Thanks to you, I would like to ask if there are any other requests to speak? No. So let us move on to the explanation of vote in Mr Falcă's report. I wonder if there are any requests for action in this regard. No, well, so there are no other demands. Are they there? Yes? On the Falcă report.

Let us therefore start with the explanations of vote concerning the amendment of Regulation 2023/956 for the simplification and strengthening of the carbon border adjustment mechanism. Mr Wiśniewska has asked to speak.

Let us now turn to Mr Knotek's report on the partial renewal of the members of the Court of Auditors - HR nominee (see point 5.7 of the Minutes).

Let us now turn to Mr Budka's report on Euratom's research and training programme for the period 2026-2027, which complements Horizon Europe. (see point 5.6 of the Minutes).

Let us now move on to the proposal on amendments to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 on prudential requirements with regard to requirements for securities financing transactions under the net stable funding ratio (see point 5.5 of the Minutes).

Let us now proceed with Mr Vrecionová's report on granting Moldova and Ukraine equivalence of field inspections and seed production. (see point 5.4 of the Minutes).

Let us move on to Mr Vaidere's report on the modification of customs duties applicable to imports of certain goods originating in, or exported directly or indirectly from, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. (see point 5.3 of the Minutes).

Let us now turn to the report by Mr Decaro on the amendment of Regulation (EU) 2023/956 as regards the simplification and strengthening of the carbon border adjustment mechanism. (see point 5.2 of the Minutes).

We start with the request for an urgent decision submitted by the AGRI Commission as regards additional assistance and flexibility for the outermost regions affected by major natural disasters and in the context of the devastation caused in Mayotte by Cyclone Chido. (see point 5.1 of the Minutes).

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, more than three years after the criminal invasion of Ukraine, we continue to witness the deep and continuous suffering caused by Putin, particularly on the most vulnerable population. And the deportation of children is undoubtedly the most odious of the violations of international law and human rights, a symbol undoubtedly of Vladimir Putin's cruelty, his contempt for human dignity and his imperialist and even neo-colonialist will. We must do everything we can to stop this unacceptable tragedy. We are here to reiterate the strong, unequivocal demand for the repatriation of all children, all girls illegally detained on Russian territory: We demand them at home, among their affections, in their country and finally safe.

Mr Tertsch, I would like to stress that you cannot imply that someone wrote the speech to the High Representative, and it is important in this House to express your views, of course, but to do so with respect for the Commissioners, the Vice-President and this House.
