It's more than a crime. That's a mistake. So far, Ukraine's strategy has failed. The incitement of European leaders to war, the loud rhetoric, the sure success of the sanctions policy, the bringing of the Russian aggressor to his military knees have already meant that 134 billion euros have been spent on war, and all this has brought only economic trouble, destruction and suffering. Pro-war people even ride the dead horse the other way around. Donald Trump has made it clear that America will step out of the war and make peace. So, when the Americans no longer need their proxy war, the pro-war leaders want to force this discarded American war hacika on Europe. After billions of euros spent so far, they want to finance the massacre in Ukraine with any amount of money. Instead of the U.S., and even to prevent U.S. peace efforts. In addition, the leaders of Brussels are increasing the trouble, they are overcoming it by mantrating Ukraine's accelerated accession to the EU, which would directly destroy the European economy. This war must be brought to an end and can only be brought to an end through negotiations.

Hungary, the Hungarian Government and the Government of Viktor Orbán have been using the technical and legal border closure tool since 2015. You in the European Parliament and the European Commission have constantly attacked us for this. The result of this technical border closure, the border fence, was that we were able to stop 1 million illegal migrants. There would be more than 1 million illegal migrants, and we have arrested 2 000 smugglers, convicted them and expelled them from the European Union in order to carry out their sentences. We did the right thing.

Dear Madam President, European citizens want to immediately stop mass illegal immigration and protect borders so that an average of one million illegal migrants do not enter Europe every year. Europeans do not want illegal immigrants to be allowed to kill, so that terrorists with a migrant background can slaughter innocent people. People want their safe lives back in Europe. And what does the European Commission want to do about it? It continues to call for an accelerated implementation of the disastrous migration pact. Europeans want peace, Brussels' so far Ukraine strategy is a complete failure. Due to the disastrous sanctions policy in Brussels, energy prices have gone up. And what does the European Commission plan to do? After spending 134 billion euros so far, he still wants to finance the war in Ukraine with any amount of money. In recent years, Brussels has sent an ideologically driven, venomous green declaration of war to farmers, and misguided EU regulations are destroying actors in the sector. What is the Commission's proposal for this? More poison-green ideologies. More Green Deals. Dismantling the well-functioning European agricultural funding so far. The people have had enough of the successive failures in Brussels, of the left-wing liberal lyrics. The world has changed. Changes are also needed in Brussels.

Dear Madam President, We have to tell the truth: In Poland, Tusk's power systematically destroys the rule of law and democracy. Poland has a dictatorship. In Donald Tusk's dictatorship, political persecution is being persecuted by those who think differently than those in power. It's an open and brutal political persecution. Brussels' reaction to the current rule of law crisis in Poland shows the double standards of EU leaders. If a tenth of what has happened in Poland in the past year were to happen in Hungary, then Ursula von der Leyen would already be making a proposal to send peacekeeping forces. But now the leaders of the European Union remain silent, or even enthusiastically welcome the disintegration of the rule of law and democracy and the use of police force. This beautiful new liberal world, the dictatorship of Wrong. Many Polish patriots are forced to flee again. We, patriotic Hungarians, can be counted on by all our Polish democrat friends. Anyone who is forced to flee their country because of political persecution can count on Hungary. As was the case in such situations before. We will welcome Polish politically persecuted people and, if necessary, we will grant them political asylum, because they know that "Polish Hungarians are two good friends who fight together and drink their wine".

Madam President, I'm sorry. The work of the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the EU is slowly coming to an end, providing an opportunity to summarise the results. Firstly: the serious success of the Hungarian Presidency and a frank confrontation with the serious crisis symptoms of the Union. Migration crisis, escalating debt crisis, declining economic competitiveness, massive war inflation due to a flawed sanctions policy, to name but a few. Second: the Hungarian Presidency has concluded the EU Competitiveness Pact. So we have a plan to get out of the economic crisis. Thirdly: The accession of Romania and Bulgaria to the Schengen Area is a historic achievement. This is a major step towards strengthening the unity of the Union. Fourthly: the enlargement process in the Western Balkans has been lifted from the deadlock. This is a major step towards a strong Europe. And finally, for the fifth time: The Hungarian prime minister has finally made substantial diplomatic efforts to achieve a truce in Ukraine. Despite the constant scrubbing by the left-wing majority in the European Parliament, it is therefore an ambitious Presidency, an encouraging European success.

