Mr President! The European External Action Service should therefore be given more powers. This means, first and foremost, more money and fewer rights for the Member States, although the EEAS's record so far is truly a testament to poverty. On the question of the fate of our continent, mass migration, the EEAS has failed across the board. Although a large proportion of illegal migrants come from Africa, only four African countries have negotiated return agreements so far, and they are not even legally binding. This is a total diplomatic failure. Of course, the partner states completely ignore the agreement. Speaking of total diplomatic failure: The main objective of EU foreign policy is peacekeeping. I can't see anything about that in the Ukraine war, on the contrary. This report will not lead to an improvement in these problems, but will create even more overpaid care posts with incompetent ideologues. This report should therefore be rejected in its entirety.

Madam President, Non-governmental organisations are always positively represented in the media, but this has little to do with reality. The corruption scandal here in this House was only made possible by NGOs, which, by the way, were funded by the EU. This allowed mafia structures to be established. Especially some socialists here in the house have accepted sacks of cash from states that support Islamist terror. The fact that NGOs generally do not act in the service of society, but predominantly spread left-wing ideology and enrich themselves at the expense of taxpayers, is proven by numerous examples: In the Mediterranean, NGOs act as criminal traffickers to enforce their ideology of open borders. For this, they are even supported and courted by the Commission, although surveys clearly show that the population rejects uncontrolled illegal mass migration. The so-called climate glues terrorize the working population in Germany, block rescue services. Penalties cannot impress them because they receive generous support from the heirs of American oil billionaires. Even the German government supports the climate extremists, although the majority of the population rejects it. And the European Commission is no better either; This is not only evident in the current corruption case. The EU migration pact explicitly highlighted the influence of asylum-friendly NGOs. At the same time, thousands of critical comments from European citizens were not taken into account. How can it be that non-elected NGOs exert a greater influence than the population, even though the majority of citizens reject the ideology of NGOs? What does this have to do with democracy? The state-funded support of NGOs is generally abolished because left-wing governments in particular tend to support only NGOs that are acceptable to them. Left-wing NGOs thus receive the subsidies that conservative and right-wing NGOs are denied. Funding from abroad must also be banned in order to protect citizens from the ideology of NGOs, which they mostly reject.

Madam President, Despite all sanctions, the Russian economy continues to grow unabated, at least faster than the German economy, according to the IMF. Our citizens, on the other hand, are impoverished due to high energy prices and inflation. Nevertheless, an extension of the sanctions is called for, although almost only China, Turkey and of course the USA benefit from it. How resistant are we to learning in this Parliament? In April 2022, Zelenskyy broke the negotiations with Russia after the arms deliveries were assured. The result is tens of thousands of senselessly killed soldiers and civilians. Thousands of villages and cities have simply been wiped out, and no serious war watcher still sees a realistic chance for a Ukrainian victory. Nevertheless, you all want to expand arms deliveries here. Are tens of thousands of dead people not enough for you? I call on you and the governments of the EU countries to leave this obvious error and finally accept that we are dealing with a different reality here than we see here in Parliament. Let's end this unworthy death!

Madam President, In the failed coup attempt in Turkey in 2016, the prosecutor's office assumes the participation of 8,000 soldiers with 35 fighter aircraft, 37 helicopters, 74 tanks and 246 armored vehicles. If only the putschists had taken an example of the Reich citizens in Germany! Here, according to the official reading, a few dozen, mostly with crossbows and old long arms, have put the whole democracy and our system in danger. 3000 police officers were needed to prevent this threat to democracy. An impressive media production that was supposed to support the narrative of danger from the right, but which, after a brief analysis, collapsed like a house of cards. Even primeval rock Otto Schily of the SPD sees no danger to democracy from this casperlet force. There are, however, countless examples of how our democratic system is being bombarded: an EU that does not want to investigate the attack on Nord Stream 2 because the perpetrator is presumably the wrong one; a governing party demonstrating side by side with climate extremists throwing paving stones and Molotov cocktails at police, calling for a coup to the socialism system; a migration policy that constantly leads to massive migrant violence; a coronavirus policy that discriminated against millions of unvaccinated science deniers and the instrumentalisation of state institutions to fight the opposition.

Madam President, I expressly welcome the establishment of a tribunal that condemns the Russian war of aggression and investigates all war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Ukraine, regardless of whether committed by Russians or Ukrainians. However, we do not do ourselves any favours in making these demands at the present time. It's not just anticipating the outcome of the war, which I think is more than optimistic given the current military development. Above all, such a demand in the current situation continues to contribute to the escalation of the crisis and thus complicates a peaceful and diplomatic solution to the war. And that would have to be the goal of all of us to end this unnecessary bloodshed. It is always said that the EU stands for peace. Ladies and gentlemen, it is now up to us to prove it. Let's put this demand back in order to bring it back at the end of the war.

