Dear Chairman, dear colleagues, respected citizens, mental health is closely related, according to numerous studies carried out over the past two years, to physical health. Mental health, which is impaired by severe fear, leads to severe illnesses, and in extreme cases, it also leads to a direct cause of death. In Croatia, we have a proven deceased one person from the experience of severe fear. Two and a half years ago, I called on this home not to bow to the fear campaign that is the very foundation of the so-called COVID-19 pandemic, to deal with the facts, because in contrast, the world as we know it will disappear. Today, a huge number of people, both in Europe and in the world, are under severe psychosis of fear, and war and pandemic await us in the autumn.

We all know what unanimous means. Unanimous means: We are all equal, we are all equal. When the majority is decided, then the little ones are never equal. We know that. We have seen this in the example of Yugoslavia, we have seen in the example of the Soviet Union, and this is exactly what should never happen to us. And these proposals are going in that direction.

Citizens of the European Union – that is to say, all of us, whether they are members of political parties, independent representatives, or citizens who do not engage in politics at all, but are members of various associations – have the right to take any initiative and ask the European Commission to act in this regard. So I don't see any problems with that. What we're talking about is a violation of people's rights. (The speaker agreed to respond to the intervention requested by raising the blue card)

Dear colleagues, respected citizens, the proposed amendments to the Treaty on European Union, which include that now the European Council would no longer take decisions by unanimity but by over-voting, are a profound change in the very being of the European Union. It is necessary to ask the question: Would all countries that are now members of the European Union agree to be members? How many citizens of the European Union really want such a change? It is fair to organise a referendum initiative. European regulations know this. Collect at least one million signatures in at least seven countries and arrange for citizens of the European Union to say their opinion on it. We will find ourselves in a situation where the over-voting will undermine the fundamental national interests of individual states. And we can't do that without the people. Dear Chairman, Dear colleagues, Dear citizens, foreign policy, security and defence policy of the European Union can today be described with only one sentence: The European Union has become the 51st state of the United States of America, but without any voting rights.

The Honourable Chairman, Honourable colleagues, Honourable citizens, by proclaiming carbon dioxide and fossil fuels as popular enemies of the countries of the European Union is completely insane. On these fuels we have created a modern civilization and we have the standard we have. Now, imposing enormous new taxes on all producers, which normally emit CO2 in the course of production, will lead to the collapse and catastrophe of the European economy. We will be completely uncompetitive in the rest of the world, and the impact on climate change, what we will do to 500 million of us, will be completely negligible compared to the impact that nine and a half billion people in the world make. 30 years ago, the Chinese lived in flats without heating and were riding bicycles because they could not do better, and now, in the next 30 years, we will do it in the European Union because we will not be able to afford it better.

The Honourable Chairman, the Honourable Colleagues, the Honourable Citizens, is an incredible lie and hypocrisy that sanctions and bans on the import of Russian oil and gas are sanctions against Russia and a ban on the financing of war. They are indeed facing half a billion citizens of the European Union and millions more of the rest of Europe. If that were true, if it were to prevent the financing of the war, we would immediately impose the same sanctions against Saudi Arabia, which has been waging the war in Yemen for several years, we would not import oil and gas from the United States, which has participated in the largest number of war conflicts of all other states in Europe and the world in recent decades. The only people who will be killed and killed are the citizens of the European Union. Let's stop these crazy decisions.

–The Honourable Chair, the Honourable colleagues, the dear citizens of the European Union, when I ran for the European elections two years ago, I believed that the culmination of democracy and respect for rights awaited me. Unfortunately, I know today that's not the case. The electoral system created here is designed for a narrow political cartel that has nothing to do with the citizens of the European Union. Together with our colleagues from nine European Union countries, we applied for registration as a European political party ten months ago. In this procedure, the Authority for European Political Parties grossly violates all European Union regulations and refuses to take a decision in our application at all, for ten months, although the legal deadline is 30 days. They've broken it ten times. After all, it is quite clear to me that it is easier in Putin's Russia to register an anti-putin party than in the European Union a European political party, pro-European.

Dear chairperson, respected colleagues, respected citizens, personal data and family life, the state of health of an individual is of great and personal value. Instead of a complete ban and full protection of personal data, primarily medical data, we now make that same data a commercial commodity. We've completely changed the direction we've taken before. We have accepted the direction of the United States of America where absolutely all trade goods are. This time it will take us to a world that will be much worse than the world of Orwell's 1984 and the Matrix together. This trade in medical data will allow the production of highly specific biological weapons, all citizens of the world will be able to take a certain product, and only a certain one will die.

Dear Chairman, dear colleagues, respected citizens, the modern world and the economy cannot exist without a constant supply of energy. Unfortunately, in the past we have witnessed strong oil price manipulations. Now I'm going to read to you how the price of oil has evolved over the past forty years. The price of barrels, i.e. prices were reduced to 2015, the price of barrels in 1980 – $103, 1990. – $37, 1998. – Can you imagine that, $17 and $70 cents, 2008. –$103 and 70 cents, 2015 – 51 dollars. What follows now is that we do not allow such games and calculations with the energies of the future. Thank you.

