Theoretically, it is supposed to protect the rights of users. In practice, it provides, among other things, for the removal of real messages that EU or local authorities consider harmful to society. The Digital Service Act restricts free speech by introducing censorship and algorithmic oversight through arbitrary moderation mechanisms. Protecting against disinformation becomes a pretext for the Union to control content. This is very important in the context of what happened recently in Romania and what former Commissioner Thierry Bretton said a few days ago. After the cancellation of the presidential elections in Romania, you can do the same in Germany, and then probably in Poland. You are not Democrats. You have started to fight against democracy as soon as it ceases to be conducive to you. You are building a new Soviet Union in Europe. Are these really your values? If the winner of the election is someone not from you, then you can just remove it, because it is disinformation?

Commissioner, I'm sorry. In Poland, in recent weeks, the ‘Last Generation’ group has been terrorising residents of the Polish capital, Warsaw, blocking the streets of the city. I have no doubt that you, supporters of the climateism religion, cynically support these ideas that burden the Polish economy and make life difficult for ordinary citizens. However, these poor young people most likely have already acquired anxiety, because someone told them that in a moment we will all burn alive. Europe is responsible for 7% of global carbon emissions. Do you not understand that we can even turn off the lights and move to the caves, but on a global scale it will not change anything anyway. All this European Green Deal of yours is just a nail in the coffin for the EU economy and for the well-being of Europeans. You have introduced an atmosphere of psychosis that has so confused people's minds that even the favorite of the presidential election in my country, Rafał Trzaskowski, who believed that we would burn in a moment, succumbed to it. Stop playing with people's fears, play with people's fears, and throw all that Green Deal in the trash.

Madam President, thank you very much. One can get the impression that the European Council deals with absolutely everything, but not the citizens of the European Union. Ukraine, Georgia, the Middle East are all important topics. But how much longer do you intend to make the world happy when Europeans are impoverished because of the policies pursued by the European Commission? The streets of European cities are becoming less safe, electricity prices are raging and the EU economy is in a state of collapse. That's what leaders should start talking about. On the subject of Ukraine, I would like to make it clear that there will be no consent from the Polish people and, I am sure, also from other societies in Central and Eastern Europe to send our soldiers, our troops, to Ukraine. Something that has begun to smolder in the heads of Brussels, something that President Macron timidly mentions, cannot simply happen. We will not guard the Ukrainian front so that the Germans return to business with the Russians. Just get it out of your head.

Mr President, thank you very much. According to you, democratic and fair elections are when your candidates win and you censor and destroy your critics and opposition. This is the definition of EU democracy presented by the Brussels elite. You showed this when the peoples of France and the Netherlands rejected the Constitution for Europe in 2005. You have shown this by introducing instruments of financial blackmail, by manipulating elections in Poland. After all, it was your colleague Katarina Barley who directly said that Poland and Hungary must be financially starved. You are destroying freedom of speech and political debate in Europe. I am in the group that you put in the cordon sanitaire to exclude us from working in the European Parliament. Ursula von der Leyen is today the Empress of Europe so much that in the name of German interests she signed a contract with Mercosur against France and Poland. You are driving the European economy to economic disaster and society to poverty. If there is a problem with democracy in Europe, it is certainly in the institutions of the European Union. Today you are happy that the Romanian people have been robbed of the elections because a man you do not like won there, who does not dance when you play him. Your dream is not democracy, but censorship of the media, politicians and even ordinary citizens. The European Union is the last organisation to have the right to teach the peoples of Europe about the rule of law and democracy. Attention! Soon the free nations of Europe will settle your affairs, your whims and your hypocrisy.

Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, Recently, there has been a lot of talk in this House about the future of Europe, and that future is in black. Economic crisis, demographic crisis, migration and cultural crisis. We are standing at the bottom of the abyss, at the bottom of which lurks poverty, human suffering, social conflicts and perhaps even civil and religious wars in many European countries. What is the reaction of this House and mainstream politicians in Europe? Your recipe is more of the same. Europe is committing collective suicide with your hands before our very eyes. Let's take agriculture. Many spells have already fallen from your lips, many empty promises. You are signing more international free trade agreements, you are introducing more stupid regulations that either endanger the health of Europeans or mean the elimination of more branches of agriculture. I call for a review of the common agricultural policy and a halt to the free trade agreement between the European Union and the Mercosur countries, which is detrimental to European agriculture. What we need most now is less and less of the European Union.

Mr President, thank you very much. Poland is a country in which it is forbidden to murder children, including those not yet born, and women in Poland are safe. Yes, women in Poland are safe. We in Poland defend all our citizens against the barbaric law allowing the murder of anyone in the name of leftist ideology. And it is a disgrace that a Member of the European Parliament elected from Poland, from my Wielkopolska, a Member known for disrupting religious rites, is today demanding before the whole of Europe that a law be introduced in Poland, which last applied during the German, Nazi, occupation. The occupation, which sent millions of Poles and Jews to certain death. If the European Union had stuck to the foundations of European civilization, today we would not be debating the right to kill, but we would be debating the right to respect for every life, especially for the one conceived. Poles will defend the civilization of life, they will defend the weakest. And you EU barbarians, stay away from us and do not impose your eugenic law on us.

Madam President, thank you very much. European industry is collapsing under the European Commission. The European Union's climate radicalism is effectively destroying jobs and Europe's competitiveness on global markets. You can't build, you can destroy. The steel industry is in its worst situation since the financial crisis of 2009. Steel production in the European Union has decreased by 30% since 2008. China exports huge quantities of steel at prices lower than production costs, and this causes market prices to fall. This situation also forces other steel producing regions to export to the Union market. High energy costs are a major cause of reduced competitiveness, which particularly affects energy-intensive industries. What should be done? Reduce energy prices immediately. Immediately protect the competitiveness of smelters against the growing influx of unfair imports from third countries. We have a harmful climate policy in Europe, but we do not have an effective industrial policy. As long as this does not change, the industry of countries such as Poland will be liquidated, and poverty and unemployment will increase. It is the fault of the European Commission and the fault of this House. This is the fault of the European Union.

Madam President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I would like to thank you. The car industry is in a very difficult situation. The low demand for electric cars increases the losses of the automotive industry, which is withdrawing from plans to completely abandon the production of combustion cars, plans that the European Union has pushed so hard in recent years. Economic conditions deteriorated drastically, production costs increased, mainly due to the European Commission's climate policy. Banning the sale of new combustion cars from 2035 and imposing zero-emissions in transport on Europeans is colliding with reality, because the problems of European motorization are caused by electrics that customers do not want to buy. All these turbulences caused by radical electrification of transport, changing market conditions and increasing competition from Asian producers, especially from China, are leading to a crisis. Tens of thousands of people across the Union are losing their jobs as a result. We are also witnessing the shift of European innovative automotive technologies outside Europe. Investments in production are increasingly being relocated abroad – by you, as you continue to raise the costs of their operation. The difficult situation in the automotive industry is just one example of the loss of competitiveness that we talk so much about here. Instead of reversing these disadvantages, current EU decision-makers are rushing to the wall at an ever-increasing speed. If you were serious about this problem, you would refrain from imposing all these norms and regulations on European nations. Meanwhile, the head of the European Commission upholds the ban on the sale of new combustion cars and the zero-emission plan for transport. The result is: America is innovating, China is copying, and the EU is regulating. And that's why we stay behind, because instead of growing, you are constantly organizing a climate coven.

Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, The echo of the Draghi report has not passed, and the European Commission is preparing another nail in the coffin of Europe. Your plan for a budgetary revolution in the next financial perspective is exactly the opposite of what the European Union should be doing now. This should be the subject of a European Council meeting. The centralization of EU cohesion policy, the elimination of regional policy, the dependence of the distribution of budget resources on issues related to gender equality or the promotion of organic farming are another brazen attempt to introduce totalizm, to introduce an economy centrally planned in the name of your sick ideology. Stop violating treaties, stop interfering in the powers of national governments. The head of the European Commission wants to subject national governments to financial blackmail. He wants to introduce policies unacceptable to the majority of Europeans through the back door. There is no consent of patriots. Stop the dictatorship of von der Leyen.

Madam President, thank you very much. Recently, President Emmanuel Macron admitted that the European Union could die. This is a reaction to the recently published Draghi report on the condition of the European economy. Knowledge of the deep crisis of the Union is becoming more and more visible. Europe will indeed lose to Asia and the United States, but you, the Christian Democrats, Socialists, Greens and Liberals, are the cause. It is your inept governments, harmful regulations, ideological fanaticism that are responsible for higher electricity prices for Europeans. It's pushing industry out of the European Union. You're the ones fighting the farmers. It is your policies that are impoverishing our societies and the economic agony of our countries. In the name of your climate religion, you are creating an open-air museum from Europe. If you want Europe to be able to compete, you just have to leave! The national right is ready to end the European Green Deal overnight to support industry and agriculture and rebuild the economy. We can restore normalcy, only you have to leave.

Mr President, thank you very much. Commissioner, I'm sorry. “We can do it,” German Chancellor Angela Merkel said in 2015, inviting millions of immigrants to her country and exposing all of us to the invasion of culturally foreigners. As a result, we have an ever-increasing number of murders, robberies and rapes. German politicians, you wanted to bring engineers and surgeons from Africa here, now take personal, also legal, responsibility for it. Migrants on the Polish-Belarusian border want to go to Germany. They talk about it openly. It is an expression of unbelievable hypocrisy that after nearly ten years you are withdrawing from the words of your chancellor, de facto unilaterally suspending the Schengen Agreement, an agreement that is not contested by anyone. It was precisely the possibility of free travel throughout Europe that was a key argument for my compatriots deciding on Poland's accession to the Union. And now the irresponsible words and actions of the Brussels elites managed from Berlin mean the return of these borders. German politicians, today you are once again enemies of a secure and rich Europe. Your policies threaten the future of European nations. When German politicians self-declaredly take control of Europe, it always ends in disaster. The beginning of order in Europe will begin only with the final convictions of German politicians responsible for the migration disaster.

Mr President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I would like to thank you. Ladies and Gentlemen, Currently, the biggest threat to European and Polish agriculture is the policy pursued by the European Commission. Farmers' protests, which took place in most Member States, were against climate policies in agriculture, restrictions on animal husbandry and breeding, as well as trade policies opening up the Community market to agri-food products from third countries. This leads to a reduction in food production in the European Union, dependence on food imports and, consequently, a loss of food security – a pillar of national state security. The strategic dialogue announced at the beginning of September is nothing more than the elimination of livestock farming, the tightening of environmental and climate regimes and the inclusion of agriculture in the ETS. Everything will simply be more expensive and from outside Europe. Instead of freedom of agricultural activity, the EU has consistently pursued a plan to eradicate European agriculture.

Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, The EU's energy policy has failed. Energy prices in Europe are twice as high as in the United States. In the Old Continent, they are, after all, burdened with the costs of implementing the energy and climate package and the European Green Deal. In 2050, energy generation costs are projected to be 50% higher in the European Union than in China and the United States. If the European Union wants to increase the competitiveness of its economies, it must end its utopian climate policy today, remove the absurd costs of energy production and give the Member States the freedom to shape their own energy mix, adapted to the situation of a particular country. Poverty and backwardness are the effects of costly climate policy that affect every household in Europe, including Poland. Either you keep it today, or tomorrow you will be swept away by the angry nations of Europe.
