Mrs Kallas, how many times have you spoken about the political prisoners of Ibero-America? How many times in the last six months have you talked, for example, about Jeanine Áñez in Bolivia, who did a work on union in the European Union? And we have no reaction from you. We have lost all the credibility of the European Union and we will not recover it.

Mr. President, the criminal Russian invasion of Ukraine has caused colossal devastation throughout the assaulted country. Ukraine is going to need massive plans and a titanic investment effort. We have in Spain a delinquent Government, a Government that violates the Constitution, a Government that harasses the judges, a Government that has just taken measures to strangle the press and all freedom of expression, a Government that manages European funds from the Moncloa, with the president's wife distributing them to friends in exchange for favors ... That is Spain, and nobody talks about Spain or the threats posed by Spain. And she is being given here, right now, a Commissioner with the power to destroy Europe even more. The harassment of Hungary is absolutely disgusting.

Madam President, there has been a dictatorship in Venezuela for almost a quarter of a century. A dictatorship that, hand in hand with the criminal communist regime of Cuba, has been hardening and brutalizing every year that passed. It was already like this with Chávez, and with Maduro it already reaches levels of incredible cruelty and homicidal madness. In 25 years it has killed, imprisoned and tortured hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans; It has destroyed the lives of millions. It has plunged America's once richest country into misery, with an oil reserve larger than Saudi Arabia's. More than eight million Venezuelans have fled a country that once welcomed millions of Europeans to give them prosperity. All this is the result of the destructive and criminal socialism of Castroism. Venezuela is already like Cuba, that prosperous island before communism, today a garbage dump inhabited by the hungry and ruled by a criminal mafia. Now there is an opportunity to change this tragic story I have told you about Venezuela. Thanks to a woman, a heroine, María Corina Machado, the elections that the dictatorship organized to maintain the deception mobilized the entire nation, with the miracle of hope, and thanks to her organization, the acts that prove her humiliating defeat were snatched from the dictatorship. Thanks to that, the victory of the opposition candidate, Edmundo González Urrutia, is proven and ratified by international organizations. Now, the international community has to do its part. It has to recognize, in the first place, Edmundo González Urrutia as the legitimate president of Venezuela and impose all the pressure on Maduro and his environment so that they suffer if they do not accept the popular will. We see with sadness that the left here, in this hemicycle, led by some Spanish socialists with corrupt and unspeakable ties to the dictatorship, wants to avoid real pressure on the regime, wants to postpone sanctions and wants to leave everything in a kind of request for good behavior to the Maduro dictatorship. No, the resolution has what is just and necessary to defend Venezuelans and put credible pressure on the dictatorship. Maduro and his assassins must be certain that they will not have sanctuaries and their loot will be confiscated. I hope that, despite the accomplices that Maduro has in this hemicycle, many - of all groups - will vote for this resolution for freedom, democracy and Venezuelans.

Madam President, the truth is that it is very curious to see here after these two years the interpretations of what happens. The defense of the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, which was attacked by Russia, is a defense that we must all support and, more than anyone else, the sovereigntists, not those who have plans to dissolve nations and make them disappear. Madam President, the road to freedom is very difficult everywhere. It is much more so when you are close to Russia, to Putin's current Russia. The Law on Foreign Agents in Georgia is simply further proof that these hopes for trauma-free development towards Western freedoms are very difficult to achieve and have many setbacks. The Russian temptation is there, and the temptation of all these leaders to protect themselves through the Russian paws is there. We have to show that Georgia can get out of that current critical situation. It can come out in a peaceful way and deter Russia from repeating the bloody adventures it has already had in Georgia and is currently having in Ukraine.

And you are protecting both Iran and Hamas right now.

Mr President, it is certainly very funny to hear German MEPs from the Greens/EFA Group, the S&D Group or the EPP Group talk about putinising and deputising, when they have been the ones who have putinised the whole of Europe. Right now Spain is the largest buyer of Russian gas after China. Spain is an ally of Venezuela, of Cuba, of all Russia's allies. And it turns out that you make some scary lists, because you are afraid that you will run out of the single party of social democrats and people. They are running out and, because they are afraid, you are campaigning for disinformation and putting me and a number of people like me, who have been writing against Putin for forty years, and certainly for the last twenty years, on a list. They are so wrong and so sloppy when it comes to misinformation. The Russians misinform, of course, but you misinform a lot because you are afraid and because you are guilty of what has happened in Europe in the last twenty years that Putin has been. And you have been with Putin until the end.

Today it is not known where much of the money is, but it is suspected. Not a day goes by without new revelations of brutal corruption pointing to the PSOE, the government and even Sánchez's wife, with corrupt connections to countries of narco-communist dictatorships that maintain privileged relations with Sánchez's extremist government. The greatest guarantee that European funds will not be denied, as hitherto, due to ideological arbitrariness, to countries such as Hungary and Poland, or given to favorites such as Sanchez, who, in addition to being an enemy of freedom, rules sunk in the corruption of his government and his party, is that von der Leyen will go home.

Madam President, we see here again the summit of hypocrisy regarding Cuba, saying that we do regret ordinary prisoners, but we must talk a lot about the blockade. There's no blockage.