Mr President! No one needs an EU army that would represent the incompetence of the EU in all its facets. For many years, the EU has been trying to introduce precisely this EU army through a common foreign and security policy, thereby undermining the sovereignty of the Member States in another area. Centralisation is all that the EU knows, where it has failed so far in all areas and has failed miserably in all crises. Even worse, however, is the introduction of qualified majority voting in these two reports and the abandonment of the unanimity principle. In the future, therefore, European nations could be outvoted in such important areas as migration and foreign and security policy, contrary to vital national interests. And that you, Mr McAllister, as a German, in this report even demand the permanent renunciation of Nord Stream and thus jeopardize Germany's energy security, should also remind the last in our country of what the CDU is today: It is a disgrace and a disgrace to our country. The reports must, of course, be rejected.

Mr President! Russia is always in the spotlight when it comes to ‘external influence’. Why does no one have a problem with other actors? Why does no one have a problem with the so-called think tanks such as the Atlantikbrücke, in which journalists are a member of virtually all German leading media? Here, influence is exerted on supposedly objective and neutral media. This is a disgrace to democracy and should be banned. Or what about Erdoğan, who built and maintains over 1,800 DITIB mosques in Germany alone? Here he can proclaim his central messages in the mosques and thus directly control the believers. This is covered by the term ‘hybrid warfare’. What about Qatar, which obviously can even buy a vice-president in the EU Parliament with enormous sums of money? The fact that NGOs are also involved in this scandal shows that we also have to investigate their funding. Foreign financing, as in the case of ‘last generation’ climate terrorists, must be prohibited. Anyone who wants to end external influence must investigate all actors in an unbiased manner.

Madam President, Bringing Georgia closer to the EU is another attempt to extend the external borders to Asia. The problems in Europe have not yet been solved. The new expansion project will put even more strain on the forces. There is no land connection to Georgia. For this, an admission would move the EU borders to Russia, Turkey and Azerbaijan. Not only is the potential for conflict with such neighbors enormous. It also opens the door to new migratory flows. Because what Erdoğan and Lukashenka can already do today, others will also try: The EU is blackmailing new migrants. Each additional Member State will make the protection of Schengen borders even more difficult – bad news for the majority of European citizens. Who else besides us stands here for the citizens who elected us? At least not the European Commission. Should Georgia be the next country to collect billions from Brussels? The enlargement process must be stopped or the EU will tear it apart as such.

Mr President! Since 2016, Turkey has conducted three major military operations against Syria. Anyone who has closely followed Erdoğan's actions there knows: The latest airstrikes are the test balloon for a ground offensive. That the Turkish president threatened two days ago with missiles on Athens must therefore get us all the more. Where is the EU's much-vaunted solidarity with a Member State like Greece? Does the Commission give in to blackmail again? Turkey benefits from the deeds and helplessness of a dilettante-led Union. The highly praised values are not worth the paper on which they are written. EU leaders appear to be too busy filling their bank accounts with Qatari bribes. Is there still time to conduct politics in the interests of European nations? Because that can only mean one thing: Erdoğan must be pushed to its limits. His army must be completely withdrawn from Syria, and his Islamist auxiliaries in Idlib are on trial in a Syrian court. In return, we must return to normal relations with Syria and end the useless sanctions that unnecessarily prolong the suffering of civilians. This can not only stabilise the entire region. Millions of Syrians have the opportunity to return to their homeland. A stable Syria is the precondition for peace in the Middle East. And we Europeans will also win in this case.

Mr President, Commissioner! This is now felt to be the one hundredth debate on the situation of women in Afghanistan. Nothing has changed – 20 years of unsuccessful value export. We must finally accept that there are other cultures and value systems. Afghanistan will always be foreign to you. For example, in a 2015 World Bank survey, 80% of Afghan women gave their husbands the right to beat them in cases of misconduct such as contradicting, refusing sex, or going out of the house without permission. The world out there is not a green-red ponyyard. As always, our approach is shaped by our Western perspective and is usually completely counterproductive. For example, Germany wants to take in up to 1,000 Afghans per month, who are particularly at risk because of their struggle for democracy and human rights. Quite apart from the fact that our capacities cannot accommodate these people – these people can bring about a change from within that we cannot. We must finally stop deciding, out of Western arrogance, what is good for Afghanistan, what is good for the rest of the world.

