Madam President, I'm sorry. 2024 was the year of coal in the world, as global coal consumption was close to 9 billion tonnes, a record in history. Global consumption has never been so great and this is mainly due to China, India and the United States, and there may be an even higher result in the future, because the United States promises to increase coal mining. In this way, Europe loses its competitiveness and is also committed to a climate policy that will not lead to anything. Because what if we reduce the use of coal every year, when the whole world consumes even more of it? We are not surrounded by a glass dome. And look what it looks like, too. President von der Leyen was recently in India, announcing trade cooperation with India, with India, which stands on coal, that is, we are closing mines in order to import things from countries that consume even more of this coal than before. This is ridiculous. And this whole Green Deal thing is only good for trash.
Cutting red tape and simplifying business in the EU: the first Omnibus proposals (debate)

Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. Brussels promises deregulation, but looks like a wolf who put on sheep's skin for a while. The European Commission, which has been stifling us all with regulations for decades, now says it wants to simplify them. It's like the arsonist suddenly announced that he was becoming a firefighter. Omnibus is not really a revolution. This is a step in the right direction, but it is not a revolution. It's more of a cosmetic amendment. The European Union does not want to cut bureaucracy, it wants to manage it better. And an omnibus is such a gentle trimming of forms, not a real cut in bureaucracy and regulation. If we really want to free the business, we need a chainsaw like President Milei has, not a paper cutter. If we talk about harmonising regulations, it means that instead of three documents we will have one, but written in a very small font. That's not a solution. The European Commission talks about simplification, but at the same time introduces and upholds the Green Deal, ESG and subsequent standards. It's like telling someone to run a sprint with a heavy backpack full of stones, but promising them that they'll get new laces. That won't change anything. If we agree that 80% of companies are to be exempt from ESG, why not exempt the remaining 20%? Why should companies report all these things? This is a completely unnecessary burden, and we should start by suspending it to show that at least we are actually talking about some kind of deregulation. Because the problem is not the complexity of the regulations, the problem is their number. We do not need rules on how to simplify the rules. We need the European Union to stop creating new laws. We're all fed up with paperwork now, and we're getting more responsibilities. Large corporations will cope with this, but not all small enterprises that simply do not cope with these responsibilities will cope. We must take it seriously for cutting regulations, for stopping creating new regulations, and then we will really talk about removing this red tape from the European Union.
Need for targeted support to EU regions bordering Russia, Belarus and Ukraine (debate)
Date:
12.02.2025 16:27
| Language: PL
Speeches
Today, the eastern border of the European Union is the front line and the fate of the security of not only Poland, but the whole of Europe is at stake. Because today Poland, Lithuania or Russia's other neighbours bear the main responsibility and costs of protecting this border of the European Union, especially in the face of Russian aggression. Poland has already welcomed millions of war refugees from Ukraine, showing unprecedented solidarity. That is why we are very disturbed by the provisions of the Migration Pact. We would like to be completely exempted from its provisions. Because we have already really helped beyond our means and we say 'no' to these solutions. And instead of spending money in other ways, the European Union should finance civil defence in Poland, because it is our citizens who are suffering the effects of hybrid actions, and the construction of a solid dam on the eastern border, so as to strengthen their resilience. We have a centuries-old tradition of defending Europe. I will only mention the Viennese relief or the battle called the Miracle on the Vistula. Europe should not bother us here, but help to protect our borders.
Escalation of violence in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (debate)
Date:
11.02.2025 17:42
| Language: PL
Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. The European Union loves to teach the world about values, democracy and human rights, and at the same time it is actually financing the hybrid war we are witnessing in the Democratic Republic of Congo with its own decisions. By signing a contract with Rwanda for the import of raw materials, Brussels has actually given Rwanda permission to plunder cobalt and coltan deposits, which are crucial for the production of batteries or accumulators. The problem is that these raw materials are not found in Rwanda, but in eastern Congo, where China had previously strengthened its influence. And so, at the moment, with the hands of the Rwandan M-23 militia, the Union is in fact waging a proxy war over those strategic resources necessary for the implementation of the Green Deal, a yoke that the Union has imposed on itself. And I am not talking here about criticism of the will to secure these critical raw materials, which is hypocritical, because on the one hand we are closing our own mines, and at the same time we are looking at slave labour in Africa, including children. And we are looking at this terrible tragedy because today the Congo is burning and the Congolese know that it is really the West that is sponsoring their tragedy. If we are to talk about values, let's start with our own responsibility.
