Dear President, On 5 May, you declared admissible the request to waive the ETS2 paratax, which I submitted together with my colleagues Tomasz Buczki and Marcin Sypniewski on the basis of Rule 47(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the European Parliament, and you referred this request to the ENVI Committee, for which I thank you. Under that provision, the committee was required to give us the opportunity to present the proposal before taking any decision. Unfortunately, the left-wing majority behind closed doors of the coordinators' meeting deliberately ignored this step, depriving us of our right to vote and violating the Rules of Procedure of the European Parliament. This is an act of political censorship. You are afraid of the debate about the ETS and ETS2, because you know that this is an EU package of mass impoverishment of Europeans. Expensive electricity, cold housing and transport exclusion. You talk a lot about equality, but you deny it to those who voted for right-wing politicians. Your sanitary cordon is a contempt for the tens of millions of Europeans who have elected us as their representatives. As a Member of the European Parliament, elected by more than 100,000 voters, I demand the immediate restoration of the rule of law in this House, in this House, which, like...
Institutional and political implications of the EU enlargement process and global challenges (debate)

Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, The last enlargement of the European Union took place in 2013, when Croatia joined the Community. There are 10 countries in the queue for entry at this time. Just a question: What's the queue for? Since 2015, the European Union has been in an ever-increasing crisis. It was then that the invaders invaded Europe en masse, destroying the internal security of Greece and Italy in an irreversible way. It was the first multicultural shockwave. A wave whose effects we still feel to this day. Since then, the European Union has had the face of Juncker, who has been drunk at international conferences. He has the face of Timmermans, who fiercely attacked Poland and Hungary and very aggressively pushed for harmful, dangerous, green policies. The European Union has the face of corruption, authoritarian murder, moral corruption, foreign lobbying, danger, stupidity and nuts attached to plastic bottles. The European Union has the face of Ursula von der Leyen, who is not keeping up with global change and is pushing Europe towards self-destruction. It is not the same European Union that Poland joined in 2004. We entered on specific terms, which today lie in the trash, replaced by authoritarianism and the leftist agenda. Today, the European Union is no longer a good place to live. And the question: Does a country really want to enter such a structure and should it? The European Union needs to be repaired first. We must return to our DNA, to the community of sovereign nation-states. The civilization of life must win over the civilization of death. We must protect our families, our security and our borders. Otherwise, there will simply be nothing to go into. And that's it.
100 days of the new Commission – Delivering on defence, competitiveness, simplification and migration as our priorities (topical debate)

Speeches
Madam President, I'm sorry. 100 days for the European Commission and what are the results? There are no real reforms to deregulation. Zero real reforms to curb the Green Deal and zero real reforms to withdraw the migration pact. Usually, governments during their first hundred days are held accountable for the first reforms, the first solutions and the first actions. And we, during a hundred days of the European Commission, can assess whether to account for debates, social media posts or various PR tricks that the European Commission wants to cover up its total helplessness. Ursula von der Leyen's European Commission pretends to see problems with the competitiveness of the European Union and dresses it up in PR tricks. Meanwhile, you create the problem yourself and heroically try to fight this problem. The sequel of the European Commission by Ursula von der Leyen should be summed up by an increase in the European Union's debt, an increase in bureaucracy, an increase in the number of illegal immigrants, an increase in the costs associated with the Green Deal and an increase in the economic and social threat to all Europeans.
European Council meetings and European security (joint debate)

Speeches
Madam President, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, The new military eurodebt will be a tool of pressure on states and a threat to their sovereignty. This will be exactly the same mechanism as in the case of the RRP. If we meet the milestones and the government likes the European Commission, we will get some money. It's nothing more than political blackmail. What will we have to give in exchange for this money? What will be the interest rate on loans taken out? All you can do is take out loans and eat them into the EU machine. The planet is no longer burning, that you want to build factories and produce weapons? You've wasted years on the Green Deal and woke up with your hand in the potty. I wouldn't put a hamster in your care, let alone an army, seeing you overthrow democracy in Romania. We need peace, not war. The security of a country and its sovereignty depend on its military capabilities, not on a large common EU army. No more sovereignty for you. With our money, we want to build our military power, not Ukraine.

