Madam President, under Rule 195, a matter of compliance with the Rules of Procedure, as there is no provision in our Rules of Procedure governing minutes of silence or acts of respect in this House. Today we listened to Yulia Navalnaya, wife of the opponent killed by Putin's regime, and now we will vote, among others, on the Report on Human Rights and Democracy in the World and the European Union's policy on the matter. But we cannot be biased or sectarian. I would like this Parliament to show interest in the far-left terrorism that claimed a new victim in Spain last Saturday. Sergio Delgado was killed by a group of far-left cowards while enjoying a bachelor party in Burgos with his friends. According to the latest Europol report, of the 16 terrorist attacks that took place on European soil in 2022, 13 were far-left or anarchist, with Basque and Catalan separatist movements being the most violent in Spain. I would also like this Parliament to show interest in the life of Marta, a 16-year-old girl killed by an Algerian in Algemesí, Valencia... (The Chair took the floor from the speaker).
Tackling the inflation in food prices and its social consequences and root causes (debate)
Mr President, Commissioner, it is an insulting joke that, less than 24 hours after voting on the Nature Restoration Regulation, they are organising a debate on how to tackle agricultural price inflation. I'm going to tell you what produces inflation: a field man needs a tax advisor, an administrative manager, an agronomist, a veterinarian and an analytical laboratory to be able to irrigate, mow, sow, raise or slaughter his livestock without being sanctioned or receiving what in justice belongs to him; the ridiculous environmental obligations imposed by those in Brussels who work from 9 to 5 with a stopover to eat; ban phytosanitary products without providing a viable alternative at the same price; suicidal energy policy; relying on third countries for raw materials or fertilisers, remaining in the hands of financial speculation on futures markets; compulsory fallow land; reduce arable land; the gender perspective in the CAP; the razias of the inspectors; Reducing European production or criminalising farmers leads to inflation. Issuing banknotes mansalva to hide that its Green Deal is a plan of mass layoffs produces inflation. You and your bigotry produce inflation, so the solution is clear: evict you in June, repeal the Green Deal, regain national and EU preference, turn off Morocco's tap and seriously control, not farmers, but what enters through Rotterdam or Algeciras.
The fight against hate speech and disinformation: responsibility of social platforms within the Digital Services Act (topical debate)
Mr President, the expression 'hate speech' hides the biggest censorship operation in modern history. Critical race theory, cultural cancellation, historical memory and gender ideology are the four riders of his Woke apocalypse, a horrific dystopia where freedom of speech, thought and opinion are annihilated. Now they use tech giants as instruments of their censorship in exchange for keeping them or allowing them to maintain their business model of plundering our experience, turning it into data and enriching themselves with it. It's so insane they've turned truth into hate. It is hateful to say that Spain liberated the indigenous peoples of America from anthropophagous empires such as the Aztecs or the Incas. It is hateful to recall that 80% of arrests in Barcelona in 2022 and 2023 were of foreign population. It is hateful to claim that demographic substitution is promoted. It is hateful to proclaim the injustice that men who claim to feel like women compete with them in sports competitions, depriving them of the titles they deserve. Biology, history, sociology and anthropology have been hijacked by their ideology, and this brings us to the abyss of the worst dictatorships of thought.
Empowering farmers and rural communities - a dialogue towards sustainable and fairly rewarded EU agriculture (debate)
I just want to say and repeat that I did not vote for the European Green Deal. I did not vote for the Farm to Fork Strategy. I did not vote for the Biodiversity Strategy. I did not vote in favour of trade agreements with those countries which favour the import of third-party products. This is the reality. This is the reality. You voted in favour, you voted in favour, you voted in favour. Now the elections are approaching and now everyone seems to be friends with farmers and ranchers. But it is you who have promoted a globalist agenda, those SDGs, that 2030 Agenda, which what it expressly predicts is precisely to favor the import of third countries ... (the Chair took the floor from the speaker).
