The final vote is on the multilateral negotiations in view of the WTO’s 14th Ministerial Conference in Yaoundé, 26 to 29 March 2026 (see minutes, item 9.7).

The next vote is on package travel and linked travel arrangements: make the protection of travellers more effective and simplify and clarify certain aspects (see minutes, item 9.5).

The next vote is on the calculation of emission credits for heavy-duty vehicles for the reporting periods of the years 2025 to 2029 (see minutes, item 9.4).

The first vote is on human trafficking and grave human rights violations linked to the recruitment of non-Russian nationals, in particular from Africa, for Russia's war of aggression in Ukraine (see minutes, item 9.1).

The LIBE Committee has decided to enter into interinstitutional negotiations pursuant to Rule 72(1) of the Rules of Procedure. The report, which constitutes the mandate for the negotiations, is available on the plenary web page, and the title will be published in the minutes of the sitting. Pursuant to Rule 72(2), Members or political groups reaching at least the medium threshold may request in writing by tomorrow, Friday 13 March at midnight, that the decision be put to the vote. If no request for a vote in Parliament is made before the deadline expires, the committee may start the negotiations.