Boosting vocational education and training in times of labour market transitions (debate)
Date:
11.02.2025 14:51
| Language: PL
Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. The labour market is changing dynamically and in such conditions it is always crucial to promote bottom-up activities. Representatives of the Austrian economic school emphasize that restricting economic freedom leads to economic collapse and an increase in unemployment. And the same effect of restricting freedom has to the lack of professionals desired on the labor market. Therefore, any action should be based on voluntary activity and the pursuit of mutual benefits. In fact, the modern education system often does not prepare young people for the realities of the labour market. They spend years on school benches, not acquiring practical skills valued by employers and as a result, many graduates do not have either professional experience or competences that are required on the market. In order to counteract this, it is necessary to encourage independent acquisition of practical skills through vocational education and training that are adapted to the needs of the market. This approach increases the value of the employee in the eyes of the employer. However, it is also worth paying attention to barriers to employment, such as high taxes, such as regulations that increase the cost of employment and the cost of employing professionals. Their reduction could significantly facilitate the creation of new jobs and the development of entrepreneurship. The Polish economist Ferdinand Zweig points out that, for example, public investment is not an effective tool in the fight against unemployment. Instead, the focus should be on creating an environment conducive to the development of entrepreneurship and grassroots initiatives. Eliminating these regulatory barriers and promoting market-adapted education will allow individuals to make better use of their potential. We should promote it, promote economic freedom, individual initiatives. Let's take a step back and let people act.
Cryptocurrencies - need for global standards (debate)

Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. Nobel laureate Frederick von Hayek said that there is no answer as to why a monopoly on the issue of money is so necessary in today's world. And when, after the 2008 crisis, you protected banks from the collapse that you indirectly caused, a programmer or a group of programmers, known as Satoshi Nakamoto, said ‘enough’. They have said enough about the moral hazard that governments and banks enjoy, enough about the spoiling of money by issuing it, enough about fake money. And that's how bitcoin came to be. He is the best candidate to become money. It is rare, divisible, difficult to counterfeit, and above all, it does not recognize the dictates of governments and banks. There's also anti-fragments. And all these attempts to limit it only strengthen it. And looking at all these proposed restrictions, I think I know what the answer to Hayek's question is. He said that the worst monopoly in the hands of governments is the monopoly on money. And these efforts to curb cryptocurrencies stem from the fact that they are non-state means of exchange that are winning over the supervised, overregulated decree money. Let us remember that money should serve the people, not the elites.

Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. Mr. Prime Minister! Your presence in Polish politics is a real fate. Unfulfilled promises, rendezvous with Putin on the pier, the wiretapping scandal, the Amber Gold scandal, the gambling scandal, the reprivatization scandal... And I could go on and on and on and on. Thanks to the lies and the help of Brussels, you have returned to power. Especially with the help of Ursula von der Leyen. And now for 400 days you have not fulfilled the promises given to Poles and Poles. You laugh in our faces, but the Polish people will not forget it. Poland and Europe deserve Donald, but not the one sitting here. There is a good program that you could propose: an end to the immigration pact, an end to the green deal, a return to coal, an admission that there are only two sexes, and an end to censorship. But you are not Donald Trump, you are Donald Tusk. Unfortunately, for us. And that's why America will have a golden age, and here it will still be like in the forest. But I'm not losing hope. I believe that at the end of this Presidency, your puppet will lose the presidential election and you will lose power. And you will have to watch the inauguration of Sławomir Mentzen. We will make Poland and Europe great again, but without the Lord and without this treacherous, inhumane...
Situation in Venezuela following the usurpation of the presidency on 10 January 2025 (debate)

Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, Socialism is working. This is exactly what we see in Venezuela. It always results in empty shelves, poverty, censorship and a police state. Whether it's the 20th century, whether it's the 21st century, whether it's Europe, Asia or America. It is no different with Venezuela, which is experiencing the apogee of a socialist dictatorship. The regime of Chávez and Maduro continues, continues to ruin and persecute its citizens. The socialists of Venezuela first ruined one of the richest countries in the world, Dubai of the 20th century, and then began to persecute those who opposed the government's omnipotence. Doesn't that remind you of anything? Before we rightly condemn the Maduro regime, look in the mirror and consider whether the European Union's policies of killing industry, innovation and restricting freedom of speech are copying socialists in the 21st century. And remember how the socialists of the twentieth century ended and how Maduro finally ended. Viva la Venezuela! Viva la libertad, carajo!
