitiveness not only of the steel industry, but of the European industry. So what should we do? What should we do to ensure that thousands of people do not lose their jobs? After all, over 300,000 people are directly employed in the metallurgy industry, and the same number in the cooperating industry. So let's do it – we know what needs to be done to save the European steel industry. The European emissions trading system in this sector must be suspended immediately. Long-term contracts for affordable energy for the steel industry are needed. Finally, it would be good for the Commission to prepare a comprehensive plan to rescue the steel industry in Europe. Protecting the steel industry is building the competitiveness of the European economy.

Madam President, thank you very much. Commissioner, thank you very much. The EU's migration policy has been created and is under the dictation of Germany. This is obvious, because the interest of Germany is and is the interest of Europe. A harmful migration pact will not solve the problem, but is actually the legalization of illegal, criminal activities of people smugglers. When it turns out that Germany's open-door policy has brought poisonous results, Germany shifts responsibility to others. They particularly liked Poland, which may receive tens of thousands of illegal migrants from Germany in the coming months. I'm looking at a friend of Weber's. Oktoberfest is over. Drink the beer you brewed. And what the German return policy looks like is best illustrated by the fact that dangerous criminals are sent back to Afghanistan: child rapists, murderers, knives. Each of them was equipped by the German government with 1000 euros. This money will go directly to the terrorists. What do we really need? Above all, sealing the EU's external borders, EU funding for border barriers, a strong Frontex and an effective return policy. The game of appearances is over. It is time for a bold and responsible return policy. It's time to take back control of the borders.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, I observe with concern the deteriorating health situation of farm animals in the European Union. In Poland, further outbreaks of ASF bring huge losses to our breeders. Sometimes they force the entire farm to be destroyed. Is the Commission therefore considering setting up a fund for farmers who have suffered such huge losses that they have had to liquidate their farms? I'm sorry, Commissioner. However, our farmers and growers do not need more ideological concepts, but simpler rules, more knowledge and easier access to preventive measures. Currently, our breeders and agricultural producers are bound by more than 400 different acts of veterinary law. Unfortunately, their responsibilities and responsibilities are not always clearly defined. The rules are often inconsistent and interpreted differently in different Member States. Is a review of the law under consideration with a view to simplifying it?

Madam President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, The internal security of the Union is guaranteed by the sealing of its external borders. It is therefore necessary and urgent to support the so-called frontline states through EU funding for border protection infrastructure. It is absolutely essential that people smugglers are prosecuted and severely punished, as well as that irregular migrants are expelled from the Union without delay. We need to limit action in the border areas of those NGOs that work with people smugglers. That is why we need close cooperation between Europol and Frontex, as well as an increase in the number of Frontex officers. Everything must be done to ensure the safety of Europeans. We therefore need to cooperate more closely within the Schengen area. It is also important for the European Commission to act within the limits of the Treaty competences. It is unacceptable that it ignores the call by the Council and Parliament to immediately mobilise funds to strengthen the physical external borders. It is time to act, Commissioner, stop talking, just act.

Mr President, thank you very much. Commissioner, I'm sorry. I was astonished to hear you speak because you did not address the right reasons for our debate. Today we should discuss the fact that those who caused the migration crisis have introduced border controls. Do you know that today the German services, breaking the law, are dropping illegal migrants to Poland in large numbers? They bring them to the Polish side, leave them under supermarkets, under bridges. Such situations occur in Poland. When we warned that illegal migration would lead to the threat of Islamic extremism and crime, you said we were racists. And it is today that Germany introduces border controls precisely for these reasons. These are the words of the German Interior Minister: the need to combat illegal migration is justified by the introduction of border controls. Ladies and gentlemen, you have caused a very deep crisis. The biggest threat to security in the European Union is Germany, which is the creator of migration policy, and the migration package is de facto extinguishing the fire with gasoline. It will not solve the problem of illegal migration in any way. We need to strengthen the external borders of the European Union and.

Do you not think that the annual crisis reserve should therefore be increased and the Commission should allocate additional funds to farmers affected by flooding?

I agree with your diagnosis. European water policy will not ensure sustainable water management as it is affected by a greenwashing ideology. Nevertheless, I would like to draw attention to the situation of Polish farmers, who this year have been affected by a number of weather disasters, starting with frost, through drought and now flooding. Thousands of farms were flooded and crops destroyed.

Madam President, thank you very much. Mr President, I would like to thank you for this. I would like to ask you if you do not think that the European Union should support the construction of retention reservoirs not only because of water conservation, which is of course important, but also because artificial water reservoirs and other hydrological installations also have a protective and regulatory function for the level of rivers and other watercourses. Union policies should support the maintenance of such installations in the Member States. I have the impression that here the left side of the political scene deplores, but it is their deploration that is false because they are pushing for a climate policy that does not serve man and does not serve nature. Losses due to flooding, biological and natural, will also be huge, and they are often a consequence of negligence forced by the Greens.

(beginning of the speech outside the microphone) ... Energy was about building energy security and competitiveness of the European economy. What came of it? This is clearly shown in Draghi's report. The diagnosis is unequivocal: high energy prices. Europe is losing competitiveness due to high energy prices. The speculative emissions trading system is stifling the European economy. The industry moves production outside the European Union due to high costs. We are losing jobs and energy poverty is increasing. That is the conclusion and that is the diagnosis. So today we need to reflect and reflect on how we should modernise our climate policy, our thinking about the Energy Union in such a way that our policy serves the citizens and serves the competitiveness of the European economy, which must be the basis for the prosperity and future of the European Union. These proposals, which are on the table today, are proposals aimed at tightening climate policy and thus exacerbating energy poverty, losing the competitiveness of European industry and losing jobs. It's time to stop this climatic madness.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear representatives of the Ukrainian people! Today we are reflecting on the tragedy of thousands of Ukrainian children. Thousands of children were brutally taken from their families and taken deep into Russia. These activities are systemic and are carried out on a large scale. Russia deliberately breaks all ties that children have with their homeland. They are taught lies about the Russian aggression against Ukraine. They are given up for illegal adoption. Their personal files are erased, their Ukrainian identity is erased. The forced resettlement of Ukrainian children to Russia is a war crime marked by genocide. This is one of the most cynical crimes of the Putin regime. This dramatic situation cannot go unanswered. The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for President Putin and the Russian Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvov-Belova for, inter alia, her role in this crime. The entire Putin regime must be held accountable for these crimes. And that is why we should also impose an embargo on food from Russia, so that such trade situations are not used to authenticate such crimes as we are talking about today. We must work together to end this nightmare and ensure the protection of Ukrainian children. This heinous attack must be condemned by the international community and I hope that severe and effective sanctions will be applied against Russia. In addition to emotion and elevation, there is a need for real action.

Mr President, thank you very much. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, The climate offensive is gaining momentum. On the horizon are zero-emission buildings, a ban on heating with fossil fuels and mandatory photovoltaics on residential buildings. The revision of the Energy Efficiency of Buildings Directive should be done so that citizens benefit from it. Unfortunately, it will be exactly the opposite. Regulations will hit citizens: The middle-income will be poorer and the poor will be poorer. You will also drive up housing prices, aggravating the housing crisis. You are hypocrites because, on the one hand, you regret that young people cannot afford housing and, on the other hand, you are preparing regulations that will cause a radical increase in housing prices. You also want to interfere in the freedom of citizens, in the freedom to decide on their own property, forcing them to install panels on the roofs of houses. And who's going to benefit from that? The largest manufacturers of photovoltaic panels, i.e. China. And who's gonna pay for that? Citizens who cannot afford renovations will pay higher taxes.
