Mr President, Commissioner! I firmly believe that all companies in the European single market should be able to compete with each other online as freely and fairly as they do offline. But we know this isn't the case online right now, and it's hurting customers and businesses alike. Therefore, we create with the Digital Markets Act a catalogue of prohibited conduct in the market to enable competition authorities to identify and address competition problems in digital markets more quickly. Among other things, they may Gatekeeper It does not favour its own products and services, it is no longer allowed to easily merge data from different services, it facilitates data portability and it becomes more competitive. App stores created. I think this is urgently needed. We'll do something else: With this legislation, we are putting ourselves at the forefront of those worldwide who will bring competition on the Internet to new life for everyone, for young and old, for customers and companies, for small and medium-sized enterprises. And I think that's a good thing.

Sorry, it was clear that the rules for this debate are that we do not have blue cards and spontaneous possibilities. It’s because of the COVID rules. Sorry, it’s not possible. I understand the problem but I cannot take you. Please, I am speaking now. I know it’s a problem but, with the rules we have – and I announced it at the start of this debate – I cannot give you the floor now, I’m sorry. We are discussing in the Bureau of this Parliament if we can come back to blue cards and the other possibilities where you can speak and discuss in this House in such a situation, but for the moment it’s not possible because the decisions of this Parliament are otherwise. OK? Sorry, next time please.
