Presentation of the Fertilisers Action Plan (debate)
Mr Borrás Pabón, you said that this plan comes late and is of no use. I believe, on the contrary, that it is a good basis with which to work and, rather than rejecting instruments with which to try to deal with the emergency, we should make concrete proposals. I have not heard any concrete proposals from you, but in particular I ask you: Right-wing forces criticise the CBAM because they prefer to be dependent on foreign gases and fertilisers, but the CBAM proposal serves precisely to make the carbon price equivalent between EU imports and production. Why do you have these contradictory ideas?
