Questions
Oh, Congresswoman. The right-wing and left-wing press are again reporting that TISZA supporters' data has been leaked again. I would like to ask you if you can confirm that the data of TISZA supporters was leaked and, on the other hand, with whom are they developing their software, databases and where are they storing the data of Hungarian citizens?

Speeches
Dear Madam President, From August to November, the Hungarian Defence Forces act as the leading nation in the surveillance of the airspace of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, in cooperation with Spanish and Italian soldiers. This is the fourth time since 2015. Four Hungarian Gripen fighters and 80 Hungarian soldiers are stationed in Lithuania. Already they had to respond to eleven sharp alarms. From here we would like to thank the MH valiant Dezső Szentgyörgyi 101. Flying brigade's work! Thank you for the work of the MH Air Operations Management and Control Centre of Veszprém. Thank you to MH Kiss József 86 of Szolnok. Helicopter Brigade's work and thank you to the Pápai MH 47. The work of the base airfield staff! We would be grateful if our allies would stand up for us, both verbally and in action. The Ukrainian government accused Hungary of infringing airspace. This is completely absurd. And this fake news was repeated here too by Mrs. Hayer! Shame on you. President Zelenskyy has repeatedly threatened and blackmailed Hungary, not only verbally, but also with a series of attacks on an important oil pipeline for Central Europe's energy security. This is unacceptable. As well as the European Commission's cynical denial of the importance of the matter. Hungary and the region were exempted from the Russian oil embargo due to the absence of a coastal port and thus the physical limitations of the supply possibilities. We do not violate any EU sanctions. Nevertheless, the Ukrainian leadership has consistently attacked the oil pipeline supplying our region and has been openly blackmailed by President Zelenskyy. He lies to the Ukrainian people that Ukraine's accession to the EU is decided by the Ukrainians, while everyone in this house knows that this is not true. Membership of the European Union cannot be achieved through extortion. The vast majority of Hungarians said no to Ukraine's EU membership. President Zelenskyy must stop blackmailing.
Just today, I believe, or a few days ago, the Israeli ambassador in Budapest said that Jews feel super safe in Hungary. We're not pitting anyone against anyone. We want to stop the rise of antisemitism. If you just look at the EU Fundamental Rights Agency's latest report on antisemitism, you look at the countries where people feel that antisemitism is increasing, you will see it's all the target countries of mass immigration. If you look at which countries most people say that antisemitism has decreased – that's what they feel – then you will find Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania. Is that a coincidence? I don't think so.
Madam President, here we are on the second anniversary of the Hamas terrorist attacks, and antisemitism is on the rise in the European Union. However, Jews feel much safer in Central Europe. Why is that? Any ideas, Mr Commissioner? Mr Körner, any ideas? Let me solve that for you: we don't import millions of illegal immigrants from Muslim countries. And, let there be no misunderstanding, it is the European Commission which is to blame, and it is the pro-immigration majority of the European Parliament. You on the left and the EPP, you are to blame. Why? Because there are too many cowards in the EPP. You fear the liberal media, you beg for the political support of socialists. In Europe, we have committed the most disgraceful acts against Jews. But, since the Holocaust, we had largely defeated racism and antisemitism. And then elites who pretend to be 'pro-European' imported antisemitism back into the European Union. Congratulations. Your policies are a civilisational disaster for Europe. Only Patriots can make Europe safe again.

Speeches
Mr President, the EU has been harassing Hungary for ten years now because we built a big, long and beautiful border fence to stop illegal migrants. Ten years ago, Germany and the EU adopted the open borders policy of George Soros. Rapists, extremists and violent criminals have flooded Europe. It has ruined the lives of millions. Hungary did the exact opposite. We stopped more than 1 million illegal immigrants. Europe, you are welcome. But instead of a reward, we got a fine of EUR 200 million plus a fine of EUR 1 million per day until we don't allow illegals into Europe. This is pure madness. At the same time, Ursula von der Leyen visits the Polish border and announces more EU funding for it. Denmark is allowed to detain illegals indefinitely: the double standards and hypocrisy is massive. The damage you have done to Europe is irreversible. Hungary is showing however the way. We won't give in. We won't pay. We will defend our borders. We will defend our women and we will defend our identity, and this is the way to make Europe great again.