Madam President, Legalising illegal migration, as requested here for Libya, is by no means a solution – on the contrary, the migration problem is only exacerbated further. There would be a simple solution, which I would like to explain briefly. Firstly: The private sea rescue, this extended arm of the tugboats, simply prohibit. Secondly: Temporarily establish a state maritime rescue service that brings every migrant back to their place of origin. Thirdly: from there safe repatriation to the home countries. Fourthly: In addition, massive campaigns in the countries of origin to show that the trip is not worthwhile. Fifth: Set up on-site centres where asylum applications can be made on a regular basis. The advantages are obvious: The number of deaths of migrants is reduced to zero, the welfare state is massively relieved, crime is reduced, there are fewer murders, rapes and attacks. And Africa is finally being made to deal with the self-inflicted problem of population growth. Contrary to your plans, my proposal would be a win-win for all sides.

Madam President, We are constantly talking about the planned accession of the Balkan countries to the EU. And every time I have to state that not a single one of these states even barely meets the necessary criteria for admission. The Balkans are still the main route for illegal migration. Most illegal weapons still enter the EU via these countries. They are still highly corrupt. Even the European Commission itself confirms this – I quote: “It remains difficult to meet and maintain democratic standards in the Western Balkans”. This is despite the fact that the EU has invested over €21 billion in support of these countries since 2000. Now another 14 billion are to be added. It's time to finally admit the failure, end the admissions process once and for all, and use the taxpayers' money in this biggest economic crisis for those who generate it: for the European citizen.

Mr President! In Austria, 75,000 illegal migrants were apprehended this year. That's as many as in the years 2017 to 2021. More than 150,000 asylum applications have already been lodged in Germany by the end of September. At the same time, the reception capacities of the seven and a half million Ukrainians in Europe – about one million in Germany alone – are already completely overloaded. In the district of Fürstenfeldbruck in Bavaria, seizures of private real estate are already being examined to accommodate refugees. More obviously, the interests of our own population, which is also becoming increasingly impoverished and impoverished, can no longer be betrayed. The problem is not the border controls in the Schengen area, which the CJEU classifies as illegal, but that we have a border management agency called Frontex, which does everything but effectively protect the external borders. Border protection means: Reject illegal migrants at the border, and they are illegal because they enter from safe countries. I don't blame the migrants. It is we who create disincentives here such as all-round care and so on. This has been evident since 2015, but instead of making fundamental changes in migration policy for the benefit of our citizens, uncontrolled mass immigration continues to be pushed forward. One thing must be clear to everyone: Migration is the fate of Europe. We can rebuild a devastated country, overcome an energy crisis caused by green denial of reality, and also iron out the ECB's mistakes. However, an exchange of population, as it has been rigorously carried out here for years, is irreversible. Therefore, my appeal to all of you: Let's stop this madness – now!

(Start of speech when the microphone is switched off) ... not satisfied with your answer. Because this is not only bordering on naivety, which you mentioned in the beginning in a different context, but this is simply a boycott to do your tasks. This is because you need to ensure that our critical infrastructure is protected. And if that's not the case, you need to name the culprits. And if you do not name them, then you are creating a case here where no one believes the European Union anymore, if you then accuse anyone here. Call the culprits! Tell us what the state of play is, as this can certainly not be satisfactory after three weeks. I would like to ask you again, and I repeat my questions: Is that all you have so far? Is that all you have? This is about massive impairments of the strongest country in Europe.

Mr President, Commissioner! Nord Stream 2 was attacked, causing serious damage that severely affected the energy supply of Europe and, above all, Germany. Sweden, together with Denmark and Germany, wanted to make a commission of inquiry and investigate this process. Sweden has now withdrawn from this and has not disclosed this information here, citing national interests. So this is European solidarity? I don't think so, because I understand something else. Here I get the impression – and not only for me, but for many people – that something should be deliberately suppressed because it does not fit into the narrative that is being spread here. Therefore, my specific question to you: Does the Commission have information on the state of play of the investigation, and if so, what are they? And if not, why not?

Madam President, Access to clean water must by no means be privatised, but this has already happened in many places. Corrupt governments are responsible for making billions in profits for profit-oriented companies on the backs of locals. The solution presented here is, as always, the same: The European taxpayer should play the social welfare office for the world and ensure access to clean water through billions of payments. This will also be helped by an ‘intersectional gender-sensitive approach’. Whatever that means in the context is simply ideological nonsense. Some colleagues seem to have moved far away from reality. We help developing countries by promoting ownership and not by compensating and compensating the failure of their corrupt governments over and over again with billions of European taxpayers' money, even in times when millions of Europeans no longer even have enough money to eat or heat their homes. Ladies and gentlemen, you are all responsible for European citizens and not for the rest of the world. Remember that!