Empowering farmers and rural communities - a dialogue towards sustainable and fairly rewarded EU agriculture (debate)
Mr. President, you should be asking for forgiveness, but you haven't and you won't. The elites suffer a sick contempt for all manual labor, towards farmers, ranchers, fishermen. It all started on 15 January 2020, the day on which this Parliament, with honourable exceptions, voted in favour of the European Green Deal. You, you and you too. They voted to condemn the primary sector. They voted to promote the mass entry of products imported from third countries. They voted to fund irrigation schemes in Morocco while thirst-killing the Spanish countryside. This is the story and all your money won't be able to change it. Now they dress in lambskin, but they are wolves who assault our farm workers, their activity and their way of life. The European Green Deal is the political and financial tool with which the von der Leyen Commission has imposed the choking agenda on the countryside from Brussels. The European Green Deal is a massive layoff plan for our field and industry, condemning the prosperity of thousands of families and businesses. You already knew this and that is why you created these instruments to buy the will of those who were to be sacrificed: the Just Transition Fund and the Social Climate Fund. But the European camp has risen with a single cry: repeal the Green Deal. (He agreed to answer a question under the "blue card" procedure.)
Water crisis and droughts in the EU as a consequence of the global climate crisis and the need for a sustainable, resilient water strategy for Europe (debate)
Mr President, Europe is on fire for the damage done to the primary sector. The water crisis is what has caused their climate policies: zero investments in storage and pipelines, plus demolition of dams and sluices. In Spain there is enough water to meet the needs of the Spanish people, but we have two obstacles: the obscene spectacle of separatists who have made no investment in water policies – and now weep over the drought – and the climate fanaticism that criminalises farmers in Murcia, Almeria or Huelva, blaming them for the ills of the planet. Taking advantage of the waters of the Guadiana River, in the sixties the Badajoz Plan converted 100,000 hectares of rainfed land into irrigation, increased water reserves and electricity generation, built up to forty new colonization villages and promoted the transformation and export of agricultural products. That's the way: reservoirs, pipelines and hydraulic connections; storing, channelling and flooding our fields with water, creating wealth and fixing population. You want us poor and defeated, although nothing will be the same anymore. Across Europe there is only one cry: repeal the Green Deal and fallow socialist and popular politicians.
Recent ecological catastrophe involving plastic pellet losses and its impact on micro plastic pollution in the maritime and coastal habitats (debate)
Mr President, the beaches of Galicia are affected by a pellet spill. And you're just worried about getting electoral revenue. Socialists are playing to the card of environmental disaster, even though the beaches are national public domain. The popular, playing the trick of a protoseparatism that stimulates in Galicia the detachment to the whole nation. The best thing they could do is retire and save us this embarrassing spectacle, because you don't give a damn about protecting the coastline. They like to talk about the planet and climate change, but the protection of coastal heritage begins locally, on the beach, in rivers, especially in the sanitation of forests. A healthy, patriotic and conservative human ecology. The real catastrophe is not the pellets on the beach, but the destruction of the Spanish fishing sector, especially in Galicia, which popular and socialists have promoted during the last forty years, systematically executing foreign agendas: relocation of production and processing industry to third countries, restrictions on fishing resulting from the extension of exclusive economic zones and abusive EU regulatory measures that have led Galicia and all of Spain from sufficiency to dependency. The effect of their measures has been devastating: reduction of the fishing fleet in European fisheries by more than 25% and fall in catches by more than 21% in just 10 years. Loss of 20,000 jobs since 2004. Destruction of 15% of processing companies, ageing of the population and ageing of the fleet. Meanwhile, imports from non-EU countries have grown by 97% in ten years. From where? From his friends...: from China and Morocco. This is the real catastrophe and everyone covers up their shame. They have destroyed a flourishing sector. And, although we remain the main fishing fleet in all of Europe, it is falling sharply. So less pellets and more vessels.