Speeches
Prime Minister, we can say a lot about you. The worst part is that nothing good can be said about you. It's a pity, because you run my country, unfortunately. To say that you are the worst prime minister in the history of Poland is like saying nothing. Why is that? Because in Poland you say that the migration pact should be rejected and the Green Deal revised. Meanwhile, on 11 December 2024, you agree with Denmark and Cyprus to swiftly implement the Migration Pact and the Green Deal. You are a big opponent of immigration, and in 2014 and 2015, together with Angela Merkel, you invite immigrants to Europe. Under your rule, Nord Stream 2 was created and you were a supporter of the reset with Russia, and now you are pretending to be Putin's great enemy. Finally, when you were President of the European Council, you did absolutely nothing for Poland and the only thing that came out of it was the United Kingdom from the European Union. Do you have at least one real face? You're a politician-mem, except that memes are funny and you're dangerous. Knowing you, I would like you to give Poland peace of mind after the Polish Presidency.

Speeches
Madam President, I'm sorry. While Donald Trump is issuing a decree banning restrictions on freedom of expression, the European Union is once again going backwards. Formally, you want to protect democracy by introducing various control mechanisms, in fact, you want to concentrate in your hands the tools with which you will destroy political competition. And if you don't like a government, you'll just overthrow it. You will deprive people of one of their most fundamental freedoms – freedom of expression. Why is that? Because you're afraid of free speech. People see your scams, your manipulations, your lies, your theft, and it hurts you that people write what they think about you online. That's why you want to shut our mouths. For you, democracy is when people think, write and speak directly and say what you command your leftist way of thinking. Right-wing and conservative views are a "thinking crime" and today's debate should be called "The need to strengthen censorship to protect the trough of those who govern the European Union". If you don't like platform X so much or another platform where there is freedom of speech, what's the harm in simply logging out of it? After all, no one is forcing you to use these platforms on social media that promote true freedom of speech. You have a choice, use it and everyone will be happier.
Challenges facing EU farmers and agricultural workers: improving working conditions, including their mental well-being (debate)

Questions
Mr. Piotr, you said that we cannot talk about the agreement with Mercosur, but we can talk about the mental well-being of farmers. Why did you not support, as ECR, the request at the Conference of Presidents of Parliamentary Groups in the European Parliament for such a debate on the agreement between the European Union and Mercosur to take place in this House? There was such a request, and you did not support it. There would always be more support and there would always be a better chance to debate this issue. You've avoided it. Consciously or not?

Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. I know some of you today were very keen to avoid the Mercosur debate, but it's not that easy. Ursula von der Leyen called the agreement with Mercosur a political necessity and a historic milestone. Question: for whom? For German industry and large corporations looking for markets for their exports? Certainly not for European farmers and consumers. First, the Green Deal, which is destroying our agriculture, then flooding the EU market with grain from Ukraine, now opening the door to products from South America, full of pesticides and hormones banned in Europe. This is a betrayal of farmers who comply with the production standards imposed by the European Commission. This is a betrayal of European consumers, who will be exposed to buying food of questionable quality. Everyone has to eat. You will ruin the achievements of generations, you will make us dependent on external imports in times of wars and international crises. Where will you look for food security? We can't rebuild our agriculture in a day. You want to debate the mental well-being of farmers here. Mental comfort is the certainty that their hard work will not be destroyed by thoughtless actions taken behind closed doors in Brussels. Farmers who protest know who is responsible for their bankruptcy.
Misinformation and disinformation on social media platforms, such as TikTok, and related risks to the integrity of elections in Europe (debate)

Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. None of us wants foreign countries to interfere in democratic elections in our countries. However, any tyranny that restricts the freedom of its citizens is explained by external threats. Europeans know their mainstream parties and national governments that directly or indirectly influence the classical media. State companies and institutions pump gigantic money into advertisements that warm the image of ruling politicians who fill positions in these companies and institutions with their people. Social media in this corrupt world of mainstream politics is the only window to freedom. It is on social media that content is presented that is inconvenient for world governments, because it exposes their scams and shows the truth. Now, under the guise of a false concern for security, you want to put your hand on social media. This is nothing more than the Orwellian eye of Big Brother, which will pursue every ‘thought crime’. The European Union will not be able to censor the Internet. You're gonna infect us with TikTok and X? We will find another platform through which we can reach our voters. In the long run, Orwellian censorship will never win over freedom of speech.
Strengthening children’s rights in the EU - 35th anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (debate)

| Language: PL
Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. 35 years after the adoption of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, we are facing a brutal attack on the innocence of children and the family. Instead of protecting children, the EU wants to turn them into the object of ideological experiments. In Poland, for example, Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Minister Barbara Nowacka plan to introduce a compulsory subject called ‘health education’ into schools. Under this innocent title lies the depravity of children and the attempt to take control of their upbringing at the expense of their parents and common sense. The Eurocrats want to brainwash children and numb them to real dangers. Teach them that gender identity is a choice, and sex is the only source of pleasure. Why does the ideological left want to anesthetize children to the threat of pedophilia? Parents have the right to say enough, and children have the right to safety. Children need love, not ideological experiments. As a mother, I say straight: Faith from our children. "No" to depravity. ‘Yes’ to the family.

Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. Do you want to know the most undemocratic and illegitimate institution in the European Union? This is the new European Commission, which will once again be headed by Ursula von der Leyen. Who do you serve, Mrs. Ursula? Whose belt are you on? Globalists, Chinese lobbyists or big corporations? Because one thing is certain: they are not Europeans and they are not Poles. The Europe you are creating is a continent of hypocrisy and anguish for the common man. Huge energy prices, a ban on cars entering cities, women and children who are victims of immigrants, to whom you pay hotels and benefits with our money. As Commissioner for Immigration, you have chosen someone who has absolutely no idea of the role he will be holding. I look at the composition of the Commission and see Eurocommunism at its worst. Green madness, zero competitiveness, harvesting agriculture with the Mercosur agreement, robbing us of our national identity. This will end in disaster. Instead of zero emissions, we will have zero economic growth. Paper straws and bottle caps – this is your plan for Europe.
Findings of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women on Poland's abortion law (debate)

Speeches
Fetus, embryo, embryo, cluster of cells – these are the names used by abortionists to dehumanise the unborn child, to take away his dignity, telling us that his murder is no problem. You're demanding a legal abortion because you've already been born. Would you dare to look into the eyes of a child whose mother did not succumb to your pressure, did not have an abortion, and tell him ‘if it were up to me, you would already be dead’? It's the most mere bestiality. You lie that a law that protects the lives of unborn children leads to the death of mothers. According to WHO data, Poland has one of the lowest rates of pregnancy mortality: Two deaths per 100,000 births. That's still 2 too many, but in Germany, Belgium or even the US, where abortion law is liberalized, this rate is much higher. You cynically play on emotions, taking advantage of human tragedies, telling society that women are dying because they do not have the right to abortion, completely ignoring other factors. How many of your deputies in Poland have been involved in the work of the Communications Group? Perinatal care? It's a zero. Instead, you ridicule Confederate politicians for helping mothers in childbirth. How do abortion organizations in Poland such as Abortion Dream Team, which you support, recommend dealing with an aborted pregnancy after the twelfth week? I quote: ‘to flush down the toilet, bury, dump’. How much do you have to hate the human race and yourself to see this as normal? No authority, no international organization, no report has the right to order us to kill unborn children. The Constitution of the Republic of Poland provides every person with legal protection of life, including that in the womb. To speak of abortion as a human right is evil in its purest form. It's a testament to the moral decay of part of our civilization. As a mother of two, I will always stand up for the lives of unborn children, for the civilization of life against the civilization of death. And this is how the mortality data of pregnant women in Poland look like: (L’oratrice déplie une feuille sur laquelle figure un graphique, qu’elle montre à l’Assemblée.) (Applaudissements sur certains bancs. Protestations de voix féminines sur d’autres.)
Ensuring sustainable, decent and affordable housing in Europe - encouraging investment, private property and public housing programmes (debate)

