The decision of the Court of Justice of the EU that the protection of children from their devastating LGTB+ ideology is contrary to EU values is manifestly unlawful and purely political and therefore null and void. It formally refers to the Hungarian law, in fact it is a precedent for the EU as a whole. The human child is the most vulnerable minority and is therefore protected by the binding UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. It follows from this that the best interests of the child must be a primary consideration and always come first, giving absolute priority to parents in the upbringing of children. The court's decision is in clear contradiction with all this, with the convention, and it is a blatant imposition of leftist ideology under the guise of false law. By doing so, however, the institutions of the European Union continue to appropriate powers which they do not have under the basic acts. In doing so, they are actually destroying and destroying the European Union. And so the court should be abolished, and all that this represents. Madam President! The principle of the legality of elections is a European norm and a cornerstone of democracy. And the parliamentary elections in Slovenia this Sunday clearly did not take place in a legal and fair manner, i.e. in accordance with European standards. Early voting was illegal for at least 24 of the 90 counties, which no one denies. They're just trying to minimize the impact of this blatant illegality. Then, too late and too few ballot papers were sent abroad, which deprived someone of the possibility of voting, and in some cases people received two ballot papers each. In some parts of the country, the ballot papers ran out without extending the possibility of voting. The problem was the storage of these ballot papers, boxes. In short, these are all facts from which it can be concluded that there is only one way to establish the legality of ‑ to repeat these elections within the legal deadline.