Situation of fundamental rights in the EU in 2022 and 2023 (debate)
Madam President, this annual report on fundamental rights has become the psychiatrist's couch where you expel your traumas, your hatreds and your double standards. They are advantaged pupils of the communist school. If with Stalin human rights were a fundamental tool of the class struggle, you serve to divide society, intimidate the majority and overthrow governments. They present a list of supposed collective victims of hatred and discrimination, but they forget the real fear that millions of Europeans are going through because of the insecurity caused by their migration policies. They talk about media freedom, but only subsidize their domesticated media. They talk about freedom of expression, but impose censorship with their verifiers on social networks. They say that corruption is incompatible with the rule of law, but half of this House is silent when Sanchez in Spain intends to amnesty corrupt politicians in the biggest act of political corruption, which is selling the homeland and legality for a handful of votes. They deny the freedom of education of families by imposing the sexual indoctrination of lobbies in the classrooms. They deny the right to life by proclaiming abortion and euthanasia as rights. Your Europe is a horrible dystopia, but on 9 June this will change, because another Europe in freedom is possible.
Outcome of the UN Climate Change Conference 2023 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (COP28) (debate)
Mr. President, the truth is, when you talk about victory, I don't know what you mean. Victoria, against whom? Because wars are won against someone. Against whom? Against the middle classes and against the European popular classes? Because who's the one who lost here? Here they are talking about saving the oceans. I agree. But how do they want to control emissions in the oceans when, on the other hand, they are promoting the acquisition of agricultural and livestock products from other continents that must be brought in by large merchants, instead of supporting agriculture and livestock in Europe? The COP ends and the elites, effectively, return on their private planes announcing new sacrifices that they will not fulfill. Announcing from Dubai, an Islamic theocracy based on fossil fuels, an agreement to end fossil fuels. This is joking. Do you think the sheikh pays for the party and on top of that he's going to run out of business? No, no. As housing does not seem expensive enough, they draft a new directive to make new construction more expensive. As it seemed little to them to prohibit access to the center of the cities, they now prohibit the combustion engine. All Europeans already know that the 2030 Agenda is a pyramid scheme. It consists of taking money from the European middle and popular classes to give it to billionaires in any country. We do not want this and on 9 June it will be demonstrated.
Jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition of decisions and acceptance of authentic instruments in matters of parenthood and creation of a European Certificate of Parenthood (debate)
Mr President, Commissioner, here we are debating a report which seeks automatic and mandatory recognition of parenthood in all Member States regardless of the way parenthood has taken place, going beyond the public order, legal tradition and civil law of the Member States. This means recognising surrogacy and multi-parenthood through the back door, with fraud, and putting an end to the family law of each Member State, unlawfully harmonising legislation and threatening national identity. Surrogacy is an attack on the dignity of the human being. It is a practice that hides horrible realities: children without parents; women in vulnerable situations, exploited, harassed, abused; persons who have become the object of trade. But Europe was built on the opposite: the sacredness of human life, its non-negotiable, impassable, irrevocable character. That is the dignity of man, which is in article 2 of our Treaty. That Paco and Susana can take a catalog and select a Ukrainian girl because they like the color of their eyes to provide the genetic material with which to gestate their child in Natasha's womb does not make Alexandra, or Natasha, or Paco, or Susana, or that the child are happier or freer. The surrogacy constitutes the objectification of the female body and exposes women and children to the risk of being victims of exploitation of human trafficking. Above the right of adults to have a child, there is the right of children to have their parents. Let's foster births, protect families, improve national adoption. That's the way. It is time to say that we do not want a market for human beings.
One year after Morocco and QatarGate – stocktaking of measures to strengthen transparency and accountability in the European institutions (debate)
Mr President, a year has passed since the case of Morocco and the only thing this Parliament has done, in reality, has been to reform the Rules of Procedure in order to force Members to declare paid activities above EUR 5 000 per year. As if these measures caused the socialists involved to declare the suitcases full of banknotes found by the Belgian police. Has President Sanchez, who was here this morning, declared the suitcases that Venezuela's Vice President Delcy Rodriguez passed through the Barajas airport, in violation of the sanctions imposed by the Council? It is an insufficient measure that has the sole purpose of trying to wash the image of this Parliament and that in the end will only serve to point out to the Member who carries out a legitimate professional activity. What the citizens are asking is that explanations be given of the favourable treatment of Morocco, which receives millions in aid for its primary sector, which then competes illegally with our farmers, and that the votes that may have benefited Qatar or Morocco be reviewed. Has free entry been restricted for lobbiesNGOs and multinationals swarming these corridors and offices? Has the non-existent regime of control of the origin and destination of NGO funds been tightened? This week we have known from a journalistic investigation in Spain that the son of Esteban González Pons, former vice president of the Group of the European People's Party, was the representative of Gazprom in Spain, the main Russian gas player, at only 25 years old. Did Mr González Pons state this in his declaration of conflicts of interest? Well, obviously not. For all these reasons, I once again demand that all votes that may have harmed European citizens and benefited those countries be reviewed. And I ask again that the Bureau investigate all the cases and really propose strong measures so that this does not happen again.
