Housing crisis in the European Union with the aim of proposing solutions for decent, sustainable and affordable housing (debate)
Before I pass the floor to the next speaker, I would like to explain one point of the Rules we have for the blue card. Ms Ohisalo asked for a blue card when the blue card of another person was already asked. You have to ask for the blue card with the original speaker, not when the blue card is already raised by another. Just to explain.

Thank you very much. I remind you that it's normally not allowed to have some haptical things in your hand – books or keys or other things. We are a Parliament, and we talk and do not show symbols.

Sorry, Minister. Please, colleagues, show a little bit of respect for the speaker. We have here a minister talking to us and you are talking as loud as never before. Sorry, if you have to say something important, please go outside. But please, here in the room, listen to the speaker.

Spain’s large-scale regularisation policy and its impact on the Schengen Area and EU migration policy (debate)
This was not a personal statement. We have to be very clear in the Rules. It was again a point in the debate. So, please stick to the rules. It's difficult to make discussions like this in this way. I really beg for respect for this House, for respect towards colleagues. This kind of debate – in how it's made – is not appropriate. Sorry to say that, but we should come back to real parliamentary behaviour. Thank you very much. The debate is closed.