Dear President, dear colleagues, dear citizens, Prime Minister Trudeau, freedom, the right to choose, the right to life and health, the right to work, for many of us these are fundamental human rights for which millions of citizens of Europe and the world have laid down their lives. To defend our rights and the rights of our children that we have acquired for centuries, many of us, including myself, are ready to risk our own freedom and lay down our own lives. Unfortunately, today there are those among us who trample on these fundamental values. Canada, once a symbol of the modern world, has become, under the guidance of your quasi-liberal boot, a symbol of violations of fundamental human rights and civil liberties in recent months. We watched horses being trampled on by women, single parents being blocked from bank accounts so they couldn't pay for their children's schooling, they couldn't pay for their medicine, they couldn't pay their electricity and water bills, they couldn't pay their loan instalments for their homes. For you this may be liberal methods, but for many citizens of the world it is a dictatorship of the worst kind. Rest assured that the citizens of the world united can stop any regime that wants to destroy the freedom of citizens, whether by bombs or harmful pharmaceuticals.

Dear Chairman, Honourable colleagues, Honourable citizens, the prices of energy products rarely and almost never correspond to their production price and the price of their distribution. They depend mostly on geopolitics and the wars that have begun. We had almost the same gasoline and diesel prices when oil was $120 per barrel and when it was $40 per barrel. Wars bring enormous profits to one of the groups in the oil industry. That's what happened now. Just as fake and true pandemics bring huge profits to the pharmaceutical industry, so wars bring huge profits to the energy industry. So it will be today and so it will be forever because wars are created non-stop and invented non-stop.

Dear colleagues, dear citizens, until two weeks ago I was convinced that the amount of hypocrisy and lies that the mainstream media saturated citizens of Europe and the world during the COVID-19 pandemic is impossible to surpass. However, I was very disappointed. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the amount of lies and false support for Ukraine has been horrific. On the one hand, it is said that the aim is to prevent the financing of Russia for the conduct of this war. Sanctions are imposed on athletes, singers are not allowed to sing, unimportant Russian banks are kicked out of SWIFT. On the other hand, the members of the European Union have purchased 10 billion euros of Russian gas and oil. What do you think's going on with that money? Let's stop being hypocritical and stop this war now.

Dear Chairman, Dear colleagues, Dear citizens, COVID certificates are one of the stupidest ideas in the history of mankind. In addition to directly leading to the death of a huge number of people around the world as vaccinated people, rather than being tested, spread the virus in hospitals among vulnerable people, on the other hand they brought armies to the streets and to the Member States of the European Union. When I travel from Croatia to France or Belgium, at the Austrian border there is an army waiting for me, at the Austrian airport there is an army waiting for me, at the German border there is an army with long pipes, with automatic weapons. This is the Europe we live in today, and this is the result of this idiotic idea – the COVID Certificate. I hope you'll have the courage to abolish them once and for all.

Dear President, dear colleagues, dear citizens, today we are not talking about the rule of law, but about the terror of loathsome ideologies. Hungary and Poland are called, in which the citizens are mostly traditional values, and they want to be removed, they want to change their power, they want their citizens to accept the derogatory ideologies that, if they had been announced earlier, the European Union would have had significantly fewer Member States. If it were a misuse of funds, the Republic of Croatia would be called primarily. In the last few years, more ministers and more state officials have been charged with corruption and misappropriation of material resources in the Republic of Croatia than in all other countries of the European Union combined. Don't be surprised, if you continue like this, that the European Union has significantly fewer members in a couple of years.

Dear President, dear colleagues, dear citizens of the European Union, President Macron, given the numerous abolitions and restrictions of civil rights and freedoms in France during the pandemic, I ask you only one thing, which is that while you are presiding over the European Union, you do exactly the opposite of everything you did in France. On the other hand, today you pointed out that you are proud that there is no death penalty in Europe. Tens of thousands of people died as a result of vaccination. Compulsory vaccination represents the death penalty and at the same time the execution of the death penalty for many citizens. This must remain the choice of every citizen. Murder is murder. You who do not know this and have not been educated have the official website of the European Health Organisation.

Dear Chairman, dear colleagues, dear citizens of the European Union, without employers there are no employees, without employees there are no employers, without both of them there is no capitalism. Capitalism in modern society, in a society where human rights, mutual rights are respected, requires respect for employees and employers. The employer's relationship with the employee also includes pay, fair pay for the work done. But what did Frau Merkel and Monsieur Macron do to the workers of the European Union? They have brought in millions of migrants who are now working for an incomparably lower wage. Many workers have lost their jobs and will continue to lose their jobs if the migrant wave does not stop. There will be riots all over Europe.

Dear Chairman, Honourable colleagues, Honourable citizens, smuggling of economic and all other types of immigrants is the most malign and dangerous part of organized crime in the Western Balkans. It is the direct responsibility of European leaders who have encouraged the people of Africa and Asia to come to Europe and the European Union en masse illegally as part of economic and conquering immigration in the last decade. They, like former German Chancellor Angela Merkel, utterly irresponsible, directly violating legal regulations and European agreements, called on millions of migrants to embark on a European journey, creating migrant routes that have not been closed to this day. Precisely because of this, because of such irresponsible political leaders of certain European countries, today suffer primarily citizens of the Western Balkans and then all citizens of the European Union who do not want illegal immigration.