Need to ensure swift action and transparency on corruption allegations in the public sector to protect democratic integrity (debate)
Date:
18.12.2024 19:02
| Language: PL
Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. Corruption is not the creation of a pathological margin. This phenomenon exists only among decent people. When the so-called bum takes, we're not talking about corruption. It only affects decent people. They only steal from others, we only take advantage of the opportunity, some explain. Why do good people give and take? Because they can make a credible excuse for their actions. These words by business psychologist Marek Kosowski perfectly describe corruption. Will the rules help anything? I recommend reading Rothbard. It is not lawful to make anyone good, pious, moral, pure, or righteous. High taxes, excessive bureaucracy, central planning and imaginary norms – so eagerly created here – are good conditions for abuse. To fight corruption, we need to simplify the law, lower taxes and limit the European Union's interference in the economy. The law should not moralize. The law should be simple, fair and transparent. In such a system, corruption loses its raison d'être. And after the corruption scandal, of course, President von der Leyen resigns.

Recently passed Barbórka, the feast of miners. In Poland, we thank them for their hard work, because thanks to it we still have heat in our country, we have electricity, and our economy works. But the leaders of the European Union want to get rid of coal and thus Poland faces a huge challenge. Our economy is still based on coal, it is the key to our stability and energy independence, especially since we do not have nuclear power plants. To build such power plants, it takes time and huge outlays, and we have enough coal all the time. The entire climate policy of the European Union threatens catastrophe for Polish industry and citizens. If you force us to close coal mines and power plants and do not give us any viable alternative, it is a huge mistake, but also a risk that we will become dependent on third countries. We really need support in the development of nuclear power and real renewable energy sources, such as biogas plants, such as hydrogen, such as hydropower plants, and not extortions that destroy our economy, our industry. We want to be modern, but our mines and power plants must operate all the time, because the real transformation is based on compromise, not on green ideology.
Activities of the European Ombudsman – annual report 2023 (debate)
Date:
16.12.2024 17:51
| Language: PL
Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Spokesperson, The rulers are subjected to a constant moral hazard, the victims of which are our freedom, our wealth and our security. Not only for the past year, but for all these years, you have defended these values, fighting against the omnipotence of bureaucrats and exposing the sometimes behind-the-scenes activities of the institutions of the European Union that people had a right to know about. As part of this fight for transparency and integrity among officials, you revealed, among other things, secret talks between the head of the European Commission and representatives of Pfizer regarding the purchase of vaccines. In addition, you have also dealt with the Qatargate case, leading, inter alia, to the adoption of new legislation requiring greater publicity. However, the question arises whether this is the right way, because the Ombudsman is nevertheless an office that supervises other offices. Doesn't the need for such a superintendent indicate that we are dealing with excessive bureaucracy and centralisation? We should break with this vicious circle and take away the power of bureaucrats over our health, freedom and property. Instead of managing the bureaucracy, we should cut it out like a malignant cancer. In this sense, the Ombudsman's activity is like a patch glued to an open fracture. Despite this, in the fight against an all-powerful bureaucracy that will not take a step back, the weapon in the form of the Ombudsman is better than none. On behalf of the Europe of Sovereign Nations Group, I would like to thank you sincerely for all these years of hard work, hard fight against the pathologies of the bureaucracy. You set the bar very high.
Rise of energy prices and fighting energy poverty (debate)
Date:
27.11.2024 16:25
| Language: PL
Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. Over the past five years, energy prices in Poland have doubled. And this is precisely your fault – Eurocrats detached from reality, repeating slogans about ecology, the Green Deal, your green supporters and your servants, for example in Warsaw, who are mindlessly implementing your directives that lead to the collapse of the economy. In Europe, energy poverty affects almost 10% of the population. That's over 40 million people. How long will this lazy dance last? When will you finally notice that you are making us an open-air museum from Europe? We are closing our mines, our power plants on your orders, we are going backwards instead of getting rich, and you have no solutions. You increase energy prices with your actions, and then you propose subsidies and price freezes like in the Soviet Union. And you're surprised it doesn't work. It's never gonna work. I agree that the planet needs to be saved, but the planet needs to be saved from you. Let's put an end to climate policy, to green ideology, to the Green Deal. Let's focus on proven, cheap energy sources, not windmills and expensive.

