This year marks 1 000 years of the Kingdom of Poland, during which time we have built the greatest states with the greatest freedom – religious and political freedom – and the first constitution in Europe. We have everything we need, but we have one problem... ...the prime minister of the imposter. Exactly the same as you beautifully tells about everything And all that he said, together with you does exactly the opposite. Now listen to the specifics. Well, yes – he talks about independence from Russia, and last week it turned out that he bought Russian gas for 26 million in Warsaw and downloaded Gazprom's partner from the sanctions list after a fictitious transaction for 3 zlotys. He speaks about security and defending borders against migration, and he implements the migration pact with you and builds 49 centres for illegal migrants in Poland, in order to make the last safe place in Europe your shape and your likeness. And yet he brazenly says that he warned about it. I checked the vote in the previous term of the European Parliament. Well, you, Donald Tusk's party, demanded sanctions against Poland for defending its own borders against migration. This is shame and disgrace. He talks about innovation in the European Union, and he has blown up outstanding teams dealing with artificial intelligence and the design of a third-generation nuclear reactor, the only one of its kind in Europe. He talks about respect for freedom, and he has prepared a bill that his official will be able to remove any content from the Internet exactly like the Communists in China. He never allowed the only major news station in Poland to attend his press conference. And they're totally talking about how to strip her of her license. To this young man who criticized them for their inability to help the flood victims, they just came in the morning and arrested him. That's how much he loves the freedom he's been talking about. Ladies and gentlemen, he is talking about the competitiveness of the economy, and he is implementing with you this stupid green ideology that has caused us to have the highest energy prices in Europe. For this, he does not have the courage to do the same as Slovakia, for example, and say: We'll suspend ETS2. Not only to speak beautifully, but to use the Polish Presidency to do something good for Poles and for Europeans. Finally, he talks about the rule of law, that is, a state based on the law. And you need to hear it. He's the one who wiped his shoes right now. He spoke beautifully, ladies and gentlemen, about the need for unity. Do you want to see what this unity looks like in Poland? Well, for the sake of political competition, he announced Nuremberg – these are his exact words – that is, the hanging of the Nazis. He then took over the prosecutor's office by force. In the Polish system, it is so that the president's consent is needed to change the national prosecutor. But he didn't care at all. He didn't even ask the president, he just used force. He did the same with the public media. The Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court ordered the Prime Minister to reinstate the legal state prosecutor. But he ignored those sentences at all. And now I'm going to quote him: “We will commit acts that, according to some legal authorities, will be inconsistent or not entirely in accordance with the provisions of the law.” And further on: "However, I will do so in full knowledge that not all of them will meet the rule of law criterion." End of quote. I wanted to ask you: Do you know the second prime minister in Europe who says he is breaking the law and will continue to do so? So it's like this: Arrest people without upholding their right to a fair trial. Ignore the immunities. Two deputies were arrested in the Presidential Palace. He did the same with a Member of Parliament who had the immunity of the Council of Europe. The last person to do so was Vladimir Putin. He abused the ladies he arrested to force his opponents to testify. He has never given unpunished women the status of ‘dangerous’, just like terrorists. And the gentlemen undressed them and watched them bathe. This, ladies and gentlemen, is a disgrace. And this was confirmed in a special report by the ombudsman. I want to ask you, where are the women's rights defenders now? In Poland, parties are financed by money from the budget. The Prime Minister took all the money from his main competition, so in the presidential election it will be like this: his party will get about 50 million, and the competition, which is greater than him exactly nothing. That's how he treats the equality he talked about. The court ruled that he had broken the law and ordered him to pay the opposition money. But he says he won't do it, and he disregards court rulings. And in general, his rule is a daily crime chronicle. And, of course, this abuse of power, non-compliance with the law and non-compliance with court judgments does not prevent him from dressing as a lawman every day. He learned it exactly here from Mr Reynders, who, as it turned out today, went to launder money in the morning to teach Poland how to comply with the law in the afternoon. So, ladies and gentlemen, let's be clear: The European Union has no competence in this matter. I don't expect any intervention. I just want people to know what hypocrites you are. I want them to hear about double standards...