I would like to express my condolences to the families of the victims of the severe floods in Spain and to all those affected by the natural disaster. Hungary, the Hungarian government and Hungary Helps immediately offered emergency assistance to help the victims of the disaster through our charitable program. Obviously, the most important task is to reduce and prevent further damage and to restore it as soon as possible. At the same time, it is essential to examine the causes of this appalling catastrophe. This area of Valencia has long been identified as flood-prone for many decades, but despite this, adequate flood protection infrastructure has not been built. It is an obvious fact, an undeniable fact, that the Spanish government has not done its job and has failed to prepare the region's water infrastructure to withstand floods of this magnitude.

Dear Mr President, The Patriots' Group firmly believes that the European Union's 2025 budget should serve the interests of peace, stopping illegal migration, European people, families and nations, and sovereignty. Over the past five years, the European Commission has failed to address the challenges facing the EU, failing to help the people of Europe in these difficult times. European citizens therefore sent a clear message in this year’s European Parliament elections: change is needed. However, we see that this need for change is not reflected either in the actions of the leaders of the EU institutions or in the draft EU budget for 2025. According to the representatives of the Patriots Group, a radical change is needed compared to the Commission's completely flawed budget proposal. Instead of further encouraging illegal migration, we need a budget that supports border protection and protects Europe and Europeans. The representatives of the Patriots Group therefore propose to increase the EU's expenditure on border protection and also that the EU budget support the Member States in the protection of the external borders and the establishment and maintenance of border fences. The Patriots Group recommends ending EU funding for EU propaganda attacking national sovereignty, as well as for institutional political blackmail, rule of law jihad, gender ideology and madness. Last but not least, the Patriots Group expects the new European Commission to review the use of rule of law conditionality for political purposes and to stop political and ideological blackmailing of Member States.

Dear Madam President, For a few minutes, the EPP's Péter Magyar was present here. A man in Hungarian trouble. He's mentally in trouble because, according to his own account, he was secretly listening in on his wife. In their common home, he secretly recorded the mother of his children to blackmail him. Normal people don't do that. In fair company, they look through such a man and make no political alliance with him. Péter Magyar is mentally in trouble because he emotionally and spiritually abused both his wife and his partner. What he did was a textbook example of domestic violence. But Magyar is already in legal trouble because he committed a common crime. At a nightclub, he raped a guest who was filming him, stole his phone, and threw it into the Danube. Péter Magyar is in trouble, so he behaves aggressively, and that is why he wants to hide behind his immunity from criminal prosecution. At least you don't have to be accomplices in this.

Oh, Mr. President. The war in Ukraine has been raging for more than two and a half years. EU leaders have been promising an end to the war for almost two years, but we are not one step closer to the end of the conflict. We see incredible destruction. More than half a million people have been killed, and the Ukrainian state and economy are in ruins. The flawed sanctions policy has caused serious damage to European economies. It is time to admit that the war strategy of the Western leaders, the Brussels bureaucrats, has failed. European leaders have dug themselves into this war as if it were their war, the war of the European Union. This led to a pro-war Europe. We need to get out of this. Sending immeasurable amounts of EU money and weapons to Ukraine has not brought the war to an end, and the use of Western weapons on Russian territory threatens to cause real and serious escalation. Brussels is constantly supporting the war, both financially and militarily. Instead of a failed war strategy, a different path is needed: a resumption of communication between the parties, diplomatic contact, then a ceasefire, and then peace negotiations. The war must end, and we must make efforts for peace here, also in the European Parliament.

Dear Mr President, This left-wing political autodafé at the end of today's term is an opportunity to clarify certain things with you once and for all. We Hungarians are proud of our country, we love Hungary. And if you turn your head upside down, we will not give in to your political blackmail. As much as the eyes of Brussels bureaucrats are piqued, we remain pro-peace. We need an immediate truce and peace talks, not the insane financing of the war in Ukraine. Either way, it is up to us Hungarians to decide who we want to live with in our own country. We reject illegal migration and we will protect our borders. Even if every week a Hungarian debate is held in Brussels, even if every month European Parliament resolutions are adopted that abuse Hungary, we are still defending our freedom and national sovereignty. I hope I made myself clear.

