Protection of minors online (debate)
Ladies and Gentlemen, Our children grow up in a world where the screen does not go out and algorithms compete for their attention. Each finger shift is another dose of stimuli, designed to be addictive. The sensitive, developing brain of a child is not able to defend itself against the mechanisms on which Big Tech builds its profits. We all see the results: depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, low self-esteem. If social media raises children, the family loses its role. We need real protection for minors – not to replace parents, but to empower them. Adults, not algorithms, are the first line of defense. Platforms must be required to offer effective parental control tools, and states must provide digital education and respond to abuse. The European Union should set high standards of security, respecting the competences of the Member States and the role of the family as the first and most important educator.

Developing a new EU anti-poverty strategy (debate)
Thank you for accepting the question. I would like to say that I very much appreciate what you said, how to fight poverty, how to react. But I would like to ask you if you notice the impact of the economic situation created in the European Union due to the policy of "green disorder", which very strongly affects the living conditions of families in the European Union and significantly reduces the standard of living? And do you see how the Green Deal affects energy poverty as well as...
Developing a new EU anti-poverty strategy (debate)
Thank you for accepting the question. You are clearly an open man, unlike the left, which is afraid of questions about the cause of poverty in the European Union. Since we are talking about poverty in the European Union, we must also talk about the fact that the European Union is fighting the problems it generates itself. The main reason for the increase in poverty, the scale of poverty, including energy poverty, is the implementation of crazy climate policy. It was at this plenary session that we voted to reduce emissions by 90%. Do you not think, therefore, that the Green Deal policy should be abandoned in order to improve the economic situation in the European Union and thus combat poverty?
Spain’s large-scale regularisation policy and its impact on the Schengen Area and EU migration policy (debate)
Madam President, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, The Spanish government's decision to legalise hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants and the European Commission's lack of response is another picture of extreme hypocrisy in the EU's migration policy. On the one hand, the Commission imposes the principle of forced solidarity and relocation of migrants, on the other hand, when the left-wing government admits half a million irregular migrants into Europe, the Commission argues that migration issues are an internal issue of the Member States. I mean, really? This is the highest degree of hypocrisy. The Sánchez government has breached its obligation to protect the external borders, thereby breaching the Schengen rules, and the Commission is not responding. The Commission, which argues that it is necessary to reduce irregular migration, fight human smugglers and effectively deport people, cannot pretend that nothing has happened. What Sánchez did, in the absence of a reaction from the Commission, will only be a prelude to repeating the same actions once again. We must defend the safety of the people in the European Union and put a dam on Sánchez's lawlessness.

Presentation of the action plan against cyberbullying (debate)
I share your comments on these threats, which are brought about by the development of artificial intelligence, which can present everything in any programmed way. And the question is this: Are we helpless to her? Therefore, maybe the thinness of time did not allow me to extort my position. If we focus on upbringing and teaching in the upbringing school, when we shape the attitudes of children and young people, when the Lord will teach his children not to humiliate another person, I am convinced that they will be stronger, wiser and more resilient.
Presentation of the action plan against cyberbullying (debate)
Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, We all know that online violence is widespread. It often leads to suicide attempts. The scale of the problem is indeed huge. We can introduce further legal regulations, but will they solve the problem? The key to fighting cyberbullying is building strong family relationships and introducing upbringing education. Unfortunately, the school has ceased to be a place of education, a space of security. Increasingly, unfortunately, it is a space and an extension of conflicts from the network. Unfortunately, I am saddened by this discussion, because I believe that no platform or algorithm can replace the presence of adults, trust and support of the immediate environment. And now the answer to the question of why part of the room is afraid of these regulations proposed here. Because already in the threads on the left, it appeared that LGBT communities are more persecuted, and these are less. Is this lack of trust, unfortunately, the result of the fact that the Commission is going into ideological intrusions, instead of manifesting the natural protection of children who are subject to...