Of course it does matter. However, from my perspective it is important if you have clear evidence, because I don't see this kind of evidence. What I see is that you like censorship. You don't like the internet because in the internet we still have some kind of freedom – That's why you don't like the internet. In your media, leftist media, you can do whatever you want; on the internet it's more difficult. So that's why you try to cancel the election.

Madam President, I need to admit, Georgescu is a candidate I would never vote for. However, just because we don't like him is not a reason to cancel elections. What exactly are you accusing him of? Let's read: that he hired an agency to help him share content online. Let anyone whose group has never done this raise their hand. Just like I thought. Or that an algorithm on TikTok promoted the candidate. Have you forgotten how Facebook algorithms promote your content while blocking the right-wing content? In fact, if you were to cancel elections based on support of specific media that are in Europe 80 % leftist, then we should cancel almost all governments in Europe. Finally, you say because he had help from outside, putting aside the fact that there is no evidence for this. Have you forgotten how you illegally engage in elections in Poland and other countries to support your candidate? You even went so far to illegally block European funds to support your candidates. And you want to hold others accountable for interfering in national elections? Come on. It is preposterous! The truth is different. It doesn't matter how many times you repeat the word 'democracy' in every possible way. You hate democracy. You hate people. You hate dissenting views. You hate freedom and you love tyranny. That's why this is the fight for something much greater. This is the fight for European citizens' freedom. And we must stop it.

Madam President, thank you very much. You are talking today about hybrid threats to our borders, but you are the biggest threat to the borders of the European Union. First, you invited migrants here and irretrievably destroyed the peaceful and secure lives of Europeans. Then, when Poland defended itself against the hybrid attack of Putin and Lukashenko, instead of defending the borders of the European Union, you attacked those who defended those borders, and that was one of the reasons why Poland was sanctioned by you. Every now and then in this Parliament, I have seen some exhibitions, debates, speeches saying that it is wrong to defend the borders of the European Union – this is how you encouraged Putin to attack again and today we cannot get out of it. What's more, you dismissed the head of Frontex, who wanted to help Poland and defend its borders, because he did not want to accept any leftist ideologues into his institution. Remember when you defended Rubcow? And now Putin personally welcomed him to the exchange of agents on the tarmac of his airport. So it is none other than you who have created the problem that you are fighting so heroically today. So if I see a threat somewhere, it's in your short-sightedness, stupidity and ideological insecurities.

I want to stress that the Union has no competence in this area, but since you are already talking about organised crime, I want to tell you about one of the most dangerous gangs: A gang of smiling people. Well, they gained power illegally, blocking people's money during the most difficult times of the outbreak of the war in Ukraine and covid, getting along with external force to blackmail society. Then they violently took over state institutions, the media, the prosecutor's office, now the courts and use them for gangster scores. Smiles are sick too. They suffer from the same disease as in the Kremlin. Namely, they see Nazis everywhere and everyone whom they consider to be a Nazi is to be denazified. They also have a recognizable sign. Their trademark is 8 stars. Stars, because it is a vulgar slogan, characteristic of riffraff and criminal groups. If you are wondering how it is even possible that such a gang operates in the 21st century, then I answer: He has strong confidants. If you ask a question: where? Then take a look at the first rows here and it would be best if you took your phones, opened your mirrors and looked into them.

Madam President, I think that this is a very good point. However, Miss Hayer is representing a group which is part of the government in Poland. And they did exactly the same in Poland! The biggest group in Parliament in Poland, Law and Justice, has exactly zero members in the Presidium of the Parliament of Poland. You are doing exactly what you are accusing your opponent of. So first change your activities, and then try to assess others.