Dear Madam President, Jobbik MP Béla Kovács was sentenced to five years in prison for espionage. The Jobbik MEP spied on the institutions of the European Union for the benefit of Russia. Two years ago in Hungary, prior to the parliamentary elections, opposition parties accepted 4 billion forints worth of illegal campaign money from outside the European Union. What did the European Union do in these two things? He was silent. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, The European Parliament obstructed the procedure against Béla Kovács in Hungary. For more than a year, the European Parliament's immunity committee has not discussed waiving immunity. It prevented accountability from taking place. What is the European Commission doing about the HUF 4 billion campaign support received from outside the European Union? He's listening. It is no longer hypocritical to speak against Russian espionage or the acquisition of influence outside the European Union, when they do nothing about actual acts in the whole world.

Dear Madam President, Out on the streets, hundreds of thousands of European farmers are protesting against Brussels' decisions that are destroying farmers and agriculture. At the gates, millions of irregular migrants are pouring into Europe through the EU’s defenceless external borders. Brutal corruption scandals have come to light here, in-house and in other EU institutions. Brussels, with the European Parliament at the forefront, is the capital of corruption. The Brussels bureaucrats, on the other hand, instead of worrying about the serious problems affecting the daily lives of the people of Europe, continue to deal with the constant blackmailing of Hungary. The Brussels bureaucracy is attacking a Hungary that, unlike them, is able to defend its borders. Hungary, which was able to protect Hungarian farmers instead of Brussels, for example by banning the import of Ukrainian grain. It's clearer than day: Change is needed in Brussels. In June, not only we Hungarians, but people all over Europe will have the opportunity to finally drive away the corrupt and useless Brussels bureaucrats.

Dear Mr President, I'm Hungarian, proud Hungarian. You may also know that I am a Hungarian of Jewish origin. During the Holocaust, 600,000 Hungarian Jews, including countless relatives of mine, were destroyed by the Nazis and the openings. There comes a congressman named Sarvamaa, and he's lenaziing me, the son of a Holocaust survivor! Because that's what happened. We were denounced by that representative in a statement. And you, on the left of the European Parliament, applaud with enthusiasm and agreement the extremist slanderer. I am a freedom fighter, just like Viktor Orbán. We Hungarians personally fought against the communist dictatorship and fought for our freedom and independence ourselves. Here on the left of the EP, most of whom have been granted freedom, and who know only from textbooks what dictatorship is, well, you are dictating a free and independent Hungary, and you are illegally attacking the common democratic decisions of the Hungarian people. Their unworthy frenzy must end once and for all.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Prime Minister, in your speech here today, you described as the greatest success of your rotating presidency that you managed to stay in power. This opinion, this approach, is based on a complete misunderstanding between the rotating presidency and the functioning of the European Union. It is not necessary to use the rotating presidency for this, it is not necessary to use it for an election victory, it is necessary to use the rotating presidency to remain in power. Well, dear House, Ukraine needs to be helped and can be helped. However, it is even clearer than today that neither Ukraine nor the European Union are prepared to start EU accession negotiations at this stage. However, the Brussels bureaucracy is doing everything it can to force Ukraine's accession at a rapid pace, once again ignoring the interests of the people of Europe, bypassing their opinions and exerting the greatest possible political pressure. As neither Ukraine nor the European Union is ready for Ukraine's accession, Europe could collapse into Ukraine's politically pressured accession.

Dear Madam President, Today, the left wants to settle another ritual political autodafety about Hungary. Their obsession is that they will be able to help their Hungarian friends of principle, the dollar-left, with political attacks on Hungarians. They are playing a dirty power game, attacking Hungary's sovereignty. They talk about the rule of law. The rule of law, to the greater glory of which illegal campaign funds from abroad could arrive unhindered to the Hungarian dollar left. They didn't have a word for this serious political corruption, but you want to illegally withhold the EU money due to Hungarians in the name of political blackmail. But no matter what they do, we will not dance the way they whistle in Brussels. We defend our national sovereignty, we must disrupt pro-war Brussels bureaucrats, we must protect the EU's external borders against illegal migrants instead of a migrant-friendly policy, and we also continue to reject the madness of Brussels' gender ideology. So “no war, no migration, no gender”.

