Mr President! Not only today, in my last speech in the European Parliament, I stand here as a free Member of Parliament and not as a representative of the AfD delegation, especially because the occasion is the cowardly and devious drone and missile attack of the terrorist Iranian mullah regime on Israel. But not only the AfD, but also the EU: Europe must understand that Iran's attack on Israel and Putin's attack on Ukraine are only two sides of the same coin. Nevertheless, the willingness to stand with Israel is often only hesitantly pronounced here. Therefore, for me, the EU foreign ministers' commitment to Israel's security can only be described as half-hearted, and it is very disappointing. Mr. Borrell, the epicenter is not Gaza, but the October 7 terrorist attack on Israel. The Iranian Revolutionary Guards are a terrorist organization. Of course, the tightening of sanctions adopted is correct. But if you really want to have a stabilizing effect in the Middle East, you have to support the states that provide aid to Israel in its defense. Commitment to Western values must be worthwhile. And most importantly: It takes firm determination to stop Iran's nuclear program. Nuclear weapons in the hands of these mullahs will sooner or later be directed not only against Israel, but against all of us.

Mr President! The population in Gaza suffers, yes, and certainly many innocents are affected. But Israel has the right, not only the right, but the duty, to ensure that October 7 never repeats itself. 70% of Palestinians supported the terrorist attack after being questioned, and among the cowardly murderers were reported to be many civilians. I don't want the images of cheering Palestinians out of my mind after the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001. Where are the Arab-Muslim brothers on the ground when it comes to the suffering population? Why is Israel criticized for closed border crossings, but not Egypt and Jordan? And what about the humanitarian situation of the hostages, who is their advocate? By the way, an Israel that provided basic services in Gaza for years despite daily rocket terror and attacks. I stand with IsraelAnd we should all do that.

Mr President! It is gratifying that, once again, the Euro 7 standard has allowed majorities to form across factions, which instead of green ideology and visions could at least partially maintain a measure and centre for the car industry and thus ultimately also be consumer-friendly, because it would have been the cars in the low price segment that would have experienced a massive increase in price with the original EU Commission draft. And the fact that we were able to assert ourselves with the stricter requirements for the durability of drive batteries is also a success, and thus we are a bit closer to the goal of ending the regulatory preference for electric cars. Although we reject mandatory on-board monitoring systems and stricter limits for trucks and buses, it is of course a fact that it was basically not really about reducing pollutant emissions, because they have decreased by 70% in nitrogen oxides over the last 30 years, even though the number of registered vehicles has doubled. The goal in the implementation of the so-called mobility turnaround of the Green Deal has always been an accelerated end to the internal combustion engine. Therefore, in this vote, the fact prevails that with the approval of this Euro 7 compromise, the EU Commission's completely unrealistic limit values are off the table, and we will agree with this proposal.

Madam President, Commissioner! So now the European Environment Agency has published a climate risk analysis. Of course, this report also does not lack the allegedly hundreds of thousands of apocalyptic climate deaths – which for me, this EU agency has also simply delegitimised itself scientifically. Yes, humanity's success story is based on adapting to an ever-changing climate. And no, not CO2, but water vapour is the most important greenhouse gas. Do you want to ban water now? And also: No, there is neither a pre-industrial nor a prehistoric CO2 equilibrium value that would even begin to justify your exclusive focus on this trace gas of the atmosphere. At what point do you actually think you can arrest the world climate by virtue of ideology and law? Not just any ominous climate protection, but environmental protection, food security and economic and social security are the order of the day. Instead, with their green deal climate ideology, which can only be described as insane, the CO2 climate disciples intellectually rise to the very trees that our ancestors once left in gray times. By the way, in the 1970s, 97% of climate apostles were also pretty sure that we would all freeze to death in a new ice age. This is also the direction of a recent article. Science advances, which, after the Gulf Stream has dried up, assumes that the temperature will drop by 30° Celsius. Can you please just decide whether we will freeze to ice or just burn?

Mr President! Once again, angry farmers are standing in front of the European Parliament in Strasbourg this week, as they were in Brussels last week. Do you really have to fly eggs, manure or burning hay around your ears first? It is not just about the suspension of set-asides, it is not just about the suffocating bureaucracy you have created, about Mercosur and unfair competition; it is not just about legally established organic quotas, livestock farming bans and wolf care, the revision of the ban on plant protection products and so on and so on. Farmers are simply unpractical politicians with their Green Deal and their alms. And they do not want to be handled in the course of a completely crazy climate rescue and be degraded to CO2 gardeners. The economy may be drifting silently, but farmers are entwined with their land, and they will not leave. And they can no longer be ignored from now on.

