Mr President, Commissioner, the regularisation of Sanchez is a real barbarity and an attack on the Spanish nation. There have been others perhaps worse. We have had a Mrs Merkel, who began the systematic destruction of what is Europe and European security, German security then. This regularization now announced by the socialist and communist government of Spain is another attack. Beset by corruption, Sanchez is today capable of everything so as not to lose power. Calling for integration and inclusion of Islamist forces is nonsense. You are afraid and want censorship precisely to entrench yourself. That supposed democratic shield is a bunker against the truth, which is already its greatest enemy.

Madam President, it is one year since the tragedy, the flood, of those 230 - or the dead that were. Neither the national government of the PSOE nor the regional Popular Party warned before the catastrophe, and Sánchez did not allow, for several days, aid to reach destroyed villages. Today it is known that the dead would have been avoided if some simple works had been undertaken in a series of ravines, but they had been paralyzed by the Ministry of a lady known here, Teresa Ribera, that socialist of lethal effects for her ideological fanaticism. Europe is weaker, poorer, more insecure, more ineffective, more vulnerable and much less free. You failed in three ministries in Germany and here you have already reached the height of your failure. It only causes problems: for his arrogance, for his inability, for his lack of transparency, to put it mildly, for his threats to all dissent, as he has done today, announcing, in addition, independent media with money from the Commission, the whole propaganda apparatus that he has to hide the subsidies that NGOs receive for all this ideological propaganda. We are sunk by the slab of the European Green Deal, we are destroyed by the Muslim invasion that Mrs Merkel launched and that is still here, continues and that will make us, at some point, have to fight as Israel is fighting. Hopefully – despite all their slander against Israel – we Europeans will find the courage and determination to defend our civilization and our society as Israel is doing.

Madam President, I love socialists evoking Churchill... Now I'm going to tell you. Mr President, I very much agree with the People's Party that we have here the representatives of a criminal organisation and a criminal government. Definitely. But you voted everything with them today, including to make the umpteenth harassment of Hungary with the resolution on the Commission's rule of law report. Spain as a whole has heard from the three closest collaborators of the head of Government Sánchez how they talk about their robberies, bribes, illegal commissions and prostitutes employed in public companies. It is the underworld, with the Sanchez family, that is adding cases of corruption, one after another. And more recordings arrive – more have arrived today – involving more ministers. So this just started. It is already evident that the PSOE is a criminal organization that has kidnapped the Government of Spain. Sanchez and his environment are like the dictator Maduro: Only power prevents them from going to prison. Therefore, from now on they will be able to do everything. Sanchez has kidnapped the prosecutor's office, the lawyer's office, corrupted the media, persecuted journalists, judges and prosecutors. Thanks to the Popular Party, Sánchez controls the Constitutional Court to amnesty his own criminals and allies. The rule of law in Spain, already in ruins, hangs by a thread. The Bolaños law against judicial independence may be the end, the coup d'état. And all of you and von der Leyen have continued to make the alliance there, with the whole left, against the will expressed in the elections.

Madam President, Hungary is probably one of the safest countries in Europe for homosexuals. It is one of the countries where there are no beatings, such as the beatings that occur in France, that occur in Spain, that occur in Germany, that occur in many places where the police recommend that there be no signs of affection among homosexuals because something may happen to them before that immigration that has made the neighborhoods unlivable and Islamist Muslim neighborhoods. That is not a problem in Hungary – that there are homosexuals, that they have their spaces, and so on. The problem is when you – and that is why the left in Europe is going to disappear sooner rather than later – are looking for elements of marginalisation in order to elevate them to the social canon of cultural Europe, and that is intolerable for any country that wants to have healthy growth and that wants to have a balanced education and children.

Mr. President, you happen to be upset and scandalized by transparency, for God's sake. Now, there is a scandal about the willingness of the waning majority in this Parliament to interfere in Hungary: People, socialists, communists and greens, who are the same and vote the same. With foreign money, they try to overthrow the only really conservative and sovereign government in Europe, as they did in Poland two years ago. To end Hungary's sovereignty, its favorite weapon is NGOs. Masses of European public money go to Hungarian NGOs, which are not Hungarian, but are directed and financed from Berlin, Brussels, Paris or the United States. Millions were injected into NGOs in the 2022 elections and it was useless. And now, with a popular socialist puppet like Donald Tusk, who is Péter Magyar, they believe that by infesting NGOs with money they will have an obedient boy in Budapest. The Hungarian government wants transparency in NGOs because it wants the fate of Hungary to be decided by the Hungarians. And I very much agree with that.