Speeches
Dear Mr President, A few days ago, our fellow Member Péter Magyar again threatened journalists with imprisonment and the suspension of the operating licenses of the media. Why is that? Because they dared to write about the plans of the Tisza Party to raise taxes. If we talked about the press in this way, we would already be on the EP agenda. But it's not Péter Magyar. Not because Péter Magyar is a candidate for Brussels, and therefore the European People's Party and its left-liberal allies are covering for him in anything. We know that raising taxes is a policy of Brussels and Tisza, censorship is a policy of Brussels and Tisza, and Zoltán Tarr also said that only elections must be won and everything can be done afterwards. We've seen this before. In Poland, this policy is pursued by Donald Tusk and the Brussels elite is silent. On the part of Fidesz-KDNP, we have always supported family tax relief and flat-rate taxation, despite all pressure from Brussels, because in Brussels, too, the interests of the Hungarian people come first.
Lessons from Budapest Pride: the urgent need for an EU wide anti-discrimination law and defending fundamental rights against right-wing attacks (topical debate)

Speeches
Dear Madam President, At the Budapest Pride we saw everything that confirms that Pride was a political provocation conducted from abroad. 71 MEPs came and thanks to them we are now holding the fiftieth Pride debate in this house. A European Commissioner came to Budapest in person to announce a EUR 1.5 billion NGO funding package with the left-wing mayor. Not that the EU would otherwise not fill the LGBTQ lobby with millions. and the evening before Pride, while international summits followed, yet Ursula von der Leyen found time to send a personalised video message on a matter in which she has no competence. When illegal immigrants attack, they don't send video messages to victims or family members. Does anyone believe it wasn't a political circus? We know the recipe, left-wing activists always work from the same Alinsky handbook. Leftist provocations always have the same goal: Violence and, of course, left-wing media are eager to catch the moment and tell the world that oppression has taken place. That's what they were doing in Budapest, but it didn't work. We Hungarians do not ask for ideological colonization. In a referendum, 3.7 million Hungarians voted in favour of our child protection measures. We're on their side.
Dear Madam President, This report on Georgia is a disgrace, a disgrace to the European Parliament. It is neither European nor democratic in nature and lacks the most basic respect. It is clear, however, that the majority of the European Parliament wants a puppet government in Georgia, and until that happens, you are deliberately working to exacerbate European-Georgian relations. That is exactly the purpose of your report, to mention just a few points. The EP wants to tell Georgians who can be in government, to hold new elections, when, who can organise, who can control the result, and essentially, I quote from the report, ‘what is the real will of the people’. You know that better. The EP wants to decide who the real Georgian civilians are. Those funded by the Biden government through USAID. Now that the Trump administration has blocked money from the global left-wing activist network, they want the EU to adopt these organizations. The European Parliament also wants to decide Georgia's foreign policy. It is a national competence even for EU countries. You do not see Georgia as a partner, but as a colony. We do not need sanctions, but a frank dialogue that respects Georgia's sovereignty, its geopolitical position and focuses on common European-Georgian interests.

Speeches
Mr President, socialists, liberals and Greens always get away with corruption. This was the case of socialists in Qatargate. This is the case of former Commissioner Reynders, a liberal. This is the case of former Commissioner Timmermans and the green NGOs. All of these corruption scandals are swept under the rug because of the political alliance of the EPP socialists and the liberals. This makes the EPP and Partido Popular a hostage to Pedro Sanchez's corruption in Spain. But another topic. Welcome the MEPs of Tisza back to the Parliament! They were here for the morning debate, they were here for the afternoon debate, but they did not come to vote at noon. When we voted on EU funds for Hungary. When we voted to close Article 7 proceedings against Hungary. Their Brussels party voted against Hungary in everything, as they were asked to do. I'm sure Kinga Kollár is still very happy about it. Shame on you.