Speeches
Dear Commission, Mr and Mrs President, First of all, I would like to thank all 52 Members who have signed my question to the European Commission on the deadline for withdrawing from the Buildings Directive. House prices in the European Union increased by 47% between 2010 and 2022. 10.6% of people in EU cities lived in housing for which they spent more than 40% of their income. Currently, more than half of Poles aged 25-34 live with their parents and, despite the vast majority of them working, they cannot afford their own housing. Ursula von der Leyen, after five years in charge of the European Commission, suddenly realized that it was necessary to make sham moves in the area of housing, so she added the name ‘housing’ to the name of one of the offices. It organises a short debate and expresses concern. Meanwhile, the same President of the European Commission in the last simple old term pushed through the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, which under the beautiful label of concern for energy efficiency means a reduction in the possible sources of heating your home, an increase in the cost of maintaining real estate and a sudden increase in the cost of building new real estate. I therefore call on the European Commission to repeal the Buildings Directive, to withdraw from measures that increase the cost of maintaining housing and to take measures that will deregulate and reduce the cost of providing the basic need of owning a house. Leave people alone and let them live as they can.

Madam President, thank you very much. Viktor Orbán is the salt in the eye of the EU elite represented by Ursula von der Leyen, who sat here for a while, but escaped. Perhaps democracy has already bored her. Why is the Prime Minister of Hungary a thorn in the eye? It defends traditional values. He defends the sovereignty of his country. It defends the borders of the European Union against the flood of illegal immigrants. Ms von der Leyen and her EU elites, in turn, adhere to values that strike at the traditional family model, corrupt children with left-wing propaganda, devastate the economy with the Green Deal, destroy the sovereignty of Member States. If Europe is to survive, it must end. Poland and Hungary should lead a grand coalition of states to simply reject these sick ideas. Let's rebuild the Visegrad Group. Let us make Europe strong, rich, big, proud, safe and competitive again. You can count on the Poles. Together, let us reject this sick concept of a European superstate.
The crisis facing the EU’s automotive industry, potential plant closures and the need to enhance competitiveness and maintain jobs in Europe (debate)

Questions
I had a blue card for the lady from the Greens, but it just happened that I can ask you a question. Competitiveness in the automotive industry will not come from the fact that you suddenly take your green-laden magic wand and say that from now on the automotive industry is to be competitive for China. With your push for zero-emissions and subsequent regulations, you are making Europe an economic open-air museum, and it is impossible for it to compete on the global market with China, among others. With your sick ideas, Europe is becoming an economic open-air museum and the victims of your policy are precisely those poorest or middle-income Europeans who will not be able to afford a new electrician and will not be able to enter the centre of their city with an old diesel car. So I'd like to ask you a question: Where in your politics is the interest of middle-income and poor Europeans whom you want to deprive of the right to own an older gasoline car?
The devastating floods in Central and Eastern Europe, the loss of lives and the EU’s preparedness to act on such disasters exacerbated by climate change (debate)

Answers
The minister of your government has announced that you will grant loans, low-interest loans, to the victims of the floods. This is immoral. This is irresponsible on your part. And Mrs. Hennig-Kloska should resign. You're responsible for all of this. You block strategic investments for Poland, you allow pseudo-ecological organizations to the government, to the Ministry of the Environment and you succumb to the influence of the pseudo-ecological lobby. And, among other things, what has happened is precisely the result of your harmful actions and years of neglect. Do you think that if Donald Tusk goes and makes a theatre against the background of flood victims, everything will be settled? No, that's not how it works.

Madam President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, I am full of admiration and respect for all those who are fighting the consequences of the terrible floods in Poland and other European countries. The heart grows when, with such a terrible tragedy affecting many thousands of people, there are those who bring real, invaluable help to the victims. I thank all the services, firefighters, policemen, military, charities, scouts and every man of good will. It is amazing how much solidarity and selflessness we have in such difficult moments. However, we must not ignore the causes of such terrible events. We cannot remain indifferent to the harmful agenda pushed by politicians and activists of greenwashing organisations. Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment in the Polish Government, Ms Urszula Zielińska, said: “In the age of climate change and the growing problem of drought, investing in dammed reservoirs that destroy nature is, in our view, the worst possible solution.” This woman co-chairs the Ministry of the Environment in Poland, and at her side stood eco-terrorists, who for years torpedoed work on retention reservoirs, promoting natural floodplains. And this is what we are seeing in the south of my country. Let us not allow the pseudo-climate policy of eco-terrorist organizations to be more important than the health and life of people. Don't be fooled by green propaganda. Those who have pushed harmful ideas that put people's safety at risk should be brought to justice. Enough screw-ups in power. And come to your senses with these loans for flood victims.
Continued financial and military support to Ukraine by EU Member States (debate)