Dear President, dear colleagues, dear citizens, today we are discussing how to vaccinate the whole world. COVID vaccines have brought us an unprecedented side effect in medicine and sociology. A side effect that has not existed in any previous vaccine history. It's a panic fear. A significant number of vaccinated people are afraid that unvaccinated will infect them with the COVID-19 they have been vaccinated against, and want to be vaccinated around the world. I have to disappoint them. That's not possible. For in order to achieve this, everyone must be vaccinated in the same second or at least the same minute, otherwise they would again be fully vaccinated with the thirteenth booster dose and completely unvaccinated with the twelfth booster dose, and those with the thirteenth would justifiably fear those with the twelfth, who could again infect the vaccinated.

The Honourable Chair, the Honourable Colleagues, the Honourable Citizens, the Pharmaceutical Industry and the European Health Organization have a duty to protect the health of citizens, they have a duty to bring medicines and vaccines to the market. They have a duty to protect the health of citizens from fake medicines and fake vaccines. Now it's all falling apart. The European Health Organisation has approved medicines, i.e. vaccines against COVID, for which there is absolutely no evidence of any efficacy, with an effectiveness of 10%. Their effectiveness is absolute zero. In countries that are fully vaccinated, epidemics and deaths are increasing. In England, there are ten times more COVID-19 cases among the vaccinated and four times more deaths than among the unvaccinated. Now it's time to stop this madness and stop vaccines that aren't.

Dear Chairman, Dear colleagues, Dear citizens, the protection of honest investigative journalists is, of course, a fundamental goal of all of us, to ensure that they do their job fairly and that they inform citizens. However, over the past year and a half, we have witnessed unprecedented media pandemic marketing in which thousands of journalists, thousands of media outlets, spread a bunch of lies and a bunch of false information to present terrifying people and citizens, leading an unprecedented campaign of fear. Are we going to protect these people who have lost tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands of lives, or are we going to create this unimaginable pandemic of lies and fear? Well, that's the wrong way. We need to separate those real investigative journalists from the employees of pandemic marketing who are guilty of tens and hundreds of thousands of deaths. Thank you.

A pre-condition for the rule of law is an equal approach towards all Member States, with respect for the presidency, with respect for colleagues, with respect for citizens. Today, it is clear that the European Commission does not have the same criteria for all Member States. While only the sovereign governments of Poland and Hungary are called, the puppet government of the Republic of Croatia is favourably viewed. A few years ago, the European Court of Justice ruled that Croatian notaries are not competent to issue writs of execution against Croatian citizens and European citizens. The Croatian courts have not complied with this decision for almost ten years. Millions of writs of execution were issued in enforcement proceedings where the costs were ten and a hundred times higher than the principal. As a result, Croatian citizens were damaged by more than a billion kunas. What has the European Commission done about it? Did she call the Croatian puppet government? No, he didn't.

Dear Chairman, Dear colleagues, Dear citizens, we all agree that the right to a clean environment is a prerequisite for a healthy life for citizens. But what we all don't agree on and what we all have maybe a different view of is how to do it. Many citizens believe that the story of energy production and consumption that we have today and promote within the European Union is not very much based on a healthy foundation. We now have a situation where a man, a citizen of the European Union, uses a classic 60 W bulb he is considered the enemy of humanity, and while another person who drives an electric car that consumes 100 kW of the same electricity is considered a hero, that even the poorest must help him in his right to buy this vehicle and donate 10,000 euros to him. It's hypocritical, and I don't know what else to say.

Dear Chairman, Dear colleagues, Dear citizens, Poland has always been at the heart of Croatian citizens and we have always shared the same sense of law and justice. The fact is that those who govern the European Union today want to impose their ideologies on all sovereign states and use the institutions of the European Union as weapons for this illegitimate aim. The sole purpose of this Kafkaian process is to overthrow the legally elected sovereign power and bring in a puppet government. Do not forget that the Polish people have fought and fought against every oppression, and against Nazism, and against communism, and they will certainly not bow their heads even now against these new forms of subjugation. The European Union must become an equal community of sovereign states or its future is more than questionable. Stop giving lessons to the proud Polish people for no specific reason.

Dear Chairman, the draft report welcomes the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the Eurozone. The main industry of the Republic of Croatia became sending money to Croatian workers and expatriates from abroad. This is what the once highly developed industrial state of Eastern Europe was reduced to. The introduction of the euro and the surrender of monetary sovereignty without holding a referendum and determining the will of the citizens can only be compared to Pavelic's surrender of sovereignty over Dalmatia to the Italians. Due to the fact that about 3.2 million Croatian emigrants today live and work abroad, while only 3.8 million people currently live in Croatia. Almost the whole of Croatia lives outside Croatia. Then we can also give up the Croatian language because it will be more practical.