Mr. President, please. The ideology and political practice of multiculturalism, which is fashionable in the western part of Europe, has collapsed. There is already a migrant rebellion in France. We Hungarians are the protectors of Europe, Hungary has prevented the entry of 1 million illegal migrants in the last half decade. Illegal migrants admitted by Western countries are now an intolerable burden in these countries. This is why they are now forcibly targeting the countries of Central and Eastern Europe with the problem of the illegal migrants they have allowed in. A regulation has been adopted in Brussels that imposes mandatory quotas and obliges Member States to build refugee camps and migrant ghettos. However, we will not implement these decisions of the European Union, we will not accept the mandatory quota and we will not accept the obligation to build migrant shelters and camps.

Madam President, I'm sorry. At the end of last year, the most serious scandal of corruption in Brussels broke out. The left-wing vice-president of the European Parliament has been remanded in custody. Searching the offices of the European Parliament, seizing hundreds of thousands of euros of corruption money, waiving the immunity of other left-wing MEPs and placing them in pre-trial detention. Members of the European Parliament's family were running through the streets of Brussels with suitcases packed with thousands of euros in front of police officers who wanted to arrest them. Afterwards, new corruption cases were brought to light at the European Commission’s premises. Various directorates accepted expensive air tickets from those who had to be checked. Corruption, corruption and corruption. These cases occurred in 2021. At the moment, the proposals on their table are about EU farming in 2021. There is not a word in these documents about corruption in Brussels. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, The European Parliament sees European citizens as foolish, silences and denies the outrageous cases of corruption in Brussels. Such proposals cannot be supported with a good feeling.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Luxembourg is one of the founders of the European Community. We have a special respect for you. It is an honour, Prime Minister, to be able to exchange ideas here in the European Parliament. Mr. Prime Minister, it is always good to remain silent when you speak of your identity as found and assumed, and in part speak out against stigmatisation in this context. Mr. Prime Minister, I ask you not to stigmatise those who have a different identity, a different conviction, a different faith, or a different political opinion than you. I respectfully ask the Prime Minister not to classify the Hungarian Child Protection Act as homophobic because the Hungarian Child Protection Act is about one thing: how to protect the inalienable right of parents to raise children.

Dear Madam President, We condemn Russia's military aggression against Ukraine. This is a violation of international law and morally unjustifiable. We are sympathetic to the victims of the war in Ukraine. We have been supporting Ukraine since the beginning of the war. Hungary is providing Ukraine with the largest humanitarian aid in its history. It has taken in more than a million refugees. So far, however, it has not yielded any results that, instead of using the tools of diplomacy, the European Union has pursued only a policy of sanctions that destroys European economies and arms deliveries that risk escalation in the World War. A new approach is needed. Instead of serving other aspects, Europe must formulate and represent its own interests so as not to be dragged into the war. Instead of arms deliveries and further sanctions, we must advocate a truce, peace talks and a European peace proposal that hopes to end the war.

Dear Madam President, Hungary condemns the Russian aggression. We stand on the side of the attacked and stand for the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine. We also support Ukraine's membership of the European Union. Since the beginning of the war, we have been helping Ukrainians beyond our strength. In the framework of the Hungarian humanitarian aid programme, we have already received more than one million war refugees. When the first decision on sanctions was made, Brussels bureaucrats said the sanctions would put Russia in such a difficult position that it would be forced to end the war. A year later, the war is not only not over, but more brutal than ever. The objective pursued by the sanctions was therefore not achieved. Since the imposition of sanctions, however, inflation, an economic crisis and energy shortages have been looming across Europe. Sanctions are destroying Europe. We need peace. Let there be a ceasefire first, and let no more people die in the war. From the point of view of the whole of Europe, it would be good if the guns were not thundering and we tried to get something out of the peace talks. We must do everything we can for peace.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Dear Prime Minister, The Swedish Presidency, as we have heard, is committed to preserving the unity of the European Union. Well, talking about preserving the unity of the EU is a well-meaning mistake. The unity of the Union, the mainstream Brussels policy, has been shattered in recent years. The consequence and proof of this is Brexit, the exit of the EU's second-largest and strongest member state from the EU. The misguided policy of Brussels has destroyed the unity of the Union. The unity of the Union was shattered by the backlash against illegal migrants in Brussels by the Member States protecting their own external borders, by the continuous witch hunt for the rule of law in Brussels, by the frontal attacks in Brussels on traditional European values, the family, religion and the nation, and by Brussels' attempts to undermine the national and constitutional sovereignty of the Member States. The task is therefore to restore the unity of the Union. This requires a turnaround, instead of a misguided Brussels policy, compliance with the treaties and full respect for European diversity.

