Disinformation and the role of social platforms (debate)

Respected president, respected colleagues, respected citizens, restricting freedom of speech is a criminal offense, both in the Republic of Croatia and in other countries of the European Union. The right to establish the truth in modern and democratic states is exclusively given into the hands of the courts. Today, truth-telling on social media is handed over to dubious organizations. Filing a criminal complaint against Faktograf, GONG and Facebook and persons responsible for the criminal offence of restricting freedom of speech and public appearances referred to in Article 127 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am fulfilling my civic duty under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Croatia. I promise that all those who carried out censorship will be prosecuted. I kept every promise I made, so I will keep this promise, even if it takes 20 years or more.

State of EU cyber defence capabilities (debate)

Dear Chairman, Dear colleagues, Dear citizens, when it comes to cyber or internet security, we should have something we have to ban. Today, all social networks, all e-mail services, all internet sales, all citizen communication applications containing the data of almost all citizens of the European Union, on which their bank accounts, bank cards are located, are owned by companies from the United States of America. What can we do when we don't have that data? Is China, Russia, India using these services? Of course not. They have their own e-mail services, their own internet shops, their own apps. We cannot seriously talk about internet security and cybersecurity without having all these networks and applications developed in the European Union.

Artificial intelligence in criminal law and its use by the police and judicial authorities in criminal matters (debate)

Dear Chairman, dear colleagues, dear citizens, we have witnessed in recent years that some good ideas and some not so good ideas have initially turned into a complete disaster. The idea of protecting personal data has led us to the fact that today almost every citizen of the European Union has to give every bank to every company he encounters almost all of his data that he has never had to give before. COVID passports introduced to make it easier to travel, today prevent those who are completely healthy and not in possession of them from using health services from shopping at petrol stations. They won't be able to buy food soon. Now this idea of biometric tracking of citizens, although initially only in criminal proceedings, I am convinced that it will refer to tracking every citizen at all times, and this is inadmissible.

Media freedom and further deterioration of the Rule of law in Poland (debate)

The Honourable Chairman, the Honourable Colleagues, the Honourable Citizens, it is fully clear to every Independent Observer that the naming of Poland and Hungary is not due to the rule of law but to ideological views. In Poland and Hungary, traditional and conservative values do not reign in most of the rest of the European Union. I cannot take away the impression that it is called solely because of ideology and that the ultimate goal of this change of government is from the conservative and traditional in both Poland and Hungary and that it wants to give enormous support, through quasi-independent media that is easy to covertly finance, as happened in Croatia, and covertly finance various, as independent associations, and thus promote completely different ideological values. Let's be honest and leave Poland and Hungary alone.

Implementation of EU requirements for exchange of tax information (debate)

Dear president, dear colleagues, dear citizens, taxes serve to make progress in society and reduce social disparities. What we're discussing today, I'm afraid, as many times in the past, will fall on the back of a little man, a citizen who, looking, with his belly for bread, went to work for several months in another country to wait or be a maid. They will be pursued, they will be enforced, and on the other hand giants like Facebook and Amazon are constantly successfully evading the tax they would have to pay, it's simply amazing. Facebook is always pulling out, Mr. Zuckerberg was in this home, we asked him to comply with the regulations of the European Union. What happened? He said he would withdraw from the European Union market. Let's hit where we need to, not small citizens.

State of the Union (debate)

Your report on the situation of the fundamental freedoms and rights of the citizens of the European Union is exactly at odds with the reality. Over the past 80 years, since Nazism, such fundamental human rights have never been overthrown: the right to freedom of movement, the right to work, the right to healthcare, the right to ban medical experiments carried out on 500 million people in the European Union. It is the right of every citizen to decide about his or her health and about his or her life and freedom of movement. We have trampled several centuries of science and medicine. Now we introduce measures and keep them all the time. Covid certificates in which the vaccinated can move freely even though they transmit the infection as well as the unvaccinated is insane. You must immediately stop this division of citizens because who knows what awaits us in the future.

European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control - Serious cross-border threats to health (debate)

Today, Europe is more divided than it has been in the past 30 years. Today, the citizens of Europe are divided into those who trust the politicians in power and who have introduced Covid 19 pharmaceuticals into themselves, considering that they are less at risk of the disease itself, although it was impossible to almost find a person under the age of 70 who died of Covid 19. On the other hand, there are citizens who rightly believe that vaccines are incomparably more dangerous than Covid 19 itself, especially all under the age of 50. One million and two hundred thousand adverse reactions, fourteen thousand deaths were reported only in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

European Medicines Agency (continuation of debate)

Dear Chair, Honourable colleagues, Honourable citizens of the European Union, EMA has endangered the lives of millions of European Union citizens by authorising pharmaceuticals as COVID-19 vaccines without any independent studies; Therefore, the claims of vaccine manufacturers are completely uncritically accepted. Furthermore, it is apparent from those assertions themselves that in people who received the vaccine, the percentage of those who did not get sick was between 95% and 98%, however, it is always ignored that in those who received placebo, the percentage was only half a percentage point lower. Therefore, those who received placebo also did not get sick from 94.5% to 97.5%, which means that these vaccines are effective only 0.5%. As a result, the lives and health of citizens should not have been put at risk.

Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund 2021-2027 - Integrated Border Management Fund: Instrument for Financial Support for Border Management and Visa Policy 2021-2027 (debate)

Dear President, dear colleagues, dear citizens of the European Union, Europe is under the invasion of several million illegal immigrants. This is the result of the desire for profit of the great industrialists of Germany, Italy and France, who, because of the desire for an enormously cheap labour force, brought Europe to the brink of conflict. Millions of illegal immigrants are entering Europe. All countries of the European Union are violating their own regulations. Illegal border crossings are not punishable. All citizens and all countries of Europe have strict laws on this. Prison sentences, high fines are prescribed. Let's respect our own regulations and we won't have illegal immigration. You who want cheap labor from the Middle East and Africa introduce charters. And don't harass states that don't have enough jobs for their own citizens.