Enhancing Europe’s civilian and defence preparedness and readiness (debate)
Date:
14.11.2024 10:07
| Language: PL
Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. While a change in the approach to defense is needed, I do not agree that this change is supposed to involve mixing our armies and services. Not every Member State borders Russia and Belarus, so not everyone understands the importance of the situation in which we as Poland find ourselves. We as Poland and the Baltic States do not need new offices, plans, but attention and greater support in the face of this war, which we are already waging. After all, our soldiers are defending the border with Belarus. Weapons in the face of hybrid warfare. There is also a conventional war abroad. Defense should begin at the lowest possible level. We know examples from history where small, well-organized and armed groups faced much larger forces. We should free up laws on arms, both access and production and distribution. At the beginning of the invasion, Ukraine was literally handing out weapons to its citizens on the street. Anything wrong with that? The EU should insist that countries liberalise these rules. With all due respect, the Portuguese will not defend Poland like a Pole. We need modern and dedicated national troops, not a big moloch.
Tackling the steel crisis: boosting competitive and sustainable European steel and maintaining quality jobs (debate)
Date:
23.10.2024 11:16
| Language: PL
Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. Steel nerves are needed to face the situation in the steel market. The collapse of the steel industry in Europe is not a vision of the future – it is a reality. Steel production is falling all the time and this is not a crisis, but the result of the stupid and hypocritical policies of the European Union. You place burdens on our manufacturers that other manufacturers in other parts of the world do not have to bear. By closing and burdening our steel mills, we open ourselves to cheap steel from Asian countries, for which conquering our markets is more important than some green transition. Last year, steel production consumed 40 million tonnes of coal across the EU, compared to 700 million tonnes in China. What is the impact of this consumption in the Union on global coal consumption? There is no logic here. It is necessary to move away from the Green Deal standards, the ETS as soon as possible, lower energy prices and limit exports of ferrous scrap from Europe. We cannot allow our steel industry to collapse because of your policies.
General budget of the European Union for the financial year 2025 – all sections (debate)
Date:
22.10.2024 13:19
| Language: PL
Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. This draft budget is a financial failure of the European Union. Let me give you three examples. Firstly, despite the creation of new instruments, counted outside the budget, this year's proposal already exceeds EUR 200 billion per year. These annual increases should finally be stopped. Spending should start to be cut, in particular on issues such as the harmful Green Deal, supporting a whole range of non-EU countries, expanding EU competences, Byzantine administration and unnecessary institutions. Ladies and gentlemen, the Union really does not need three seats and more than 140 diplomatic representations! It's really unnecessary. Secondly, the Next Generation EU program, a huge loan of 800 billion, which we plan to repay over 30 years. No one knows exactly how much you will have to pay back, everyone knows that these will be astronomical amounts. Let us recall that we have not yet begun to pay back anything, and we are already talking about the lack of money for these liabilities, counted in tens of billions of euros. Here, the best idea for this problem is to count interest on debt outside the official budget and introduce new EU taxes, which, as a consequence, will be paid primarily by ordinary citizens. I don't want any EU taxes. I also don't want any debts to be paid by our children and grandchildren. Who did we attack to pay such contributions over the years? And finally, thirdly, our priority should be the security of Europeans. So far, nothing has been done in this House on this matter, and we should be spending money on this, not on all these necessary matters.
Mr. President, on November 11, Poland celebrates the National Independence Day associated with the end of the First World War. Therefore, the Independence March has been passing through the streets of Warsaw for over a dozen years, commemorating Poland's return to the map after 123 years of captivity and occupation by the then three powers – Austria-Hungary, Germany and Russia. The march began as a grassroots initiative, but it has become professionalized and regularly gathers many tens of thousands of participants who celebrate the regaining of independence and manifest pride in being Poles. Unfortunately, the Polish authorities regularly tried to discredit the march with numerous provocations and tried to forcefully take over the march or tried to prevent its organization. Now we have another version of the fight against this grassroots patriotic event. The Mayor of Warsaw, whose slogan was "Warsaw for all" in the elections, refused to allow the march to take place, despite the fact that he often refers to the need to build civil society and also to the European Union. I appeal to the authorities of Warsaw to change this decision. Let the Poles manifest their pride in our great nation. The march will go on like every year. The forefront of great Poland.