Mr President! Not only that net-zero CO2 is to be achieved by 2050 and from there even a removal of CO2 from the atmosphere is planned, with the ludicrous goal of reducing this atmospheric CO2. No, the political climate madness is to start already in 2040 to new heights: 90% CO2 reduction compared to 1990. Let's take a look at my country, the green climate world champion Germany: The de-industrialization is progressing cheerfully, because the industry can no longer afford the most expensive electricity prices worldwide there. Nevertheless, the CO2 reduction is only at a slack 36.8%, because on many days of the year, despite record renewable nominal output – this is the one on paper – more than 90% of electricity comes from coal, gas and oil on many days. And in the EU? We are stupidly happy about falling CO2 emissions. However, the EU only accounts for 9.5% of global CO2 emissions. And we are pleased about the associated decline in gross domestic product of only 14.3% in a global comparison. The BRICS countries, on the other hand, are looking forward to rising CO2 emissions and a rising global GDP of 32%. Therefore: The green-red WEF policy of a Leyen force is unfortunately nothing more than the stupidest economic accident to be assumed in the history of the EU.

Madam President, Normally, it is rather rare for me to support Commission regulations. In the case of the regulation on plants produced with new genomic techniques, this is definitely the case. So-called NGT plants do not contain any foreign genes, so they could also be caused by natural mutations. In my opinion, however, setting the limit for 20 genetic modifications is too arbitrary as a natural scientist, especially for breeding species with high polyploidy degrees, and is only due to the statistical fact of the limit of detection. Unfortunately, the herbicide tolerance for NGT plants is to be excluded, although these are already available on the market with the so-called classical breeding methods. In any case, it is important for us to evaluate the long overdue change of direction, the specific characteristics of breeds and not their origin.

Mr President! So you want to talk about the humanitarian situation of the people of Gaza. A population of which, according to a recent survey, one in two would vote for Hamas terrorists and over 70% approve of the bestial attack on Israel, which massacred over 1,200 innocent men, women and children. A Hamas that is also building its terror network in Europe. It would be better if they dealt intensively with the dire humanitarian situation of the 136 Israeli hostages who have been in the hands of Islamist butchers for more than three months. People who are tortured and desecrated. And we should talk about a Palestinian Authority providing billions for a so-called martyr fund that pays lifelong terror pensions for relatives of suicide bombers or martyrs imprisoned in Israel, i.e. Palestinian terrorists, murderers and criminals, such as the relatives of the murderer of Hallel Yaffa Ariel, a 13-year-old Israeli girl who was stabbed to death in her sleep by a martyr. This terror fund will exist as long as the EU and above all Germany amplely feed these autonomy authorities with tax money and as long as you only think about the humanitarian situation of Israel's enemies, who are also the enemies of our Western democratic values and our freedom.

Mr President! How would the 70,000 participants of the climate conference have come to Dubai without fossil fuels? Hardly with the cargo bike. It is therefore also good for the climate professional churns that no binding exit from fossil fuels has been decided and nuclear energy is seen as a solution. Both are available both as primary energy sources and as needed at all times, in contrast to electrical energy or the so-called volatile renewables. By the way, more than half of anthropogenic CO2 emissions from plants or oceans are absorbed, depending on the atmospheric CO2 content. So even if you have the absurd idea that CO2 is the sole climate driver, net zero does not mean zero human emissions. This knowledge, however, requires at least a basic scientific intelligence. I can't see it in the majority.

