If everyone goes over his or her speech, then I will have to recommend to the next Vice-President to shorten the blue card procedure, or we will get totally out of control. Some of the leaders who have spoken are still there. We have to change things with speaking time, but I can't help but really pay attention to the strict observance of speaking time, and I also ask all my colleagues for appropriate discipline.
