The next item is Question Time (Commission) (Rule 137). I welcome Executive Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis to this Question Time. Question Time topic: EU-China trade relations. This question time will last about 90 minutes. As usual, it will take one minute to ask a question and two minutes to reply. Speakers in the first round will have the opportunity to ask a 30-second follow-up question with two minutes to reply. I recall that a possible supplementary question can be asked only if it is closely linked to the main question and is not a new one.