Madam President, This regulation on the European Health Data Space with its compulsory digital health record is the perversion of any data protection that actually provides for active consent for the collection of personal data. It is a political castration of the Member States if national health policy is replaced by a totalitarian data octopus Brussels. It is the end of medical secrecy and the incapacity of all citizens without equal if, in addition to all medical treatments, disabilities, mental illnesses or vaccinations – does it sound? – also – literally – observations on social background, professional status, education, lifestyle, behavioural data, for example from wellness treatments or medical warnings, are stored without any right of objection linked to their name and place of residence. Are they too thick, too thin, drink wine, smoke or are otherwise not good? Brussels and half the world know it in the future, and an unelected commission can invent new data on it at any time. Even data collected before the entry into force of the patient file can be incorporated retrospectively. Those who restrict access to their data by health professionals should be punished by limiting medical liability. And the contradiction to the so-called secondary use, i.e. to the uncontrolled transfer of the collected data to politics, research and Big Pharma, is like Swiss cheese, because for the protection of others – COVID sends a nice greeting here – and in other emergencies declared by the Commission, it is over – emergencies such as a deterioration of the Union’s economic assets or the climate crisis. It's not just the end of our health insurance solidarity community and the beginning of self-guilt medicine. This regulation has everything it takes to educate citizens like immature wards in the future. Let's finally show Brussels the red card.

Madam President, I want to do this in German. This is our amendment 376 part 2, for which our ID Group requested a roll-call vote in due time. And in this current list, which, moreover, only this morning - which is actually scandalous - which only this morning actually went around, this is not listed, and that is why I request that this roll-call vote be inserted.

Madam President, Mrs Kyriakides, ladies and gentlemen. The current Commission proposal on the use of plant protection products would have catastrophic consequences not only for German farmers. And to an even greater extent, this is the case for the version prepared by the Committee. Not only I have received countless letters from rightly angry farmers who are simply anxious about their existence. Flat-rate prohibitions in so-called protected areas, which apply to 90% of arable land in North Rhine-Westphalia, for example. Instead of developing modern application techniques, the further expansion of the already overwhelming documentation and justification obligations, which degrade well-trained farmers to the commanders of legislative technocrats. It would be the end of many farms. Therefore, in particular my appeal to my German colleagues from the CDU/CSU, but of course also to the entire EPP Group: Vote for our ID application for rejection if you do not want to stay part of the green mogelpackung! Unfortunately, so far you have voted enthusiastically in favour of the Green Deal and the Farm to Fork Strategy and made this fatal development possible with your majority. Today, therefore, more than ever, it becomes clear whether policy and the concerns of farmers and our food security are above your doctrine of party ideology. And, Ms Wiener: Their clumsy fears, as if our domestic food were pure poison, are just embarrassing. Thanks to you, a large part of our food will come from third countries of dubious origin in the future.

Mr President, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen. Right in front: The Commission's proposal on Euro 7 standards is completely unacceptable. Is it not enough for you to abolish the car industry in the EU by 2035? Do you want to move the date forward to 2025? The committee proposal put to the vote today is better, but not good. I am not talking about individual content - a difficult undertaking in a ridiculous 90 seconds that you have at your disposal - but about the fact that it is a scandal that we market liberals, we conservatives are left-green by a minority. woker Destroyers of prosperity, dragged through the political arena by ideological-political coverers of our economy and our freedom at the nose ring. Should we agree to a softened but still bad proposal to prevent even worse green ideological nonsense? So are we content with bad policy for the sake of compromise? We were not elected for this. In reversal of the popular saying here, it should be better to say: ‘Let’s leave those green socialists behind” We must categorically show these dangerous green-socialist utopians the red card if we are not to squander our economic future, including our car industry.

Mr President! Well, what could be the reason why we run out of young farmers and the generational change in agriculture does not work out so well? What works excellently, on the other hand, is the Höfesterben. Why don't you go out, dear colleagues, get your patent and leather shoes dirty with barn dung! As one farmer recently told me: I just keep enough land for my own supply, the rest I put down to the wind industry - you might like that - the boys are supposed to learn something different, and what the green townspeople eat is something I'm freaking out about. You might like that less. A catastrophic movement of farmers through the Farm to Fork Strategy, form warfare, madness by the authorities, bans on fertilisation, plant protection, animal husbandry and much more – and now the farmer as a CO2 gardener. In short: You who have made the farmer your beating boy, and your policies are the problem.