Speeches
Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, Since the beginning of the war, Poland has been helping Ukraine like no other country in the world, accepting refugees, sending its military equipment, supporting Ukraine in the international forum. And yet we cannot even count on respect for historical truth and consent to the exhumation of the victims of the Volhynian massacre. You can't build a good relationship on silence. You have to tell the truth. The Volyn massacre was a genocide committed by Ukrainians in 1943, when Ukrainians brutally murdered over 100,000 Polish citizens. Today, Zelensky forbids us to talk about it. He's demanding, he's ungrateful, he's cheeky. Reconciliation should begin with a word of apology. There is no word of apologies – there is no further support. No exhumation – no further support. I do not believe in vague promises of dialogue after the end of the war. We Poles demand the exhumation of the victims of the Volhynia massacre while the witnesses of this tragedy are still alive. Not for vengeance, but for remembrance and truth, the victims cry out.
Outcome of the Strategic Dialogue on the Future of EU Agriculture (debate)

16.09.2024 17:59
| Language: PL
Speeches
Ladies and Gentlemen, European farmers have been presented as a problem by the European Commission over the past years. The actions and statements of the European Commission indicate that farmers are the most unwanted social group within the Union and this dialogue will not change the impression created over the last few years. Three million farms ceased to exist in Europe within a decade. The average age of a farmer is 57 years, and yet the European Commission is pursuing a policy of drastically increasing the costs of agricultural production within the European Union, while facilitating the import of agricultural products from third countries. According to some studies, the value of agricultural imports into the Union will increase by EUR 3 or even 4 billion over the next 8 years. And, Madam, agriculture is not gender equality. Agriculture is the food security of Europeans. Agriculture is a competitive production and please do not reduce this strategic branch of the European economy to the role of absurdity. I have a few questions, although I do not expect an answer, judging by such low interest on the part of you, MEPs and MEPs. Why is the European Commission building the image of European agriculture as a problem for the European Union? Why does the European Commission want to destroy the food security of Europeans? What does the European Commission want to achieve by raising the cost of food production in Europe and facilitating the import of food from outside the EU? And how does the reduction of European production and the liberalisation of imports from Ukraine and the Mercosur countries into the Union relate to the promotion of short food supply chains? The European Green Deal should be thrown in the trash.

Speeches
Madam President, thank you very much. Dear MEPs, Oh, Mrs. Ursula! It is high time someone told you what the vast majority of Europeans think about you. The election of you as President of the European Commission in the previous legislature was a huge mistake and some still have a hangover after this decision. You are the face of the European Green Deal, which is destroying the European economy and agriculture, which is turning Europe into an economic open-air museum. You are the face of all the climatic insanity in the EU that makes us Europeans poorer and poorer. Finally, you are the face of the migration pact and I address you as a woman to a woman, as a mother to a mother: How can you not be ashamed to promote something like the migration pact, which leads to millions of women and children in Europe feeling threatened on the streets of their own cities? You are responsible for every rape, for every assault, for every tragedy caused by the influx of illegal immigrants. Because it is you who invites these people here, to the territory of Europe. And for what you do, you should go to jail, not to the European Commission. Your presence as President of the European Commission is a collapse, a further collapse of the European Union. And do you know what we think of your European Green Deal? Oh, that one. Do you know what we think about the Immigration Pact? Oh, that one. You're not even looking at me. Shame on you! We want a Europe of free and sovereign nations, not a sick leftist ideology. Hands off Poland. And to all the soldiers who are defending the eastern border of the European Union at this moment, you should bow to your belt. (The Chair took the floor)