Empowering the Single Market to deliver a sustainable future and prosperity for all EU citizens (debate)
Date:
21.10.2024 18:34
| Language: PL
Speeches
Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, I have been a Member for several months and I am genuinely amazed that, in this short time, we are once again debating a new report to show us how to become more competitive, richer, stronger or more beautiful. Apparently, in addition to legislative diarrhoea, we are also dealing with diarrhoea of expert opinions, analyses and reports. Instead, I recommend reading Rothbard, Mises, and Hayek, whose works have stood the test of time in pointing out what is good for economic development and individual freedom. Nobel laureate Frederick von Hayek points out that knowledge in its nature is scattered. It is the market that sends information to traders and consumers through prices. Thanks to this, the market stabilizes itself and adapts to changing conditions and needs. Politicians and officials are not needed at all. The alternative to such spontaneous and dispersed action is central planning, which has always failed many times, because politicians will never have all the dispersed knowledge. The market is not a table in Excel, but a living, dynamically changing organism, and the real leaders in the market are consumers. It is their requirements that entrepreneurs try to meet. The solution that would possibly stimulate the market is to abandon intellectual property rights in the form of, for example, patents. After all, information can be in several places at the same time, without mutual harm. It is not a rare good, therefore it should not be protected as private property. Intellectual property is an artificial creation and its protection is a legal fiction. Do you want wealth and a good future? Bet on the market, not on bureaucracy and reports.
The rise of religious intolerance in Europe (continuation of debate)
Date:

| Language: PL
Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. Blessings of God! For God's sake, the novels in this sad room cross at the beginning of the fight against intolerance. In the Polish Sejm, he hardly bothers anyone. Why are you denying our European Christian heritage? After all, even the EU flag is inspired by the image of Mary, which you forget today. Today, Christians are the most discriminated religious group in the world and also in Europe. In this House, we condemn human rights violations around the world. We defend various minorities, and we forget about the discriminated majority living in our country. Christians today are silent victims. There is no minute of silence or resolution. Reports document an increase in hate crimes against Christians in Europe. The number of profanations of Christian temples and cemeteries is increasing. There is a big problem of converts from Islam to Christianity, about which the media is silent, but it is also the masked face of intolerance. Freedom of speech is restricted, the clause of conscience, the cross is forbidden. Leftist circles are particularly active in this field.
Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, The rule of law is a buzzword. It allows you to interfere in the internal affairs of the Member States. You praise the same deeds in some and criticize in others. You don't want the law to be followed. You want us to obey the European Union and implement the Green Deal and all your crazy policies. In Poland, it can be seen on the palm of your hand. When the pillar serving the Germans and Brussels came to power, you stopped accusing us of violating the rule of law without any word I check. The result is deplorable. Citizens have lost confidence in the rule of law, as even your opinion polls show. What is the value of these reports? In a report from the previous year, the arrest of Russian spy Pablo Rubtsov (Pablo Gonzalez) by Poland was an example of a violation of the rule of law. And a year later, this agent was released to Russia as part of an exchange of agents. And you didn't even apologize for it. Anyway, look what's going on here. In the European Parliament, the vote counts on the eye. You often go beyond the treaties. You're using sanitary cordons. How does this relate to the rule of law? You do not obey the law, but you want to teach others the rule of law.
Prevention of drug-related crimes, their effect on European citizens and the need for an effective European response (debate)
Date:
09.10.2024 18:59
| Language: PL
Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. The war on drugs that you are proposing will not succeed, because it has simply never and nowhere worked. In the United States, Al Capone's fortune was built during the Alcohol Prohibition. And it works the same way today as it did back then. It doesn't matter if you forbid alcohol or drugs. The forbidden fruit simply attracts some people who will buy it regardless of the price, especially if they are addicted. On the black market, on the other hand, prices are higher, and therefore profits are higher. And that's why criminal organizations have money to smuggle, to corrupt officials, to carry out all their criminal activities. This is how the black market works. In addition, there is no protection of competition on the black market, there is no arbitration, there is no protection of workers' rights. There is only violence and exploitation. And that's how these organizations work. To eliminate it, you have to take away their black market, take away their profits. And then you can take care of prevention, and make people aware that drugs are harmful. And the war on drugs that you're proposing simply won't work.
