Therefore, in this race between China and the United States, Europe must focus on modern technologies and, of course, the issue of communication, which is also a guarantee of security in the context of a geopolitical threat.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Illegal migration is not only a problem of France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, but of the whole European Union or of the whole of Europe, because even the United Kingdom, which is not in the European Union, has a gigantic problem. Instead of concentrating on some integration centres, we need to consider how all those who break the law can be sent back or prevented from breaking the law, from coming to Europe. I have a document in front of me that is being blocked by the socialists. It is a question of revising a directive with consequences for those who illegally enter Europe. What do you want as the left side? Exclusion of liability if someone is working in an NGO? I happen to be coming from Poland. And Poland has experience in all these NGOs, which on the Polish-Belarusian border were inscribed in Russian and Belarusian propaganda and narrative. Had it not been for the hard line of the former government, we would have had a flood of hybrid warfare in the form of illegal migrants on our eastern border of the European Union. Therefore, speed up the work that will end the discussion once and for all and close anyone who helps irregular migrants to come to the European Union.

Mr President, thank you very much. I must admit that the ability to call things beautiful is your specialty, in fact propaganda. Because the Green Deal is really a rotten deal. And the rule of law? Everyone wants the rule of law. But when we look at what you're talking about, it's all about controlling the governments of the countries in question. An example is the National Recovery Plan. When the conservative-centric party in Poland ruled, you said that you could not, because you had to fulfill this, this and this. A new government has arrived. The colleague Donald Tusk came and suddenly it turned out that without changes these funds are unfrozen. And it went to swinger clubs, different yachts, it went to friends, it went to the wife of the Member - it's all OK. But all this bullshit is just to control, to create a superstate that the Europeans never agreed to. So I am surprised that there were also words in this room – I would like to draw attention to this – that Mrs Katarina Barley, a German woman, spoke about starvation. Really, if a German woman is talking about starving anyone, let her think about what she's saying.

Ladies and Gentlemen, We suggest adding that the European Parliament: Calls on the European Commission and the Council to take action to draw consequences for those responsible for the so-called reset in the European Union’s relations with the Russian Federation and for the promotion and implementation of economic projects that have contributed to Europe’s increased energy dependence on Russia, and consequently to the current security crisis and war against Ukraine; Stresses that Gerhard Schröder should be sanctioned by the European Union and that his case should be a symbolic example of a lack of acceptance of attitudes contrary to the values and interests of the European Union.

Mr President, I'm sorry. There is no worse attitude in this room than hypocrisy. A bunch of hypocrites, who recently, like puppeteers, ran with pizza or sleeping bags, disturbing order on the Polish border. Where was the European Union when Nordstream 1 and Nordstream 2 were built? Where were your representatives from the European People's Party when Ursula von der Leyen spoke yesterday about accelerating climate targets? When Putin builds drones, arms himself, we slaughter European industry, deprive Europe of food security – read Mercosur – deprive energy security – Energiewende Strategy. Because you have windmills in your head. Because you're saying what? Will it be an independent source of energy? That's all you're doing in this room, that's pure pro-Russian politics. Ursula von der Leyen was the Minister of National Defence in Angela Merkel's government. And you are surprised today that Putin is sending drones? Well, the poor. Hypocrisy and history have long judged you and show that, unfortunately, you have led to this crisis that is pouring over the eastern border of the European Union. The funding for armaments is an adequate response, not your ideological fables.

It was the Polish border that was pushed forward when the European Union attacked Polish ministers for defending our borders. It was 2008, recalled here by Marshal Brudziński, when Lech Kaczyński spoke in Tbilisi about what was happening with Russia: Georgia today, Ukraine tomorrow, then the Baltic States, and finally my country, Poland. And on the other side was your compatriot, Gerhard Schröder. Do you want it to be persona non grata? For this man to be banned from entering the European Union? Because, as far as I know, he has not been effectively sanctioned, and he is responsible for financing, among other things, any blood that has flowed from the Russian troops.

