The next item on the agenda is the debate on the report by Valérie Hayer and José Manuel Fernandes, on behalf of the Committee on Budgets, on the proposal for a Council decision amending Decision (EU, Euratom) 2020/2053 on the system of own resources of the European Union (COM(2021)0570 – C9-0034/2022 – 2021/0430(CNS)) (A9-0266/2022). This is a good addition to the open question of the last debate.

The next item on the agenda is the debate on the report by Bart Groothuis, on behalf of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy, on the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the Union and repealing Directive (EU) 2016/1148 (COM(2020)0823 – C9-0422/2020 – 2020/0359(COD)) (A9-0313/2021).

The next item on the agenda is the debate on the report by Evin Incir, on behalf of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs, on racial justice, non-discrimination and combating racism in the EU (2022/2005(INI)) (A9-0254/2022).

I have made Mrs Hohlmeier so dramatic because I have de facto credited her with congratulations to the new President of the Court of Auditors.

The next item on the agenda was the debate on a topical topic (Rule 162) on the painting of anti-European right-wing extremism in the EU (2022/2887(RSP)). I would like to draw Members' attention to the fact that there are no spontaneous interventions in this debate and that blue cards are not accepted. I would only ask that all those who do not take part in this debate leave the Chamber quickly and, above all, end their private talks on the way out.

The next item on the agenda is the debate on the Council and Commission statements on the increase in hate crimes against LGBTIQ people in Europe in view of the recent homophobic murder in Slovakia (2022/2894(RSP)).

Mr Colleague, I can only say that the questions are not directly related to the subject we are dealing with today in Question Time, but I note that here two experts in the field of the Champions League are talking to each other, and therefore I may once again give the floor to the Vice-President.

The next item on the agenda is Question Time with the Commission on protecting critical infrastructure in the EU from attacks and combating hybrid attacks. As you know, this question time will take about 90 minutes. The speaking time is 1 minute for the question, 2 minutes for the answers, 30 seconds for a supplementary question and 2 minutes for the answer. I really want a very lively debate – question, answer, question, answer. We are all challenged. I would point out that a possible supplementary question is admissible only if it is closely linked to the main question and does not contain a new question. If you would like to ask a question, I would ask you to register your request now, if you have not already done so, by using the function of your voting device for spontaneous interventions after the voting card has already been inserted. During Question Time, the interventions will be taken from the square, and I would ask, above all, that the speaking time be respected.

I would like to draw Members' attention to the fact that this debate provides for a round of speakers from the political groups and that, therefore, there are no spontaneous interventions and blue cards cannot be accepted.
