Russia’s disinformation and historical falsification to justify its war of aggression against Ukraine (debate)
on behalf of the ALDE Group. - Madam President, disinformation about the war in Ukraine is enormous, and it comes mainly from Western power centres, including this European Parliament. The denunciation of Western lies goes through the clear utterance of the following facts. For the first time an independent Ukrainian state was established only in 1991, and since then the collective West has done everything possible to turn Ukraine into its anti-Russian puppet. Remember Victoria Nuland with her Fuck the EU, who admitted to the billions poured into Ukraine precisely for this purpose. Zbigniew Brzezinski quite openly wrote in his book The Grand Chessboard that in order to weaken Russia, its ties with Ukraine must be severed. The last thing Western leaders are interested in is Ukraine's democracy, freedom and prosperity. This state is important to them only in so far as they can use it in their war against Russia. The West orchestrated the coup in Ukraine in 2014. Again, the West banned Ukraine from concluding a peace agreement with Russia at the start of the war. That is why it is the West that bears the greatest blame for today's Ukrainian tragedy.
Toppling of the Syrian regime, its geopolitical implications and the humanitarian situation in the region (debate)
Mr President, honourable Members, I do not know if you have noticed, but the State of Syria has died. In its place there is a boiling cauldron, where militant jihadists, Kurds, Druze and all sorts of agents of foreign interests are bubbling. This explosive mixture was mixed by the United States, Turkey, Israel, Great Britain. In general, every time a civilized state decides to fix uncivilized states in its opinion, a total collapse occurs and many people die. Twenty years ago, the United States promised to democratize Iraq, and instead obstetrically created the Islamic State. Then the West decided to democratize Libya, and instead opened the way to Europe for hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants. Today, these same Western civilizers took a jihadist Mohammed al-Jolani, took off his sheeted clothes, cut his beard, and proclaimed him the liberal Mother Teresa. And they're telling us how civilized he's become. Once upon a time, the United States treated Osama bin Laden in the same paternal manner, because it was sure that he would always carry out their orders. We all know what that led to then. I don't think it's going to be any different today.
Reinforcing EU’s unwavering support to Ukraine against Russia’s war of aggression and the increasing military cooperation between North Korea and Russia (debate)

EU-US relations in light of the outcome of the US presidential elections (debate)
Honourable Members, the election of Donald Trump as US President gives Europe a unique chance to once again become an important geopolitical factor. At the moment, the European Union is unfortunately a mere subcontractor of the decisions taken by the United States' ruling Democratic Party. The people at the head of the European Union listen to the guidance of their American superiors and rush to carry out their orders. For the past four years, the European Union has been on a path of self-destruction because of blind adherence to the tenets of the Green Deal, because of the abandonment of cheap Russian energy resources and because of the support of Zelensky's government. Thanks to the new administration in Washington, which will be engaged in solving domestic American problems and will not export democracy around the world, Europe has the opportunity to pursue a completely different type of policy. Europe must pursue a policy of peace, not war, and must take care of its own interests, not defend any fictitious transatlantic values. If Europe has enough courage and enough smart leaders, it can once again be a major factor in world politics.
Foreign interference and hybrid attacks: the need to strengthen EU resilience and internal security (debate)
Mr President, all the European institutions have been fighting disinformation for years. Any event or process that EU officials don't like is explained by some sort of hybrid attack that came from Russia, China, Iran. Again, according to the EU leaders, it is the Russians who are to blame for Brexit, as well as for the fact that a number of nationally responsible parties win the elections in European countries. In general, every reasonable voice in Europe is defined as a hybrid attack. Any meaningful criticism of the policies imposed by Brussels is automatically dismissed as disinformation. It is also more than certain that if Donald Trump becomes US president again, the "talking heads" in Europe will say that this happened thanks to the ubiquitous Russian hackers. While such untenable and outright ridiculous explanations are circulating, the highest-ranking European leaders say not only untrue things, which we usually call lies, but also outright nonsense. We remember that Ursula von der Leyen said that the Russian economy is on command breathing and that the Russians are pulling the chips out of the dishwashers and refrigerators to repair their military machines. Today, the Russian economy is much better than a number of Western countries, the Russian army is winning on the battlefield, and Zelensky in his panic has already coveted nuclear weapons. Ms von der Leyen was not just not reprimanded for the nonsense and misinformation she used, but even for the second time she was elected president of the European Commission. I fully agree that the European Union must fight against disinformation. He must especially actively fight against the misinformation that his own leaders spread.
International Day for the Eradication of Poverty (debate)
Dear colleagues, for a long time the powerful of the day explained that when globalization finally wins, when all state borders and all state obstacles to business are removed, we will become rich and happy. We were told that when a millionaire becomes a billionaire, it will also make us, ordinary people, rich. Because according to the postulates of the so-called "trickle down economy" or permeation economy, the tide lifted all boats. But the reality turned out to be very different. Yes, the rich got richer, the millionaires became billionaires, but the boats of ordinary people did not rise, even many of them sank. The more the country went into the background, the more inequalities and poverty increased. There is only one way to overcome this. The government needs to be active again. It should create such rules to help working people live better lives. Supranational institutions will not do this. They take care of the interests of mega-corporations. We need more countries and fewer transnational institutions.