There's also Article 14 of the Fundamental Rights Charter, which allows for each and every country to legislate on education affairs as they wish, according to the spirit and the worldview that parents think the education their children should get. Somehow, the courts always ignore Article 14. As I mentioned in my speech in Hungarian – perhaps the translation was not adequate – the European Convention on Human Rights and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights all state in clauses about freedom of assembly that there are exceptions to this, especially national security, healthcare and moral reasons.

Speeches
Dear Mr President, In recent years, the organizations organizing the Budapest Pride have received foreign subsidies in the order of HUF 100 million, and the various other supporting organizations in the order of billions. These funds came from George Soros' Open Society Foundation, other organizations of the Soros network and foreign governments. Just here in the EP, dozens of left-liberal MEPs announced that they would attend the Budapest Pride. In addition, freedom of assembly is a fundamental freedom and an important pillar of any democracy, and should therefore be particularly protected, but not pre-eminent. For us in Hungary, the mental and physical health and development of children comes first. That's what our Child Protection Act is all about. We have also adapted the law on assembly to this, and various international human rights treaties make this possible. Unfortunately, Pride parades regularly involve people who are sexually provocative, philosophically offensive, or simply not wearing street equipment, and this has nothing to do with who's sexual orientation. We do not want to expose our children to this. In private, everyone loves whoever they want. Hungarian law guarantees non-discrimination. So with foreign participants, with foreign financial support, with foreign political support, they want to organize an event in Hungary that would violate the Hungarian child protection law, which is supported by the vast majority of the Hungarian people. Respect that.
Congresswoman, I'm sorry. He did not appear to have read the draft report. It is in this, and the author regrets, that Hungary has been able to reach an agreement with the European Commission on certain issues, and Hungary now has access to previously frozen funds. In addition, the same report demands that all EU funds due to Hungary be frozen. I very much hope that, as a result, you will convince your EPP allies and vote against this report when it is voted on. Because unfortunately it is the experience, and your fellow Member said that you are on the positive side, and he said: They are looking for the positive side of the fact that these funds have been frozen, and that is none other than your ...
Dear Madam President, The European Union is making fun of the rule of law. Just to mention a few examples: The left-liberal majority of the EP demands that all EU funds due to Hungary be frozen. Kinga Kollár, a member of the House of Representatives, also explained why: By freezing EU funds and hindering domestic development, the countries are watching for their own political benefits. Manfred Weber and Ursula von der Leyen want to help her take power. This has nothing to do with the rule of law. The Hungarians do not want Ukraine to join the EU at an accelerated pace, so this parliament would rather withdraw our right to vote in the Council under the Article 7 procedure. Left-liberal MEPs also demand the role of accuser, judge and firing squad. It has nothing to do with the rule of law. Moreover, foreign policy has always been a national competence in the EU. And last but not least, millions of illegal migrants have arrived in the EU, the vast majority of them are still here. The rule of law would require them to be deported. Unfortunately, the rule of law in this house is nothing more than a cynical political weapon, not a real rule of law.

Speeches
Mr. President, please. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Unfortunately, you have no idea what you're talking about. You said that in 2017 the EU reintroduced the Transparency Act. This allowed foreign interference in the Hungarian elections in 2022. Do you really have no idea about the history? Foreign interference in 2022 is undeniable. From George Soros and his circles, $8 million came to the left-wing political figures, another $2 million came from a Swiss account. The Biden administration announced a $35 million USAID program in '22 specifically aimed at political influence in Central Europe. The political, corrupt and ideologically left-wing nature of these projects has been publicly acknowledged by the new US administration. Thank you to the Trump administration for investigating these programs and exposing the left-wing corruption network. The Hungarian people are tired of foreign interference and have a perfectly legitimate expectation that we will put an end to it.

Questions
Mr Freund, in October 2024, you were in Washington negotiating with USAID. What was the subject?
The Left, the Socialists, the EPP and the Greens want to attack Hungary on the basis of a draft law that hasn't even been approved yet. How absurd is that? What isn't absurd – what is real – is the foreign interference we have witnessed in the 2022 Hungarian elections. It is well documented. Your political allies have been the beneficiaries of foreign interference. Now we see the same interference in the Polish presidential elections. The same company funded by Soros is now now called Estratos and the same organisation called Action for Democracy are back. In Hungary, we will defend our democracy from foreign interference. How do we do it? What measures will be necessary... (The President cut off the speaker)

I'm sorry, but children need real protection and politicians who actually stand up for their interests. And that's what we've been doing for 15 years. Unlike you, who go to children's homes to give gifts, and then because they can't meet the standards, they will take the Christmas gifts. I'm sorry, but think about what you are doing. And speaking of child protection. I very much hope that you will then say that you support banning sexual content and gender ideology from schools and kindergartens.