Review of the Spanish Presidency of the Council (debate)
Madam President, Mr Sanchez, you will go down in history. Generations of Spaniards will study in the history books their narcissistic, manipulative behavior, without empathy and without moral scruples. Millions of Spaniards live on the poverty line and you decided to shed the middle classes by raising taxes and distributing European funds among public entities to weave your network of personal favors. Millions of Europeans walk unsafely through the streets, but you decided to surrender the borders to the arrival of mass immigration, fueling the business of human trafficking mafias. There are millions of unemployed Spaniards, and you place your friends in positions of responsibility in an unprecedented nepotism. And when the courts overturn their decisions, then it casts doubt on the legitimacy of the Judiciary. The whole of Europe already knows him. Their narcissism has ruined the Spanish Presidency. None of the problems that stalk the Spaniards have been on the European agenda: water policy, the defence of farmers against unfair foreign competition, the fight against depopulation. As if that were not enough, now he wants to strike a blow to democracy, trample on the Constitution and end equality between Spaniards. All European policy over the last 250 years has been oriented towards justice, ending privileges and bringing the principle of equality before the law to its ultimate consequences. You're on the opposite path. That a special, manifestly unconstitutional law be passed to benefit a certain group of people who committed the most serious crimes against the nation is a setback of centuries. That judges are deprived of their constitutional role of judging and executing the court and that all judges, without exception, denounce their blow to the rule of law is a setback of centuries. For you, what yesterday was unconstitutional and illegal today is necessary, because you have to pay the bill that those have presented to you for your personal survival. It is the greatest act of political corruption in our history. You, your party, your foolish propaganda, lack all authority and legitimacy. They are the result of a deception of the Spanish people and of a criminal agreement forged in a sordid hotel in Brussels with a band of looters and fugitives from justice. But you're so cowardly that you didn't even come to sign it personally. Look, Mr. Sanchez, in February 1936, a Popular Front as undemocratic and anti-national as yours amnestied those who had risen up against the republican constitutional order and the unity of the nation. They also claimed that their motive was the pacification and tranquility of national life. Months later, the spiritual leader of those, Companys, became politically responsible for the murder of more than 8,000 Spaniards. I've started by telling him it will go down in history, and it will. He will go down in history as the perjured president; will go down in history for destroying the guarantees of the rule of law; will go down in history for trying to destroy everything our parents and grandparents built with effort; He will go down in history as the president who cannot walk the streets of Spain for fear of the Spanish people. Worse still: You are responsible for what happens to Spain and the Spanish if this law is passed. But don't hurry: Neither their denunciations nor their threats will silence us. We will move forward with the Spaniards on the street, in the institutions and in the courts. Faced with the tyrant, permanent mobilization.
Mr. President, Mr. Borrell, Nicolás Maduro organizes a farce referendum for the accession of the territory of Esequibo. It is curious that its partners, from Puigdemont to Maduro, are characterized by calling illegal referendums to justify their illegalities. The Essequibo is an area rich in gold, diamonds, uranium, oil... Communist gerifaltes do not have enough to prey on their own nations. It does so because it has the unconditional support of its allies: Cuba, Russia, China, Nicaragua and any other dictatorial regime, but also the São Paulo Forum and the Puebla Group, where his friend Rodríguez Zapatero is dedicated to whitewashing any dictatorship. The question is what are you going to do: Be complicit again and talk about political dialogue with dictators and criminals, when opposition leader Maria Corina is being threatened, harassed and disqualified? It is time to condemn in the harshest terms the actions of the dictatorship of Nicolás Maduro. It is time to condemn the threats against the territory of Essequibo and the systematic violations of life and freedom. It is time to demand the unconditional release of all political prisoners imprisoned in El Helicoide. It is time to take Nicolás Maduro and his henchmen to the International Criminal Court. But above all, Mr Borrell, it is time for you to stop behaving like a member of the Spanish Socialist Party.
