The President has received a request for a vote in Parliament from the EPP Group, reaching at least the medium threshold, on the decision of the AGRI Committee to enter into negotiations on the following file: 'Cooperation among enforcement authorities regarding unfair trading practices in the agri-food supply chain' The vote will be held tomorrow. Concerning the decision of the PECH Committee to enter into institutional negotiations pursuant to Rule 72(1), announced at the opening of the session on Monday 8 September, the President has received no request for a vote in Parliament by Members or political groups reaching at least the medium threshold. The Committee may therefore start negotiations. I would like to inform the House that I have received a request for a point of order, and will give the floor to Lukas Sieper.
