I have received from the Council its position at first reading on the following three files: plants obtained by certain new genomic techniques, production and marketing of forest reproductive material and use of railway infrastructure capacity in the single European railway area. I have also received the reasons that led to their adoption and the positions and positions of the Commission. The full titles of the files will be published in the minutes of today's sitting. The three-month period available to Parliament to adopt its positions will start tomorrow 1 May.