Mr President, thank you very much. It's great that you talk about hate, but if you're looking for it, it's probably worth looking in your own backyard, to Tusk. Well, he, using the terminology of Hitler's time, announced that he would make Nuremberg his competitors. His party organized a campus where it was sung that millions of people with whom he disagreed should be destroyed and expelled from the country. It was fortified by institutions that had terms of office guaranteeing their independence. He arrests opposition MPs without respecting international immunities. That was the last time Putin did it. He sent police with guns to inconvenient judges and now threatens to imprison the president of the Supreme Court. He does not execute the judgments of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, and he has made it quite clear that he has broken the law and will continue to do so. He does exactly what the boss of every criminal group does, who feels the impunity, the impunity that you guarantee him. And to be clear, I do not expect you to do anything about it, because you have no competence in this matter. On the other hand, I would like the whole world to hear about these double standards and the filth for which you share responsibility.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Well, let's recreate the cycle of your thinking according to this migration pact. First, you threw out the provisions on readmission, i.e. the detention of migrants in their places of residence. Then you cut down on the records of the fight against human traffickers. Then you write only about the obligations of the Union towards migrants, not migrants towards our community. Then you entered forced relocation to countries such as Poland or paying migration tax, 20,000 euros from an immigrant. What did you really do? In fact, you sent a love letter to human traffickers to push as many people into the sea as possible, because you know that they will be accepted anyway without any criteria. What will be the effects? First of all, you will stuff money into smugglers, people will drown, you will create problems in Europe, you will get money out of countries like Poland, and you will not solve any problem. None of them. So it's time for a radical change in the next election. Do not vote for the centre-left, vote for the traditional Europe. We will take back these documents and the Green Deal.

Mr President, thank you very much. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Mr President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. We have another report on breaches of the rule of law. And you have tabled amendments to it about positive changes in Poland. And I would like you all to hear now what positive changes are being introduced in Poland, because in the future they may affect all of you. Public media authorities in Poland had a legally guaranteed term of office. Tusk, however, did not want to wait and forcibly seized the public media without any legal basis and expelled almost all employees, including a pregnant and disabled woman. And he had the buildings surrounded by police. For the whole action, his minister used forged notarial deeds, and the prosecutor who detected it was demoted. Meanwhile, the illegality of Tusk's actions was confirmed by the courts and the Constitutional Tribunal. Tusk and his people did not comply with any of the judgments, and his minister considered the Court’s decision to be – I quote – ‘non-existent’, because – I quote – ‘does not meet the criteria of relevance’. So the real lawyers and those people who shouted about the independence of the courts must have a bit of a gamble when they hear that the minister's message of significance is higher than the laws and the constitution. In addition, Justice Minister Bodnar fires almost one judge every day. And the question is, did you really want that independence? In addition, Tusk's people a moment later took on the role of a national prosecutor. They can't dismiss him without the president's permission, so they took his cabinet by force. And he and his deputies turned off the cards and did not let them into the buildings. And you're probably wondering why he's doing all this? A moment later it turned out. His men twisted the case of the Speaker of the Senate from Tusk, to whom 250 people testified that he demanded a bribe from them. 250 people. Do you know of a similar case in the history of the European Union? And you think that these changes are good and law-abiding. Politics is perverse. I want to tell you all. And be careful that someone doesn't do this to you here in the European Parliament one day. The buildings were occupied by force. He turned the cards off. He said the press releases were higher than the law. And one more thing. I don't expect any intervention from you. You don't have that right now. You haven't had one before. But I want the world to hear about your hypocrisy.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Again, we are talking about the persecution of Muslims, and of course, any persecution is wrong. However, Muslims are often preferred by you, brought to Europe, given social benefits and given housing, and there are cases where Europeans are expelled. Recently, a 77-year-old Würzburg resident experienced this, her apartment was given to immigrants. Why are you talking again about Muslims and not about the most persecuted religion in the world, namely Christianity? According to the Global Persecution Index, 360 million Christians are currently victims of persecution around the world. Most often they are persecuted by followers of Islam, and somehow it is difficult to find such a situation in reverse. And it will be the same if they become the majority in Europe. The key question is this: Why, then, do you care more about the militant religion of Sharia than about your own religion of love, which has created the strength and uniqueness of this continent? You often talk about women's rights. Compare the rights of women in Islam and the rights of women in civilizations built on the Christian religion. Compare these rights. Therefore, the fact that you consciously speak of persecution again, point to Muslims and ignore Christianity, is also symbolic. And it's time to put an end to it.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. You have prepared new taxes for Europeans and you do not even hide that it is because you are unable to service the debts from the previous NRRP, which, as we warned, turned out to be much more expensive. Why more expensive? Because your investments in the green transition are making our economy less competitive, making people's lives more difficult and more expensive. And the worst part is that most of the costs of these new taxes are to be paid by countries like Poland, which you are forcing on this green transition. Because your Tusk agrees to everything. The upcoming elections are therefore an opportunity for all Europeans to reject this green, insane ideology that makes us increasingly vulnerable and other continents economically fleeing us. This is a huge opportunity that Europeans must finally seize.