Madam President, any plan to prevent foreign interference will fail if you do not take into account that there is no democracy without a people. Democracy demands a minimum spiritual, social and cultural unity that is contrary to the multiculturalism you promote. European societies are weak and therefore prone to interference and subversion. Everything that wants to break the legal unity of the European peoples is an attack on democracy. Regional separatism, Islamic separatism and gender separatism, which pursue privileges and camouflage themselves under false guises of human rights, are an enemy of democracy. Foreign interference is in those pressure groups, NGOs and multinationals that swarm the halls and offices of this house. Who sends them? To whom do they respond? We also know that separatism in Catalonia in 2017 was supported by infiltrated agents of Putin, and Sánchez will unlawfully amnesty them for all their serious crimes. But that doesn't matter to you. National democracies cannot be protected either by foreign powers or by globalist agendas. The biggest attack on democracies is the globalist and fanatical agenda by which the Davos elites want to mark the politics of European countries without popular endorsement. And you put her in the children's school. Democracy is government of the people, not bureaucrats meeting with stakeholders.
Threat to rule of law as a consequence of the governmental agreement in Spain (debate)
Mr President, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen, egocentric, narcissistic, manipulative, lying, without empathy or remorse and with a pathological need for power and control. This is Pedro Sanchez. Pedro Sánchez, who for years has defended in Spain that the Amnesty Law would be unconstitutional, has decided – in order to remain in power and get the vote of seven separatist deputies – to approve an unconstitutional amnesty law that constitutes a blow to the separation of powers and, therefore, to the rule of law. Sedition, embezzlement, public disorder, attack, tax fraud, money laundering, disobedience, injury and terrorism are just some of the crimes committed by the separatists that will not be able to be tried. They violently assaulted our democracy, our coexistence and our freedom. According to Article 2 of the Treaty, the Union is founded on the rule of law, as the rule of law exists when laws are equal, permanent and fair general rules for all, and there is a separation of powers. An amnesty law has the devastating effect of depriving judges of the constitutional function of judging and enforcing the court. The General Council of the Judiciary, the Supreme Court, prosecutors, senior officials, professors, university professors in Spain, unanimously speak and denounce the blow to the rule of law. Amnesty laws are only admissible if they are expressly provided for in the Constitution – Portugal, Italy, a European nation. Because it is the Constitution that establishes the distribution of power among the powers of the State. On the contrary, our Constitution expressly prohibits general pardons. Therefore, amnesty is an arbitrary, undemocratic act, it is a coup d'état. So much so that Sanchez has come to change the attorney major of Congress to make a report ad hoc on demand. Stalin would be proud of Sanchez. We despise him. The Spaniards have come out massively to demonstrate in the street in an unprecedented democratic movement. Thousands of Spaniards every night demand law and justice every day at the doors of the headquarters of the Socialist Party in Ferraz Street. Ferraz is already a symbol of peaceful, democratic and citizen resistance around the world. The international press echoes the disproportionate violence that the Government of Sanchez orders against young people who demand law and justice. Millions of Spaniards demand, Commissioner, a concrete, precise and decisive response in defense of the Constitution and the rule of law, because they see how Spain travels the bitter path of tyranny in the face of the silence of Brussels. No decent European would understand that the Commission applied a double standard compared to its repeated homily with the conservative governments of Poland and Hungary, especially when the situation in Spain is extremely more serious. Sanchez has turned Spain into a space of impunity, where the offender receives reward and the victim humiliation. You have awakened Spain. Spain has woken up. The youth are on the street demanding freedom and democracy, as in their best times. To all Spaniards: Permanent mobilization and National November.