Madam President, I hope you will be as generous with me over time as with this lady. Less hypocrisy, because what we're seeing is what they want: an Israel that cannot be defended. That's what they're looking for. This Parliament will today play bottom in its moral drift with a debate that is not going to be about Gaza but against Israel, of course. There they have Macron and Starmer arguing with Pedro Sanchez for the position of best ally of the terrorists, the Islamists of Hamas, who are the only genocidal ones. It is the reflection of a hypocritical Europe whose freedom eighty years ago began after the deaths of men, women and children in a razed Germany, because it was necessary. Then, as now, crime had to be removed from its lair, the heart of evil, which is Hamas. They've had time. They could have made the pressures on Hamas that they are now making on Israel, because it would have handed over the hostages, the tunnels and the weapons, and Gaza would not be as it is at the moment. This European assault in favor of Islamist terrorism against the only democracy that is there and that defends itself is all based on data that are all from Hamas. The data, the images, etc., are all from Hamas. You're doing the terrorist narrative here. It's an embarrassment.

Mr President, thank you. It would be as follows: 'Is deeply concerned about the increasing levels of attacks, coercion, discrimination, harassment, violence and repression against religious freedom as a global phenomenon under CCP rule in Tibet; in particular, condemns in the strongest possible terms the persecution against Christians, the most persecuted religious group in the world.'

Mr President, eighty years ago the military defeat of German National Socialism closed one of the most monstrous pages in the history of humanity, generated, remember, in Europe and by Europe. Communism murdered more than a hundred million, it is still alive and present today and it is also here in this room. Because on May 8, one part of Europe was liberated, but, in the other, only one tyranny was exchanged for the other. Communism was transformed and, if in Russia we have an aggressor and criminal oligarchy, today in the West we have it disguised as social engineering, collectivist egalitarianism, socialism that pursues the same ends. In honor of so many millions of victims, we defend freedom and truth, the supreme weapons against redemptive, totalitarian and always criminal ideologies.

Madam President, Madam High Representative, I really don't know who wrote you the paper on Cuba, but it is certainly embarrassing to hear it after what is happening. The European Union, whose leaders always fill their mouths with moral superiority and lessons from the rest of the world, has many corpses in its closet, but few infamies are greater than those committed by the European Union against the people of Cuba, who have suffered a relentless communist dictatorship for sixty-five years. The complicity of European democracies with this bestial tyranny is one of the most sinister and shameful chapters of foreign policy. And it looks like they want to continue it. It seems that they want to continue as Mr. Borrell, who acted more as ambassador of Cuba than as representative of twenty-seven democracies. The so-called EU-Cuba Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement is part of that disgrace. To our shame, it was two presidents of the Government of Spain – Zapatero and Rajoy, a socialist and a popular – who orchestrated and allowed this Agreement, which is nothing more than a financing pact for a criminal communist dictatorship in exchange for nothing, for absolutely nothing. That has been the Spanish bipartisanship, friend of the longest and most ruthless dictatorship in Hispanic America. The European Union has financed and continues to finance the privileges of the communist mafia, as well as the brutal repression that has left a record of tens of thousands of murdered, thousands of political prisoners and tortured. Enough of this infamy, we suspend this agreement, as this Parliament decided five years ago.

Mr. President, I remember when the Socialists still called Radio Free Europe and the Voice of America provocation. Trump's arrival at the White House has not pleased either the Commission or the dwindling majority in this Parliament. Their way of ending the abuse of public money to make ideological propaganda they like much less. And now they intend to use European public money to continue making propaganda Woke, in which the United States spent billions since Obama's nefarious time. I knew the greatness of Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty and the Voice of America when I was a correspondent behind the Iron Curtain. Large stations to combat communism, but not to promote it, not to spread anti-national propaganda of gender ideology and other toxic products of progressivism, socialism and communism. Let's see, what lessons are we going to give of human rights now, to the world when governments and the Commission are already systematically strangling freedom of expression, when they censor and impose cordons of harassment on democratic parties that denounce the failure of their policy that makes us increasingly poorer and less free, when they congratulate themselves on disabling the favorites of the elections as disabling in Venezuela but now in Bucharest and Paris - and who knows where the next one will be - when they finance the criminal dictatorship of Cuba, when they pay NGOs that traffic in illegals and destroy European security, when the embassies of the European Union have supported narco-communist candidates in Ibero-America who today have hundreds of political prisoners? Mrs Kallas, how many times have you spoken about the political prisoners of Ibero-America? How many times in the last six months have you talked, for example, about Jeanine Áñez in Bolivia, who did a work on union in the European Union? And we have no reaction from you. We have lost all the credibility of the European Union and we will not recover it.