I am, of course, very sorry for what has happened and I am truly very sorry for the situation in which your family finds itself. But please remember that this television you are talking about has now turned to the other side, and other televisions, the vast majority in our country, are sowing hatred against us. And it just so happens that, for example, one of your supporters wanted to murder my family. Fortunately, he was arrested by the police and found himself in prison. And now you have to ask the following question: Do you think that if someone sows hatred for you, it is bad, but it is already possible to sow hatred for us? I don't agree with that. I would rather hate not be our common language at all. That is why it is very important that we protect freedom of speech.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. According to this anti-hate speech project, you want to imprison your enemies. For what? For example, we read: Criticism of illegal immigration and LGBTQ communities. That is, as I understand it, if now a citizen of the European Union reads the police data, which shows that migrants commit more crimes, he will go to prison. Or how will another citizen, in accordance with his right to freedom of religion, common sense and scientific knowledge in biology, find that there are only two sexes, and not, as you think, 256, then what? To prison, too? You are the heirs of communist ideologies and, like them, you use beautiful slogans, but you only dream of destroying freedom. Herbert Marcuse, your favorite ideologue, wrote directly in Repressive Tolerance about what you are hiding in this document. Let's quote him now: A liberating tolerance would therefore mean intolerance towards the right and tolerance for left-wing movements. So you want to intimidate, terrorise everyone – not for freedom, but because you hate freedom and want censorship. And there will never be an agreement. Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. This project is another attempt to take power away from the Member States and give it to bodies such as the European Commission. And the funny thing about all this is that you say you're doing it in the name of democracy. So democracy, in your opinion, is to take power away from people at the state level, where, by the way, voter turnout is much higher than here, and give that power to bodies like the European Commission, that is, bodies without any democratic legitimacy. As a result, there will be less and less democracy. I think the leaders of the Soviet Union would be proud of your logic. Moreover, the European Union is not a state, it has only those competences that have been transferred to it by the states. So they are the masters of treaties, and you put everything on your head. You are turning a sovereign, which is a state, into a petty objector to the European bureaucracy. And this is not a democratic system, this is an oligarchic system that you want to build, and we will never allow it.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Well, I have good news, because Poland has just received funds from the recovery fund. So far, they have been blocked, because you have all said that you need to change the judicial laws, that you need to change the laws in the National Council of the Judiciary. And suddenly it turned out that no law was changed and the money was unlocked. So what, ladies and gentlemen? What was it about? It was about what was going on with Hungary. It was illegal political blackmail using your political power, violating all the principles of the rule of law, to force a change of power. And what you are doing is a real violation of the rule of law. Because we all know that in Hungary there is no solution in the judiciary that does not exist in another country of the European Union. What you're doing is breaking the law. And I'm sure sooner or later you'll be held accountable for that. Because if you use such an argument, as you use here, that it is about cooperation with Russia, we all know very well that in the first place Germany, France or the Netherlands would get a life sentence for it. This is not about any rule of law. The point is that you are bothered by the conservative government in Hungary.

Mr President, thank you very much. Stop pretending that you care about the good of Europe. This draft treaty is made according to the mouth. 7 of the German Coalition Agreement. Namely, a European state is to be created, because, as we read there, Germany must take greater responsibility for Europe. I will remind you that every time Germany wanted to take more responsibility for Europe, it ended up being a disaster for Europe and for them. And today, you're on paved paths. Previous catastrophes always began with the ideology of fighting against Christianity, nation states and the family. And what do we have in this treaty besides the reference to the Communist Manifesto, which in itself is a disgrace? We have this: instead of Christianity, the mass immigration of Sharia, the liquidation of nation-states and the replacement of the family by the word gender. You learn nothing from history. You are leading Europe to another catastrophe. Every year you make Europe weaker militarily, economically and identityally, and you propose exactly more of what has brought us to this place. Stop this madness.