Restoring control of migration: returns, visa policy and third-country cooperation (topical debate)
Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, Over the years, EU migration policy has been driven by ideological madness, which has led to destabilisation of security. It was Merkel who opened the door to Europe, through which millions of illegal immigrants passed. The migration pact will not solve the problem of irregular migration. We definitely need an effective deportation system, based on efficient migration diplomacy. EU trade and visa cooperation with third countries must be conditional on their recognition of deportation decisions. To restore security in Europe, we need tight external borders, an effective fight against human smugglers, effective deportations and the opening of return hubs outside the Union. Without this, countries such as Germany will continue to use populist tricks and close their internal borders, de facto abolishing the Schengen area to the detriment of the whole of Europe.

The first European Annual Asylum and Migration report and the setting up of the Annual Solidarity Pool (debate)
I would therefore like to ask you if you consider it appropriate to seal the external borders of the European Union in order to stem the tide of illegal immigration? Do you also wonder whether the European Commission has financed NGOs that have taken in illegal immigrants? Because I know that when assessing the implementation of the budget by the European Commission, you took note of a report saying that NGOs were financed by the Commission in a non-transparent and vague way.
The first European Annual Asylum and Migration report and the setting up of the Annual Solidarity Pool (debate)
Madam President, I'm sorry. I would like to ask you if you share the view that the migration pact is the legalisation of illegal criminal activities related to the smuggling of people into the European Union and further evidence that the competences of the Member States are being appropriated here by the EU institutions, and that illegal migration is de facto a Trojan horse that is being introduced into the European Union in order to disrupt our security and deepen the economic crisis?
Combating violence against women and girls, including the exploitation of motherhood (debate)
I would like to ask you if you do not think that the left stigmatizes right-wing women, pointing out that it is men with conservative views who are the main perpetrators of violence? That this is a form of violence, especially against women on the left and women on the right? And the second case of surrogacy. What is your opinion on surrogacy? Do you think surrogacy is a violation of children's rights?
Combating violence against women and girls, including the exploitation of motherhood (debate)
Thank you very much for talking about the violence against women that affects all of us online. This is indeed a very important problem and I thank you for raising it. But I would also like to ask you what your position is with regard to surrogacy. Do you share the view that women living in difficult social conditions are doing just that. Nevertheless, it is an act that de facto boils down to exploiting their body, and they become de facto incubators, giving up their child, and it is a modern form of exploitation.
Combating violence against women and girls, including the exploitation of motherhood (debate)
Madam President, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, One form of exploitation of women is surrogacy. It is a system based on separation, loss and profit. It is an industry that trades women's bodies and children's lives, a modern form of slavery dressed in the language of altruism and solidarity. Surogation is an industry, it is violence, and it is an exploitation incompatible with human rights. We can no longer pretend that we do not see human trafficking flourishing right next to us in Georgia, in Ukraine, on the Internet. Europe must adopt a common position. Man is not a commodity. A woman is not an incubator, and a child should never be the subject of a transaction. I am amazed at the position of the left. Just a moment ago, a gentleman on the left said that the surrogate was happy because she gave up a child, a child she carried under her heart. This can only be said by a guy who does not understand women and has no idea what motherhood is. Surogation is the economic exploitation of poor women who make this dramatic decision in order to make a profit. There's no agreement to that.
Common agricultural policy (joint debate)
Madam President, I'm sorry. A year ago, the Commission promised a reset of the Green Deal. You promised dialogue with the farmers. Unfortunately, these were empty promises, and the situation of farmers today is dramatic. The Polish countryside is on the verge of catastrophe. Farmers give away crops for free so that they do not rot in the field, and cry because they love Polish land, because they want to produce safe, high-quality food. They are crying, Commissioner, because they will not have the money to repay the loans. In this dramatic situation, the European Commission is proposing an agreement with the Mercosur countries and Ukraine. If this happens, you will be the gravediggers of European agriculture. You will destroy not only short supply chains, but above all food security. That is why today from this place I call all Polish patriots to the march of the protest in Warsaw on Saturday. Let us meet, protest against the Green Deal, against the Mercosur agreement and against illegal immigration, because all these issues are destroying the European Union.