Madam President, Once again, more power is to be given to the Commission, this time in the field of foreign policy. The fact that it only stands out in this area through denial of reality and total failure is obviously not an obstacle, but a reason for self-criticism. Let's look at Syria. For years, the war has been over almost all over the country, yet millions of Syrians are in Europe. And in Turkey, the next wave of migrants is currently forming, because Erdoğan wants to get rid of the Syrians. What does the EU do about it? Nothing, as always. It even encourages this illegal migration, as with this report. Or Afghanistan: Total failure! Border guards: Total failure! Ukraine: Pure failure! In moral self-indulgence, neglect one's own citizens, bring them into existential distress, permanently ruin the economy and destroy prosperity, while giving oneself generously and without the slightest shame a vigorous increase in wages. This is the sad result of giving more power to the Commission. Conclusion: There is no single reason to give the EU more power. There are a thousand reasons not to do it.

Madam President, Some colleagues are only concerned with fact-free defamation of the opposition. It is hardly surprising that we right-wing parties are once again being attacked because we are dragging the numerous violations of democracy by the other parties to the light of the public. We can already see this in the many successful lawsuits of the AfD before the Federal Constitutional Court against the attacks of the old parties on the Basic Law. To denigrate us, the phrase is now extracted from the Putin understander. Dear colleagues, in international politics, relations are usually maintained with all countries, whether or not one agrees with their system and policies. Such an exchange is common in international diplomacy. That doesn't make you an understander or a friend. And unlike you, I speak from experience as a former diplomat. I've lived in dictatorships for nine years, but if you don't know diplomacy, you're driven by emotions. Then they opt for sanctions that are now falling on citizens' feet and ruining the economy in the long term. We, on the other hand, have in mind the well-being of our nation and peaceful coexistence with other countries. If we are accused of this, it says a lot about you. Many of you have already moved far away from the citizens and are paying homage to hypermorality instead of representing the interests of the people who finally elected you. Think about it.

Mr President! The war in Ukraine and thus Putin should be responsible for a global food supply crisis. But this has little to do with the facts: In the three countries most affected by a supply crisis – South Sudan, Somalia and Yemen – war is the problem, but not Ukraine. With Egypt and Indonesia, only two countries with more than 10% are dependent on Ukrainian grain imports, the remaining countries only in the low single-digit percentage range. And these countries could easily be supplied if Ukraine liberated its ports from its own mines. This is just as much part of the unpleasant truth as the fact that Africa could easily feed itself if the population did not continue to grow immeasurably and would not continue to sell fertile farmland to China. This is Africa's responsibility. We would be well advised to finally focus on the facts rather than on maintaining a single Russian enemy image. This is a complex process that is going on here. Then problems would be solved instead of exacerbated.

Mr President! Bosnia and Herzegovina alone has received around 1.5 billion EU aid and support by 2020. Lastly, there were 250 million COVID-aids on top of that. This requires, in particular, the strengthening of democracy and the fight against corruption. In 2007, Bosnia was ranked 84th in the Corruption Index. After the billions in aid, the country ranks 110th. Just like in the case of Greece, Bosnia can do whatever it wants. The money will be transferred anyway, and as a reward, the country now wants to be brought into the EU, even though it is highly corrupt, although it does virtually nothing against the uncontrolled mass migration in the EU over its territory, even though it would be a net recipient for decades. I wonder: Where should the money come from, and why do you actually want to bring a failed country into the EU? The accession process must be terminated immediately. Instead, the money must be used for the benefit of European citizens.

Madam President, 2000 illegal and mostly heavily armed immigrants are storming the border with – I quote the FAZ – ‘great brutality’, and here it is seriously claimed that they have sought international protection. This is a slap in the face for the numerous injured border guards who saw themselves threatened in their lives and defended not only Spain, but all of us here. Did some of them overreact? Maybe. But we should all bear in mind that for the border guards it was about life and death. Opening the borders to illegal and violent migrants is not a solution, but leads to the demise of our nation and our culture. The big problem is and remains the massive overpopulation of Africa, which first leads to this ever-increasing migratory pressure. Africa must finally get this problem under control. We, on the other hand, do not have to take care of things in Africa as a matter of priority, but rather protect our people from being overrun. Only in this way can we ensure the survival of our nation and our culture. Think about these aspects as well.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. Given the worrying developments in Uzbekistan, with at least 18 dead and hundreds injured, I request that Parliament put a debate on this issue on the agenda tomorrow evening. I call on the European Commission and my colleagues to support the negotiations between the parties in order to secure peace in Uzbekistan. I would like the European Commission to support the Member States and other actors in mediation in order to achieve a peaceful and swift settlement of hostilities in Uzbekistan.