Proposals of the European Parliament for the amendment of the Treaties (debate)
Mr President, President-in-Office of the Council, Vice-Presidents of the Commission, they lack legitimacy. That is why they wanted to approve it without debate, secretly, imposing their whim of spoiled rich children. A reform of the Treaties that puts an end to national sovereignty, the freedom of the peoples and the equality of the Member States by eliminating their guarantee, which is unanimity. When the middle and popular classes suffer the devastating effects of unemployment and inflation, our borders are subjected to the pressure of an immigration invasion that threatens social peace and the productive sectors - from agriculture to the automobile - live in uncertainty and fear, you begin to design with squad and compass the hell of a sovietized, materialistic and planned Europe from Brussels, where the nations will be the poor districts of the Hunger Games. Do you really believe that Europeans will accept that the core of sovereignty, industry, the protection of external borders, education, health, foreign policy and security will pass into the hands of bureaucrats? Do you really believe that farmers or ranchers will accept that all competition over the environment, biodiversity and climate is in the hands of climate fanatics? You know you don't, but you just want to speed up because you know your time is up. On June 9 everything will change. Long live the Europe of Nations!
Islamist terrorist attack on French schools and the need to protect people and promote social cohesion (debate)
Mr President, what did this Parliament do after the Charlie Hebdo attack? Nothing. After the Nice bombing? Nothing. What did you do after the Bataclan bombing? Nothing. What did this Parliament do after the attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils? Nothing. And after the murder of Samuel Paty? Nothing. And when the beheading was Father Jacques Amel? Nothing. And after the machete murder of the sacristan Diego Valencia in Algeciras? Nothing. What did this Parliament do after the knife attack on a playground in France? Nothing. And after the murder of the high school teacher in Arras by knife or the machine-gunning of two Swedes the day before yesterday? One minute of silence and send the most important debate of the week to Wednesday at ten o'clock at night. Well, and accusing us of racists we've been demanding border control for years. Nothing but blaming Western structures and asking for more money for immigrant integration. A kind of racial Marxism that is tragic. Let's line the borders. Let's destroy the mafias. Let's close the Islamist mosques. We deport criminals, and if their country of origin does not collect it, we exercise all European power over those countries. This matter must be resolved.
Outcome of the SDGs Summit (18-19 September 2023, New York) – transformative and accelerated actions leading up to 2030 and beyond (debate)
Mr President, Commissioner, some Members have said that the European Parliament is passionate about this debate. Well, there are ten, ten deputies. I believe most of you have not read the 2030 Agenda. They are simply in favor because they are invited at dinners and their friends tell them that they are very supportive, but it is false until the preamble. He says that the Sustainable Development Goals are an agenda of the people, by the people and for the people. But it was written by bureaucrats in New York and signed by heads of state and government without reading it. In no nation of the world has it been submitted to a popular referendum and in forty pages, forty pages, only once is there talk of democracy. It is the agenda of the elites for the elites. End world hunger, but dismantle the primary sector. Ensure access to water, but restore rivers to their source. Protect human dignity, but promote planning and abortion for the poor. End human trafficking, but fund international immigration. Eliminate poverty, but raise taxes. Defend individual freedoms, but create a global alliance of personal data. They call themselves pro-Europeans, but in these forty pages there is not a single measure in favor of our compatriots. It is the agenda of the rich and the elites. You will continue to defend it and I will continue to point you out as responsible.
Madam President, Commissioner, if we want Europe to be relevant, we must go out and gain space. For decades the Commission and Parliament have wanted to be the world's referees, but referees don't win matches. It has opted for the 2030 Agenda, but we know that it is dismantling the primary sector, unemployment and dependence on China and Russian gas. It has opted for multiculturalism, but we know that these are the ghettos, violence and sharia in central Europe. That's why we are irrelevant, because we play the game of others. We have been declared war and we have a wave of coups d'état in the Sahel that has opened in channel all the routes of the mafias, the invasion of Ukraine, the terrorism of Hamas and drug trafficking in America. And what do we offer? Gender ideology, family planning, cultural cancellation and billions of development aid managed by the adversary. The real world is not a simulation. Multiculturalism, alas, pardon, multilateralism, is a failure. Bilateral agreements must be strengthened, commitments must be demanded in terms of control, prosecution of mafias, drug trafficking and illegal immigration, massive investment by our companies abroad and protection of our producers. Only by making us respect can we get ahead.