Tomorrow we are discussing the Congo, not the situation in Poland. It's outrageous what you're doing. If, again, drones fall in Berlin, are we also to say that the topic was fixed on Monday? At every point where we touch on the subject of cars, it is necessary to recall one problem that the European Union is creating, in a few years we will begin to function in a world where the ban on the registration of combustion cars, the work of the Party of the European People's Party, i.e. also the Civic Platform, will begin to enter into force. And all the cars we're going to register are going to be electric cars. This electromobility will mean exclusion, it will mean poverty, it will mean gigantic problems. This is not only an increase in insurance costs, but also the cost of use, lack of infrastructure, increase in energy demand. The whole reform or actually change the system of operation of high-voltage lines. It all means disaster. And today we should put this point as the main one to throw away this idiotic idea of the European People's Party and only later should we move on to the next free market solutions for the circular economy when it comes to the current automotive industry.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Let's start with the fact that there should already be a stronger debate on the Multiannual Financial Framework, which will cause us a real catastrophe. You are talking about the pension system, and you will read there about issues related to the debt of the next generations. Turning to this report, which we are discussing here, the European taxes in the form of the ETS should be thrown out immediately. If you want to make life easier for Europeans, including Spaniards, throw out both ETS and Mercosur. And I have this question: Are you in favour of putting the whole Green Deal in the trash?

Madam President, Commissioner! You will be the gravedigger of European agriculture. Hands off the Polish farmer. Hands off all farmers in the European Union. Your idea in the form of Mercosur will lead to the fact that people on wheelbarrows will just take you out. In the name of some business that will have to be clarified, perhaps the committee of inquiry here will be the best subject to take up this discussion someday, you want to kill European agriculture. So let me stress once again – leave European agriculture alone. And if anyone thinks otherwise, then in two hours you have a vote on Ursula von der Leyen, at least abstain. But if you support Mercosur, the Green Deal, the migration crisis, the crisis with the United States, you will vote for her to remain in office. And if you want to throw it all in the trash, that is, you want a Europe that is right about the state of the Europe of nations, you will vote to leave the European Commission building.

Mr President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Make America great again, make Europe great again – these are the words that matter, because if Europe wants to be competitive today, if it wants to talk about trade, it has to go back to its roots, it has to throw away or throw away all the ideological ideas that are in this room. Hundreds of hours of discussion on topics that are not later reflected in good solutions for the economy. Drill, baby, drill, says the President of the United States. What does Europe say? Let's shut down the industry, block the development of companies, add additional taxes, come up with some ideological aspects, bans on registration of diesel cars, and America is reviving and starting to function in a normal way. So if today Europe wants to be competitive and wants to have good trade with the United States, first of all on Thursday, cancel Ursula von der Leyen, because today she also has the face of failure in relations with the United States, because today Europe, the European economy, is suffering the consequences of this misguided policy.

Mr President, thank you very much. The Middle East is burning. Ukraine is burning. We have a migration crisis, an economic crisis. We don't have a gun. And you're debating that Orban has banned children from attending a parade where men walk in thongs and muzzles. I think it's normal to protect children from any strange behavior. Instead of talking about real problems, you are dealing with something that is in your heads. I don't see a need here – it's for those who laugh: Mr Śmiszek, Mr Wawrynkiewicz and others – to debate your sexual preferences and to talk about who is going out on the street. As for the children: Hungary defends the youngest against such images simply not being in front of them. It is an ordinary right to preserve the child's rights to development without any negative stimuli, without any images. I don't know if in Warsaw a parade with you in a muzzle or a thong is something that is natural. I think that this is a substitute topic and we should absolutely address Europe's problems, not stupidities.

I wanted to ask you, if you go to this parade, would you come to this building on a leash and muzzle, for example? Because this form, as you can see, is becoming very popular among men at the parade. Of course, that doesn't apply to you, but if your male friends want to go, you should pay attention to them, but they should behave like people.

Madam President, I'm sorry. First of all, the funds of the National Recovery Plan have become an instrument for influencing, among other things, how the elections in the countries concerned looked like. An example is Poland, where, as the cheeky German woman Katarina Barley said, she was going to starve Poland with financial means. Unfortunately, that was also the case. Despite the crisis, economic situation, despite the war in Ukraine, hospitals or other institutions did not receive money, because it was a political decision. So from this point of view, I would like to appeal to consider why EU member states, such as Poland of course, were politically blocked from funding. Ursula von der Leyen or Katarina Barley in a brazen, arrogant way influenced elections in democratic countries. The funds were affected, blocking them in order only to change a given prime minister in Poland, who, as I understand, counted on receiving funds without a legislative change. And this shows that this is a violation of the law by EU commissioners.

From your speech, I have such a conclusion, actually such a remark, that not everything that is different from your view should be called extreme. Because looking at your views from the Polish perspective, unfortunately from the experience of the country where communism was, you are closer to this former system than to the one currently in force, i.e. democratic freedom. So I would advise you to bite your tongue and tolerate the views of others, because so far you are intolerant in this room, as is the whole left you represent.