Mr President! Now it is believed in Brussels that a protein strategy has to be adopted. And although the present draft is quite reasonable in many places, in principle I have the following to say about it. Firstly: The principle of subsidiarity still applies – at least theoretically. Secondly: Legislatively pushing insects as food over the heads of citizens is also categorically to be rejected from a hygienic and health point of view and not even sustainable. Thirdly: This also applies to cell matsch grown in the laboratory. In other words, fourthly: If you, dear green-link-yellow-blacks, want to save the world chewing, then go to the grass on the meadow, but please leave my plate alone! And last but not least: The pink elephant in the room is not the dependency or the world food, but the increasing world population. But not here in Europe, only illegal migration numbers are exploding here – take care of them.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen. The cowardly, devious massacre of Israeli civilians by Palestinian Hamas is also an attack on our Western civilization, on values such as tolerance and togetherness. It is an attack on all of our religious heritage. But here, in the EU, you only stand by Israel's side with mere symbolism and hollow words. Worse still! By not getting tired of admonishing Israel to respect human rights, you are not only relativizing the horror of the terrorist attack and engaging in shabby victim-perpetrator reversal, but ignoring that it is the Arab-Muslim, Palestinian-Lebanese, Syrian and especially Iranian mullah hatred that wants to wipe the State of Israel off the map. And you? Instead, even increase payments to a Palestinian Authority supporting the Allahu-Akbar terror brood. This is the moral bankruptcy declaration of a deep-seated left-wing anti-Semitism. I am deeply ashamed of this EU.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen. In general, a directive on urban waste water makes sense. But what does it have to look for in the hands of an EU Commission? These technocrats, well-alimented by the citizen, do not have to fear the billions of dollars in additional costs caused by a nonsensical and comprehensive fourth stage of cleansing; however, it is disastrous for citizens who have already reached the limits of their monetary resilience or beyond through the Green Deal, price spurring and inflation. But that is also the real reason for the recast of the directive: The energy neutrality weakness is now to be transferred to the wastewater treatment plants by 2040. The reality that there are significant differences in wastewater treatment between Member States within the EU and the real problem, namely leaks in a dilapidated sewerage system, is of no interest to anyone here. The latter can also be put in the shoes of farmers as agricultural soil contamination. So everything as always.

Mr President, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen. For decades, increasingly aggressive anti-glyphosate NGOs have been creating a mood against the use of glyphosate. Not infrequently, these lobby groups are princely fed by the organic industry, which wants to get rid of the annoying competition. Glyphosate is not only the oldest plant protection product in use at almost 50 years of age, but also the best-studied. It is therefore not surprising that, following the evaluation of 2 400 studies, both EFSA and the European Chemicals Agency concluded that there are no carcinogens, mutagens, teratogens or neurotoxic effects, which is unprecedented. There is simply no equivalent alternative. If glyphosate were banned, only mechanical weed control would remain, which would not only be economically unacceptable. And to the Greens: It always applies: "The dose makes the poison." Even water is lethal, you just have to incorporate enough of it. Toxic, on the other hand, are many substances approved in organic farming, for example, the neurotoxic pyrethrin has also been proven for humans. It also reliably kills the relatives of Bee Maya and Uncle Willi. It is therefore to be hoped that the Commission will adopt its own motto. "Follow the science" Glyphosate is re-approved and re-approved.

Mr President, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen. Firstly: According to the Lisbon Treaty, health is a matter for the Member States and has nothing to look for in the hands of an EU Commission, which, incidentally, is under investigation for significant irregularities, possibly even corruption, in the procurement of the so-called corona vaccines, and blackened contracts, too expensive, too many vaccines and more vaccine deaths than corona deaths are the result. I don't want a repeat! Secondly: Raw material and energy-intensive pharmaceutical production needs a strong chemical industry, but you are destroying its competitiveness with your unspeakable Green Deal. Bureaucracy and cost pressures - for example through energy prices - are leading to emigration to third countries. So stop complaining! They are all co-causing when it comes to drug shortages.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. It is noteworthy that the EU Commission is only now initiating the long overdue discussion about the protection status of wolves. First the beloved pony Dolly of the von der Leyen family had to fall victim to the predator. The complaints and fears raised for years by farmers, ranchers, hunters and citizens about the safety of humans and animals with regard to the worrying spread of wolves were simply ignored. So much for citizen proximity. But to be clear: I welcome this discussion. The wolf has lost nothing in our densely populated cultural landscape. He was never threatened with extinction worldwide. And there is not a single economically viable wolf protection measure, as shown recently in a single night by a pack of 55 torn sheep inside a wolf-repellent protective fence. For these useless herd protection measures alone, 8.5 million euros of tax money were spent in Germany last year. The compensation for damages and the costs of expert reports are not even included. Costs that exploded 30 times between 2013 and 2019. In Brandenburg alone, the cost is almost one million euros. It is simply insane that there is the world's highest wolf population here. The rural population, who struggle with this situation on a daily basis, is simply tired of being abused by wolf swarmers as a zoo for their unrealistic spinning mills.