Madam President, Hungary has been at the forefront in fighting back against woke initiatives, including gender ideology. Non-discrimination – including based on sexual orientation – is, of course, guaranteed by Hungarian law. In Hungary, we put parents and children first. We banned all sexual propaganda from schools and restricted accidental exposure of minors to sexually explicit content. Naturally, this should apply to public events, too. We stand with the right of parents to decide what is best for the physical, moral and intellectual development of their children. In response, we were sued by the European Commission and 16 Member States. Several of our critics allow, in their countries, medical interference in the sexual development of minors. In your countries, if you want to tell your children that sex change is real or that they should invent their own gender, we will not agree, but we will not try to interfere in your countries. You shouldn't in ours!

We had our own proposal to talk about this. We wanted to talk about this here in the European Parliament, so we supported this proposal – our proposal, of course. I believe it's a very serious issue that courts decide instead of European citizens and voters. They have all the information necessary to make their choice. In my country, just recently, we had a by-election because of a criminal case against a Member of Parliament. He resigned. We had new elections and people voted. Unfortunately, the socialist criminal was re-elected. It's a very sad situation, but I believe that people can make the right choice for themselves. It's not for courts to decide instead of elections.

Dear Madam President, The European Parliament's favourite occupation is to educate the world about democracy and human rights. And the moment came again: We can discuss the human rights report 2024. The European Union is a peace and freedom project. It would be good to lead by example. It is heard on numerous occasions in the European Parliament, and the authors of this report also demand that the human rights approach should play a decisive role in the EU's external relations. But if the world were to write a report about us, about the European Union, what would be in it? Couldn't you be concerned that in just a few months, two leading presidential candidates in two countries have been eliminated from the competition? Will the EU make any diplomatic efforts to restore peace in Ukraine? It is well known that war is the gravest risk to human rights. Corruption cases are on the rise in Brussels. Should the rest of the world adopt sanctions against our leaders? And the cases could still be listed. It is time to turn the EU into a peace and freedom project again.

Dear Madam President, It is not a bit ironic, however, when the Brussels elite is concerned about democracy, transparency and corruption. Let's take them one by one. Democracy: They're trying to make the right-wing politician, Marine Le Pen, legally impossible. Why is that? Because he's a patriot, because he's against the globalist elite, and because he's the most likely presidential candidate. Transparency: the European Commission has still not published the vaccine contract or its preparatory texts to Ursula von der Leyen. Corruption: The biggest corruption system in America is being unveiled, built around USAID. However, the EU is also heavily involved in the financing of fake NGO's and the left-liberal media. The left reacts hysterically when someone calls into question the funding of organisations that lie to themselves as civilians. The corruption cases of EPP, Socialist or even Liberal MEPs and European Commissioners are such that there is no time to list them. We need a change in Brussels. The corrupt, globalist elite will be replaced by patriots.

Dear Madam President, A few months ago, the International Criminal Court equated the leaders of the terrorist group Hamas with the leaders of Israel, which suffered the attacks on 7 October. This moral relativism is unworthy not only of the International Criminal Court, but of any court. The Hungarian government continues to welcome Israeli leaders to Hungary. The US has announced sanctions against members of the court, and President Trump has received Prime Minister Netanyahu in Washington. If our privileged allies believe that the International Criminal Court has been severely politicised, then perhaps it is time for us, on the part of the European Union, to re-evaluate our relationship with the Court.

Oh, Congresswoman. You have just condemned the government and the U.S.-Hungarian relations, while the division of the EU Member States was caused by the previous U.S. administration, Joe Biden's administration. They took this measure before January 20. What do you think of that?
