Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. The European mainstream has looked at Donald Trump with contempt over the past years, going all kinds of insinuations and lies about him. Democracy in the United States is doing well and we in the European Union can only envy Americans. Today they enjoy a breath of true freedom, while we fight against the increasingly authoritarian government of the EU elites. Trump's victory may be for Europe a moment of truth and hope for the changes that must take place in the European Union so that we do not fall into the economic third league. After all, it is today that the European Union is an open-air museum of harmful ideas and utopian policies that make our industry uncompetitive. The world is not following Europe. The world looks at such a Europe with pity and our task is to change it. We believe that common sense will prevail in Europe in the near future. The time of patriots is also coming in Europe.
Continued war crimes committed by the Russian Federation, notably killing Ukrainian prisoners of war (debate)

Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. Russians execute Ukrainian prisoners of war. We strongly condemn this. For us in Poland, the crimes of the USSR or Russia are nothing new. While Stalin was still an ally of Germany in the first period of World War II, he executed over 10,000 Polish officers, soldiers and police officers in Katyn. This has been the barbaric nature of Russian imperialism for centuries. The people of Eastern Europe have come to know and understand this nature. Western Europe has always had good relations with imperial Russia. Unfortunately, the entire political spectrum of Western Europe is tainted by this sentimental and naive image of Russia. There is no Russia respecting human life or any values of the civilized world, a world based on respect for man. Russia does not understand the language of the resolution, the international conventions you want to talk to it. Not more than three decades ago, the Budapest Memorandum was signed, under which Ukraine gave up nuclear warheads for the Russian guarantee of the inviolability of borders. How much these guarantees provided by the United Kingdom and the United States were worth, we can all see clearly today. Let's draw conclusions and invest in the defense capabilities of our armies.
General budget of the European Union for the financial year 2025 – all sections (debate)

Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. The budget of the European Union is an instrument for the implementation of EU policies, it is an instrument that uses the achievements of millions of Europeans to implement an anti-European programme in its essence. It is a programme to break with Europe's cultural heritage, a programme to deindustrialise the economies of less developed countries and depopulate Europe's indigenous peoples. Europeans have become hostages to the European Commission and its ideological whims, for which we all pay dearly. I would like to see a budget that, instead of destroying the competitiveness of our economy in the name of the utopian fight against global climate change, supports domestic entrepreneurs, producers and farmers. I would like to see a budget that puts the fight against the demographic crisis first, the fight against the invasion of culturally alien migrants, the fight for the security of our cities. Meanwhile, next year's budget is a continuation budget, a budget that shows a complete lack of understanding of the social mood and the situation in which the economies of the member countries are located. It is not the budget that needs to be changed. The entire corrupt and mutually corrupt, self-satisfied European political class needs to change. The free nations of Europe will eventually make a revolution on the EU political scene, a revolution that will restore Europe to its former dignity and competitiveness on the global market.
Establishing the Ukraine Loan Cooperation Mechanism and providing exceptional macro-financial assistance to Ukraine (debate)

Speeches
Ladies and Gentlemen, Poland has already done a lot for Ukraine. After the outbreak of the war, we welcomed real war refugees into our homes. We gave them the same social benefits that our compatriots received. They were granted access to Polish medical care with the same rights as citizens of the European Union. From the resources of our army, we donated, among others, tanks and combat aircraft worth billions of euros. In return, we expected nothing but mere honesty towards historical truth. We didn't even get it. As a result of the wrong policy of the European Union, we received in return the destabilisation of the Polish agricultural market, unfair competition against Polish transporters and, what hurts the most, a further blockade of exhumation and a dignified burial for my compatriots murdered by Ukrainian chauvinists in Volhynia. Today, the European Union treats Ukraine on an equal footing with its Member States whenever it comes to providing assistance. However, the standards and requirements for agricultural production or saving the climate of Ukraine are no longer in force. We would be more willing to help Ukraine and it would be easier for us to do so if our agriculture and our industry had the same operating conditions as companies and farms in Ukraine, which do not have to bear the costs of the sick climate policy of the European Union. We expect the same rules for Poland as they have on the EU market...
Presentation of the programme of activities of the Hungarian Presidency (debate)

Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. Mr. Prime Minister! Ladies and Gentlemen, The European Union is in a deep crisis of leadership. Today, the leaders of the EU institutions are not guided by responsibility or even elementary reason. They impose harmful economic policies and even more harmful ideologies on millions of citizens. For them, democracy is a democracy only if it brings victory to the clapper of Brussels. With the support of Brussels decision-makers, you can do absolutely anything. An extreme example of this EU pathology is the action of the government of Donald Tusk in Poland, which Mr Weber set as a model. Do you know what is happening in Poland now? Do you know what the system of the rule of law is currently directed by Mr Donald? Meanwhile, as the EU immerses itself in an inept solution to the problems it causes, the Hungarian government is effectively striving for the future and security of its people. I do not expect the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union to repair all the damage caused by the EU establishment. I know that this is not possible during the six-month period of your Presidency. I'm only expecting one thing. And that's what I'm asking: Never give up. Remain a bright spot on the map of Europe, a model for other nations. Long live the Polish-Hungarian friendship!
The severe situation of political prisoners in Belarus

Speeches
Dear Madam President, Ladies and Gentlemen, We have been observing systemic harassment of the Polish minority in Belarus for years, and the fate of political prisoners, like Andrzej Poczobut, is alarming. Unfortunately, the deterioration of the situation of the Polish minority in Belarus and the mass arrests intensified after the European Union’s interference in the 2020 elections. We now know that EU politicians did not take into account the consequences of their actions for the local population and did not foresee that they would push Lukashenka into Putin’s embrace. It is a scandal that Andrzej Poczobut as a political prisoner does not arouse anyone's interest. It is not demanded by EU politicians. It was also not included in the recent exchange of prisoners between Belarus and Russia and Western countries. We demand real action by the EU authorities on Poczobut and all Lukashenka's political prisoners. We Poles will never forget Andrzej Poczobut and we will not stop fighting for his freedom and for the rights of the Polish minority in Belarus.