Water scarcity and structural investments in access to water in the EU (debate)
Mr President, Commissioner, water is a scarce but sufficient commodity. Where there is water, there is life and there is development. Contradiction in this matter is not possible. Because we cannot say that we fight drought and adopt a Nature Restoration Regulation that obliges Member States to remove dams and slugs so that water flows freely into the oceans. They're not barriers. They are the centenary fruit of man's effort to store and channel water for personal and animal consumption, for industry, to fight fires or to ensure agricultural production. In Spain, the so-called Badajoz Plan transformed a region like Extremadura, which went from misery to prosperity, with dams and canalizations. It is nonsense to have a European water policy. You don't have to be too smart to see the differences between Finland and southern Spain. The Union should provide a stable framework and incentives to States to encourage the adoption of national water plans that guarantee equal access to water, with all necessary infrastructure and connections. Without environmental excuses, then, if there is no water, there is no nature. And it must also encourage good use for the improvement of irrigation and the development of hydropower, day and night, in a permanent and clean cycle.
Madam President, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen, Europe is at war and you present us with a programme for 2024 as if the problem were solved with an Excel sheet. They propose better regulation, but their committee has put forward 633 legislative proposals in four years. You have declared war on us and you insist that the 2030 Agenda be at the heart of the European agenda. They insist on promoting restrictions, limitations and prohibitions that today, before tomorrow, will end any productive sector: agriculture, livestock farming, artisanal fishing, the automotive industry or maritime road transport. They even announce more ambitious targets for 2040. Forgive me, but your ambitions are costing the middle and popular classes dearly. On the streets of Brussels, Paris, London, Stockholm, Barcelona or Algeciras, our compatriots do not die from climate change. They die because their necks are cut or because they are shot with an AK-47. Yesterday's Islamic terrorist was an illegal immigrant with a history of terrorism. But the Commission and the European Parliament have stopped the Eurodac Regulation for three years because they are giving the Council a pulse. To the cry of "Allahu AkbarEurope is crumbling and you continue with the Green Deal, plastic taxes and its perverse distinction between ethical and unethical businesses. Our families don't want to be given more empty rights, they want safety on the streets. Our companies do not want to be agents of inclusion and resilience, they want to create jobs and prosperity. Thousands of illegal immigrants from Islamic countries, brought by mafias from Islamic countries, enter through Lampedusa, Greece, the Canary Islands or Almeria. But you insist on this Pact on Migration and Asylum, which consists of making them see that they are refugees, letting them in, paying them maintenance, housing, school, relocating them, giving them residence and, if necessary, nationality so that they can vote. You call that solidarity. I call it complicity and cowardice. Decades ago they repealed the principle of authority, hierarchy, discipline, order, honor. They have created a weak society to which they have entertained with idiocy and, when they want to realize it, the Islamic State will be proclaimed in the heart of Europe. In Spain, in 711 there were also cowardly politicians, accomplices and traitors. They let them in and it took us 800 years to regain land and freedom. Europe needs strong leaders who take on the challenge and say: Not one more illegally. If you enter illegally, you will be deported. We're not keeping you. We are ready to defend our law and our way of life with all means at our disposal. And if you attack us, we will bring you down. Truly European leaders who repeat that no European was ever willing to let himself be killed to allow their cities to be taken over by Islam. In June 2024, we have an opportunity.
The spread of ‘anti-LGBTIQ’ propaganda bills by populist parties and governments in Europe (debate)
Mr. President, you're playing political law class today. There is not a single country in Europe where the risk to democracy and freedom does not come from self-perceived minorities: From regional separatism to Islamic separatism, which wants to impose its law on national law, through separatism of sexual identity. They want to impose silence and censorship on political freedom of thought and expression. The proper thing of national democracies is the equality of all before the law, without privileges or discrimination. Politics and public law have never gotten into anyone's bed, but you seem to think you have the right to do so. The identities that dissolve the equality of the members of the nation undermine democracy, because they impose the self-perceived self on the shared common and alter the relationship between the public and the private. Every identity minority goes from asking for rights to demanding privileges. And now we are in the last phase: imposing privilege as a form of censorship and indoctrination in schools, universities, the media and social media. But cancelling ideas, cancelling people, is the exact opposite of what Europe is.