Mr President, thank you very much. Commissioner, thank you very much. Let's face it, what are the effects of your migration policy so far? Data from your countries: in 2021, one in two perpetrators of sexual aggression in Spain is a foreigner, and one in five comes from Africa. In Germany, an immigrant from Afghanistan and Pakistan is eight times more likely to be involved in the murder than a native German. In Germany twenty times, in Italy seventeen times, and in Spain fourteen times more likely to be suspected of a crime is an Algerian than a native of these countries. According to a 2016 survey, 72% of French Muslims want Sharia. And you are now proposing even more with Tusk and the PSL, even though the people of Europe do not want it. They just want to stop illegal migration. So you have to ask yourself: Why are you pushing this project? Because it is an ideological project aimed at destroying our civilization, Christianity, nation states and gaining certain votes for the left and liberals. All the people of Europe are to pay for your obsession with security. I have one last message for you: The Poles in the referendum will stop your migration pact!

You've invited millions of illegal migrants here. As it turned out, the German government finances boats with these illegal immigrants, and the partner of one of the Bundestag MPs earns from it. What are the effects of both methods? The results of our method – here you go: According to your statistics, Poland is one of the safest countries in the European Union. And your effects? The effects of your method? Hundreds of dead people, exploding bombs, assassinations, gang wars, an unprecedented number of rapes, including on little girls, trauma for women for life. And that's your responsibility. The army is needed on the streets of France and Sweden, because the usual ways no longer cope with immigration gangs. And you dare to accuse Poland. You just feel the contrast. Poland is your remorse, a monument, proof that it can be safe. And proof of how you betrayed your own people. And that's why you need Tusk. He's supposed to blur that contrast. But we will not allow it. Poland will lead a rational Europe and in a referendum will overthrow your migration system, and other countries will follow.

So I just would like to ask you, Tineke, because you said that there is an issue in Poland with the National Judicial Council, do you know what exactly Poland changed in Judicial National Council?

Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. You have prepared a report that is proof of the lack of the rule of law, the corruption of the Union, going beyond the Treaties, the abuse of power to change disliked governments, that is, the destruction of democracy. You do not brag here about the funding of organizations involved in the Qatar scandal or the lack of independence of the CJEU, blocking the debate about joint events and hunting of judges and politicians. According to you, the rule of law is the Netherlands, where the hypocrite government was shooting at its own farmers. The rule of law is France, which has just censored the Internet and sent services to an old woman who wrote something bad for the president. Finally, the rule of law is Germany, where you have just repeated elections because of abuse. Anti-Semitism is on the rise, and politicians choose their own judges and become judges themselves. And now you want to resettle immigrants to Poland against their will, even though you invited them. They're the only ones who don't want to be in Poland. So within the framework of the rule of law, we're supposed to keep them here and set up camps for them. So let's just say to ourselves: The Germans have not yet paid Poland for the previous camps, and now they are ordering us to build new camps. And that is the rule of law. This is the observance of human rights. This is the way to nowhere.

Mr President, thank you very much. I question the entire migration pact. In all official resolutions, statements, you write that welcoming migrants is great, that this policy enriches. Is that right? Then why do you want to get rid of them now, these great people, and push them into countries that don't want to? The answer is simple: Because you're lying about this from morning to night. You know that's not great at all? But more rape, more crime, more security spending, more unemployment. You talk about human rights – and we hear you. And you want to forcibly take people, e.g. from Germany, and transport them to Poland, where they do not want to be. And we have to build some prisons for them so that they don't run back to Germany. And these are the human rights – keeping people by force against their will? In addition, if Poland does not accept a migrant, you have to pay about PLN 100,000 for every migrant from Africa, and you have paid about EUR 100 for real refugees from Ukraine. Then how did you value Ukrainians, real war refugees, less than African migrants? What is it if not racism? I call for repentance.