Mr President! Even considering making Ukraine the official candidate for EU membership clearly shows how far this House has already strayed from reality. The very concept of the rule of law seems to be a foreign word for the highly corrupt Ukraine. Since 2014, the EU has paid over 17 billion to fight corruption and enforce the rule of law. The result: The country has improved by a proud eight points in the Corruption Index, which translates to 2 billion per point. The German taxpayer pays record taxes, suffers from record inflation. A massive impoverishment threatens. Every cent is now urgently needed in your own country. Citizens must finally be relieved. The fact that billions of taxpayers' money are still being wasted on foreign countries is an absolute impudence and a slap in the face of every EU citizen. And this is the only thing we are all committed to, not the Ukrainian, Moldovan or even the Afghan citizen.

Mr President! The EU wants to make illegal migration legal, as it announced in the EU Migration Pact in September 2020. This time it wants to conclude so-called talent partnerships with highly corrupt countries such as Nigeria, Pakistan and Senegal. As always, the Commission's reasoning is the same. The EU claims that we need migrants to tackle skills shortages and demographic imbalances. This is simply a lie that the Commission repeats over and over again. The facts speak a completely different language. On the one hand, we have well over 13 million unemployed people in the EU, whom we have to put into wages and bread; These are just the official figures. If in the other EU Member States even as many unemployment statistics as since Merkel were falsified, then this number can be easily multiplied. So why is this potential not being exploited? Quite simply: Because education costs money, but the economy prefers to earn more money on the backs of its own population and other countries than to invest in its own unemployed. Politicians also support the economy. It is not for nothing that the Commission explicitly mentions the care sector. Caregivers from patriarchal and archaic cultures, in which the men already refuse to handshake with women, should women now even help with the toilet? Only the Commission can come up with such an excellent idea – simply foreign to the world. More than 12,000 unemployed nurses in Germany show the potential in this sector. However, the working conditions are so bad that no local is willing to be exploited. In addition, there is the science-denying vaccination obligation, which artificially exacerbates the state of emergency. The approach of exploiting foreigners instead, so that one does not have to raise wages, is deeply racist. To make matters worse, the brain drain is added here, which is also promoted here. As always, it follows the same principle as in the sovereign debt crisis: Profits are privatized, losses are socialized. Because the profits, i.e. in this case the few really qualified migrants, are used for the economy, while the losses, i.e. the majority of the just unusable migrants, the unqualified migrants, the welfare state and thus the taxpayer fall to the burden. In Germany, two thirds of Syrians – the skilled workers of 2015 – live on social benefits; For Afghans, it is about 44%. Immigration in this sense is therefore not the solution to the demographic and pension problem, but also exacerbates it. But this is certainly not a phenomenon limited to Germany. According to a study by the University of Amsterdam, the migration there alone between 1995 and 2019 cost a whopping EUR 400 billion. Migrants from African countries incur by far the highest costs for the state budget. And it is precisely from these countries that the Commission now wants to recruit migrants and make illegal migration legal to date. A policy can hardly be more fact-exempt and harmful. The much scolded Hungary shows how to combat the demographic problem through an adequate family policy. The advantages are obvious: The socio-cultural cohesion of society is not endangered by migrants from largely incompatible cultures. And I can also do without terrorist attacks, so-called confused individual perpetrators, a new edition of the Kölner Domplatte and - currently - the violent clashes of Africans on Lake Garda. There is no such thing in Hungary and Poland. Why do you think so? The EU should ensure the continued existence of European peoples and their cultures. With such proposals, however, it does exactly the opposite. Colleagues, reject this madness!

So I am now also relying on many experts, and many are of the opinion that this war will not end as Zelensky would like. This means that Ukraine will no longer be the same as it was before 24 February. We have to face the facts: We simply cannot defeat Russia as a nuclear power. Nor can we push it to such an extent that incalculable measures happen and the situation is exacerbated even further. Russia and Ukraine are two sides of the same coin. I don't take my right and left hand away. These are both corrupt states. Look at the Corruption Index. And last year Ukraine, Zelenskyy was still in the star, in the German newspaper, that he is certainly not in the front line of peace friends here; But today he is the great hero of peace.