. – Madam President, this Parliament is finally having a debate on the things that concern the people. But he only has one problem: The fact is that the EU has no competence whatsoever in the area of housing. I know that you are not very attached to complying with the rules and the Treaties, but it seems a problem, I say. However, let us accept the challenge: I offer several ideas below. The first is that its nefarious policy of degrowth, subsidy and deindustrialization has turned housing into a luxury good. It's true. With an unemployment rate of 30% of young people in Spain, it is an insult to proclaim their universal right to housing. The second is that the neighborhoods of our cities are dying today in the face of insecurity, speculation, lack of services, the disappearance of family businesses and the offensive of wild urbanism, and are becoming unrecognizable spaces for those who once lived in them. Their misunderstood environmentalism has turned city centers into fortresses for business centers, tourists and criminals. They remain committed to implementing their 2030 Agenda, the gospel of those who believe in nothing, but that has no effect. Less proclaiming universal rights and more doing things. Since they want a debate on matters of national competence, I offer several ideas. Reduction to 0% of taxes on the purchase of first home for young people and families. Absolute priority in social housing for nationals and legal residents. Massive reductions in taxes related to the mere ownership of housing. Release of all land sequestered by politicians on grounds of environmental, landscape and productive interest for national defense: all the land that is not for that has to be destined to the construction of housing. Unwavering defense of the right to property and fight to the death against the criminal and antisocial squat movement. Inembargability of the family home for personal debts, because housing is the place where one rebuilds oneself every day. Massive investment in public works with private collaboration to build affordable housing. And repeal of all digital and climate regulations that have turned homes into technological centers making the production process more expensive. Finally: property, justice and freedom. That is the Europe we want and the one we are going to build.
Need for a speedy adoption of the asylum and migration package (debate)
Mr President, it is hypocritical to organise a debate on the urgency of the immigration pact when decisive files such as Eurodac have been paralysed because this Parliament is blackmailing the Member States. We are in a permanent emergency because of mass immigration. In almost two days, a thousand illegal immigrants have arrived in the Canary Islands using violence: young people of military age who, in 24 hours, will be at Madrid airport on their way to any European country. They do not flee any war, they come to live on the subsidies paid by the European middle and popular classes. But none of you will welcome them into your house, with their wages. Not only is Lampedusa, the whole of Europe is besieged by the mafias that have turned slavery into a millionaire business. And you are the intellectuals who justify the business. They talk about relocations, human rights and fake refugees. But that doesn't save lives in the Mediterranean or on our streets. They want us to feel guilty, but the culprits are you and history will condemn you. Never, ever, was any European willing to let himself be defeated without defending his streets, his cities, his freedom and his families. If we do not defend the law at the borders, we will defend it in the streets and, if not, we will end up entrenched in our homes. But you guys don't seem to care.
Interim report on the proposal for a mid-term revision of the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027 (debate)
(start of out-of-microphone intervention) ... perfect for those out there, those who pay our payrolls and suffer the consequences of their policies, to know how you think and what you vote for. This Parliament is calling for an increase of EUR 76 billion in the financial framework because its bloody 2030 Agenda has to be implemented. But not one more euro to farmers, ranchers and fishermen. This Parliament is asking for EUR 1.3 billion more for ordinary and financial expenses, but there are those out there who cannot pay the mortgages. It does not reduce one euro of ideological spending, nor jets Neither private, nor super-expensive electric cars for the Honourable Members to calm their climate consciousness after pressing the green button and destroying any productive sector, such as the automotive industry. They are asking for 1.6 billion more to manage borders. Come on, to continue funding NGOs in the Mediterranean and the reception of immigrants. But that's not managing borders: That's managing defeat and misery. An additional €9 billion for collaborations and investments with neighbourhood countries. But out there our compatriots are asking for protection from the neighbourhood, from the east and from the south. And how do you want to pay for the party? With new taxes and raising taxes. You live absolutely out of reality. I just hope that next year reality will return you to your home.
