Continui attacchi ibridi bielorussi contro la Lituania

Di cosa si tratta?

• The resolution strongly condemns Belarus' hybrid attacks on Lithuania, including airspace violations, smuggling, and weaponized migration, orchestrated by state authorities.
• These actions aim to destabilize the EU and align with Russia’s broader aggressive strategy against European countries.
• The EU calls for a unified response, including stricter sanctions and enhanced military deterrence along its eastern border.
• Lithuania is urged to defend its sovereignty and critical infrastructure, with EU-wide support.
• The long-term goal is a values-based security strategy that strengthens democratic forces in Belarus and proactively counters hybrid threats.