After 10 years, time to end mass migration now - protect our women and children (topical debate)
Mr President, thank you very much. Merkel's migration crisis is destroying Europe's identity. It leads to the Islamization of Europe. We see the effects today in Western Europe: rapes, robberies, thefts, gang wars. Illegal migration is also part of the hybrid war that Putin and Lukashenko are waging with the EU. We see this especially on the Polish-Belarusian border, where left-wing activists, supporting illegal migrants, have de facto become useful idiots of Putin. There are no coincidences. These are planned and coordinated actions. Today we are dealing with a direct attack on Poland. Putin knows that Europe is powerless because the Commission is headed by von der Leyen, who was Germany's worst defence minister. So what should be done? Forced deportations must be introduced immediately, the Union's external borders sealed and the immigration pact thrown into the trash. Finally, I will say openly: Get your hands off Poland! Poland will not pay for the migration mistakes of Berlin and Brussels.
Amending Regulation (EU) 2023/956 as regards simplifying and strengthening the carbon border adjustment mechanism (A10-0085/2025 - Antonio Decaro)
Madam President, I'm sorry. I voted in favour of a regulation simplifying and strengthening the CBAM mechanism. I think this is a step in the right direction. The simplifications proposed are a response to real problems related to the implementation of the CBAM. The CBAM aims to protect EU industry with restrictive climate policies by imposing tariffs on imports of goods such as: steel, cement, aluminium, hydrogen or fertilisers from third countries. Unfortunately, the original rules turned out to be too complicated. They even included micro-enterprises importing small quantities of goods. Therefore, I consider the proposal to exclude from the system so-called occasional importers, i.e. those who import less than 50 tonnes per year into the Union, to be a reasonable and proportionate solution, reducing bureaucratic burdens for SMEs and not distorting EU competition. However, the CBAM mechanism still needs to be fine-tuned. Key challenges are to ensure the reliability of data on the decarbonisation of products from third countries and to prevent circumvention. Moreover, CBAM cannot be the only answer to industry's problems. Complementary actions are needed, including a return to free allowances and further support for companies affected by high energy costs.
Malta's Golden Passport scheme circumventing EU sanctions against Russia (debate)
Mr President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Friends and colleagues! Citizenship is not a commodity. Citizenship of the European Union is not a commodity. The CJEU's ruling against Malta closes the era in which an EU passport could be purchased for six hundred thousand euros, the purchase of real estate and a symbolic fee. It's not just moral abuse. It's a real threat. Gold passport programs opened the door to money laundering, tax avoidance and corruption. They were used by sanctioned Russian oligarchs and mafia members from around the world. They bought themselves a prosperous and safe life in Europe. It is good that the Court has responded to the calls of the European Parliament, because a secure Europe is a Europe that protects its borders and values. And now it is time for the European Commission to investigate who has benefited from these programmes and what risks they pose. And finally, let's eliminate golden visas once and for all.
Preparation of the EU-UK summit (debate)
Madam President, dear colleagues, Mr Commissioner, the upcoming first EU-United Kingdom summit after Brexit is an opportunity to open a new chapter in rebuilding our relationship. The most important issue to be addressed is, above all, cooperation in the field of defence. European defence policy is not possible without the United Kingdom. In the face of global threats, we need a joint response to hybrid challenges, cybersecurity and the protection of our borders. Our key topics include a mobility programme for young people, trade issues, as well as the fight against illegal immigration. One of the most troubling consequences of Brexit for young people was the UK's withdrawal from the Erasmus+ programme. I therefore welcome plans for new solutions regarding youth mobility. Brexit has changed the formal framework of our relationship, but it has not broken the bonds between us. We must do everything we can to make everyday life easier – we cannot allow political or bureaucratic obstacles to make it harder. We need cooperation based on trust and concrete solutions, cooperation with a response to take needs of people on both sides of the English Channel.
European Steel and Metals Action Plan (debate)
Madam President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I would like to thank you. The steel industry is the backbone of the economy. The European Commission's Steel and Metals Plan does not sufficiently address the high energy prices for energy-intensive industries that are a consequence of the EU's harmful ideological climate policy. Without an immediate suspension of the ETS, the Commission's announcements of an inexpensive and secure energy supply are empty slogans. I repeat: the suspension of the ETS is necessary. Without this, the industry will not survive and Europe will lose a key sector so important for building European defence. It is high time you understood this. What will you build tanks from, build the defense industry, when the steel industry will collapse?