Taxing the super-rich to end poverty and reduce inequalities: EU support to the G20 Presidency’s proposal (topical debate)
Date:
09.10.2024 13:46
| Language: PL
Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, Taxation is theft. Taxation is the legalized looting of the fruits of human labor by the state. And this postulated taxation of the rich is really an even greater scandal that will affect everyone, not only those who are supposed to pay this tax. For hundreds of years, economists have insisted that taxes are passable. The eminent Polish economist Adam Krzyżanowski pointed out that the direct reflex of the taxed person is the intention to increase the price of goods or services by at least the amount of the loss caused by the tax. This means that the tax will actually be paid by all of us consumers, not the super-rich you want to tax. The rich can afford the most expensive lawyers, the most expensive accountants. They'll avoid that tax anyway. But this tax system will hit the poorest. Taxes must be low and simple for everyone, from shoe to millionaire. I'm not defending the rich here, but I want to empower millions of anonymous people who will soon become entrepreneurs, and their ingenuity will make the lives of future generations easier. Let's move away from building an open-air museum, a cartel. Let's simplify and lower taxes for everyone, and don't spend anyone else's money.
The crisis facing the EU’s automotive industry, potential plant closures and the need to enhance competitiveness and maintain jobs in Europe (debate)
Date:
08.10.2024 15:58
| Language: PL
Speeches
Mr President, Ladies and Gentlemen, The problems faced by the automotive industry are not a crisis, but a result. This is the result of this crazy climate policy of the European Union, which fights against traditional cars, with internal combustion engines. It is because of this that the automotive industry is forced to shift production faster and more rapidly than it would have done as a result of market action. At the same time, you are hypocrites. When Chinese electric cars that meet your high standards began to gain popularity, you are imposing additional duties on them to discourage European citizens from buying them. What's the point? Either your concern for the environment is a bluff – you just hate drivers and want to force people to abandon their cars – or you don’t care about European consumers. It does not matter to you that it will be more expensive and worse. You are now protecting European producers because, under the weight of your regulations, they are going bankrupt because they are too expensive. We should not introduce any prohibitive tariffs, but in the end relieve EU automotive operators. We should cut labour and energy costs, and we should also throw the Green Deal in the trash.
Organised crime, a major threat to the internal security of the European Union and European citizens (topical debate)
Date:
18.09.2024 12:54
| Language: PL
Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. The European Union was supposed to facilitate the free movement of people, goods and capital, and today it actually facilitates the activities of organised crime. Three examples. First, the VAT mafias, which use a flawed system with zero VAT at the border. It's a problem you've known for years, and you're not doing anything about it. Second, the junk mafia. It is estimated that up to 30% of waste trade in the European Union is illegal. In Poland, for years, we have had a massive import of waste and numerous fires of illegal landfills. You're not doing anything about it either. Finally, people smuggling. The policy of forced relocation of immigrants is to throw incentives at smugglers. According to Europol, more than 90% of illegal immigrants reach the European Union thanks to smugglers, whose profits amount to up to €6 billion a year. Anyone who supports mass, uncontrolled, illegal immigration is actually building a villa with a pool for mobsters who smuggle people in. Germany is closing the wrong borders right now. Close the external borders of the European Union and end illegal immigration.
Madam President, thank you very much. Equally 85 years ago, Soviet troops entered Poland without declaring war, beginning a very sad and very long period of communism and Soviet occupation in Poland. These are the ideal ancestors of Nicolas Maduro. And just as they have robbed Poles of their dreams for generations, today Nicolas Maduro has stolen power and robbed Venezuelans of their dreams. There is indisputable evidence that the opposition won the elections, and yet Nicolas Maduro, as befits a socialist dictator, ignores not only the economy but also reality, and still maintains that he has the right to rule Venezuela. Instead of wealth, it brought poverty to Venezuelans, instead of development, stagnation, and instead of freedom, it brought censorship and persecution. The socialist regime kidnaps, tortures and kills the opposition. And Venezuela finally said basta! And we must support their struggle for freedom. Socialism kills. Freedom for María Oropeza! Long live Venezuela! Long live the freedom, damn it!