Mr. President, please. There is a serious energy crisis in Europe. With energy sanctions, Europe shot itself in the foot. In the third quarter, GDP fell in 8 European Member States compared to the previous quarter and industrial production fell in 14 countries. According to a survey by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 8% of German industrial operators plan to relocate production outside Europe due to unbearably high energy prices. Due to the energy crisis, the gas price is six times higher than the long-term average price. According to Ursula von der Leyen, there will be a shortage of up to 30 billion cubic metres of gas in Europe next year. The problem is not only that prices are skyrocketing, but it is also a question of whether there will be any gas next year. The sanctions imposed on Russia have not brought the war in Ukraine to an end, European people have become poorer and European national economies are slowly being brought to their knees. The time has come for harmful sanctions to be abolished.

Mr. President, please. We are facing the most serious corruption scandal in the history of the European Union. Corruption in Brussels undermines the credibility of the EU's institutional system as a whole. It has become even clearer than the sun that the left's occult rhetoric about anti-corruption is nothing more than junk political lies. The texts of MEPs Kaili, Barley, Freund, Verhofstadt or Sarvamaa, which are transparent and verifiable, serve only to cover up corruption in Brussels. The robber shouted for the panda. The hypocrisy is that you, on the basis of political lies, accuse national governments of corruption on a daily basis and demand financial penalties against them. Meanwhile, corruption in Brussels and the commercialisation of political influence seem to be the norm for you, the system itself, politicised and organised as a civil society. With this corruption scandal, Brussels has lost all credibility in holding others accountable for corruption.

Dear Madam President, Hungary strongly condemns the Russian aggression. We stand for the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine. We are helping the Ukrainians. Within the framework of the Hungarian humanitarian aid programme, we have received one million war refugees and spent HUF 31 billion to support Ukraine. Our position is in principle: we do not support any new EU joint borrowing and therefore do not accept that the EU finances Ukraine through joint borrowing. In 2020, we only accepted joint borrowing at the request of the Mediterranean countries, as a one-off and exceptional exception that did not set a precedent. We have had tragic experiences. First the communists indebted Hungary, and after 2002 the left-wing governments put us back in debt. We do not want to indebt the future of our children, we do not want the EU to turn into a debt community. Indebtedness is not the common European future. Hungary is ready to help the reconstruction of Ukraine on the basis of a bilateral agreement with the Ukrainians, to secure our share of the money from the national budget.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Today is the eleventh Hungarian debate in the cycle. Epidemic, economic crisis, war, energy crisis. But can you, three or four times a year, pass the barn-step time by insulting Hungary? This is a pathological political blindness. Moreover, in the conditionality procedure, the European Parliament does not have the power to assess, alongside the Commission, the fulfilment of a Member State’s commitments. You have not been dealt any cards, what you are doing is irregular. You are despairing and cutting, because all the signs point to the fact that the left is losing the political war against the Hungarians. There will be an agreement between the European Commission and Hungary, so by mantrating their lies, they are now attacking the Commission so that it does not dare to reach an agreement with Hungary. The left-wing rule of law witch hunt is a true Bolshevik pace, driven by a sense of superiority, seeking exclusivity, threatening and punishing anyone who disagrees with you. With all this, it is precisely the left that violates democratic and rule of law interests and values, and undermines European cooperation.