Mr President! Life expectancy has been steadily increasing throughout Europe for decades and air quality has never been as good as it is today. But these facts do not, of course, prevent you from concocting a kind of air pollution mass extinction with hundreds of thousands of unproven premature deaths – even broken down into individual pollutants as the peak of scientific desolation. Just tell us what you're really about: driving ban, de facto expropriation of owners of combustion cars and government coercive measures for the purchase of electric storekeepers until the final end of individual mobility. But it is not only in the German federal state that the supposedly clean electricity comes predominantly from coal, gas and oil. Incidentally, you simply overlooked the fact that only a competitive industry can finance its ideological zero-pollution strategy. An industry that makes them just with Fit for 55 completely sense-free.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. Above all, the new Single Market emergency instrument ensures the security of supply chains within the EU. In fact, it is the abolition of free entrepreneurship. That is, when an EU Commission in a planned economic direction overrides the market in self-proclaimed crises. A power that extends so far as to rule individual manufacturers into the order books. A crisis is literally any extraordinary, unexpected, sudden, natural or man-made event. For example, according to the European Commission, climate change or the loss of biodiversity and diversity. This means total economic control even in the event of convulsive crises. I'm not just saying to the European Commission: Stop, no more handwidth of competence to the incompetent.

Madam President, Everyone should agree to the Green Deal ban marathon in the Green-Socialist step. Otherwise, according to Mr Timmermans, the necessary solidarity is lacking to force the rest of the world to commit joint green suicide. Even the alleged resistance of EPP leader Manfred Weber against the plans of the EU Commission President with a CDU party book was only of a formal nature. The EPP is the party of the Green Deal, it said today. Only out of fear of losing the majority would the citizens prefer to cook a little slower green, so that they do not take flight prematurely like the notorious frog in the pot. All of you in your grandiose Brussels loftiness overlook the fact that more and more citizens are quite rightly fed up with their policy of prohibition, expropriation and disempowerment with almost totalitarian-looking restrictions in all areas of life. You purportedly want to protect the climate, but your Green Deal fear ideology is deeply anti-freedom, anti-democracy and anti-bourgeois.

Mr President! In Germany, the head of the Standing Vaccination Commission recommends that severely damaged coronavirus vaccine victims do not spend them as a vaccine side effect, so that the treatment costs are covered by the health insurance companies. 55,000 serious cases of vaccine side effects are officially recorded in Germany alone. But they are also just the tip of a hidden iceberg. Over-mortality was 100,000 deaths in 2021 and 2022 with millions of coronavirus vaccinations. In the corona year without vaccination, excess mortality was zero. While BioNTech is putting 10 billion euros into its pockets, the costs of the countless lawsuits and possible compensations will be borne by the taxpayers, as well as the 550 billion euros that Germany will pay to ensure that the vaccines negotiated by the Commission in gag contracts are not delivered. But this report is not about that. Not from the suffering of the vaccine victims, not from the guilt of politicians like one von der Leyen, not from how critical voices have been silenced and are still being silenced. This report is the continuation of the political lies when it says: The EU vaccination strategy was a success. It is a document of cover-up when alleged misinformation, i.e. all critical voices, can be better eliminated in future pandemics. Those who vote for it should be ashamed of themselves. But tomorrow, you'll watch millions of citizens vote and watch them vote.

Mr President! The Nature Restoration Ordinance is nothing more than a gigantic expropriation and extermination program for farmers. A study estimates that only 3.6 million of the former 15 million farms in the EU remain in 2040. And your eco-bio-climate moist pack is not yet priced in. If you want good, affordable and local food that has not been flown halfway around the world before it lands on our plate, you have to support local farmers, also in maintaining their arable land and not in abolishing it. You know that too! But instead of technical arguments, you prefer to say that an EPP is finally moving on our reasonable and conservative ID/AfD course and, together with us, is voting against this regulation of the abolition of food security. This, dear green-red ideologues, not only shows your lack of concept, but is simply politically embarrassing and anti-democratic.