Ensuring sustainable, decent and affordable housing in Europe - encouraging investment, private property and public housing programmes (debate)
Mr President, we have understood that Ursula von der Leyen and her European Commission will do their utmost to give European citizens the opportunity to have their own homes. This, of course, is a laudable intention, which, however, has a very big drawback. Such promises are hypocritical and false. European citizens will only be able to buy homes when they have enough money to do so. However, it is not possible for most Europeans to have the necessary funds when the economies of the EU member states are ruined, ruined precisely by the leaders of the Union in question. I will recall the two main factors that are destroying European countries. The first is the obsessive passion for the Green Deal, which deprives hundreds of thousands of people of jobs and therefore of money. The second is the abandonment of cheap Russian energy resources. With this type of suicidal policy, it is quite natural for the economies of European countries to decline and for people's savings to melt. That is why they cannot buy homes and will not be able to buy them, despite all the promises of high-ranking Brussels officials.
The democratic backsliding and threats to political pluralism in Georgia (debate)
Thank you for your question. The intervention of the US government in the affairs of other countries is being done everywhere in the world, including in my country Bulgaria and in many other countries. Non-governmental organisations are funded, and most of all this is done through Open Society – Soros, but there are many others who, under the guise of a desire for democratisation, for a civil sector and so on, actually fulfil the interests that come from outside. I have seen this in Bulgaria, I have seen it in many other countries and I know that this mechanism works everywhere. Unfortunately, it is allowed to do so and Georgia is happy to oppose this mechanism because it is destroying democracy and freedom in this country.
The democratic backsliding and threats to political pluralism in Georgia (debate)
Mr President, colleagues, the representatives of the European Union and their American superiors are openly frightening Georgia with sanctions. Why is that? Well, because the Georgian government refuses to be an obedient servant of Brussels and Washington and firmly defends the interests of its country, not those of foreign masters. Georgia's government has passed two very important laws, one on exposing foreign agents and one on banning LGBT propaganda. This exposed the entire network of foreign influence, which, through foreign-funded NGOs, journalists and politicians, works against Georgian national interests. We are talking about structures that promote the influence of the United States and impose the globalist doctrine. Under the guise of democratization, they dismantle the foundations of the nation-state. The task of these structures is to turn Georgia into another Euro-Atlantic protectorate run by a colonial administration. There is no backsliding on democracy in Georgia, as the globalist media trumpets. There are self-thinking rulers, not pawns of Washington and Brussels. I hope that Georgia will not follow the fate of most countries in the European Union, which are ruled by American puppets.
Escalation of violence in the Middle East and the situation in Lebanon (debate)
Madam President, the leadership of the European Union is particularly helpless when it comes to the war in the Middle East. In the Middle East, we see Benjamin Netanyahu doing what he wants, and the United States fulfilling all his whims, and the European Union shining with its absence. Yes, sometimes EU leaders issue a declaration deploring the civilian casualties in Gaza and Lebanon. Except that nowhere in these declarations do they mention that these people died as a result of Israeli strikes because they are afraid of angering Netanyahu. And while they are dying of fear, the Israeli prime minister is doing everything he can to get Iran into the fighting, hoping to destroy the leadership in Tehran. And because he knew he couldn't do it alone, he tried his best to drag the United States into the war. And the current leadership of the European Union is doing nothing to stop this conflict, which could lead to World War III. European leaders have no independent vision of what is happening in the Middle East. They're just following Washington's orders. If they are told from there to be critical of Netanyahu, they will be. Otherwise, they curl up like mice in their holes.
Continued financial and military support to Ukraine by EU Member States (debate)
Mr President, this war, the war in Ukraine, could have ended as early as March 2022 if the collective West, represented by the United States and Boris Johnson, had not ordered Zelensky to disrupt the peace talks in Istanbul. The collective West knows it cannot defeat Russia. He's just using this war to exhaust Russia. And this is a cynical strategy, a cynical strategy, in the name of which hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians and Russians have died and will continue to die. Every single projectile, every single euro that the European Union and the countries of the European Union send to Kiev, means the continuation of the war, and therefore the death of many more people, both military and civilian. So you, too, MEPs who vote on resolutions with similar content, are directly responsible for these victims. By supporting the Zelensky regime, you have become accomplices in the murder of so many people. The blood of the victims in Ukraine and in Russia is also on your hands, members of the majority in the European Parliament. And no matter how much you pretend to be Pontius Pilate, no matter how much you try to wash your hands, you can't wash them. An ordinary court will not convict you. The court of history will convict you.
